This article aims to clarify the effect of modification on the film performance and in vitro release pattern of hard capsules coated with the zein-glu film. The zein was modified using wet-heating glycosylation with glucose. The film performance after the modification was determined, including the mechanical properties, moisture resistance, oxygen resistance, oil resistance, and intestinallysis. The results showed that the film tensile strength of modified products significantly increased by 4.67 to 34.06 MPa (P<0.05), compared with the unmodified zein film, indicating that the wet modification effectively improved the brittleness of raw materials. The water absorption rate of zein film reached the maximum of 45.71% at 60 h, whereas, that of the zein-glu film reached a maximum of 84.98% at 24 h. The water absorption of the film might have been improved by wet-heating glycosylation with glucose. The reason was also that the zein introduced hydrophilic carbonyl glucose through glycosylation modification, thereby enhancing the absorption capacity of the modified product in the surrounding environment. The peroxide value of cling, zein, and zein-glu films were 0.55 g/100 g, 0.49 g/100 g, and 0.43 g/100 g, respectively, lower than that of commercially available plastic wrap. There was a great increase in the hydrogen, disulfide, and hydrophobic bonds closely connected between molecules after modification. The formed film with dense space structure presented relatively oxidation resistance. In water resistance of the film, the water vapor transmission rate of zein and zein-glu film enhanced slowly after 7 minutes, and then gradually stabilized after 32 minutes, finally decreased with time. The zein film after glycosylation modification behaved always a lower transmission rate of water vapor, compared with the unmodified. The water vapor transmission rate of the zein-glu membrane dropped to 7.89×10-8g·m/(m2·d·Pa), when it reached a plateau, indicating a higher transmission rate of water vapor in the modified film through wet heat with glucose. The oil permeability coefficient of the zein-glu film was 0. The oil resistance of the zein-glu film was similar to that of commercially available cling film. Consequently, the zein-glu film presented excellent barrier properties after modification. In addition, the oil resistance of the zein-glu film was better than that of zein film, indicating that the oil resistance of the zein-glu film was improved significantly. After that, the release pattern was determined, when the zein-glu film was filled with low molecule rhodamine B. Statistical analysis was performed on SPSS software. It was found that the zein-glu-made capsule was broken in the intestinal juice, but kept the film intact in the gastric juice, indicating the classic Enteric-coated capsules. Fitting the coefficient of determination of the simulated in vitro release mathematical model R2 was 0.800.The model was further verified using the chi-square, correlation, and significant test of t statistics. - Abstract
Dynamic shear rheology test(DSR) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) techniques were used to investigate the regeneration effect of regenerated asphalt mortar and the evolution of characteristic functional groups and nanoscopic morphology under different rejuvenator dosages, as well as their influence on high temperature rheological properties. The rheological property parameters, characteristic functional groups and nanoscopic morphology of KL90 base asphalt and its pressure aging(PAV) asphalt, reclaimed asphalt mortar and regenerated asphalt mortar with rejuvenator dosage of 6%, 9% and 12% were tested in this paper. At the same time, the meso-mechanical parameters of the asphalt mortar were obtained by the method of programming and the relationship between the macro-rheological parameters and the meso-mechanical parameters of the asphalt mortar was derived. The results show that temperature had an important influence on the rheological properties of asphalt mortar. The addition of rejuvenator restored the rheological properties of asphalt mortar and reduced its resistance to rutting. When the dosage of rejuvenator was 9%, the high temperature rheological properties of the recovered asphalt mortar recovered better. The carbonyl index(CI) and sulfoxide index(SI) of PAV aged asphalt and reclaimed asphalt mortar increased compared with KL90 base asphalt. The reclaimed asphalt mortar exhibited characteristic peaks of C-O-C at 1260/cm and Si-O-Si at 1018/cm and 1089/cm. The regenerated asphalt mortar exhibited characteristic peaks of saturated fatty acid ester(C=O) and linear C-C bond at 1744/cm and 1160/cm. The meso-mechanical parameters E1、η1、E2、η2 of the reclaimed asphalt mortar were significantly higher than those of KL90 base asphalt and regenerated asphalt mortar. - Abstract
In order to explore the influence of mineral powder on the rheological properties of asphalt mastic, the rheological tests of asphalt mastics composed of four kinds of mineral powders were carried out under different loading modes by dynamic shear rheometer. The effects of filler-asphalt ratios, temperatures and loads frequency on the high-and low-temperature rheological parameters of asphalt mastic were analyzed. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to investigate the microscopic morphology of mineral powder and mastic. The results showed that the granite had the strongest synergistic effect on the mastic, and the limestone asphalt mastic had the best high-and low-temperature performance. As the filler-asphalt ratio increased, the complex shear modulus of the asphalt mastic increased, but the phase angle had little changes. The best filler-asphalt ratio for the four types of mastic was recommended to be 1.2. Under the optimal filler-asphalt ratio, the micro-interface bonding of the mastic was the best. 