Lifestyle is an important factor affecting people's health. Evaluating and promoting healthy lifestyles among occupational population can not only improve work ability and efficiency, but also contribute to the prevention a variety of potential diseases. This study developed a preliminary index system based on literature review and group discussion. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted on 12 experts using Delphi method. The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of Delphi survey was over 85%, the expert authority coefficient was over 0.70, and Kendall W was 0.450 and 0.446, which were significant (P < 0.001). The weighting coefficient of each indicator was calculated using the hierarchical analysis method. Among them, the weighting coefficients of physical health lifestyle, mental health lifestyle, social adaptation lifestyle and occupational health lifestyle were 0.4133, 0.2922, 0.1078 and 0.1867, respectively. The consistency index CI = 0.024 and the consistency ratio CR = 0.027 of the first-level index judgment matrix. The weighting coefficient is acceptable and the indicators do not cause logical confusion. The healthy lifestyle assessment tool of the occupational population constructed in this study consists of 4 primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 45 tertiary indicators, which can provide a standardized and operable assessment tool for monitoring and evaluating the healthy lifestyle of the Chinese occupational population. At the same time, the weight analysis of various indicators through the analytic hierarchy process can also provide reference for the key areas of occupational health intervention. Objective: The objective of this study was to validate the main therapies used in the treatment of heart failure through a clinical consensus conducted by cardiology experts in Colombia. Methods: The Delphi technique was employed, which involves a series of consultation rounds with experts to reach a consensus. Cardiologists with experience in HF treatment were selected, and they were sent electronic questionnaires to assess the relevance of various therapeutic interventions. Consensus was defined when at least 70% of the experts agreed on the relevance of an intervention. Results: Fourteen cardiology experts participated in the study. In the first round, nine therapeutic interventions were evaluated, but insufficient agreement was reached to form a consensus. A second round was conducted, where feedback was provided to the experts, and they were asked to rate the relevance of the interventions using a Likert scale. Consensus was achieved for eight of the evaluated therapeutic interventions. The focus of the third round was on the interventions that had not reached consensus in the previous rounds. Conclusions: This study provides clinical consensus on therapeutic interventions for HF in Colombia. Nine therapeutic interventions were identified as relevant by the experts. These findings can help improve HF treatment and optimize clinical outcomes in Colombia. Introduction: There has been an advent in the use of Mobile Apps in the academic space. The pandemic hastened their usage, and forced us to rapidly innovate in order to meet the educational needs of our students. Also, Mobile Apps have been known to facilitate self-learning, make it enjoyable, and personalize the pace of learning of the individual. Given the level of skill-learning in Physiotherapy education, the use of Mobile Apps can pose a challenge, as well as offer an opportunity to explore its scope to enhance learning, and create innovative pedagogic strategies. There are a very few learning mobile apps that have been assessed in Physiotherapy education. Aim: To develop, establish content validity and internal consistency of a curriculum based App on the kinesiology of normal Gait for bachelor of physiotherapy students, and to evaluate the App with regards to use, quality, engagement, and overall experience. Materials & methods: In the first phase, a mobile app based on a bachelor of physiotherapy Gait curriculum was developed and validated using Delphi procedure, with 80% agreement criteria, by a group of experts. Subsequently, the App was rated by 200 users on: engagement, aesthetics, information, subjective quality. Results: The content validity index following 2 rounds of Delphi was found to be 0.88. Also, therapists found the App easy to use, and 80% gave it a rating of > 3 stars. Conclusion: Creating, designing, implementing, and evaluating the efficacy of a Gait App as a means to teaching the GAIT component to physiotherapy students was found to be appealing and beneficial. Objective: Manual therapy is a crucial component in rehabilitation education, yet there is a lack of models for evaluating learning in this area. This study aims to develop a foundational evaluation model for manual therapy learning among rehabilitation students, based on the Delphi method, and to analyze the theoretical basis and practical significance of this model. Methods: An initial framework for evaluating the fundamentals of manual therapy learning was constructed through a literature review and theoretical analysis. Using the Delphi method, consultations were conducted with young experts in the field of rehabilitation from January 2024 to March 2024. Fifteen experts completed three rounds of consultation. Each round involved analysis using Dview software, refining and adjusting indicators based on expert opinions, and finally summarizing all retained indicators using Mindmaster. Results: The effective response rates for the three rounds of questionnaires were 88%, 100%, and 100%, respectively. Expert familiarity scores were 0.91, 0.95, and 0.95; coefficient of judgment were 0.92, 0.93, and 0.93; authority coefficients were 0.92, 0.94, and 0.94, respectively. Based on three rounds of consultation, the model established includes 3 primary indicators, 10 secondary indicators, 17 tertiary indicators, and 9 quaternary indicators. A total of 24 statistical indicators were finalized, with 8 under the Cognitive Abilities category, 10 under the Practical Skills category, and 6 under the Emotional Competence category. Conclusion: This study has developed an evaluation model for manual therapy learning among rehabilitation students, based on the Delphi method. The model includes multi-level evaluation indicators covering the key dimensions of Cognitive Abilities, Practical Skills, and Emotional Competence. Background: The purpose of this paper is to report on the process for developing an online RE-AIM evaluation toolkit in partnership with organizations that provide physical activity programming for persons with disabilities. Methods: A community-university partnership was established and guided by an integrated knowledge translation approach. The four-step development process included: (1) identify, review, and select knowledge (literature review and two rounds of Delphi consensus-building), (2) adapt knowledge to local context (rating feasibility of outcomes and integration into online platform), (3) assess barriers and facilitators (think-aloud interviews), and (4) select, tailor, implement (collaborative dissemination plan). Results: Step 1: Fifteen RE-AIM papers relevant to community programming were identified during the literature review. Two rounds of Delphi refined indicators for the toolkit related to reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance. Step 2: At least one measure was linked with each indicator. Ten research and community partners participated in assessing the feasibility of measures, resulting in a total of 85 measures. Step 3: Interviews resulted in several recommendations for the online platform and toolkit. Step 4: Project partners developed a dissemination plan, including an information package, webinars, and publications. Discussion: This project demonstrates that community and university partners can collaborate to develop a useful, evidence-informed evaluation resource for both audiences. We identified several strategies for partnership when creating a toolkit, including using a set of expectations, engaging research users from the outset, using consensus methods, recruiting users through networks, and mentorship of trainees. Next steps include disseminating (e.g., through webinars, conferences) and evaluating the toolkit to improve its use for diverse contexts (e.g., universal PA programming). Plain English summary: Organizations that provide sport and exercise programming for people with disabilities need to evaluate their programs to understand what works, secure funding, and make improvements. However, these programs can be difficult to evaluate due to lack of evidence-informed tools, low capacity, and few resources (e.g., money, time). For this project, we aimed to close the evaluation gap by creating an online, evidence-informed toolkit that helps organizations evaluate physical activity programs for individuals with disabilities. The toolkit development process was guided by a community-university partnership and used a systematic four-step approach. Step one included reviewing the literature and building consensus among partners and potential users about indicators related to the success of community-based programs. Step two involved linking indicators with at least one measure for assessment. Step three involved interviews with partners who provided several recommendations for the online toolkit. Step four included the co-creation of a collaborative plan to distribute the toolkit for academic and non-academic audiences. Our comprehensive toolkit includes indicators for the reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance of physical activity programs for individuals with disabilities. This paper provides a template for making toolkits in partnership with research users, offers strategies for community-university partnerships, and resulted in the co-creation of an evidence-informed evaluation resource to physical activity organizations. Several barriers exist in Alberta, Canada to providing accurate and accessible diagnoses for patients presenting with acute knee injuries and chronic knee problems. In efforts to improve quality of care for these patients, an evidence-informed clinical decision-making tool was developed. Forty-five expert panelists were purposively chosen to represent stakeholder groups, various expertise, and each of Alberta Health Services' 5 geographical health regions. A systematic rapid review and modified Delphi approach were executed with the intention of developing standardized clinical decision-making processes for acute knee injuries, atraumatic/overuse conditions, knee arthritis, and degenerative meniscus. Standardized criteria for screening, history-taking, physical examination, diagnostic imaging, timelines, and treatment were developed. This tool standardizes and optimizes assessment and diagnosis of acute knee injuries and chronic knee problems in Alberta. Introduction: A prosthetic limb technology has grown tremendously in the past few years, offering hope for increased functioning and better quality of life to people with upper limb amputation. However, the phenomenon of prosthetic rejection remains a challenge, particularly among paediatric users because of the prosthesis-related factors in functionality and appearance as well as the training and prosthetics services. Aim: One solution is to involve an Occupational therapist (OT), engineer (3D printed prosthesis expert), prosthesis user (experienced child), and their parent in designing the prosthesis. However, these collaborations have not been implemented as intended in the engineering field. Hence, this current study aimed to report on a comprehensive study protocol based on 3-corner collaborative design in order to develop and improve three-dimensional (3D) printed upper limb prosthesis design and a home-based self-care training module. Methods: The 3D upper limb prosthesis and training module was designed using a 3-corner collaborative design (participatory design approach). The participatory design process (involved experienced children with transradial deficiency; parent; OT and engineer) and data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews, participant observation, the Delphi technique, and face-to-face discussion. Discussion: The 3-corner collaborative design (participatory design approach) process helped us design an interactive platform to design a new 3D printed upper limb prosthesis features such as sizes, weight, control, and obtaining information on training that possible to manufacture tailor-made, customized, and personalized parts according to the users' deficiency; making them more suitable for the development of prostheses for each user, which must be customized. Introduction: Genomic healthcare applications have relevance to all healthcare professionals including nursing, and most evidence‐based clinical applications impact the quality and safety of healthcare. To guide nursing genomic competency initiatives, the Essential Nursing Competencies and Curricula Guidelines for Genetics and Genomics were established through a process of consensus in 2005. A 2009 update incorporated outcome indicators consisting of specific areas of knowledge and clinical performance indicators, to help support academic integration. Almost 20 years have elapsed since these competencies were first established, yet incorporating the competencies into general and specialty scope and standards of nursing practice is inconsistent, competency integration into curricula is highly uneven, continuing education in genomics for nurses is limited, and the genomic capacity of the nursing workforce remains low. These deficits have persisted despite substantial advances in genomic technology which substantially reduced costs and increased evidence‐based clinical applications, including direct to consumer genomic tests, the integration of genomics into evidence‐based guidelines, and evidence that genomics impacts the quality and safety of healthcare. Design: The aim of this project was to update and achieve consensus on genomic competencies applicable to all registered nurses. This was a mixed methods study. Methods: The update to the competencies was performed based first on a literature review to update the competencies based on the current state of the evidence. Using the updated content, a modified Delphi study was conducted with registered nurse panelists from clinical, academic, and research settings. Once consensus was achieved, the competencies were made available through the American Nurses Association for public comment. Public comments were then reviewed and integrated as needed. Results: The literature review resulted in a transition from genetics to genomics, given the reduction in costs, which resulted in an expansion of the scope of testing in both the germline and somatic contexts. Two Delphi rounds were required to reach consensus prior to the public comment period. Public comments were solicited through the American Nurses Association, and each comment was reviewed by the authors and addressed as indicated. Conclusion: The Essentials of Genomic Nursing: Competencies and Outcome Indicators constitute the minimum competency in genomics required of all registered nurses regardless of the level of academic training, role, or specialty. Clinical Relevance: Evidence‐based genomic applications span the entire healthcare continuum and, therefore, are relevant for all registered nurses regardless of academic training, role, practice setting, or clinical expertise. These competencies serve as the guide for the minimum requirements for registered nurse practice as well as guide curricula and continuing education for all registered nurses, including but not limited to administrators, educators, nursing leaders, practicing nurses, and researchers. Background: Assessment of orthopaedic surgery trainees is traditionally based on subjective evaluation by faculty. The recent push for value-based health care has placed a premium on improving patient outcomes. As a result, surgical training evaluations for orthopaedic trainees are evolving to include more objective measures to evaluate competency. Purpose: To develop and subsequently demonstrate the efficacy of a novel surgical skills assessment for orthopaedic sports medicine fellows. Study Design: Case series; Level of evidence, 4. Methods: A team of 14 fellowship-trained orthopaedic sports medicine surgeons developed objective scoring rubrics for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) and rotator cuff repair (RCR) using a modified Delphi process. Rubrics were designed based on 10 surgical steps with a grading scale (1-5) based on core competencies with a maximum summative score of 50. Fourteen orthopaedic fellows across a regionally diverse group of sports medicine–accredited fellowship programs were invited to complete both an ACLR and RCR in a surgical skills laboratory at the beginning and end of their fellowship year. Individual surgical steps, overall performance, and total procedure time were evaluated by a single sports medicine surgeon for both sessions. Results: Thirteen of 14 fellows completed both pre- and post-fellowship assessments. For the ACLR procedure, the pre-fellowship mean summative score was 25.4 (SD, 4.4) and the post-fellowship mean summative score was 38.6 (SD, 4.1), which was a statistically significant improvement (P <.001). For the RCR procedure, the pre-fellowship mean summative score was 26.6 (SD, 5.4) and the post-fellowship mean summative score was 38.8 (SD, 4.3), which was also a statistically significant improvement (P <.001). The mean time to completion for the ACLR procedure was 82.3 minutes (SD, 4.3 minutes) pre-fellowship, which improved to 69.7 minutes (SD, 11.6 minutes) post-fellowship (P =.002). The mean time to completion for the RCR procedure was 85.5 minutes (SD, 5.0 minutes) pre-fellowship, which improved to 76.4 minutes (SD, 7.0 minutes) post-fellowship (P <.001). Conclusion: This surgical skills program represents the first standardized and reproducible instrument for the evaluation of 2 arthroscopic sports medicine procedures in the United States. Orthopaedic sports medicine fellows improved significantly in aggregate over their fellowship year with regard to the ACLR and RCR. Background: Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is a safe and effective treatment option for various psychiatric disorders. However, its widespread use is limited by prevalent negative attitudes and stigma, not only within the general public but also among healthcare professionals. This study aimed to develop and validate a workshop-based educational module, titled the "Basic Course in ECT," for medical students. Methods: The curriculum development framework was used to develop the educational module. The content of the educational module was developed through expert consensus involving two rounds of the Delphi method. Faculty members provided feedback to validate the workshop content. A total 33 interns participated in the workshop. Student satisfaction was assessed using a feedback questionnaire. Results: Eight content areas were identified through a literature review. The Delphi consensus with 15 experts resulted in 10 