In recent times there was a rapid development in the technology which has made human lifestyles less complicated in numerous factors. LPG cylinders become the integral part which is widely used in households. The customers don’t know about the usage of gas exactly and when they need to book a refill. The leakage of gas results dangerous accidents and serious problems in the household. The control measures should be taken at the respective time by the user. The surgical resection of the head and neck lesions summarizes the principles, classifications, applications, complications, and post-operative care of osteotomy with the standard protocols performed safely. It often poses a great surgical challenge due to the anatomical complexity, difficulty in accessibility, and proximity of vital structures. A multidisciplinary approach is often required in these situations for their better exposure to provide surgical access. Access osteotomy is the choice and type for these head and neck lesions, which are most often based on the anatomic extent of the lesion, vascularity of the lesion, and involvement of neurovascular structures in and around it. The literature search using Medline from the year 1986 to 2019 were performed and textbooks were also collected by hand search from the same period. The role of aggressive surgical resection has not been established for malignant head and neck lesions with the technical feasibility and its efficacy for specific tumor types must be defined by the future studies. Thus, we would like to conclude that access osteotomy allows the surgeon a better view and an access of the surgical field to resect the tumor completely with safer margins, preserving the vital structures, pre-operative functions, and reducing post-operative complications.

The female undergoes dramatic monthly hormonal changes during each menstrual cycle affecting her emotional and physical state. During these changes sometimes she suffers from some gynaecological problems Nashtartava is one of them. As per classics, Nashtartava is considered as an Avaranajanya Vyadhi in which female suffers from Yathochita kale Adarshanam (Delayed menses/absence of menses), Alparta (scanty flow) and Yonivedana (painful menses). This condition can be compared with oligomenorrhoea or secondary amenorrhea. The ratio of such kinds of menstrual disorders is rising day by day which becomes a precursor of other health issues like infertility, mental and physical stress, etc. Oligomenorrhoea or infrequent menstruation, usually present in a woman with secondary symptoms like acne, obesity, dandruff, infertility etc. so treatment of Nashtartava is very necessary. For its treatment, the use of Agneya and Vata Kapha Shamaka Dravya is mentioned in the classics. Acharya Bhavmishra indicates the use of Jyotishmatiyadi Yoga for the management of Yonidosha along with Nashtartava. Jyotishmatyadi Yoga having Katu, Tikta Rasa, Tikshana Guna, Ushna Virya and Katu Viapaka and Vata Kapha shamaka property so effectively act on Nashtartava. In this study, an attempt has been made to develop an automated muscle fatigue detection system using cyclostationary based geometric features of surface electromyography (sEMG) signals. For this purpose, signals are acquired from fifty-eight healthy volunteers under dynamic muscle fatiguing contractions. The sEMG signals are preprocessed and the epochs of signals under nonfatigue and fatigue conditions are considered for the analysis. A computationally effective Fast Fourier transform based accumulation algorithm is adapted to compute the spectral correlation density coefficients. The boundary of spectral density coefficients in the complex plane is obtained using alpha shape method. The geometric features, namely, perimeter, area, circularity, bending energy, eccentricity and inertia are extracted from the shape and the machine learning models based on multilayer perceptron (MLP) and extreme learning machine (ELM) are developed using these biomarkers. The results show that the cyclostationarity increases in fatigue condition. All the extracted features are found to have significant difference in the two conditions. It is found that the ELM model based on prominent features classifies the sEMG signals with a maximum accuracy of 94.09% and F-score of 93.75%. Therefore, the proposed approach appears to be useful for analysing the fatiguing contractions in neuromuscular conditions.

A Hindu female aged 22 years came with complaint of heavy bleed during menses since 2 years visited on PTSR NIA, OPD on 28-12-2020. She also complaints of severe backache and pain in abdomen which was associated with heavy blood flow. Complete history was taken. Investigations were done before starting the trial medicine. Pictorial blood loss assessment and SF-36 questionnaire was used to assess the blood loss and quality of life. Then after the USG findings normal Kutajashtakleha 10gm BD with Go Dugdha was started for two menstrual cycle. Patient was on regular follow up. Patient completely relieved from heavy menstrual long with severe pain during menses. She used to take analgesics before but after starting the medicine, in the first cycle excellent relief was observed in pain in back and lower abdomen. Then after completion of trial, patient gone through complete relief. On the third month of the cycle, she did not get her period, and went for UPT which shows positive in nature, then she went for early USG which reveals gestational sac. The use daily of vehicles is rising exponentially and as a result there is an increase in crimes associated with it. Many vehicles are violating the rules of traffic and so an abnormal number of accidents occur leading to a rise in the crime rates linearly. In order for any vehicle to be recognized, its license plate number is needed. Therefore, the vehicle license plate detection plays a notable role. The optical character recognition (OCR) is one effective way to scan number plates and recognize the text found in the digital image, containing the license plate number into machine readable text which can then be used to track the vehicles. The image of the number plate is first captured, processed, and every character present in the number plate is read for perfect recognition. The optical character recognition model is trained using TensorFlow. Spark's in-memory data engine can perform tasks rapidly in multi-stage jobs. Therefore, TensorFlow and Spark are used together to train and apply the OCR model to perform the license plate recognition swiftly.

