The purpose of the deliverable is to define the current baseline and the target or improved circular business models for two demonstrators (task 2.1) and to analyse both demonstrators markets characteristics and their impact on the target circular business models (task 2.2). Deliverable first summarizes existing knowledge of business models, business models innovation and circular business models as well as of the innovative tools that are invented and proposed for the changes, adaptations and transitions of linear business models into the circular ones. Systematic literature review of documented and reported knowledge relevant for both demonstrators was performed in this step. Second, environmental forces which create and influence the need for the changes and improvements in the current value creation, value delivery and value capture toward circularity are identified for both demonstrators. Third, the deliverable identifies and proposes the potential and alternative circular business models for both demonstrators. The review of the appropriate and applicable innovative tools for the transition and improvement of the existing models are incorporated into this proposal. Deliverable also provides the preliminary lists of challenges, opportunities, risks and barriers for the alternative models. These factors should be taken into consideration for the detailed development of the models that both demonstrators will pursue in practice during the demonstration. Проведен анализ современного инновационного инструментария, который используется преподавателями РАНХиГС., In this article, the actual problem of using innovative technologies in higher education institutions is considered. The work also substantiates the advantages of the innovative approach in comparison with the traditional forms of teaching students. The analysis of modern innovative tools, which is used by teachers of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, is carried out.

According to the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO, creating inventories and making them accessible is a specific obligation for the States Parties. These activities are complex and require methodological tools to integrate the different backgrounds, competencies and skills needed to succeed. In this paper we will present a framework for the complete management of multimedia information systems related to Intangible Cultural Heritage, that we applied to the design and implementation of the Ethnography and Social History Archive of the Lombardy Region in Italy. We describe the characteristics that distinguish our unified approach, within a broader context of the methodological design of web applications, emphasising the innovative features of the online systems developed. We present the environments for managing, searching and browsing ICH data, with a final comparison.

В даній статті розглянуто управлінські закони (закон невизначеності відгуку, закон неадекватності взаємного сприйняття, закон неадекватності самооцінки, закон спотворення інформації, закон самозбереження, закон компенсації), напрями управління персоналом в системі менеджменту підприємства, а також складові системи управління персоналом з урахуванням інноваційних підходів. Виділено актуальні інструменти управління персоналом підприємства: аутстафінг, як засіб кадрової політики, менторство, як ефективний підхід до навчання та адаптації працівників на підприємстві, мотивація, як спосіб підвищення продуктивності працівників, а також система віртуального офісу, яка оптимізує управлінські процеси підприємства, робить їх компактними та мобільними. Також обґрунтовано доцільність їх застосування в Україні і необхідність подальшого розвитку цих інструментів. В статі наведено приклади компаній, які вже застосовують зазначені вище методи управління: Google, KPMG, Ernst&Young, Pricewaterhouse Coopers і Deloitte. Также обоснована целесообразность их применения в Украине и необходимость дальнейшего развития этих инструментов. В статье приведены примеры компаний, которые уже применяют упомянутые выше методы управления: Google, KPMG, Ernst&Young, Pricewaterhouse Coopersи Deloitte.

Este documento presenta una investigación llevada a cabo en el curso de Programación de Computadores, ofrecido a las Carreras de Ingeniería de la Universidad Antonio Nariño sede Neiva. El estudio, titulado “Recursos del Software Libre para Favorecer la Enseñanza, Aprendizaje e Innovación en cursos de Programación de Computadores en Ingenierías”, partió de la formulación de la pregunta ¿Cómo se pueden aprovechar los recursos que brinda el Software Libre para potenciar los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje e innovación en el marco de los cursos de la Programación de Computadores en programas de ingeniería? Y se decidió enmarcarse en una investigación de corte cualitativo para abarcar su objetivo de proponer e implementar herramientas y métodos del campo del Software Libre para favorecer la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la Programación de Computadores con orientación a la innovación en cursos de Ingeniería. Con el trabajo investigativo se logró corroborar que con el uso de software no privativo se pueden fortalecer los procesos de aprendizaje garantizando la abierta participación del estudiante. Aquí se parte de un diagnóstico local, hasta llegar a una propuesta de intervención parcial que incorpora la herramienta Blockly y un sistema de gestión de aprendizaje (LMS), el cual permite a los estudiantes acceder a contenidos teóricos de la materia y también evaluar sus avances por medio de cuestionarios. The study, entitled "Free Software Resources to Promote Teaching, Learning and Innovation in Computer Programming courses in Engineering", started from the formulation of the question How can the resources provided by Free Software be used to enhance the processes of teaching-learning and innovation within the framework of Computer Programming courses in engineering programs? And it was decided to be part of a qualitative research to cover its objective of proposing and implementing tools and methods in the field of Free Software to favor the teaching and learning of Computer Programming with an orientation to innovation in Engineering courses. With the investigative work, it was possible to corroborate that with the use of non-proprietary software, learning processes can be strengthened, guaranteeing the open participation of the student. Here we start from a local diagnosis, until we reach a partial intervention proposal that incorporates the Blockly tool and a learning management system (LMS), which allows students to access theoretical content on the subject and also evaluate their progress through questionnaires. Reference is then made to Chamilo LMS, as the most suitable for this task.

The purpose of this paper refers to research the level of implementation of strategies in the Croatian travel agencies, which also represents a new direction for their development. The possibility to implement strategies referring to intermediaries depends on their area of application, the intensification of certain functions and fields of business and/or transformation of existing ones. Using the methods of explanation and description, based on the analysis of key assumptions so as to select specific strategy, resulting from the elaboration of scientific viewpoints of theoreticians engaged in this field, the first part of the paper defines strategies and related terms. In the second part of the paper the primary research was carried out with the survey method on a sample of travel agencies in the Republic of Croatia, to test the level of strategies implementation. The results of empirical research point to the greater or lesser presence of specific strategies in travel agencies’ business whose implementation must comply with business terms according to the policy, i.e. unit’s organizational culture, structure – scope, functions, and resource’s specific features. The findings point to the dominance of the implementation of marketing strategies in segment that defines the strategy of quality improvements and innovations of tourist products.

From the marketing perspective advertising materials and marketing campaigns and publications such as books, CD-ROMs, brochures, flyers, posters could play a central role in collecting directly or indirectly more incomes to sustain all the museum's activities and should be therefore promoted. For example, posters and photos can easily be made available in digital forms to a vaster audience on the museum's website. In this paper we present some innovative tools developed while designing a new portal for the promotion of a database of campaigns of social communication. We focus on strategies for querying and browsing the digital materials in new, engaging ways, with a particular attention to younger generations accustomed to the digital medium. To this end, we have developed innovative tools able to query and browse the database, and display the results using information automatically extracted from both images and texts.
