The article deals with modern procedures for ergonomic design of holder part for working tool. Reverse engineering method is described into details. This method is used to shorten design times and the subsequent preparation of serial production. Design procedures are using modern scan methods and data are completely processed by software NX 7.5.

The issue of wear represents a very important role in the functionality of most products. The description of the wear process for very heavily strained rubber products, for instance off-road tire treads, conveyor belts for stone transport etc., is very essential. Sharp edges of stones and terrain roughness gradually cut (chip) off rubber parts. This wear considerably damages separate parts of the product and destroy it. In technical terminology, we call this type of wear CHIP CHUNK effect. High-speed video camera, enabling recording and evaluation of the behaviour of ceramic tool when dropped on the surface of revolving testing rubber sample, was used for detailed analysis of the wear process.

Injection molding is one of the most widespread technologies in polymer process. This technology has enough advantages in rubber industry too. This article compare results from temperature/pressure sensors in real process with flow analyses in computational software. These received dates should be helpful and advantageous for the polymeric industry, especially rubber industry. The product's production cycle can be shorted with right setting of process. Using sensors and flow analyze can be good way for right process setting.

The HDPE high density polyethylene tested showed significant changes of temperature stability and mechanical properties after irradiation. From this pointof-view, new applications could also be seen in areas with service temperatures higher than their former melting point. The comparison of the temperature stability and mechanical properties of irradiated and non irradiated HDPE is presented in this paper.

Inovativní řešení se týká kotoučového nože k řezání měkčených a elastických materiálů při obrábění, zejména materiálů, které jsou náchylné ke změně tvaru po vyjmutí z upínacího zařízení a kvality povrchu řezné plochy. Do značné míry umožňuje odstranit nedostatky a nevýhody k tomuto účelu dosud používaných kotoučových a pásových pil, jako jsou deformace povrchu v místě řezu, rozměrné a finančně nákladné zařízení., Innovative solutions relates to the circular knife for cutting of flexible and elastic materials, namely materials which are prone to change shape upon removal from the clamping device and the surface quality of the cutting surfaces. To a considerable extent, it allows you to remove the shortcomings and disadvantages for this purpose hitherto used circular and band saws, such as surface deformation in the cutting or large and expensive equipment.

It can be used in testing - such as laboratory testing, laboratory preparation of polymers, certification testing, testing parts for the electrical industry, respectively, in companies that are engaged in the manufacture of products from plastic materials, which must resist fire according to standard CSN EN 60695-2-10.

The parametric temperature field analysis was realized by the finite element method. The analysis was run in COSMOS/M software solver. A thermal module HSTAR makes it possible to realize cases of the temperature dependences on the material properties. Material data can be entered as a function of a temperature. The thermal and physical characteristics of the polymeric materials change significantly. The output of the analysis was described by colourful spectrograms with temperature field distribution of various materials.

The topic of this research paper is a comparison of influence of chemical and petrochemical products on the mechanical properties of the selected types of polymers modified by irradiation cross-linking. After irradiation by beta radiation the materials were load into the chemicals. For the evaluation of the mechanical properties of irradiated and non-irradiated test specimens the tensile test was used.

This article introduces an application of artificial neural network with radial basis function in modeling of polymer materials grinding. This real technological process has many input parameters that influence results of grinding. In this paper the two key parameters were selected - feed rate and depth of cut. The task of the artificial neural network based predictor is to provide resulting surface roughness (Ra and Rz).

The main objective of the study is investigation of mechanical properties of polyamide 6. These properties were examined in dependence on the dosage of the ionizing electron beam (beta) radiation and in dependence on the amount of cross-linking agent. Non-irradiated samples and those irradiated by dosage 66, 99 and 132 kGy were compared.

Polymer injection molding is the most used technology of polymer processing nowadays. It enables the manufacture offinal products, which do not require any further operations. Working of shaping cavities is the major problem involving not only the cavity of the mold itself, giving the shape and dimensions of the future product, but also the flow pathway (runners) leading the polymer melt to the separate cavities. The runner may be very complex and in most cases takes up to 40% volume of the product itself (shape cavity). This work gives the results of studying the influence of the quality of flow pathway surface and influences of other technological parameters on the polymer melt flow.

