At present, land consolidation in China is undergoing an important transformation from traditional stage to comprehensive stage with ecological conservation and restoration of mountain- river-forest-farmland-lake-grassland. Through the analysis of development and challenges of land consolidation in China, and based on the researches and experiences of ecological restoration and resource conservation at home and abroad, the ecological landscape strategies for comprehensive land consolidation were explored. At the strategic level, tt is necessary to raise the awareness of systemic and life views of the life community, promote biodiversity conservation and green infrastructure planning, restore andenhance the agricultural landscape ecosystem services, improve rural landscape characteristics, strengthen ecologica l restoration, and increase ecological resilience. At the technical level of land consolidation project and engineering, the comprehensive landscape management with multi-objective and participation of different stakeholders are applied to research and practice ecological landscape engineering technologies, and a landscape stewardship incorporated with farmers and subsidized by government funds is developed to promote the research and practical exploration of ecological landscape conservation and restoration for mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grassland. BACKGROUND: After artificial joint replacement, daily activities lead to the production of a large number of titanium 6 aluminium 4 vanadium (Ti6Al4V), polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene (UHMWPE) and chromium-cobalt alloy (Co-Cr) particles, activating monocytes to release a large number of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, including a series of biological cascade reactions, such as inducing bone dissolution and forming pseudo-granuloma, and eventually leading to aseptic loosening of the prosthesis. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Ti6Al4V, PMMA, UHMWPE and Co-Cr particles on tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 in the human peripheral blood monocytes cultured in vitro and to explore the underlying mechanism of aseptic loosening of the prosthesis by inducing bone dissolution. METHODS: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were cultured with Ti6Al4V, PMMA, UHMWPE and Co-Cr particles at different concentrations. After 72 hours of culture, ELISA technique was utilized to quantify the secretion of different cytokines includes tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1 and interleukin-6. We observed the influence of different wear particle concentrations and particle properties on the viability of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Cell viability exceeded 95% for all groups, except for 87% in the Co-Cr group when the particle/cell ratio was 1 000. Compared with the naive mononuclear cells (particle/cell ratio of 0), the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 in the activated mononuclear cells increased significantly when the particle/cell ratio was 10, 100 and 1 000 (P < 0.05). Ti6Al4V, PMMA and UHMWPE particles stimulated human mononuclear cells to overexpress tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1 and interleukin-6, which were positively correlated with the concentration of particles. However, when the Co-Cr particle/cells ratio was 1 000, the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 were decreased. During the osteolysis reaction, Ti6Al4V particles had strongest biological activity, followed by Co-Cr and PMMA particles, and the biological activity of UHMWPE particles was lowest. Objective To design a simple and highly sensitive dialysate detection. Methods The dialysate detection system included three components for control and display, liquid preparation and detection. The dialysate was prepared with an accurate reverse osmosis pump and a concentrate pump in accordance with the proportion of dialysis solution, and an electrical conductivity sensor was used to detect the electrical conductivity. Meanwhile, this system still applied the temperature sensor to monitor the temperature to compensate for the conductivity, and then the conductivity at the standard temperature was obtained to determine whether the dialysis fluid met standards. Results The system detected the electrical conductivity of the dialysate rapidly to eliminate the possibility of adverse events due to improper concentrated fluid proportioning. A method for rapid mosaicking aerial images is introduced, based on GPU-CPU co-processing and a seamline network based on Voronoi diagrams, taking valid areas of the images into account. A seamline network is created based on a Voronoi diagram with the valid areas of the images, solving the problems occuring when some areas of a mosaiced image are not covered after mosaicking. This approach is based on the traditional Voronoi diagram network under low overlap conditions. Orthorectification is embedded in the mosaicking process during GPU-CPU co-processing, and only the valid area of each image is orthorectified. Meanwhile, the mosaicking efficiency is further improved by optimizing the configuration and the hierarchical memory of the GPU. Experimental results indicate that efficiency was increased by 20 times when mosaicking 237 high-resolution aerial images, and much faster than traditional methods which complete orthorectification of the aerial images before mosaicking. To solve the problem of large-scale urban true orthophoto's generation,the paper proposes an occlusion detection based on the overall projection of digital building model (DBM). Using the characteristics that the surface of DBM storage with triangular facets and raster inside projection of plane graphics do not shelter, we use triangular face as a unit to orthographic projection of the entire buildings to get polygon of the roof. Make perspective projection of the entire buildings to get the polygon of the building on the image, then get the polygon of the whole building on traditional orthophoto based on DEM projection iteration. We can get the occlusion areas of the building by subtracting two polygons. Finally, we get the true orthophoto after repairing the occlusion areas with the best image. The experiment shows that the method can detect the occlusion areas quickly and accurately and provide a prediction to generate high-quality true orthophoto. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