topics being incorporated into the educational module. The module demonstrated strong face validity, as indicated by a content validity index of 1. Participants expressed high satisfaction with the workshop module regarding content, teaching methods, and time allocation. Feedback indicated an improvement in knowledge and a positive attitude toward ECT. Conclusions: The "Basic Course in ECT" was developed using expert consensus and validated for use with medical students. It can be integrated into the undergraduate curriculum. Background: Growing global demand for palliative care services has prompted generalist clinicians to provide adjunct support to specialist teams. Paramedics are uniquely placed to respond to these patients in the community. However, embedding palliative care principles into their core business will require multifactorial interventions at structural, healthcare service and individual clinician and consumer levels. Aim: To develop a palliative paramedicine framework suitable for national implementation, to standardise best practice in Australia. Design: Delphi study utilising questionnaire completion; each round informed the need for, and content of, the next round. Free text comments were also sought in Round 1. Two rounds of Delphi were undertaken. Setting/participants: Sixty-eight participants took part in Round 1, representing six countries, and 66 in Round 2. Participants included paramedics, palliative care doctors and nurses, general practitioners, researchers and carers with lived experience and expertise in palliative paramedicine. Results: Seventeen of the original 24 components gained consensus; 6 components were modified; and 9 new components arose from Round 1. All modified and new components gained consensus in Round 2. Only one original component did not gain consensus across both rounds and was excluded from the final 32-component framework. Conclusion: This study has developed a comprehensive national framework addressing the macro-, meso- and micro-level interventions required to standardise palliative paramedicine across Australia. Future research ought to engage a multidisciplinary team to create an implementation strategy, addressing any perceived barriers, facilitators and challenges for applying the framework into policy and practice. Multi-criteria methods are highly attractive tools to address the inherent complexity of evaluating problems in various scientific areas. The combination of methods such as Delphi/AHP is emerging as a robust alternative to evaluate the sustainability of renewable energy sources. In this theoretical-descriptive research, the use of the Delphi method is proposed to select criteria and sub-criteria to obtain a high level of reliability, while the AHP method is used to establish an order of preference among the alternatives analyzed. This process requires the support of a committee of experts, whose role is to identify the various biomass alternatives that can be used in the sugar industry, considering aspects related to sustainability. The selected experts have identified energy, exergy, and emergetic indicators, in which economic, environmental, and social aspects are integrated. The multi-criteria analysis shows that the V1 variant was the most satisfactory in terms of biomass sustainability, representing 45% and 53% of the overall priorities in the evaluated case studies. In addition, the sensitivity analysis under an equal-weighted scenario for both study cases evidenced that variant V1 acquired the highest score (38.17%) among all alternatives. Variant V4 achieved the second highest score (31.79%), while alternative V2 achieved only 29.04%, respectively. Recreational fisheries in Chinese fishing villages have undergone significant transformation due to supportive government policies. This study develops a comprehensive indicator to objectively assess the development of recreational fisheries under rural revitalization policies. Six key dimensions were identified using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Delphi method. The findings indicate that fishery resource conditions and environmental conditions are paramount, followed by service conditions, activities, policy conditions, and accommodation conditions. Key success indicators indicate the importance and priority of implementing policies, including "Tasting delicious aquatic products", "Government support", "Recreational fishing activities pricing", and "Talent revitalization." This study concludes by offering strategic recommendations to prioritize recreational fisheries within rural revitalization policies, utilizing identified indicators for policy implementation, and establishing a dedicated promotional group. In today's competitive and environmentally conscious industries, the ability of organizations to adapt and respond is more important than ever. This study focuses on overcoming the obstacles faced by the Iranian automobile sector by highlighting the significance of incorporating green supply chain techniques. The research intends to integrate organizational operations with environmental sustainability goals by utilizing a MULTIMOORA strategy for supplier selection. The Iranian automobile sector, facing substantial environmental challenges, requires a strategy framework for selecting environmentally friendly suppliers in order to sustain competitiveness and fulfill ecological obligations. The study develops a supplier selection model based on extensive research and expert knowledge. The Delphi and MULTIMOORA techniques are employed to assess and prioritize suppliers according to green criteria, assuring conformity with environmental goals. Data are collected by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing literature and engaging in conversations with industry experts in order to acquire information for the construction of the model. The results emphasize the crucial significance of trust-based relationships with suppliers, rigorous compliance with quality standards in new product development, and substantial investment in employee training and development. Sector analysts view these characteristics as crucial for promoting sustainability and gaining a competitive advantage in the Iranian vehicle sector. This study provides firms with strategic instruments to effectively negotiate the intricacies of green supply chain management, with a particular focus on the need for adopting sustainable practices while selecting suppliers in the dynamic and competitive context of the Iranian automobile industry. Aim: With the rise of structured, remote follow‐up of colorectal cancers, there is the potential risk of underdiagnosing and undermanaging low anterior resection syndrome (LARS). This cohort study aims to determine the rate of LARS and its patterns of care, with the aim of generating a risk‐stratified management algorithm that can be employed for nurse‐led follow‐up. Method: Patients who underwent elective anterior resection for the management of colorectal cancer between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2021 were sent quality‐of‐life questionnaires (EORTC‐QLQ‐CR29 and LARS score) and surveyed for LARS symptoms and management utilized. Results: Out of 70 patients who completed questionnaires, 71.4% had LARS and 42.9% had major LARS. The international Delphi consensus definition identified more patients (n = 50) with LARS than the LARS score (n = 41). Tumours located <8 cm from the anal verge, ULAR, and temporary stoma were predictive of major LARS on univariate analysis. However, only temporary stoma was predictive for LARS (OR 7.89 (1.15–53.95), P = 0.035) and majors LARS (8.14 (1.79–37.01), P = 0.007) on multivariate analysis. Forty‐four percent of patients with LARS did not have input from any health professional for this condition. Consultation with specialist allied health and/or colorectal surgeons ranged from 4% to 22%. Conclusions: Our study highlights that with the current remote follow‐up system focused on cancer outcomes a significant proportion of patients with LARS are overlooked, resulting in the underutilization of relevant health professionals and management options. Functioning is a construct capturing how an individual's engagement in everyday life emerges from the interaction between the individual and their environment. The World Health Organization's International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) provides a biopsychosocial framework of functioning. Previously, the ICF was adapted for use in autism by developing Core Sets, a selection of ICF codes from the entire classification for specific conditions. Here, we present the first revision of the ICF of the Core sets for autism from a Delphi-like technique, based on evidence from Core Sets validation/linking studies, stakeholder feedback, and the development and piloting of the autism ICF Core Sets platform. Two ICF second-level codes were removed, and 12 were added to the comprehensive autism Core Set. The added codes reflect body functions in various sensory domains, fine hand use, and environmental factors. Changes were extensive for the age-appropriate brief Core Sets where ICF codes from the initial Core Sets were added or removed. The revisions conducted indicate a continued need for regularly updating Core Sets, based on empirical evidence and stakeholder involvement. We recommend the updated Core Sets for future use in autism research and practice in different age groups and contexts. Autistic people experience individual strengths and challenges as well as barriers and facilitators in their environment. All of these factors contribute to how well autistic