Diplomsko delo je nastalo na podlagi razvojnega projekta, izvedenega v podjetju Gostol Gopan d.o.o, ki ima dolgoletne izkušnje na področju izdelave naprav in avtomatizacije linij za pripravo pekovskih izdelkov. Delo obravnava izdelavo električne dokumentacije in programske kode za avtomatizacijo etiketirne naprave. Pri načrtovanju električnih shem in izdelavi dokumentacije smo uporabljali programsko okolje EPLAN Electric. Za izdelavo programa vodenje in nadzora delovanja naprave pa programsko okolje TIA Portal V15.1. Z razvojem naprave smo avtomatizirali proces etiketiranja pekovskih izdelkov in s tem omogočili stranki večjo kapaciteto in boljšo kakovost izdelka. The thesis is based on a development project carried out at the Gostol Gopan d.o.o., a company with many years of experience in the manufacture of equipment and automation of lines for the preparation of bakery products. This work mainly describes development of the electrical documentation and software code for the automation of a labelling machine. The EPLAN Electric software environment was used to design the electrical diagrams and produce all electrical documentation. TIA Portal V15.1 software environment was used to develop machine management and control software. With the development of the device, we have automated the labelling process of bakery products, allowing the customer to have a higher capacity and a better quality product.

Ovaj rad opisuje postupak recikliranja otpadnog materijala i položaj shredder-a u njemu. Prikazana je metoda upravljanja brzinom vrtnje shredder motora te sigurnosne mjere koje su poduzete za osiguravanje sigurnog rada osoblja u blizini stroja. Pomoću PLC-a komuniciramo s frekvencijskim regulatorom te mu šaljemo informacije za paljenje/gašenje motora i željenu brzinu, a od njega dobivamo trenutnu brzinu očitanu iz senzora. Drugi dio rada se je sastojao od izrade samog softvera u ljestvičastom dijagramu te njegovim povezivanjem s HMI uređajem koji služi za vizualizaciju. Operater preko grafičkog sučelja može upravljati i nadgledati kompletan sustav, od brzine motora do svih alarma te mijenjati načine rada., This paper describes the process of recycling and the purpose of the shredder in it. The motor speed control method is show together with all the safety precautions and systems that ensure workers can safely operate in the machines' vicinity. With help from a PLC, we established a communication with the frequency regulator to which start/stop commands are sent, together with the desired speed and in return we get the actual motor speed acquired from a sensor. The second part of this paper consisted of creating the automation software and connecting it to an HMI device used for visualization. Diplomsko delo predstavlja delovanje in programiranje postaj na proizvodni liniji z enajstimi postajami, ki avtomatsko sestavljajo ukrivljene LCD-zaslone. Pri projektu sem sodeloval kot član ekipe podjetja INEA d.o.o. Na začetku je opisana celotna linija in uporabljena programska ter strojna oprema. Sledi opis delovanja posameznih postaj. Moj del omenjenega projekta je bila strežna enota za pladnje, ki je v nadaljevanju podrobneje opisana. Programska logika na programirljivem logičnem krmilniku in grafični izgled zaslonov vmesnika človek-stroj sta narejena v programskem okolju TIA portal V16. Programska logika je po naročnikovih zahtevah napisana v lestvičnem diagramu. Vse od izdelave do funkcionalnosti je predstavljeno proti koncu diplomske naloge. Na podlagi postavljene in zagnane linije ter zadovoljstva stranke sklepam, da je bil projekt uspešno izpeljan. The diploma thesis presents the operation and software implementation of stations on a line with eleven stations, which automatically assemble curved LCD-displays. I participated in the construction of the line as part of a project at INEA d.o.o. At the beginning, the entire installation and the software and hardware used are described. This is followed by a description of how the individual stations work. My part of the project was the tray feeder, which is described in more detail in the following sections. The program logic on the programmable logic controller and the graphic layout of the screens of the human-machine interface were created in the software environment TIA portal V16. According to the customer's requirements, the program logic is mostly written in a ladder diagram. Everything from production to functionality is represented at the end. Based on the fact that we have put the line into operation and that the customers are satisfied, I can assume that the project has been completed successfully.

A typical example of discrete event systems (DESs) is a reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS) whose can be changed and become more complicated during its operation. Thus, an effective tool needs to be developed to create both high- and low-level DES implementation. The ladder diagram (LD) is a common programming method for controlling DESs. Petri nets (PNs) represent the most important graphical and mathematical tool that can be used to provide an integrated solution for the design, modeling, analysis, control, and implementation of DESs. Various types of PN-based LDs are developed for DESs, which have high structural complexity of the LDs. Therefore, an approach that can facilitate the elimination of the LDs’ structural complexity needs to be developed. The main objective of this paper is to develop a two-step approach for LDs implementation for RMSs with dynamic changes. First, a colored resource-oriented Petri net (CROPN)-based algorithm is proposed for a rapid and valid configurations of an RMS. Second, a ladder diagram colored resource-oriented Petri net (LDCROPN) is developed to convert the CROPN into an LD. The developed approach is evaluated using examples in the literature. Moreover, the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed approach for LD implementation under RMS specification changes.