【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore seasonal variation characteristics of soil microbial community structure and diversity of corn in rhizosphere soil. 【Method】Illumina-miseq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to sequence the V3-V4 region fragments of 16 S rDNA gene and the V3-V4 region fragments of fungus 18 S rDNA gene in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of maize in different seasons. 【Result】High throughput analysis data showed that:(i) the different season maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil physical and chemical properties with the seasons change trend was consistent, maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil conductivity increased before reducing trend with the seasons, general performance for summer > autumn > spring > winter, and maize rhizosphere soil electrical conductivity in different seasons were significantly higher than that of the rhizosphere(P < 0.05);From spring to winter, the pH values of maize rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, which was roughly manifested as > in spring> in winter> in autumn and summer, and the conductivity of maize rhizosphere soil in different seasons was significantly lower than that in non-rhizosphere(P<0.05).(ii) Different season maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil nutrient content(organic carbon, total nitrogen and total potassium) consistent with the seasons change trend, from spring to winter, maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere nutrient contents were increased after the first reduce the trend, with the summer maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil nutrient content was the highest, winter maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil nutrient content was the lowest, and fluctuated.(iii) Different season maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere bacteria and fungi coverage, richness index, Shannon Wiener index and Evenness index Evenness, ACE, Chao 1 index, Simpson index was consistent with the seasons change trend, from spring to winter, rhizosphere and non rhizosphere bacterial and fungal diversity index showed a trend of increase after the first reduce, and different seasons rhizosphere bacterial and fungal diversity index were significantly higher than that of the rhizosphere.(iv) Maize rhizosphere and non rhizosphere bacteria population, the dominant bacteria mainly deformation, acid bacillus door and bud door bacterium, include mold gate, actinomyces door, bacteroides door, wall ascomycetes door, green curved door after door germs, warts, the relative abundance of rhizosphere bacteria acid bacillus door above the rhizosphere, deformation relative abundance was lower than the rhizosphere bacteria door.In rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil fungi communities,the dominant groups were mainly ascomycetes and basidiomycetes, including binding mycetes, chytrid mycetes, neoilifera flagellates, bulb mycetes, and budding mycetes.(v) Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between corn soil bacteria, fungus Coverage, ACE and soil nutrients(P>0.05).Soil pH was negatively correlated with the diversity of soil bacteria and fungi, while soil conductivity and total phosphorus were not significantly correlated with the diversity of soil bacteria and fungi(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】The bacterial and fungal communities in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of maize soil had a good similarity, and the bacterial communities in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere had a significant separation effect. The objective of the present study was to examine phenotypic diversity in populations of Rodgersia sambucifolia and related species,thereby providing important information to assist in the effective protection and sustainable utilization of these germplasm resources.Nested ANOVA and cluster analysis were used to elucidate phenotypic diversity,based on 16 traits,in 150 plants from 15 populations of R.sambucifolia and three related species(including varieties) in Yunnan Province,China.The average within-species coefficient of variation was greater than 20%.Rodgersia sambucifolia var.estrigosa possessed the largest coefficient of variation,followed successively by R.sambucifolia,R.aesculifolia,and R.pinnata.There was great variation in phenotypic traits within populations.The largest within-population variation coefficients( 50%) were those for dry weight of aerial plant parts,the number of rhizomes per plant,and hair on the adaxial leaflet surface(100%),while that for color of flocculence on the abaxial leaflet surface was 0.These traits could thus be used to distinguish R.sambucifolia and its related species.For the four species,phenotypic variation coefficients were higher within than between populations,with most observed variation derived from within-population variability.Species phenotypic diversity indexes were relatively high,with those for rhizome diameter the highest,and those for adaxial leaflet surface hair and color of flocculence on the abaxial leaflet surface the lowest.The overall mean phenotypic diversity index was 1.39,ranging from a high of 1.44 in R.sambucifolia to 1.23 in R.pinnata.In addition,cluster analysis showed that the 15 populations of R.sambucifolia and related species could be divided into four categories.The results obtained here suggest that: 1) sampling more individuals within a single population,rather than collecting a few individuals from many different populations,is the best strategy for genetic improvement of R.sambucifolia germplasm resources;2) more attention should be focused on choosing superior individuals during the process of genetic improvement;and 3) population integrity is the key determining factor for protection of germplasm resources of R.sambucifolia and related species.