people can cope in everyday life, fulfill the roles they choose, and meet their needs. The World Health Organization has developed a system aiming to capture the many factors within people (like how someone thinks and feels) and outside of people (things around a person) that influence their daily living, called the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health can be used for different purposes in research and practice to assess people's situations and plan support measures. Previously in 2019, the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health was adapted to autism by developing so-called Core Sets, which are shorter International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health versions for use in specific conditions. Here, we present the first revisions of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Core Sets for autism, based on research, development results, and community feedback. Some factors influencing daily life for autistic people were added to the Core Sets, and other factors deemed less relevant were removed. Changes were also made in Core Sets designed for different age groups (0–5, 6–16, and ⩾17 years). Particularly, contents for sensory processing (like smell, touch, seeing, hearing) were added. We recommend these updated Core Sets for future use in autism research and practice. Background: Palliative care demands in the United States are growing amid a comparatively small workforce of palliative care clinicians and researchers. Therefore, determining research and clinical practice priorities is essential for streamlining initiatives to advance palliative care science and practice. Objectives: To identify and rank palliative care research and clinical practice priority areas through expert consensus. Design: Using a modified Delphi method, U.S. palliative care experts identified and ranked priority areas in palliative care research and clinical practice. Priorities were thematically grouped and analyzed for topic content and frequency; univariate analysis used the median of each priority item ranking, with a cutoff median of ≤8 indicating >76% agreement for an item's ranking. Results: In total, 27 interdisciplinary pediatric and adult palliative care experts representing 19 different academic institutions and medical centers participated in the preliminary survey and the first Delphi round, and 22 participated in the second Delphi round. The preliminary survey generated 78 initial topics, which were developed into 22 priority areas during the consensus meeting. The top five priorities were (1) access to palliative care, (2) equity in palliative care, (3) adequate financing of palliative care, (4) provision of palliative care in primary care settings, and (5) palliative care workforce challenges. Conclusions: These expert-identified priority areas provide guidance for researchers and practitioners to develop innovative models, policies, and interventions, thereby enriching the quality of life for those requiring palliative care services. Introduction: Hamstring strain injuries (HSI) are one of the most common injuries for soccer players and there is a need for new clinical-based studies on the rehabilitation of these injuries. Objective: This study aimed to create a consensus on physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches used in HSI by physiotherapists with super league experience in Turkey. Methods: Twenty-six male physiotherapists (duration of experience in professional life, on athlete health, and in the super league: 12.84 ± 6.04 years, 12.19 ± 5.96 years, 8.71 ± 5.31 years, respectively) from different institutions participated in the study. The research was carried out in three rounds using the Delphi method. Results: Data collected using LimeSurvey and Google Forms were analyzed using the Microsoft Excel and SPSS 22 software. The response rates over the three rounds were 100%, 96%, and 96%, respectively. The 10 main items that were agreed upon in Round 1 were divided into 93 sub-items. Their numbers in the second and third Rounds were 60 and 53, respectively. At the end of Round 3, the highest consensus was on eccentric exercise, dynamic stretching, interval running, and movement-enhancing field training. All sub-items at this round were classified as SUPER (S: Soft tissue restoration techniques; U: Using supportive approaches; P: Physical fitness exercises; E: Electro-hydro-thermal methods; and R: Return to sport activities). Conclusion: SUPER rehabilitation provides a new conceptual framework in terms of approaches used by clinicians in rehabilitation for athletes with HSI. Recognizing the lack of evidence for the various approaches involved, clinicians can modify their practice and researchers can explore whether these approaches are scientifically correct. Building on the TOE (Technology, Organization, and Environment) framework, two rounds of the survey via the Delphi technique were administered with 13 qualified industry professionals to determine the most important adoption factors using the relative importance index. Through semi-structured interviews, the professionals expressed their perspectives on the impact of active back-support exoskeletons on the construction industry. Results: Important factors included 18 facilitators and 21 barriers. The impact of the exoskeletons in the construction industry was categorized into expected benefits, barriers, solutions, adjustment to technology, implementation, and applicable tasks. Conclusions: This study identified the factors to be considered in the adoption and implementation of active back-support exoskeletons in the construction industry from the perspective of stakeholders. Introduction: It has been shown that 45%–85% of patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) will have early-onset arthritis within 10–12 years following surgery. Over the past two decades, the amount of literature regarding ACLR, gait maladaptations after ACLR and their potential link to early-onset arthritis, and rehabilitation techniques has grown exponentially; however, long-term patient outcomes remain modest. Methods: To evaluate current clinicians' attitudes, perspectives, and clinical practice approach for rehabilitation of patients following ACLR, a survey questionnaire was designed using the Delphi technique. Results: Of the 263 respondents, 84.4% (n = 226) reported that they believed gait training to be "Very" or "Extremely Important." However, only 35.7% (n = 94) reported objectively measuring gait during ACLR rehabilitation. Of the total respondents, only 6.8% (n = 18) assessed gait during rehabilitation using two-dimensional or three-dimensional motion capture technologies. Discussion: Our results suggest that while gait evaluation was perceived as important, most respondents did not objectively measure gait metrics as a clinical outcome during ACLR rehabilitation. These findings provide a prospective rehabilitation target to potentially mitigate a known risk factor of early-onset arthritis (gait maladaptations) in individuals following ACLR. Purpose: Veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV-ECMO) is an integral part of the management algorithm of patients with severe respiratory failure refractory to evidence-based conventional treatments. Right ventricular injury (RVI) pertaining to abnormalities in the dimensions and/or function of the right ventricle (RV) in the context of VV-ECMO significantly influences mortality. However, in the absence of a universally accepted RVI definition and evidence-based guidance for the management of RVI in this very high-risk patient cohort, variations in clinical practice continue to exist. Methods: Following a systematic search of the literature, an international Steering Committee consisting of eight healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients receiving ECMO identified domains and knowledge gaps pertaining to RVI definition and management where the evidence is limited or ambiguous. Using a Delphi process, an international panel of 52 Experts developed Expert position statements in those areas. The process also conferred RV-centric overarching open questions for future research. Consensus was defined as achieved when 70% or more of the Experts agreed or disagreed on a Likert-scale statement or when 80% or more of the Experts agreed on a particular option in multiple‐choice questions. Results: The Delphi process was conducted through four rounds and consensus was achieved on 31 (89%) of 35 statements from which 24 Expert position statements were derived. Expert position statements provided recommendations for RVI nomenclature in the setting of VV-ECMO, a multi-modal diagnostic approach to RVI, the timing and parameters of diagnostic echocardiography, and VV-ECMO settings during RVI assessment and management. Consensus was not reached on RV-protective driving pressure thresholds or the effect of prone positioning on patient-centric outcomes. Conclusion: The proposed definition of RVI in the context of VV-ECMO needs to be validated through a systematic aggregation of data across studies. Purpose: The Minimum Speech Test Battery (MSTB) for adults was introduced in 1996 (Nilsson et al., 1996) and subsequently updated in 2011 (Advanced-Bionics et al., 2011). The MSTB has been widely used by clinicians as a guide for cochlear implant (CI) candidacy evaluations and to document post-operative speech recognition performance. Due to changes in candidacy over the past 10 years, a revision to the MSTB was needed. Method: In 2022, the Institute for Cochlear Implant Training (ICIT) recruited a panel of expert CI audiologists to update