Objective: To assess the clinicopathological benefit of bevacizumab (Bev.) in neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) for rectal cancer patients and to investigate its influence on microvessel status in cancerous tissue. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 47 rectal cancer patients who received NAC with or without Bev. The objective response was evaluated using the maximum tumor diameter. Tumor regression grade was classified as a pathological response. Results: Thirty-one patients (66%) received NAC including Bev, as the Bev group; and the other 16 patients were treated without Bev, as the non-Bev group. The objective response rate was significantly higher in the Bev group than in the non-Bev group (64.5%vs.25.0%, p=0.015). The rate of pathological response was higher in the Bev group (41.9%) than in the non-Bev group (12.5 %, P=0.052), but difference was not statistically significant. The microvessel density (MVD) of the resected cancerous tissue was significantly lower in the Bev group than in the non-Bev group. Conclusions: The objective and pathological responses were better in patients treated with NAC plus Bev than in those who received NAC without Bev. Additionally, MVD in tumor tissues was inhibited in the patients treated with NAC plus Bev. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的探讨护理干预对老年普外科手术患者症状及自我效能的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年 12月中国人民解放军第152中心医院普外科收治的180例老年手术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为干 预组和对照组，各90例。对照组患者采用一般常规护理，干预组采用系统性护理干预，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD)和 汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA)评价患者症状，采用汉化Anderson慢性疼痛自我效能感量表（CPSS)评价患者自我效能，比较 两组患者临床症状及自我效能的变化情况。结果与对照组干预后比较，干预组HAMD评分[(13.63±2.18)分]、HAMA评 分[(15.42±2.26)分]均明显降低，疼痛管理评分[(16.15±2.28)分]、躯体功能评分[(32.46±4.13)分]、症状应对评分[(27.35± 3.86)分]及总分[(75.12±8.85)分]均明显提高，差异均有统计学意义(！<0.05)。结论系统性护理干预对老年普外科手术 患者临床症状及自我效能的改善均具有十分重要的意义。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 观察侧脑室注入网膜素（omentin）对小鼠摄食量及其下丘脑组织神经肽 Y（NPY）、刺鼠相关蛋白（AGRP）、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素（CRH）、阿片-促黑素细胞皮质素原（POMC）mRNA表达的影响。方法 20只昆明小鼠随机分为实验组及对照组,两组侧脑室置管并保留72 h后分别于侧脑室注射omentin及生理盐水（1.2μg/kg）,观察注射后24 h小鼠摄食量有无变化,RT-PCR检测两组小鼠下丘脑组织AGRP、NPY、CRH及POMC mRNA。结果实验组、对照组摄食量分别为（4.63±0.17）、（4.51±0.12）g,两组比较,P〉0.05。实验组、对照组NPY mRNA相对表达量分别为0.47±0.24、0.48±0.29,AGRP mRNA分别为24.31±6.21、22.01±7.14,POMC mRNA分别为0.92±0.48、0.83±0.16,CRH mRNA分别为0.93±0.45、0.69±0.12,两组CRH mRNA表达量比较,P〈0.05。结论侧脑室注入omentin对小鼠摄食量及下丘脑组织NPY、AGRP、POMC mRNA表达无影响,但CRH mRNA表达增加。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