- Abstract
Both Phragmites australis and Phalaris arundinacea have strong detergency capabilities and are often deployed as wetland plants in the same constructed wetland for sewage treatment. As a kind of allelopathic plant, Phragmites australis has strong allelopathy effects on Phalaris arundinacea and P. arundinacea would be instead of Phragmites australis in both natural wetland and constructed wetland. This phenomenon is related to the soil moisture content and the allelopathic inhibitory effect of P. australis decomposing soil on Phalaris arundinacea is closely related to the amount of total phenolic acids in the decomposing soil. Therefore, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to separate and identify phenolic acids substances in Phragmites australis decomposing soil under different moisture content conditions to select the types of phenolic acids that the most obvious responded to moisture in this paper. The competition balance between P. australis and Phalaris arundinacea can be achieved through the regulation of wetland soil moisture, therefore, the long-term stable coexistence of the two species in the constructed wetland can be achieved. The results showed that eight kinds of phenolic acids were separated and identified, which were gallic acid, coumaric acid, vanillic acid, syringic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, salicylic acid, and benzoic acid, respectively. The contents of three kinds of phenolic acids of coumaric acid, benzoic acid, and ferulic acid were higher among eight kinds of identified phenolic acids. There was a significant linear negative correlation between content of every identified phenolic acid and the relative moisture content of the Phragmites australis decomposing soil. With the increase of relative moisture content of P. australis decomposing soil, content of every identified phenolic acid showed a downward trend, and the response curve of content of every identified phenolic acid to the relative moisture content of P. australis decomposing soil could be fitted well with a linear equation. Responses of coumarinic acid, gallic acid, and ferulic acid to soil moisture were the most obvious among eight kinds of identified phenolic acids. Therefore, coumanic acid, gallic acid, and ferulic acid can be used as the main regulatory targets, the allelopathic inhibitory effects of P. australis on Phalaris arundinacea can be weakened by regulating the moisture content of wetland soil so as to maintain the stability of Phragmites australis and Phalaris arundinacea community. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the difference in the expression of serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p between chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with different liver fibrosis stages in Qinghai, China and the value of serum EBY — miR — BART13 — 3p in the diagnosis of CUB liver fibrosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with CHB liver fibrosis who were admitted to Department of Gastroenterology, Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital, from July 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled, and according to fibrosis stage (F0 — F4) determined by liver transient elastography (FibroTouch), they were divided into F0 — F2 group with 36 patients, F2 — F4 group with 44 patients, and liver cirrhosis group with 20 patients. A total of 20 normal individuals who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group. Real — time PCR was used to measure serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p, and the expression of serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p was compared between groups. A one — way ANOVA was used for comparison of continuous data between multiple groups, and the least significant difference t - test was used for further comparison between two groups; the chi — square test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups. A bivariate correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p and liver stillness measurement (LSM), and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to investigate the value of serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p and liver fibrosis indices [procollagen type III (PC III) and hyaluronic acid (HA)] in the diagnosis of CHB liver fibrosis. Results The F0 — F2 group, the F2 — F4 group, and the liver cirrhosis group had significantly higher expression of serum EBV — miR — BART13 -3p than the control group (8.91 ± 2.33/14.89 ± 4.24/36.56 ± 4.24 vs 1.01 ± 0.57, F = 219.42, P <0.001). Serum EBV - miR — BART13 —3p had an area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.970, a sensitivity of 96.9%, and a specificity of 88.9% at the cut — off value of 10.10; P III had an AUC of 0.632, a sensitivity of 31.3%, and a specificity of 100% at the cut — off value of 47. 58 ng/ml; HA had an AUC of 0.670, a sensitivity of 81.3%, and a specificity of 55.6% at the cut - off value of 85.52 ng/ml. Serum EBV - miR -BART13 —3p was positively correlated with LSM (r =0.797, P <0.001). For the patients with the same stage of CHB liver fibrosis, there was no significant difference in the expression of serum EBV — miR — BART13 —3p between the patients in different ethnic groups or living at different altitudes in Qinghai (all P > 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p is gradually increasing with the progression of CHB liver fibrosis in Qinghai. Serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p has a high value in the diagnosis of CHB liver fibrosis. Ethnic background and altitude have no marked influence on the expression of serum EBV — miR — BART13 — 3p. In order to study the reliability of loess slopes, the variability and probability distribution characteristics of loess strength parameters were estimated with 4 018 groups of loess direct shear data, and the autocorrelation distances were analyzed with two cone penetration test(CPT) data. The cohesion and internal friction angle were taken as the random variables, which form random fields on a two-dimensional slope section. The factor of safety was calculated by the elastic-plastic finite element method based on the mean strength parameters. The probabilistic analyses used a mean and standard deviation distribution in the finite element mesh through the method of local average subdivision. The failure probability was calculated by the Monte-Carlo method. The data show that on the loess plateau of China, the coefficient of variation of the cohesion is usually more than 0.30, and that of the friction angle is less than 0.20. The cohesion and friction angle are assumed to be lognormally and normally distributed, respectively, and the autocorrelation distance is limited to 0.2 of the slope height. In a single random variable approach (autocorrelation distance is equal to infinity), the probability of failure is overestimated for low coefficients of variation, and underestimated for high coefficients of variation.