Cílem této bakalářské práce je technicko-ekonomický návrh kogeneračního zdroje pro sušení biomasy k jejímu následnému zpracování. První část práce je věnována biomase. Zde je podrobněji uvedeno její rozdělení, vlastnosti a možnosti využití, dále pak technologie sušení a zpracování biomasy do formy normativních paliv a popis kogeneračních zařízení, které využívají biomasu jako palivo. Poslední část je věnována technicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení jednotlivých variant a navržení výhodnější varianty k realizaci., The aim of this thesis is a technical-economical design of cogeneration unit for drying of biomass resources for the subsequent processing. The first part of this work is devoted to biomass. There is described in detail its division into various types, their characteristics and usage, as well as the technology of drying and processing the biomass into forms of normative fuels and description of cogeneration devices that use biomass as fuel. The second section lists the input parameters from the investor for the subsequent calculation of the thermal cycle and cogeneration source selection. The last part is devoted to technical and economical evaluation of various design options and offering the better option for implementation.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby rodinného domu s kanceláří daňového poradce. Stavba se nachází v obci Lhota u Lísku, v kraji Vysočina. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, s jedním nadzemním podlažím a obytným podkrovím. Druhým objektem je oddělená kancelář, sloužící majiteli domu pro podnikatelskou činnost. The building is located in village Lhota u Lísku in Vysočina region. Detached house is designated for four family members, with one ground floor and an attic. Second building is a separated office, serving the owner of the house for his job. In its part is a garage for one personal vehicle and an attached carport for a second one. It is possible to rent the second building or rebuild it in the future. Both buildings are without cellar, roofs are both gabled with concrete roofing. Vertical constructions are designed as clay masonry, horizontal constructions as beams with clay blocks. Roof construction is wooden roof truss in the main house and wooden girders in the office building. Part of baechelors thesis is seminar paper dealing with check of selected details in terms of heat engineering.

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby ubytovacího a relaxačního areálu Resort Sázava. Stavba je umístěna na svažitý pozemek nedaleko obce Sázava, v Kraji Vysočina. Lokalita se nachází v Chráněné krajinné oblasti Žďárské vrchy. Zařízení je rozděleno na tři stavební objekty podle jednotlivých funkcí. Objekty jsou dvoupodlažní, obdélníkového půdorysu a zastřešeny sedlovými střechami. Resort nabízí ubytovací, stravovací, konferenční, relaxační a sportovní služby. V rámci architektonické studie byl řešen celý areál a jeho funkční návaznosti. Pro projekt dokumentace ve stupni DPS byl vypracován objekt SO 01 s restaurací a konferenčními místnostmi., Subject of this diploma thesis is a design of a newly built accommodation and relaxation centre Resort Sázava. The structure is located on a sloping plot near town Sázava, in Kraj Vysočina. The locality is situated in preserved area Žďárské vrchy. The facility is divided into three buildings by their function. The buildings have rectangular shapes and have gabled roofing. The resort offers services of accomodation, boarding, conferences, relaxation and sports. The whole facility was designed in architectural study along with its functional linkups. Object SO 01 with restaurant and conference rooms was designed in detailed design documentation.

Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektu kogenerační jednotky na biomasu s použitím ORC cyklu a následným využitím tepelné energie k sušení dřevní biomasy pro briketovací linku. Úvodní části práce jsou věnovány popisu principu kogenerace, organického Rankinova cyklu (především tedy uvedení možných aplikací a jejich využití v praxi) a výběru pracovní kapaliny. V dalších částech je uveden technický popis vybraných zařízení pro kogenerační jednotku, bilanční schéma oběhu a výpočet výparníku pracovní kapaliny. Poslední část je věnována ekonomickému zhodnocení tří variant dle investorova zadání a navržení výhodnější varianty k realizaci., The aim of this thesis is the project for biomass cogeneration units using ORC cycle and subsequent use of thermal energy for drying wood biomass for a briquetting line. The introducing sections describe the principle of cogeneration, organic Rankine cycle (primarily the indication of potential applications and their use in practice) and the selection of the proper working fluid. The following sections provide a technical description of the selected plants for cogeneration unit, total circulation scheme and calculation of the evaporator working fluid. The last section is devoted to the economic evaluation of three variants according to the investor's task to design a better option for implementation.

Ekonomickými ukazateli pro posouzení výhodnosti investice jsou čistá současná hodnota při zvolené diskontní sazbě a vnitřní výnosové procento., The thesis deals with analysis of the residential market with a focus on housing, the current situation and in particular the issue of return on investment to purchase an apartment with his subsequent hiring. On the basis of statistical methods and economic indicators using the findings from a critical analysis of current developments will be made and estimates of rate of return of investment risk in buying and renting apartments. Economic indicators for assessing the profitability of investment are the net present value at the selected discount rate and internal rate of return.
