Cities can identify trends and needs by analyzing data from IOT devices and sensors. Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are generally used in numerous field of interest to detect phenomena, process the detected data and take appropriate actions. Due to the limited sources of stationary sensor nodes, WSNs must work with mobile robots such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and Unmanned Ground Vehicles(UGVs) in their development. Consequently, it is necessary to maintain the energy efficiency of UAVs since they are approved by data centers so they must be deployed and charged frequently. Researchers worked on this area and came across various schemes for efficient data collection with minimal energy usage. This paper gives a structured and extensive review of different schemes proposed by different authors around the globe. This paper also evaluates the datasets utilized by different researchers for data collection method. Finally, the challenges involved in data collection method and power consumption are highlighted in conclusion section. We have also listed the future work in conclusion section.

Cancer is a wide-spreading disease. Its count goes on increasing and became the second leading cause of death in respect of diseases. New cancer-targeting molecules are explored. In this study, we tried to collect information about one such molecule, OTX015. Articles were searched across reputed search engines and publishers such as Cochrane, EMBASE, The Lancet, PubMed, GoogleScholar, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online, Springer and Bentham Science by using different keywords: “OTX015”, “Cancer”, “Small molecule PROTACs”, “BRD/BET” and “BET inhibitors”. The quality papers were retrieved, studied, categorized into different sections, analyzed, and used for article writing.OTX015 is a novel molecule in clinical trials. It showed some promising results in various cancers as well as other diseases like latent-HIV with the least side-effects.This article will give an insight into Small Molecules as PROTACs, their advantages and disadvantages, OTX015 and its PROTAC ARV- 825. It is advised that more research/studies are required to be carried out to know more about OTX015 and other PROTACs, their advancements, receptors, and mechanism/ mode of action to know their abilities to work against proteins involving diseases.

Ni2+ substituted spinel ferrites with formula CdxNi1-xFe2O4 were prepared by microwave Sol-gel method. The XRD analysis of the synthesized ferrite confirms the formation of cubic spinel structure of ferrite. Rietveld refined XRD patterns revealed the cubic spinel phase with Fd-3m space group. The oxygen position and the cation distribution are determined by means of Rietveld analysis, indicating the existence of mixed ferrites in each sample. The magnetic properties of all ferrites were studied by using a vibration sample magnetometer. The fast synthesis of spinel ferrites is yielded due to use of the microwave sintering technique. We present a fast («1 s per profile) inversion code for solar Ca II lines. The code uses an archive of spectra that are synthesized prior to the inversion under the assumption of local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE). We show that it can be successfully applied to spectrograph data or more sparsely sampled spectra from two-dimensional spectrometers. From a comparison to a non-LTE inversion of the same set of spectra, we derive a first-order non-LTE correction to the temperature stratifications derived in the LTE approach. The correction factor is close to unity up to log τ ~ -3 and increases to values of 2.5 and 4 at log τ = -6 in the quiet Sun and the umbra, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
