El avance de la Banca en Colombia se realiza de manera acelerada, en especial en los últimos años, tanto de sus procesos, productos y servicios como de su mercadeo, en el presente trabajo se espera reflejar el avance hacia la Banca digital en Colombia, en paralelo con las estrategias de marketing digital realizadas por dichas instituciones y su posible relación de manera directa. Se espera, a través del presente trabajo encontrar una relación entre la transformación digital o digitalidad de la Banca en Colombia y el mercadeo digital utilizado por los Bancos, en especial encontrar si esta relación es uniforme para todas las entidades de manera que pueda entenderse si entre mayor Mercadeo digital se utiliza la entidad realmente es más digital, o si, por el contrario, no existe una relación entre ambas. Esta formulación pretende dar un antecedente que bien puede ser aplicable a otros sectores económicos, ya que el marketing digital es transversal a todos y su desarrollo puede tener influencia en la transformación digital de las empresas o viéndolo desde otra perspectiva, las empresas que se transforman digitalmente pueden tener usos similares en el marketing que utilizan para dar a conocer sus productos y servicios. The progress of Banking in Colombia is carried out in an accelerated manner, especially in recent years, both of its processes, products and services as well as its marketing, in this paper it is expected to reflect the progress towards digital banking in Colombia, in parallel with the digital marketing strategies carried out by these institutions and their possible direct relationship. It is expected, through this work, to find a relationship between the digital transformation or digitality of Banking in Colombia and the digital marketing used by Banks, especially to find if this relationship is uniform for all entities so that it can be understood if it is between The more digital marketing is used, the entity is actually more digital, or if, on the contrary, there is no relationship between the two. The COVID-19 pandemic and related quarantine has created additional problems for survivors of interpersonal violence. The purpose of this study is to gain a preliminary understanding of the health, safety, and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on people that are experiencing or have previously experienced violence, stalking, threats, and/or abuse. An online survey, open from April to June 2020, was taken by people with safety concerns from interpersonal violence. Participants were recruited from IPV and sexual assault-focused agencies, state coalitions, and social media. Quantitative data were summarized using descriptive methods in SPSS and coding methods from thematic and content analysis was used to analyze qualitative data from open-ended questions. A total of 53 participants were recruited for the survey. Individuals with safety concerns have experienced increased challenges with health and work concerns, stress from economic instability, difficulties staying safe, and access resources and support. Over 40% of participants reported safety had decreased. Use of social media and avoidance strategies were the most common safety approaches used. Participants reported mixed experiences with virtual services. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated existing structural concerns for survivors of violence like IPV and sexual assault. Increased support and economic resource access, coupled with modified safety planning and improved virtual approaches, would better help meet survivor needs.

The information and communication technology (ICT) is witnessing a revolutionary era with the advancements in the Internet of Things (IoT). An IoT network is a combination of sensor and actuator networks, connected and communicating in certain ways to design and provide IoT services to the end users. These IoT services are created by mapping physical-world objects into virtual-world objects. In this work, we propose a novel approach of IoT services orchestration based on multiple sensor and actuator platforms using virtual objects in online IoT application-store (app-store). In this work, we focused on combining the concepts of do-it-yourself (DIY) IoT marketplace, virtual objects (VOs), and virtual services. We built a fusion IoT services platform on a previously proposed IoT application store. The IoT application store enables the sharing and discovery of IoT VOs, along with micro-services associated with each VO uploaded into the application store. The fusion IoT services platform enables the user to fetch the desired or all VOs from the IoT app store and map the available VOs to form the fusion IoT services. The user can either select all the available VOs and see all the possible services&rsquo, combinations or select the desired (DIY) services and customize the virtual services scope. The performance of the proposed fusion IoT services platform was evaluated on the basis of the service connection times, service response times with varying load of VOs, virtual users, and active platforms. The proposed idea also offers a sustainable solution by proposing the reuse of existing resources and reducing duplicate deployments, which can lessen the total cost of the physical networks&rsquo, deployment and maintenance. To the best of our knowledge, the proposed work is the first of its kind.

W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z procesami informatyzacji Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej w Poznaniu. W celu dokładnego scharakteryzowania przemian, prócz rysu historycznego, przedstawiono obszary, które wyraźnie poprawiły jakość pracy personelu i obsługę czytelników oraz przyczyniły się do poznania, upowszechniania i wdrażania nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych. Zaprezentowano proces zmian w zakresie funkcjonowania systemu biblioteczno-informacyjnego Horizon i współpracy z narodowym katalogiem centralnym NUKAT . Opisano etapy rozwoju elektronicznej przestrzeni informacyjnej, w tym budowania elektronicznych zasobów wiedzy i tworzenia narzędzi do ich obsługi i wykorzystania w procesach wyszukiwania źródeł informacji. Zaprezentowano Bibliotekę Uniwersytecką jako partnera w aranżowaniu instytucjonalnych platform cyfrowych do deponowania i udostępniania dorobku intelektualnego społeczności naukowej Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Wskazano także funkcjonalność zaprojektowanych i wdrożonych innowacyjnych usług wirtualnych pakietu Libsmart, optymalizujących funkcjonowanie Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej. The article discusses problems and issues relative to automation processes at Poznań University Library. To provide a more in-depth insight into the nature of the changes, these solutions that distinctively improved the quality of work of the staff and user services are presented, beside the record of consecutive changes introduced to the library. These changes have facilitated the general knowledge of new technological solutions, their implementation and the resulting widespread use. The process of the changes in the operation of the Horizon library integrated system is presented as well as the Library’s cooperation with the national central catalogue – NUKAT . Successive stages in the development of electronic information space are described, including the creation of electronic knowledge resources and tools to handle them in the process of searching for information sources. The University Library is presented as a partner in preparing and implementing institutional digital platforms used in submitting and making available the research output of the University’s academic community to the general public. Finally, the functionality of the already implemented innovative virtual services of the Libsmart package that streamlines the operation of the University Library is presented.

