Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Dumai suspension moxibustion on patients with stroke sequelae of q1 deficiency and blood stasis and its effect on endothelial function. Methods A total of 120 patients with stroke sequelae of qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. The Pap index (BI) and stroke efficacy evaluation of the daily living ab山ty scale before and after treatment of the two groups were compared, and the improvement of symptoms and signs and vitality of the patients were evaluated. The levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) before and after treatment in the two groups were detected. Results After treatment, the effects of BI and stroke in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). After treatment, the ET level of both groups decreased and the NO level increased. The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Condosion The combination of Dumai suspension moxibustion and basic drug therapy can significantly improve the life self care ability of patients with sequelae of stroke. Objective To explore the effects of Kuntai capsule on bone mineral density, hormone levels and bone metabolism in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods 150 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group, combination treatment group and control group (n=50). The treatment group was given raloxifene and the combination treatment group was treated with raloxifene combined with Kuntai capsule for 12 months. Bone mineral density changes in hip and lumbar spine density were measured after treatment, and serum estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), The levels of osteocalcin (OC) and type I collagen cross-linked C-terminal peptide (CTX-1) were tested and adverse drug reactions occurred during treatment were recorded. Results BMD of lumbar vertebrae and hip in the control group decreased to a different extent after 1 year from baseline, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 year of treatment, the hip and lumbar spine density of the treatment group and the combined treatment group were increased to different degrees, and there was significant statistical significance between the groups (P<0.05). At the same time, the serum CTX-1 level decreased and the OC level increased in the treatment group and the combination treatment group. There was significant statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). At the same time, the serum FSH and LH levels in each group decreased, and the E2 level increased. There was significant statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). No obvious adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Kuntai capsule adjuvant therapy can help reduce bone turnover rate, improve sex hormone levels, and improve bone density in hip and waist in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. The product recommendation effect was affected by the trust relationship among users， the preference interest for goods and the time factor. These factors were introduced to the basic HITS algorithm， and the HITS algorithm was improved. The user preference interest matrix was also improved， which uses implicit data to estimate users′ preference for goods using logistic regression algorithm. The situation with zero score gives different preference values， which is more consistent with reality. A hybrid recommendation model was proposed by combining the improved HITS algorithm with the collaborative filtering algorithm， and users were divided into active users and inactive users for recommendation. The proposed algorithm was tested using the Movielens data set， the results showed that the algorithm could generate better recommendation result in sparse data sets and cold-start situation， and it outperforms user-based collaborative filtering algorithm. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Butylphthalide soft capsules in treatment of acute cerebral infarction based on Meta analysis. METHODS: KNKI, VIP database, China biomedical literature database, Pubmed, EMBase, the Cochrane Library (from Jan. 2000 to Apr. 2018) were retrieved to screen the randomized controlled trial(BCT) of Butylphthalide soft capsules in treatment of acute cerebral infarction(the control group received basic treatment, and the observation group was treated with Butylphthalide soft capsules). Literature that met the inclusion criteria were screened, and meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.2 software after Juni scoring method. RESULTS: Totally 15 literature were involved, all of which were Chinese literature. According to Meta analysis, the total effective rale(OR =2.74, 95% Cl = 1.94-3.88, P <0.05) and improvement of nerve function (MD = -2.38, 95% Cl = -2.69—2.07, P <0.05) in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, with statistically significant difference. There was no significant difference between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions (OR =2.20, 95% Cl = 0.91-5.29, P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with basic treatment, butylphthalide has the advantages of rapid onset of action, effective relief for clinical symptoms and high total effective rale.
