Objective To explore the clinical significance of the resection volume of T2Flair(T2 weighted liquid attenuated inversion recovery) in the surgical treatment of deep brain gliomas under the awaking anesthesia.Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with gliomas (group A) under awaking anesthesia and 12 with gliomas under general anaesthesia (group B) were analyzed retrospectively.The volume of T2flair resection of the two groups and the preoperative and postoperative KPS scores of the two groups were compared.Results The resection volume of the group A was (80.0±9.2) mL,the volume of the group B was (38.9±8.9) mL.It had a statistically significant difference （P=0.0154）.In group A,the preoperative KPS score was 91.2±1.2 and the postoperative was 88.18±2.1.There was no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative (P=0.22).In the group B,the preoperative KPS score was 92.5±1.8 and the postoperative was 85.0±5.0.There was no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative KPS(P=0.07).Conclusions T2Flair is a good index for quantifying the degree of surgical excision.The range of resection of glioma by awaking anesthesia is greater and the quality of life after operation is not reduced. In order to improve high efficiency of control system design and intuition of laboratory simulation and verification of control laws, it is an important method to design a GUI which could display structure of the designed control system, input and adjust of parameters of the control law, performance output of control system. It is also an important step to economize the experiment cost, increase the interest in learning, and improve their abilities of analyzing and solving problems. For this target, based on the GUIDE of GUI procedure development environment and the SIMULINK simulation function provided by MATLAB , a GUI was designed to simulate and verify the project of controlling aeroplane sliding down to fixed height. The GUI has the following characteristics ： clear hiberarchy, laconical convenience, diversiform function, and it can quickly and conveniently to complete simulation for aeroplane sliding down to fixed height control. 目的　观察羟考酮静脉自控镇痛的宫颈癌切除术患者术后镇痛情况及免疫功能。方法　６0 例择期行 腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术的宫颈癌患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各３0 例。两组均行腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术。术 后观察组采用羟考酮静脉自控镇痛，对照组采用芬太尼静脉自控镇痛，共治疗２ ｄ。分别于术后１２、２４、４８ ｈ 时采用 视觉模拟疼痛评分（ＶＡＳ）评价两组术后疼痛情况。分别于术前３0 ｍｉｎ、术后２４ ｈ、术后４８ ｈ、术后７２ ｈ 采集两组外 周静脉血４ ｍＬ，采用流式细胞法检测两组外周血ＣＤ３ + 、ＣＤ４ + 、ＣＤ８ + Ｔ 细胞和ＮＫ 细胞百分比；采用ＥＬＩＳＡ 法检测 两组血清干扰素γ（ＩＦＮ-γ）、白细胞介素１0（ＩＬ-１0）。结果　术后１２、２４、４８ ｈ 时观察组ＶＡＳ 评分分别为（３. ５0 ± 0. ５１）、（３. 0７ ±0. ６７）、（２. ９６ ±0. ６２）分，对照组分别为（３. １７ ± 0. ３８）、（２. ９３ ± 0. ５８）、（２. ８0 ± 0. ４８）分，术后１２ ｈ 观察组ＶＡＳ 评分高于对照组，Ｐ ＜0. 0５。术后４８、７２ ｈ 观察组外周血ＣＤ４ + 、ＣＤ８ + Ｔ 细胞百分比高于对照组（Ｐ 均 ＜0. 0５），术后２４、４８、７２ ｈ 观察组外周血ＮＫ 细胞百分比高于对照组（Ｐ 均＜ 0. 0５）。术后４８、７２ ｈ 观察组血清 ＩＦＮ-γ水平低于对照组（Ｐ 均＜0. 0５）。术后２４、４８、７２ ｈ 观察组血清ＩＬ-１0 水平高于对照组（Ｐ 均＜ 0. 0５）。结论　 宫颈癌切除术患者术后羟考酮静脉自控镇痛效果较好。羟考酮静脉自控镇痛可改善患者术后免疫功能，减轻炎症 反应。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To investigate and evaluate the quality of radix salviae miltiorrhizae decoction pieces in current market. METHODS: According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Version, 1 Chapter), 70 batches of radix salviae miltiorrhizae decoction pieces were determined in terms of characteristics,identification,examination and tanshinone ⅡAcontents, etc.RESULTS: The contents of tanshinone ⅡAcould not meet the national standards of radix salviae miltiorrhizae among 72.00% of decoction pieces in current market. And the contents of tanshinoneⅡA were out of quality specifications among 82.00% of purple radix salviae miltiorrhizae. CONCLUSIONS: In the process of drug circulation and use, radix salviae miltiorrhizae are mostly used in the form of decoction pieces for patients. Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of haploidentical allogeneic cytokine-induced killer (CIK) in treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of the healthy immediate family members of 21 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were collected, induced into haploidentical allogeneic CIK in vitro and transfused to the patients for 4 cycles. The curative effect and safety were assessed. Results The 21 patients were followed up for half a year. The survival rate was 81 % (17/21). Among the 21 patients, 11 cases were with stable disease and 10 cases were with progressive disease (including 4 dead cases). Six patients developed fever of different degrees during the treatment and one patient developed rash. The platelet counts of the patients at the fourth cycle after the treatment decreased compared with that before the treatment, with significance difference (P <0.05). The difference in leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, hemoglobin, liver function and renal function at the first and fourth cycle after the treatment had no statistical significance (all in P >0.05 ). Conclusions Haploidentical allogeneic CIK in treatment of advanced HCC may effectively improve the quality of life and the adverse reactions are tolerable, which is a relatively safe therapy. 证明了 Abelian π-正则环的每个理想均为一些准素理想的交.并进一步证明了一个Abelian π-正则环R的理想具有准素分解当且仅当R只有有限个完全素理想.

引入了准体的概念，并用它刻画了半交换π-正则环的结构.证明了若R是半交换环，则下面条件是等价的：(1)R是π-正则环.(2)R的每个素理想均为极大理想.(3)R/PE(P)为准体，其中P为R的任意素理想，E(P)为P的所有幂等元素组成的集合.(4)P1，P2为R的两个素理想，若E(P1)=E(P2），则有P1=P2.并进一步证明了半交换π-正则环R同构于诸准体{R/PE(P)}的一个亚直接和，P∈M，M为R的所有素理想组成的集合.

本文研究了聚氧化乙烯（PEO）的引入对Al(III)的水解聚合过程、成品聚合氯化铝（PAC）中铝的形态分布及絮凝能力的影响。结果表明，PEO的引入使碱滴定过程中Al(III)的水解聚合过程提前，所制得的改性PAC抗酸性增加，含有更多的不能被Al-Ferron方法所解离-络合的形态，在室温下存放更为稳定。PEO的引入能明显提高PAC的絮凝能力，加快絮体沉降速度。两种引入方法中，先加入法的效果优于后加入法。