and revise the MSTB. This panel utilized a modified Delphi consensus process to revise the test battery and to improve its applicability considering recent changes in CI care. Results: This resulted in the MTSB--Version 3 (MSTB-3), which includes test protocols for identifying not only traditional CI candidates but also possible candidates for electric--acoustic stimulation and patients with single-sided deafness and asymmetric hearing loss. The MSTB-3 provides information that supplements the earlier versions of the MSTB, such as recommendations of when to refer patients for a CI, recommended patient-reported outcome measures, considerations regarding the use of cognitive screeners, and sample report templates for clinical documentation of pre- and post-operative care. Background Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI), a leading cause of nosocomial deaths, is a microbiota-mediated disease. As such, the use of broader spectrum antibiotics, such as vancomycin and metronidazole, can prime the gastrointestinal tract to become more prone to CDI recurrences. Fidaxomicin, a narrow-spectrum antibiotic, has been demonstrated to be superior in preventing recurrence and in preserving the intestinal microbiota; however, widespread employment worldwide has been hindered due to high acquisition costs. Objectives To integrate the currently available guidelines on the management of CDI and to shed light on the timeliest employment of fidaxomicin. Methods An expert panel was gathered to obtain consensus using Delphi methodology on a series of statements regarding the management of CDI and on appropriate antibiotic use. Results Consensus was reached on 21 of the 25 statements addressing the management of CDI. Conclusions Delphi methodology was used to achieve consensus on the management of CDI, on the identification of patients at risk of recurrences or severe infection, and on the most appropriate use of fidaxomicin, with the final aim of fostering clinical practice application of treatment algorithms proposed by previous guidelines, in absolute synergy. Objective: Primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an acquired disorder of platelets with a complex and unclear mechanism of increased immune destruction or impaired production of platelets. While the management of ITP is evolving, there is still a need for guidance, particularly in certain circumstances such as pregnancy, emergencies, or patients requiring co-medications. We aimed to determine the tendencies of hematologists in Türkiye in the event of such special considerations. Materials and Methods: Applying a modified Delphi method, the Turkish National ITP Working Group, founded under the auspices of the Turkish Society of Hematology, developed a questionnaire consisting of statements regarding pregnancy, emergencies, and circumstances requiring co-treatment with antiaggregants or anticoagulants. A total of 107 hematologists working in university or state hospitals voted for their agreement or disagreement with the statements for two sequential rounds. Results: The participating hematologists reached an agreement on starting treatment for pregnant patients with platelets of less than 30x109/L and delivery either vaginally or by cesarean section being safe at platelet counts above 50x109/L. For emergencies and the rescue management of ITP, the panel agreed against the use of high-dose corticosteroids alone, preferring combinations with transfusions or intravenous immunoglobulin. For patients who require interventions, platelet counts of >50x109/L were regarded as safe for low-risk procedures as well as co-treatment with antiplatelets or anticoagulants. Conclusion: As the National ITP Study Group, we have observed the need to increase the practice guidance regarding patients with primary ITP requiring additional treatments including invasive interventions and co-treatments for coagulation. Decisions on the management of ITP during pregnancy should be individualized. There is a lack of consensus on the thresholds of platelet counts as well as co-morbidities and co-medications. Transurethral procedures such as direct vision internal urethrotomy and urethral dilation have been the traditional treatments for urethral strictures. However, transurethral procedures are associated with high recurrence rates, resulting in many uncured cases and prompting major international urological societies to recommend urethroplasty as the standard treatment owing to its high success rate. In contrast, many Japanese general urologists have little doubts about treating urethral strictures with transurethral treatment. Therefore, urethral stricture treatments in Japan are not in line with those used in other countries. To address this, the Trauma, Emergency Medicine, and Reconstruction Subcommittee of the Japanese Urological Association has developed guidelines to offer standardized treatment protocols for urethral stricture, based on international evidence and tailored to Japan's medical landscape. These guidelines target patients with a clinically suspected urethral stricture and are intended for urologists and general practitioners involved in its diagnosis and treatment. Following the Minds Clinical Practice Guideline Development Manual 2020, the committee identified eight critical clinical issues and formulated eight clinical questions using the "patient, intervention, comparison, and outcome" format. A comprehensive literature search was conducted. For six clinical questions addressed by the existing guidelines or systematic reviews, the level of evidence was determined by qualitative systematic reviews. Quantitative systematic reviews and meta‐analyses were performed for the two unique clinical questions. The recommendation grades were determined using the Delphi method and consensus by the committee. Authorities in China have been actively involved in the high-quality development of libraries, with an emphasis on supporting and extending National Reading. Providing appropriate and successful reading services requires well-prepared reading service librarians, empowered to design and deliver services that make reading enjoyable and accessible for all. Based on competency theory and empowerment theory, this study analyses the competency features of empowered reading service librarians and constructs a competency model based on those features. Through literature analysis and Behavioural Event Interview, a preliminary competency model comprising 16 discriminative competencies and 20 benchmark competencies was constructed, subsequently refined through 4 rounds of expert consultation using the Delphi method and resulting in a model with 11 discriminative competency features and 6 benchmark competency features. A questionnaire survey of reading service librarians and library users was undertaken to extract common factors and develop an iceberg model. The iceberg model comprises 4 dimensions: knowledge, skills, self-concept, and motivation, with 11 discriminative competency traits and 6 benchmark competency traits. The model extends our understanding of the important competencies underpinning the work of reading service librarians and can support developments in their professional education, performance evaluation, recruitment, and selection. Background: Simulation is increasingly being explored as an assessment modality. This study sought to develop and collate validity evidence for a novel simulation-based assessment of operative competence. We describe the approach to assessment design, development, pilot testing, and validity investigation. Methods: Eight procedural stations were generated using both virtual reality and bio-hybrid models. Content was identified from a previously conducted Delphi consensus study of trainers. Trainee performance was scored using an equally weighted Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills (OSATS) tool and a modified Procedure-Based Assessment (PBA) tool. Validity evidence was analyzed in accordance with Messick's validity framework. Both 'junior' (ST2–ST4) and 'senior' trainees (ST 5–ST8) were included to allow for comparative analysis. Results: Thirteen trainees were assessed by ten assessors across eight stations. Inter-station reliability was high (α = 0.81), and inter-rater reliability was acceptable (inter-class correlation coefficient 0.77). A significant difference in mean station score was observed between junior and senior trainees (44.82 vs 58.18, p =.004), while overall mean scores were moderately correlated with increasing training year (rs =.74, p =.004, Kendall's tau-b.57, p = 0.009). A pass-fail score generated using borderline regression methodology resulted in all 'senior' trainees passing and 4/6 of junior trainees failing the assessment. Conclusion: This study reports validity evidence for a novel simulation-based assessment, designed to assess the operative competence of higher specialist trainees in general surgery. Purpose: This study aimed to identify clinical guidelines that provide recommendations on prescribing refractive error correction in children, evaluate the overall quality of these guidelines using the Appraisal of Guidelines for REsearch and Evaluation II (AGREE II) tool and subsequently gain consensus on the prescribing recommendations from high‐quality guidelines using the modified Delphi technique. Methods: A comprehensive search for prescribing guidelines was conducted using databases and professional websites. The quality appraisal of eligible guidelines was undertaken by scoring the six AGREE II domains. Subsequently, the modified Delphi technique was used by 10 experts (sub‐specialist