Intrauterine growth restriction is quite common condition now a days and needs intensive fetal surveillance and proper antepartum and intra-partum care. IUGR may result in significant fetal morbidity and mortality if not properly diagnosed and treated. The condition is most commonly caused by inadequate maternal-fetal circulation, resulting in decrease in fetal growth. In Ayurveda, IUGR can be considered under Garbhakshaya. In Garbhakshaya according to Acharya Sushruta, Garbhaaspandana and Anunatkukshitta mentioned which is mainly due to the inadequate nutrition to fetus. Acharya Sushruta has mentioned the usage of Ksheerabasti from 8th month onwards to nourish the fetus in Garbhakshaya. In present case study, A 29-year-old pregnant woman with period of gestation 37 weeks 1 day was came to OPD of PTSR dept. National institute of Ayurveda (Deemed to be university). On examination her fundal height was found less than period of amenorrhoea. USG report showed single live intrauterine pregnancy of 35 weeks 3 days with IUGR and extensive calcification in placenta, was treated with Ksheerabasti, administered for 10 days once in the morning in the dose of 450 ml per day. After 10 days of above said treatment USG report was repeated and marked improvement was observed with no calcification and a healthy baby was delivered with normal Apgar score. So here Shatavari, Vidarikanda and Yashtimadhu sadhita Ksheerabasti is very effective treatment modality to improve IUGR and for good nourishment of fetus. In order to give rise to new offspring, female body undergoes menstrual cycle. It involves the shedding of endometrium manifested as Māsānumāsika Rajaḥ Pravṛtti i.e., Ārtava Pravṛtti. Due to changes in life style of women in terms of Āhāra, Vihāra, there is more physical and emotional stress and this may result in Ārtavaduṣṭi, where the normal menstrual cycle gets disturbed or presented in altered form. Background: A married Hindu female patient of 35 years came to NIA Prasuti-stree Roga OPD on 25th July, 2019 with complaints of painful menstruation since last 14 years, heavy bleeding during menstruation since last 10 years and mild burning micturition with increased frequency of micturition (on/off) since last 2 years. Methodology: Mainly Pitta Doṣa vitiation symptoms were observed in the patient. Her complete Nidāna Parivarjana and Prakṛti Vighāta was done and Pitta Doṣa Śāmaka Dravyas were used in treatment including specific Pittaja Ārtavaduṣṭi line of treatment mentioned in Ayurvedic classics. She was given combination of Yaṣṭīmadhu Cūrṇa, Miśi (Fennel), Munakkā (dried Vitis vinifera), Goghṛta twice a day in the form of Kalka with warm water, Kuṭakī Cūrṇa, Munakkā, Dhāgā Miśrī in equal parts in the form of pea sized Guṭikā twice a day with cold water, Gokṣura Cūrṇa, Copcīnī Cūrṇa twice a day with water, Avipattikara Cūrṇa before meal, twice a day with water. The treatment was continued for 2 months. Result: There was relief in menstrual and urinary symptoms after 2 months of treatment.

Syntheses of 5-substituted tetrazole derivatives have been reported by one-pot three-component reaction of various aldehydes (aryl, aryl with fused ring, aryl with extended conjugation, heterocyclic and aliphatic), hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium azide in the presence of potent, reusable, low cost and thermally stable catalyst, Ni-complex MCM-41 under conventional heating / microwave irradiation. The prepared materials were characterized by FT-IR, PXRD analysis, N2 adsorption and desorption, EDX, SEM and TEM microscopy, ICP-OES and TGA. The effect of solvent, temperature, catalyst loading and time for the syntheses of tetrazoles were optimized. The efficiency of Ni-MCM-41 catalyst is compared and discussed against the literature reports. The catalyst can be successively recovered by simple filtration method and reused upto five times with excellent yields upto 94%. In general, microwave irradiation technique gave better yields when compared to conventional heating irrespective of the nature of the substrate and their substituents.
