This research is concerned with the fusion of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning within multihierarchical caching systems, specifically targeting vehicular and edge caching domains. This study introduces an innovative architecture harmonizing Thompson sampling learning-based caching policies with advanced vehicle clustering and contentpopularity prediction methods (TS-MMCM). Simulations show substantial performance improvements and a big impact of the proposed approach on system efficiency in dynamic network environments. The proposal demonstrates a notable gain in cache hit rates and decreased latency levels, highlighting the potential of AI to improve caching techniques in dynamic network environments. The distribution of single-particle strength in Ni67,69 was characterized with one-neutron knockout reactions from intermediate-energy Ni68,70 secondary beams, selectively populating neutron-hole configurations at N=39 and 41, respectively. The spectroscopic strengths deduced from the measured partial cross sections to the individual final states, as tagged by their γ-ray decays, are used to identify and quantify neutron configurations in the wave functions. While Ni69 compares well with shell-model predictions, the results for Ni67 challenge the validity of current effective shell-model Hamiltonians by revealing discrepancies that cannot be explained so far. These results suggest that our understanding of the low-lying states in the neutron-rich, semimagic Ni isotopes may be incomplete and requires further investigation on both the experimental and theoretical sides.

In this paper, we provide a formalism for the characterization of tracking arrays with emphasis on the proper corrections required to extract their photopeak efficiencies and peak-to-total ratios. The methods are first applied to Gammasphere, a well characterized 4π array based on the principle of Compton suppression, and subsequently to GRETINA. The tracking efficiencies are then discussed and some guidelines as to what clustering angle to use in the tracking algorithm are presented. It was possible, using GEANT4 simulations, to scale the measured efficiencies up to the expected values for the full 4π implementation of GRETA.

High-spin states in Xe124 have been populated using the Se80(Ca48,4n) reaction at a beam energy of 207 MeV and high-multiplicity, γ-ray coincidence events were measured using the Gammasphere spectrometer. Six high-spin bands with large moments of inertia, similar to those observed in neighboring nuclei, have been observed. The experimental results are compared with calculations within the framework of the cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky model. It is suggested that the configurations of the bands involve excitations of protons across the Z=50 shell gap coupled to neutrons within the N=50-82 shell or excited across the N=82 shell closure.

The neutron-rich nucleus ^{144}Ba (t_{1/2}=11.5  s) is expected to exhibit some of the strongest octupole correlations among nuclei with mass numbers A less than 200. Until now, indirect evidence for such strong correlations has been inferred from observations such as enhanced E1 transitions and interleaving positive- and negative-parity levels in the ground-state band. In this experiment, the octupole strength was measured directly by sub-barrier, multistep Coulomb excitation of a post-accelerated 650-MeV ^{144}Ba beam on a 1.0-mg/cm^{2} ^{208}Pb target. The measured value of the matrix element, ⟨3_{1}^{-}∥M(E3)∥0_{1}^{+}⟩=0.65(+17/-23) eb^{3/2}, corresponds to a reduced B(E3) transition probability of 48(+25/-34)  W.u. This result represents an unambiguous determination of the octupole collectivity, is larger than any available theoretical prediction, and is consistent with octupole deformation.

The quadrupole collectivity of low-lying states and the anomalous behavior of the 02+ and 23+ levels in 72Ge are investigated via projectile multi-step Coulomb excitation with GRETINA and CHICO-2. A total of forty six E2 and M1 matrix elements connecting fourteen low-lying levels were determined using the least-squares search code, gosia. Evidence for triaxiality and shape coexistence, based on the model-independent shape invariants deduced from the Kumar-Cline sum rule, is presented. These are interpreted using a simple two-state mixing model as well as multi-state mixing calculations carried out within the framework of the triaxial rotor model. The results represent a significant milestone towards the understanding of the unusual structure of this nucleus.

Reinforced concrete as a building material is the most used in most civil engineering structures. This one is exposed to several attacks (physical, chemical and mechanical). Among these attacks, we can cite the phenomenon of carbonation, which leads to corrosion of the reinforcements and consequently reduces the service life of reinforced concrete structures. In addition, this phenomenon generates additional repair costs, which can sometimes exceed the initial cost of the building. Furthermore, it depends on the type and class of cement, two main classes of cement are used for the formulation of concrete in Algeria, ordinary Portland cements and cements with additions. This paper enters in the option of sustainable development, in order to study the behavior of these two types of cements against accelerated carbonation. For this purpose, two concrete compositions (based on ordinary Portland cements and cements with additions) were formulated, from these two formulations, samples were made in order to subject them to accelerated carbonation in a chamber rich in CO2 according to the recommendations of the AFPC-AFREM. The results obtained clearly show that concretes based on ordinary Portland cements (OPC) are less sensitive to the phenomenon of carbonation compared to concretes based on blended cements.

Accordingly, a descriptive and analytical approach was included to address the various aspects of the topic. The results revealed that corporate social responsibility plays a big role in improving the relationship between Saidal and its stakeholders, as well as improving its reputation and giving it advantages that enhance its competitiveness in the market.

The main objective of this work is to select the most reliable machine learning model to predict the generated solid flow in the Tafna basin (North-West of Algeria). It is about the artificial neural networks (ANN) and long short-term memory (LSTM). The sediment load is recorded through three hydrometric stations. The efficiency and performance of the two models is verified using the correlation coefficient (R²), the Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient (NSC) and the root mean square error (RMSE). The obtained simulated solids load shows a very good correlation in terms of precision although the ANN model gave relatively better results compared to the LSTM model where low RMSE values were recorded, which confirms that the artificial intelligence models remain also effective for the treatment and the prediction of hydrological phenomena such as the estimation of the solid load in a such watershed. In this paper, we establish a second-order stochastic maximum principle for optimal stochastic control of stochastic differential equations of general mean-field type. The coefficients of the system are nonlinear and depend on the state process as well as of its probability law. The control variable is allowed to enter into both drift and diffusion terms. We establish a set of second-order necessary conditions for the optimal control in integral form. The control domain is assumed to be convex. The proof of our main result is based on the first- and second-order derivatives with respect to the probability law and by using a convex perturbation with some appropriate estimates.