optometrists, ophthalmologists and orthoptists) to gain consensus on the prescribing recommendation statements extracted from guidelines that had been identified as high quality. Three rounds were conducted in which agreement of these statements were scored using a 9‐point Likert scale with a free‐text option for any additional comments. Results: Five eligible guidelines were identified. The AGREE II tool demonstrated that the guidelines varied substantially in quality, with only one guideline identified as being of high quality. A total of 168 prescribing statements were reviewed in the Delphi procedure. Of these, 95 statements reached expert consensus as being appropriate prescribing recommendations. Conclusion: There is significant scope for improving current guidelines for prescribing refractive error correction in children. We used the modified Delphi technique to find points of agreement on prescribing recommendations to support professionals prescribing refractive error correction in children. This study aims to validate adequate content for Industry 4.0 training recommended to managers unfamiliar with this theme and intends to get a holistic view. A Delphi Method was conducted with experts in Industry 4.0 and training. These experts evaluated an initial training content structure segmented into seven modules based on academic literature. The consensus was reached in two rounds with the participation of twenty-seven (27) experts in the first round and twenty (20) experts in the second round. The results were discussed considering literature statements. The initial training content structure was reordered and an additional module was appended. The validated training content structure considers a total of eight modules ordered as follows: Business Management Models Impact; Product Personalisation and Smart Products; Smart Factory and Integration; Modularity and Service Orientation; Decentralisation and Interoperability; Virtualisation and Real-Time Capability; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability Impact; and Industry 4.0 Implementation. The results presented here are helpful for academics, consultants, and professionals who need to design courses and training about Industry 4.0 theme. The World Health Organization emphasizes the importance of providing integrated care for older people. Taiwan is the fastest aging country in the world. In 2016, Taiwan implemented the Long-Term Care Plan 2.0 (TLTCP 2.0), aimed at providing integrated long-term care (LTC) services in communities. However, LTC service agencies have not been able to evaluate the level of integrated care they provide due to the lack of an effective assessment tool. To address this need, this study sets out to develop an integration assessment tool, namely the Self-Assessment for Service Integration in Long-Term Care (SASI-LTC), which will allow LTC agencies to self-evaluate their current level of integration from multiple perspectives. The SASI-LTC was developed based on Evashwick's framework, underwent two rounds of Delphi panels with twenty-six experts, and a pilot test with 243 valid questionnaires from administrators of Tier A agencies who are responsible for integrating LTC. The Delphi experts assessed the content with high levels of agreement using medians, the scale content validity index (SCVI) and item content validity index (ICVI). The SASI-LTC included four domains (inter-entity organization and management, integrated care coordination, integrated resources, and integrated information systems) with thirty items. The SASI-LTC showed good reliability (Cronbach's α = 0.94) and good validity, and a confirmatory factor analysis showed a good model fit index [χ2/df = 1.38; RMSEA = 0.040; CFI = 0.963; SRMR = 0.049] in pilot testing. While the SASI-LTC is a useful and feasible tool for Taiwan's LTC service agencies to evaluate their level of integration in providing LTC services, it could also be used in other countries with minor adjustments to localization of items related to financial integration. The predominant conceptualization of scientific literacy occurs on the micro scale of an individual person. However, scientific literacy can also be exhibited at the meso scale by groups of people in communities of place, practice, or interest. What comprises this community level scientific literacy (CSL) is both understudied and undertheorized. In this paper, we utilized a systematic literature review to describe how CSL is characterized in the extant literature and a Delphi survey of experts to elicit more current thought. Guided by cultural‐historical activity theory, inductive and deductive analyses produced seven elements of CSL and their constituent characteristics: (1) resources, (2) attributes of those resources, (3) actors, (4) interactions between actors, (5) contexts, (6) topics, and (7) purposes. The typology created through this process is meant to be generative, serving as a starting point for continuing refinement within science education and other fields related to science learning and knowing. The objective of this investigation was to define criteria for environmental, economic and social sustainability practices at all stages of the institutional restaurant meal production process.The method was based on an initial 35 criteria model relying on the literature, and subdivided into three dimensions: natural resources, stages of the meal production process, as well as certification and training programs for employees. This model was sent to 36 specialists for the application of the Delphi Technique, through an online form, using the 5-point Likert scale, considering the relevance and difficulty of the execution of each of the criteria.The criteria that reached an average greater than or equal to 3.5 in relation to the level of relevance were considered accepted. After the analysis of the dimensions by the investigation participants indicated that the 35 criteria were approved and two new ones were included. The 37 criteria are arranged in order of relevance and levels of difficulty. This order is intended to help to instruct managers and nutritionists in assessing and determining priority actions in institutional restaurants, in order to achieve sustainable practices. The 37 defined criteria can help institutional restaurants determine priority actions for sustainability practices. Background: Physical restraint is applied in pediatric intensive care units to carry out certain painful procedures and to ensure the maintenance and continuity of life support devices. There is a need to analyse the factors that influence the behaviour or intention to use physical restraint. Aim: To create and test psychometrically a paediatric version of the Physical Restraint‐Theory of Planned Behaviour Questionnaire to assess paediatric critical care nurses' intention to use physical restraint. Study Design: A psychometric study. Five medical‐surgical Paeditric Intensive care Units from five hospitals in Spain. The study took place in three phases. In phase 1, the questionnaire was adapted. In phase 2, the content validity of each item was determined, and a pilot test was conducted. In phase 3, we administered the questionnaire and determined its psychometric properties. Results: The assessment of the intention to use physical restraint was extended to all critical paediatric patients, two items were eliminated from the initial questionnaire, four new items were included, and the clinical scenarios of the intention subscale were expanded from three to six. Overall content validity index for the full instrument of 0.96 out of 1. The Paediatric Physical Restraint‐Theory of Planned Behaviour Questionnaire is made up of four subscales (attitude, subjective norms (SN), perceived behavioural control (PBC), and intention) subdivided into 7 factors and 51 items. The internal consistency for the attitude subscale obtained a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.80 to 0.73, for the SN it was 0.72 to 0.89, for the PBC it was from 0.80 to 0.73 and for the intention subscale it was 0.75. Conclusions: The Paediatric Physical Restraint‐Theory of Planned Behaviour Questionnaire is an instrument composed of seven factors and 51 items that validly and reliably assesses the intention of paediatric nurses to apply PR in PICUs. Relevance for Clinical Practice: Having this instrument will help health centres move towards restraint‐free care by allowing managers to assess professionals' attitudes, beliefs, and intentions around the use of PR in PICUs. AIM This research aimed to uncover elements of a comprehensive, trauma-informed (TI) multidisciplinary health professions simulation framework to improve the delivery of care to traumatized patients. BACKGROUND Trauma is a pervasive public health problem requiring a TI approach. Simulation is an evidence-based teaching strategy that advances knowledge and clinical reasoning. There is a lack of scientifically based simulation education models addressing the delivery of TI care for the health professions. METHOD A Delphi study utilizing a panel of experts was conducted to identify the most critical elements of a simulation framework. RESULTS Phase one identified 10 content areas and 111 subcontent areas. Phase two analysis revealed 99 percent of the 111 subcontent areas achieved expert consensus. CONCLUSION This Delphi study provides the first scientifically based framework to guide the development of a comprehensive, TI, multidisciplinary simulation framework to recognize trauma survivors and subsequently display concern and respect. Background: Antiseizure medications remain the cornerstone of treatment for