BACKGROUND: At present, the diagnosis and treatment of skeletal class III malocclusion are challenging, mainly because of the diversity and unpredictability of craniofacial structure growth in such patients. Treatment decisions and their success or failure much depend on the future growth potential of patients with skeletal class III malocclusion. OBJECTIVE: To review the research progress in growth and development of dental and basal arch in children with skeletal class III malocclusion. METHODS: Literature retrieval was conducted in PubMed, CNKI, WanFang, and Medline using the keywords of “malocclusion; skeletal class III malocclusion; dental arch; basal arch; growth and development; mixed dentition; tongue; etiology; jaw” in English and Chinese, and studies and experiments of low quality and irrelevant to the topic were excluded. Finally, 64 articles were included for careful reading and analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Skeletal class III malocclusion is a common malocclusion type in children with abnormal occlusal development, and the jaw, dental arch, and basal arch are also affected by genetic factors to a certain extent. As special craniomaxillofacial complexes, the jawbone, dental arch and basal arch have the same growth trend and there was a synergistic effect between them. In children with skeletal class III malocclusion, the growth rate of the maxilla and mandible is related to age and bone age, and the growth rate of the jaw bone length varies at different growth peaks until adulthood. It is particularly important to correctly predict the peak growth period and inhibit the growth and development of the mandible in children with skeletal class III malocclusion. Due to the complexity of its treatment, timely detection of abnormal development of the upper and lower jaws, teeth, dentition and occlusal relationship, correct diagnosis, early correction, and timely intervention are of great significance to guide the normal growth and development of the craniomaxillofacial region. However, the current research on the growth and development of the dental arch and basal bone arch in children mainly focuses on the normal occlusion, because the growth and development characteristics of children with skeletal class III malocclusion cannot be observed once treatment is started. BACKGROUND: Collagen type II, silk fibroin and hyaluronic acid, which can provide an ideal microenvironment for cells, have become ideal scaffold materials for cartilage repair. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate physicochemical properties and biomechanical properties of cartilage tissue engineering scaffolds prepared from collagen type II, silk fibroin and hyaluronic acid. METHODS: Collagen type II-silk fibroin-hyaluronic acid composite scaffolds were prepared by low-temperature 3D printing technology. The microstructure, porosity and water absorption of scaffold were detected. Different strain rates were used to compress the scaffold, and the rate dependent properties of the scaffold were investigated. Constant stress level or constant strain was applied on the surface of scaffold for 3 600 s, and the creep behavior and stress relaxation behavior were investigated. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The prepared scaffolds had three-dimensional porous structure, uniform pore size and good connectivity. The porosity was (85.1±1.6)%. The water absorption expansion rate was (1 071.7±131.6)%. (2) Under different strain rates, the compressive stress-strain curves of cartilage scaffolds did not coincide, which indicated that the compressive mechanical properties of cartilage scaffolds were rate dependent. With the increase of strain rate, the Young’s modulus increased. (3) When the stress level was constant, the creep strain first increased rapidly and then increased slowly. When the stress level increased, the creep strain also increased. (4) When the compression strain was constant, the stress of scaffold decreased rapidly at first and then slowly with the relaxation time. With the increase of the compression strain, the stress at different times increased. (5) The mechanical properties of the collagen type II-silk fibroin-hyaluronic acid composite scaffolds are similar to those of host cartilage, which means that the prepared scaffold is a kind of nonlinear viscoelastic material. Zen tea emerged in the process of sinicization of Buddhism, which made an important contribution to the promotion of Sinicization of Buddhism. First, Zen tea, namely, the meditation in drinking tea, which originated from Buddhism that did not taste and drink tea in India adapted to the needs of Chinese people, especially the lifestyle of scholar bureaucrats and literati, thus allowing them as well as Zen monks to indulge in tea and Zen state. Through the interpretation of tea art and tea tasting, they experienced Zen state, which promoted the inheritance of Zen as a Chinese Buddhism in China. Second, Zen tea is an important path for the sinicization of Buddhism. Buddhists not only entertained with tea and mediated with tea, but also used tea as the medium to formulate the rules of practice, such as formulating tea rules and tea rites, drinking tea according to the prescribed procedures and rules, as well as expressing Buddhist rites with tea, so that Zen formed distinctive Chinese characteristics. 试验旨在研究紫苏籽提取物对肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。选取360只1日龄AA 肉鸡随机分为4组, 每组6个重复, 每个重复15只肉鸡, 分别在A组、B组、C组、D组肉鸡日粮中添加0、150、300、450 mg/kg紫苏籽提取物, 其中A组为对照组。试验期42 d。结果表明：C组和D组肉鸡42 d体重显著高于 对照组和B组 (P<0.05)。1~42 d, D组肉鸡平均日采食量 (ADFI) 显著高于对照组 (P<0.05)。22~42 d和1~42 d, C组和D组肉鸡平均日增重 (ADG) 显著高于对照组 (P<0.05)；试验组肉鸡的料重比 (F/G) 均显著低于对照组 (P<0.05)。各试验组肉鸡血清中总抗氧化能力 (T-AOC) 显著高于对照组 (P<0.05)；C组和D组肉鸡血清谷胱 甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px) 活性显著高于对照组 (P<0.05)；D组肉鸡血清过氧化氢酶 (CAT) 活性显著高于对 照组 (P<0.05)；C组和D组肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 活性显著高于对照组；各试验组肉鸡血清中丙二 醛 (MDA) 含量均显著低于对照组 (P<0.05)。C 组和 D 组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白 A (IgA) 和免疫球蛋白 G (IgG) 含量显著高于对照组 (P<0.05)。C组和D组肉鸡血清抗炎因子白细胞介素-10 (IL-10) 含量均显著高于 对照组 (P<0.05), 各试验组肉鸡的促炎因子白细胞介素-6 (IL-6) 含量显著低于对照组 (P<0.05)；C组和D组 试验鸡血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α) 含量显著低于对照组 (P<0.05)。研究表明, 在AA肉鸡日粮中添加适量 的紫苏籽提取物可以提高生长性能, 增强机体抗氧化功能和免疫力, 且紫苏籽提取物的最适添加量为300 mg/kg。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的了解京津冀地区人类辅助生殖技术服务机构(以下简称"辅助生殖机构")配置现状和地理可及性， 为国家下一轮配置规划提供参考依据。方法 首先运用地图慧软件了解京津冀地区的60家辅助生殖机构的地理位 置，其次对辅助生殖机构分省、分技术类别进行描述性分析，最后利用百度地图计算采用驾驶机动车方式各县(县 级市、区)到京津冀地区辅助生殖机构的最短距离和最短时间并用最小值、最大值、均数土标准差等进行描述性 分析。结果京津冀地区共有辅助生殖机构60家，其中北京共18家、天津共11家、河北共31家。京津冀地区各县 到人类辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology, ART)/夫精人工授精(artificial insemination-husband semen, AIH )、供精人工授精(artificial insemination-donor semen, AID )、体外受精(in vitro fertilization, IVF)/ 卵质内单精 子注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection, ICSI 植入前胚胎遗传学诊断(preimplantation genetic diagnosis, PGD) 机构最短距离的均数分别为44.6 km、151.2 km、75.5 km、210.9 km,其中最短距离小于90.0 km的县的比例分别 为92.4%、24.2%、76.7%、19.7% ;京津冀地区各县到ART/AIH、AID、IVF-ET/ICSI、PGD机构最短时间的均数 分别为50.9 min、136.0 min、75.4 min、185.8 min,其中最短时间小于90.0min的县的比例分别为91.9%、23.3%、 76.2%、17.5%。结论京津冀地区辅助生殖机构配置的总体地理可及性较好，但也应采取有效措施弥补河北少部 分县地理可及性的不足，并结合患者需求逐步改善AID、PGD机构的地理可及性。.
