Announces that the Transportation Safety Board of Canada report, released in October 1994, says that chances of more ruptures could be reduced in the line pressure were dropped, with a corresponding decline in through-put. January 17 1991 explosion; What happened with the pipelines up unto the 1960's; How the three ruptures under investigation are TransCanada PipeLines Limited (TCPL) first experience with stress corrosion cracking (SCC).