epilepsy, although a proportion of individuals with the condition will continue to experience seizures despite appropriate therapy. Treatment choices for epilepsy are based on variables related to both the individual patient and the available medications. Brivaracetam is a third-generation agent antiseizure medication. Methods: We carried out a Delphi consensus exercise to define the role of brivaracetam in clinical practice and to provide guidance about its use as first add-on ASM and in selected clinical scenarios. A total of 15 consensus statements were drafted by an expert panel following review of the literature and all were approved in the first round of voting by panelists. The consensus indicated different clinical scenarios for which brivaracetam can be a good candidate for treatment, including first add-on use. Results: Overall, brivaracetam was considered to have many advantageous characteristics that render it a suitable option for patients with focal epilepsy, including a fast onset of action, favorable pharmacokinetic profile with few drug-drug interactions, broad-spectrum activity, and being well tolerated across a range of doses. Brivaracetam is also associated with sustained clinical response and good tolerability in the long term. Conclusions: These characteristics also make it suitable as an early add-on for the elderly and for patients with post-stroke epilepsy or status epilepticus as highlighted by the present Delphi consensus. The proportion of pupils with English as an additional language (EAL) has steadily risen in recent years in England, reaching just under one in five of all pupils aged 5–16 in 2021, with a total of over 365 languages spoken between them. Despite educational psychologists' (EPs) practice being concerned with reduction of barriers that prevent children from fully accessing education, a review of the educational psychology literature provides little information to suggest that EPs are responding to the increasing linguistic diversity of their client group. Further, there is a lack of shared understanding among EPs of the specific competencies needed to address the specific language needs of this population. Through a three-round Delphi, 90 statements were identified as key features required for EP practice with EAL students and families; these statements were then structured into a guiding framework for EP practice. Research on Open Science practices in Health Psychology is lacking. This meta-research study aimed to identify research question priorities and obtain consensus on the Top 5 prioritised research questions for Open Science in Health Psychology. An international Delphi consensus study was conducted. Twenty-three experts in Open Science and Health Psychology within the European Health Psychology Society (EHPS) suggested research question priorities to create a 'long-list' of items (Phase 1). Forty-three EHPS members rated the importance of these items, ranked their top five and suggested their own additional items (Phase 2). Twenty-four EHPS members received feedback on Phase 2 responses and then re-rated and re-ranked their top five research questions (Phase 3). The top five ranked research question priorities were: 1. 'To what extent are Open Science behaviours currently practised in Health Psychology?', 2. 'How can we maximise the usefulness of Open Data and Open Code resources?', 3. 'How can Open Data be increased within Health Psychology?', 4. 'What interventions are effective for increasing the adoption of Open Science in Health Psychology?' and 5. Aim: To construct a nursing assessment framework for patients in anaesthesia recovery period. Design: A three‐round modified Delphi method was employed to capture the consensus of 22 panellists. Methods: The initial items in the nursing assessment framework for patients in anaesthesia recovery period were developed based on the mini‐clinical evaluation exercise (mini‐CEX). A panel of 22 experts participated in this study. The panellists have more than 10 years of experience in either clinical anaesthesia, or post‐anesthesia nursing, or operating room nursing, or surgical intensive nursing. Between March and April 2023, the panellists evaluated and recommended revisions to the initial framework. Results: This study resulted in the development of a nursing assessment framework for patients in anaesthesia recovery period. The initial version of the framework consisted of six dimensions with 27 items. Six items were modified after the first round of consultation. After the second round, five modifications and four deletions were made based on expert opinion. The third round resulted in a convergence of expert opinion. The framework, which consists of 24 items across five dimensions, was refined. The five dimensions are as follows: History‐taking, Physical assessment, Clinical judgement, Organizational efficiency and Humanistic concern. Conclusion: The nursing assessment framework for patients in anaesthesia recovery period was reached consensus between the 22 experts' opinions. Implications for the profession and patient care: The assessment framework constructed in this study could be used for the process evaluation of post‐anesthesia nursing. The framework may guide perianesthesia nurses in the timely and effective assessment of patients during this critical phase of care. The value of interdisciplinary teams in improving outcomes and quality of care of patients with brain metastases remains uncertain, partly due to the lack of consensus on key indicators to evaluate interprofessional care. We aimed to obtain expert consensus across disciplines on indicators that evaluate the quality and value of brain metastases care. A steering committee of key opinion leaders curated relevant outcomes and process indicators from a literature review and a stakeholder needs assessment, and an international panel of physicians rated the outcomes and process indicators using a modified Delphi method. After three rounds, a consensus was reached on 29 indicators encompassing brain-directed oncological treatment, surgery, whole-brain radiotherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, supportive or palliative care, and interdisciplinary team care. The Brain Metastases Quality-of-Care measure reflects the value and quality of brain metastases team-based care according to treatment modality and provides a benchmark of care for this under-studied patient population. The adoption, implementation, and sustainability of this set of indicators could help address the need expressed by patients with cancer, caregivers, and clinicians for more coordinated care across inpatient, outpatient, home, community, and tertiary academic settings. The British Journal of Dermatology has introduced a new requirement for authors submitting consensus-based papers to follow the ACcurate COnsensus Reporting Document (ACCORD). Consensus methods are commonly used in dermatology for various purposes, but there have been issues with the reporting of these methods, resulting in a lack of detail and transparency. The ACCORD checklist, consisting of 35 items, aims to address these problems by providing a universal reporting guideline applicable to all consensus methods in different health-related fields. The text offers guidance and examples for reporting consensus exercises, emphasizing the importance of clarity, transparency, and integrity in reporting. It highlights key areas that need to be reported, including protocol registration, selection of committee members and panellists, definition of consensus, feedback to panellists, participation incentives, accessibility adaptations, conflicts of interest, and funding sources. Objective: Acromegaly is associated with increased morbidity and mortality if left untreated. The therapeutic options include surgery, medical treatment, and radiotherapy. Several guidelines and recommendations on treatment algorithms and follow‐up exist. However, not all recommendations are strictly evidence‐based. To evaluate consensus on the treatment and follow‐up of patients with acromegaly in the Nordic countries. Methods: A Delphi process was used to map the landscape of acromegaly management in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. An expert panel developed 37 statements on the treatment and follow‐up of patients with acromegaly. Dedicated endocrinologists (n = 47) from the Nordic countries were invited to rate their extent of agreement with the statements, using a Likert‐type scale (1−7). Consensus was defined as ≥80% of panelists rating their agreement as ≥5 or ≤3 on the Likert‐type scale. Results: Consensus was reached in 41% (15/37) of the statements. Panelists agreed that pituitary surgery remains first line treatment. There was general agreement to recommend first‐generation somatostatin analog (SSA) treatment after failed surgery and to consider repeat surgery. In addition, there was agreement to recommend combination therapy with first‐generation SSA and pegvisomant as second‐ or third‐line treatment. In more than 50% of the statements, consensus was not achieved. Considerable disagreement existed regarding pegvisomant monotherapy, and treatment with pasireotide and dopamine agonists. Conclusion: This consensus exploration study on the management of patients with acromegaly in the Nordic countries revealed a relatively large degree of disagreement among experts, which mirrors the complexity of the disease and the shortage of evidence‐based data. OBJECTIVES: Critically ill adults requiring artificial airways experience profound communication deficits. Studies of interventions supporting communication report disparate