The priorities of library transformations are considered. The changing of the kind of services provided by the modern library to the public is stated. The purposes and means of the reorganization of this department are determined. The expediency of emergence of the library departments of the new type, combining the traditional functional structures (halls of public access to the documents, rooms for working with the audiovisual documents, information halls with Internet access, halls for group activities and individual work rooms, comfortable reading halls) and structures of the cultural center (conference and exhibition halls, video and music rooms, multimedia halls, bookstores, museum complexes, game rooms, cafes) is stated. In the light of the necessity of development and providing the updated list of services of information and library service the importance of training the specialists in this area is recognized. The libraries effectiveness depends on their professional and personal qualities. The author notes that the readers information support and consulting services provided by librarians-innovators are connected today with the use of new information and communication technologies. It is proved that the library staff member today has to prove to be the "creative professional", that is able to use creative technologies in the library sphere Рассматриваются приоритетные направления библиотечных преобразований. Констатируется изменение характера услуг, предоставляемых населению современной библиотекой. Определяются цели и средства переустройства данной отрасли. Утверждается целесообразность появления библиотечных учреждений нового типа, сочетающих традиционные функциональные структуры (залы открытого доступа к документам, помещения для работы с аудиовизуальными документами, информационные залы с выходом в Интернет, залы для коллективных занятий и кабинеты для индивидуальной работы, комфортные залы для чтения) и структуры культурного центра (залы для конференций и выставок, видеосалоны, музыкальные гостиные, мультимедийные залы, книжные магазины, музейные комплексы, игротеки, кафе). В свете необходимости разработки и предоставления обновленного перечня услуг информационно-библиотечного сервиса признается большое значение подготовки специалистов в этой области. От их профессиональных и личностных качеств зависит эффективность работы библиотек. Автор отмечает, что информационная поддержка читателей и консультационные услуги библиотекарей-новаторов сегодня связаны с применением новых информационных и коммуникационных технологий. In today's society, the internet is an important part of everyday life. Over recent years the number of electronic services has increased markedly. Communities such as Facebook, consume more of people's time than 5-10 years ago. How can public authorities benefit from these communities or are the municipalities not ready for this? The municipalities determine how their resources should be allocated based on the municipality's needs. The municipalities may be in charge of such matters of public interest which is linked to one municipality or its citizens. The purpose of this study is to explain what a virtual meeting platform means and how the public authority can take advantage of the virtual world to create benefits for its citizens by modifying existing tools. We have chosen a deductive approach with elements of induction, and the study is positivistic because of the approach on trying to find absolute knowledge from this study. We have developed five hypotheses by material from a pilot study. The material from the pilot study has served as the basis for a quantitative survey among users of Facebook. By introducing the Balanced Scorecard a municipality can, based upon local needs and capabilities, develop goals and measures based on the municipality strategy. We have constructed a model that is partly based on David Lundberg's 5-model (Lundberg, 2009). The model, Heimberg Flower, focuses on the "benefit"-factor which is directed towards the virtual options from which the municipality may choose which options to examine or test. Our hypothesis could prove two significant relationships, there is adesire for internet-based services, and that Facebook is preferred over other virtual meeting places for representation by the municipality. Using the modified Balanced Scorecard according to Heimberg Flower, the model can serve as a basis for municipalities in efforts to implement IT solutions that create value for the citizen.

The analysis of Lithuanian and foreign authors scientific literature related to the competitive strategy are laid in thesis of Master work. In this final work are analyzed theoretical presumptions of gaining competitive advantage. Based on strategy formation methodic suggested by scientists, have been prepared virtual services competitive strategy formation model, which includes stages of analyze of interior and exterior environment, competitive strategy preparation, estimation and realization. According to the prepared virtual services competitive strategy formation model and based on the done research of services popularity and the level of quality, was formed virtual services competitive strategy of enterprise providing virtual services.

This article expands the discussion of the impact of technology on services and contributes to a broader comprehension of the nature of virtual services. This is done by discovering dimensions that distinguish physical services from virtual services, i.e. services that are distributed by electronic means and where the customer has no direct human interaction with the service provider. Differences in the core characteristics of services, servicescape and service delivery are discussed. Moreover, dimensions that differentiate between virtual services are analysed. A classification scheme for virtual services is proposed, including the origin of the service, the element of the service offering, the customisation process, stage of the service process performed, and the degree of mobility of the service.