[ES] En el presente trabajo se expone la metodología seguida para integrar un autómata Modicon M241 de la marca Schneider, en sustitución a un MDUINO basado en Arduino. El "Programmable Logic Controller" o PLC se ha integrado dentro de un prototipo de sistema de inspección industrial en 3D que recibe el nombre de Zero Gravity 3D. La finalidad de este cambio ha sido la de dotar al equipo de una mayor robustez al incorporar un PLC de gama industrial, facilitando también su integración en línea de producción al estar equipado con protocolos de comunicación industrial. El proyecto abarca desde un estudio previo del funcionamiento con el MDUINO hasta la puesta en marcha y validación del funcionamiento con el nuevo autómata. Esto incluye: - Análisis para seleccionar el mejor autómata y software de programación. - La programación del autómata con el software SoMachine utilizando los lenguajes de programación recogidos en la norma IEC 61131-3: SFC, diagrama de contactos y texto estructurado. - La selección e implementación del protocolo de comunicación entre el PLC y el software de control de calidad. En este caso ha sido del tipo cliente-servidor mediante OPC UA. - La comunicación con el variador que controla una cinta mediante comunicaciones Modbus RTU. - El conexionado en el cuadro eléctrico., [CAT] En el següent treball s’exposa la metodología seguida per a integrar un autòmat Modicon M241 de la marca Schneider en substitució a un MDUINO basat en Arduino. El “Programmable Logic Controller” o PLC s’hha integrat dins d’un prototip de sistema d’inspecció industrial en 3D que rep el nom de Zero Gravity 3D. La finalitat d’aquest canvi ha sigut a de dotar a l’equip d’una major robusteza l’incorporar un PLC de tipus industrial, facilitant també l’integració en línia de producció al estar equipat amb protocols de comunicación industrial. L’abast del projecte es des d’un estudi previ del funcionament amb el MDUINO fins la posada en marzxa i validació amb el nou automat. Açò inclou: • Anàlisi per a seleccionar el millor autòmat i software de programació. • La programación de l’autòmat amb el software SoMachine utilitzant llenguatges de programación recollits en la norma IEC 31131-3: SFC, diagrama de contactes i text estructurat. • La selecció i implementación del protocol de comunicación entre el PLC i el software de control de qualitat. En este cas ha sigut del tipus client-servidor mitjançant OPC UA. • La comunicación amb el variador que controla una cinta mitjançant comunicacions Modbus RTU. • El conexionat al quadre elèctric., [EN] The aim of this work is to explain the methodology followed to integrate a Schneider Modicon M241 PLC, replacing an Arduino-based MDUINO. The "Programmable Logic Controller" or PLC has been integrated into a prototype 3D industrial inspection system called Zero Gravity 3D. The purpose of this change has been to provide the equipment with greater robustness by incorporating an industrial-range PLC, also facilitating its integration into the production line as it is equipped with industrial communication protocols. The project covers from a previous study of the operation with the MDUINO to the commissioning and validation of the operation with the new automaton. This includes: - Analysis to select the best automaton and programming software. - The programming of the automaton with the SoMachine software using the programming languages included in the IEC 61131-3 standard: SFC, contact diagram and structured text. - The selection and implementation of the communication protocol between the PLC and the quality control software. In this case it has been of the client-server type using OPC UA. - Communication with variable-frecuency drive that controls a belt through Modbus RTU communications. - The wiring in the electrical panel.

Sodobna industrija pri načrtovanju izgradnje novih sistemov stremi k čim večji avtomatizaciji, s čimer se pomembno zmanjša vpliv človeških napak, sistemi pa postanejo varnejši in za uporabo enostavnejši. Takšni sistemi imajo karakteristike, določene s programsko kodo. Pri tem je pomembno, da programer, ki takšno kodo napiše, te karakteristike tudi ustrezno upošteva in vključi v načrtovanje. Ustrezno napisan program bo izpolnjeval vse funkcije sistema, ta pa bo ustrezno deloval v okolju, kamor je postavljen. Diplomska naloga predstavlja izdelavo programske kode za avtomatizacijo nakladanja klinkerja na tovornjake v cementni industriji. Sistem temelji na programski opremi proizvajalca Siemens. Za izdelavo programa na krmilniku smo uporabili programski jezik lestvični diagram, za izdelavo uporabniškega vmesnika HMI pa programski jezik WinCC. Z izdelano programsko kodo smo poskrbeli tudi za temeljito diagnostiko napak, hkrati pa smo upravljanje zahtevnejših sistemov približali uporabnikom, ki nakladanje opravljajo prvič. S podrobno preučitvijo in nastavitvijo tehtnice smo omogočili tudi, da je sistem možno nadgraditi za javni promet, na podlagi katerega je možno izvesti obračun naloženega klinkerja na tovornjak. Modern industry is striving to design new systems to be as automated as possible, which are thus minimally affected by human errors, become safer and also easier to use. Such systems have their characteristics defined by the software code, where it is important that the programmer who writes the code also takes these characteristics into the account and incorporates them into the design. Properly written program will fulfil all the functions of the system and will function properly in the environment where it is placed. This thesis presents the development of a software code for loading clinker onto trucks in the cement industry. The system is based on Siemens software, where ladder diagram programming language was used to create the PLC program and WinCC programming language was used to create the HMI interface. The developed software code was used to perform a thorough fault diagnosis, while bringing the operation of more complex systems closer to the users who are loading the trucks for the first time. The detailed study and set-up of the weightbridge, we introduced a possible upgrade of the system for legal-for-trade, from which it is possible to calculate the clinker loaded on the truck.
