Using the hydrolysis reaction of TEOS and ethanol to prepare nano-SiO2 sol, and grafting with silane coupling agent WD-20 to introduce double bonds to make a surface modification, the nano-SiO2 sol mixed with the light-cured resin PEA, reactive diluents TPGDA and photoinitiators 1171 under ultrasonicto after dried concentration in vacuum oven, then the composite resin gotten was characterized through FTIR, TGA, UV-Vis and particle size analysis. The results showed as follows: the light-cured resin modified by nano-SiO2 with WD-20 was better in dispersion and stability, and durability, abrasion resistance and other performances of the coating improved significantly which broadened the application range of light-cured resin.

The ink used in food packaging is facing great challenge with the increasing of food safety requirements. In this paper, a kind of nano-SiO2 water-based ink was studied which combined the anti-UV & anti-bacterial characteristics of nano-SiO2 with the advantage of non-polluting water-based ink. Nano-SiO2 was prepared by the chemical precipitation method and characterized by XRD and Malvern zetasizer Nano-ZS. Sodium silicate solution and NH4CI solution were used as the reagent. The experimental results showed that the average size of nano-SiO2 was less than 100nm, and it was a kind of amorphous powder. The homemade powder of nano-SiO2¬, water-based ink and dispersant PVP were mixed using Ultra–wave dispersion, and the anti-UV & anti-bacterial water-based ink could be prepared. The UV absorption experiment of this ink shows that the absorption rate was nearly 100%, and the anti-Escherichia.coli(anti-E.coli) experiment showed that the anti-bacterium rate could reach 90%. This study has good application prospect in anti-aging property of ink and the area of food safety packaging.

Using Sol - gel prepared SiO2 and TiO2 thin film and coating on the glass substrate, this paper studied TiO2 thin films as a new type of printed material with the illumination time and the infiltration of the relationship between light intensity and illumination time on the water-based ink on film surface adsorption. The results show that: TiO2 thin film by ultraviolet irradiation, its hydrophobic property drastically reduced, and showed super hydrophilic properties and water contact angle down to 5°or less. Thesis results show that: TiO2 thin film with light-induced amphiphilicity expected as a new type of environmentally friendly reusable printing plate.

In this paper, the key research was focused on the algorithm based on wavelet domain after analyzing and comparing several watermark algorithms. Disperse Wave Transform(DWT) watermark and Disperse Cosine Transform(DCT) watermark are both belong to transform domain technology, and they have more robustness than spatial-temporal domain technology, and DWT is superior to DCT. DWT can use the spatial-frequency characteristics of Human Visual System, and Mosaic will not appear in reconstruct image. DWT also can use image fusion technology to disperse watermark into multiple scales of carrier data, and got more robustness. In this paper, watermark embedding based on wavelet domain in which raster data are carrier was performed, then extracting and detecting watermark were done. Experiment results show that digital watermark based on wavelet domain will get better invisibility and robustness, and can be used in following the data by digital fingerprint.

The performance of modern printing machine depends heavily upon the raster image processor (RIP) whereof it is equipped with. The conventional digital halftoning technology used in RIP is characterized as error diffusion, which is suitable for imaging machines with low resolutions, often resulting in correlated artifacts and transient edges. We report an innovative stochastic halftoning method without error diffusion for RIP by using an optimized random number generator (RNG). The RIP system we proposed has simple computation and stochastic features of ink spots. This research is supportive of enhancing raster image quality oriented to printing machines with high physical resolutions.