outcomes, creating subsequent challenges in the interpretation of their effectiveness. Therefore, we aimed to develop international consensus for a communication core outcome set (Comm-COS) for future trials of communication interventions in this population. DESIGN: 1) Systematic review, 2) patient/family interviews, 3) two-round modified Delphi, and 4) virtual consensus meetings with a final voting round. A multidisciplinary expert steering committee oversaw all stages. SETTING: Interviews and consensus meetings were conducted via videoconferencing. Digital methods were used for Delphi and final Comm-COS voting. SUBJECTS: Three stakeholder groups: 1) patient and family members with lived experience within 3 years, 2) clinicians with experience working in critical care, and 3) researchers publishing in the field. INTERVENTION: None. MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS: We identified 59 outcomes via our systematic review, 3 unique outcomes from qualitative interviews, and 2 outcomes from our steering committee. Following item reduction, 32 outcomes were presented in Delphi round 1; 134 participants voted; 15 patient/family (11%), 91 clinicians (68%), and 28 researchers (21%). Nine additional outcomes were generated and added to round 2; 106 (81%) participants voted. Following completion of the consensus processes, the Comm-COS includes seven outcomes: 1) changes in emotions and wellbeing associated with ability to communicate, 2) physical impact of communication aid use, 3) time to functional communication, 4) ability to communicate healthcare needs (comfort/care/safety/decisions), 5) conversation agency, 6) ability to establish a communication connection to develop and maintain relationships, and 7) acceptability of the communication intervention. CONCLUSIONS: This is the first COS to specifically focus on communication for critically ill adults. Limitations for operationalization include selection of measures to use with these outcomes. Identification of suitable measures and adoption of the Comm-COS in future trials will help establish effective interventions to ameliorate the highly prevalent and negative experience of communicative incapacity. Due to the lack of treatment guidelines for the management of advanced-stage marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), only one chemoimmunotherapy—cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and prednisone plus rituximab (R-CVP)—is reimbursed in the first-line setting in South Korea. The aim of this study was to develop a consensus-based recommendation for the treatment of patients with advanced-stage MZL. Twelve hematologist oncologists participated in a two-round Delphi process to identify consensus on the management of patients with advanced-stage MZL in South Korea. Physicians rated their level of agreement with each statement on a four-point Likert scale. Statements were divided into two sections: definitions used in clinical practice and clinical management of patients with advanced-stage MZL. Consensus was reached for 23 of 33 (69.7%) and 5 of 13 statements (38.5%) in rounds 1 and 2, respectively. There was strong consensus (91.7%) that advanced-stage MZL subtypes are defined according to the Lugano staging system. First-line systemic treatment should be prescribed for patients with symptomatic advanced-stage MZL. Although there was unanimous agreement that R-CVP is the standard first-line treatment for advanced-stage MZL, physicians also agreed that bendamustine with rituximab (BR) has greater efficacy than R-CVP as first-line treatment (91.7%). For the treatment of relapsed/refractory advanced-stage MZL, BR and R-CVP can be repeated in patients with short (< 24 months) and long remission periods (≥ 24 months), respectively. Critical thinking is a foundational skill essential to achieving the goals of postgraduate orthodontic education. Thoughtful instructional design and formative assessment experiences are crucial in fostering the development of critical thinking among residents. This involves purposeful, self-regulatory judgment, encompassing interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference. According to the American Philosophical Association Delphi Consensus, the ideal critical thinker is inquisitive, well-informed, and open-minded. However, current postgraduate educational frameworks lack explicit critical thinking objectives. By creating a learning environment that challenges residents to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information, educators can effectively cultivate these skills. The collaborative efforts of educators and residents are vital in this developmental process, with both parties acting as collaborators in the teaching and learning of critical thinking. Critical thinking in orthodontics is not only developed during residency but is also a lifelong skill. It begins during the training tenure and, with continued practice, helps transform novice residents into expert orthodontists. This lifelong journey ensures that orthodontists remain adept at making sound clinical judgments, addressing complex patient's needs, and staying abreast of advancements in their field. The quest to define orthodontic competencies for general dentists has been ongoing. The translation of these competencies into explicit learning outcomes and their integration into curriculum through instructional strategies and assessment tools has not been thoroughly documented in orthodontic literature. This study presents a methodical approach undertaken by a dental school to establish core orthodontic learning outcomes for newly graduated general dentists. We aim to detail the consensus-building process for establishing fundamental orthodontic learning outcomes. Employing a modified Delphi method, this study sought to construct a consensus on orthodontic learning outcomes over three stages. Reviewing existing literature, we identified primary competency domains and formulated a preliminary set of outcomes. An expert panel was then convened, to critique and refine these outcomes. Miller's pyramid of clinical competence provided a framework for categorization. Disagreements on critical outcomes were addressed in the final stage, ensuring alignment with teaching and assessment methods. A diverse panel of orthodontists participated in successive Delphi stages. We derived 93 learning outcomes across seven domains of practice, critical for new dental graduates. The outcomes were stratified into categories corresponding to Miller's pyramid. These categorizations informed the enhancement of assessment techniques and instructional strategies, culminating in the creation of a self-assessment tool. The learning outcomes developed offer a strategic guide for evolving the undergraduate orthodontic curriculum. Importance: Occupational therapy is one of the most used interventions for children on the autism spectrum. There is a critical need to develop an operationalized list of key treatment components of usual-care occupational therapy practice for children on the autism spectrum. Objective: To identify and develop consensus on definitions and examples of key treatment components of usual-care occupational therapy for children on the autism spectrum, ages 6 to 13 yr. Design: We conducted a Delphi study to obtain feedback from a panel of experts. Setting: Electronic survey. Participants: 17 occupational therapy panelists with expertise in autism intervention. Outcomes and Measures: Panelists rated the definition and example of each treatment component and provided feedback through multiple rounds of survey. Results: On the basis of the panelists' feedback on Delphi Round 1, the criteria rating form was revised to include four questions for the definition and example of each treatment component. Through four Delphi rounds of consensus building, we developed an operationalized list of 20 treatment components with definitions and examples that incorporated elements of usual-care occupational therapy intervention for children on the autism spectrum. Conclusions and Relevance: This operationalized list of treatment components serves as a foundational framework to improve education, practice, and research of occupational therapy intervention for children on the autism spectrum. Importance: There is a critical gap between the potential of smart home technologies to enhance the lives of people with physical disabilities (PwPD) and their limited use because of complex interfaces, high costs, technical issues, and insufficient institutional support. Objective: To bridge this gap and ensure that PwPD can fully benefit from smart home advancements to improve their daily living and quality of life by developing a smart home modification program. Design: A Delphi survey involving three rounds was conducted with experts in disability and smart home technologies. Setting: Online survey. Participants: Thirty multidisciplinary health care experts. Outcomes and Measures: Experts rated the level of relevance in smart home modification with each survey. Consensus was set at ≥75%, content validity (CVR) was ≥.33, and convergence was ≤.5. Results: The first Delphi result selected 26 items, and the second included 59 items after adjusting for values that fell below a CVR of.33. In the third Delphi survey, 59 items were selected. The final Delphi study had an average CVR of.96 and a coefficient of variation of.10. The last survey's consensus point was.92, indicating a high level of agreement among participants. Conclusions and Relevance: On the basis of expert consensus, the study provides a validated framework for smart home modifications to aid PwPD.
