It is still a huge challenge to introduce effective crack‐healing ability into energetic composites with a high oxidizer content. In this article, a poly(urea‐urethane) energetic elastomer was prepared by the polycondensation reaction of glycidyl azido polymer (GAP), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), and 2‐aminophenyl disulfide (2‐APD). In the poly(urea‐urethane) elastomer structure, the hybrid dynamic lock, including multilevel H‐bonds and disulfide bonds, not only provides abundant dynamic interactions and promotes chain diffusion, but also enhances physical crosslinking density. Such a unique design fabricated the energetic elastomer with robust tensile strength (0.72 MPa), high stretchability (1631%), and outstanding toughness (8.95 MJ/m3) in the field of energetic polymers. Meanwhile, this energetic elastomer exhibited high self‐healing efficiency (98.4% at 60 °C) and heat release (Q = 1750.46 J/g). Experimental and theoretical results adequately explain the self‐healing mechanism, particularly the role of azido units. The high‐solid content (80 wt%) energetic composites based on the energetic elastomer presented outstanding micro‐defect self‐healing (97.8%) and recycling without loss of mechanical performance. The development of smart energetic composites with excellent self‐healing and recyclable ability provides a meaningful way for a wide range of applications in the field of energetic materials. AbstractSpinal cord injury (SCI) is one of the most complex diseases. After SCI, severe secondary injuries can cause intense inflammatory storms and oxidative stress responses, leading to extensive neuronal apoptosis. Effective regulation of inflammation and oxidative stress after SCI remains an unresolved challenge. In this study, resveratrol-loaded nanoparticles coated with neutrophil membranes (NMR) were prepared using the emulsion-solvent evaporation method and membrane encapsulation technology. Multifunctional biomimetic nanoparticles retain neutrophil membrane-related receptors and possess a strong adsorption capacity for inflammatory factors. As a drug carrier, NMR can sustainably release resveratrol for >72 h. Moreover, co-culture studies in vitro show that the NMR help regulate macrophage polarization to relieve inflammatory response, reduce intracellular reactive oxygen species by approximately 50%, and improve mitochondrial membrane potential to alleviate oxidative stress. After injecting NMR into the injury site, it reduces early apoptosis, inhibit scar formation, and promote neural network recovery to improve motor function. This study demonstrates the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective effects of NMR, thus providing a novel therapeutic strategy for SCI. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is a curative treatment for laterally spreading tumors (LSTs). However, the outcomes of ESD for LSTs with hemorrhoids remain largely unknown. Our study aimed to evaluate the usefulness of ESD in managing LSTs with hemorrhoids. We retrospectively collected 418 consecutive LST patients treated with ESD between 2011 and 2023. A retrospective comparative analysis was conducted. There were 85 patients included in the hemorrhoids group and 333 patients included in the other group. The en-bloc resection rate, R0 resection rate, and curative resection rate were comparable in these two groups (p > 0.05). The LSTs with hemorrhoids have a significantly higher intraoperative bleeding rate during ESD when compared to the other group (12.9% vs. 5.4%, p = 0.028). Rates of intraoperative perforation and anal pain in the hemorrhoid group were significantly higher than those in the no-hemorrhoid group (2.4% vs. 0%, p = 0.041; 9.4% vs.0.6%, p < 0.001; respectively). Moreover, most of the related manifestations caused by hemorrhoids were relieved to various degrees after ESD. ESD is a safe and effective treatment strategy for LSTs with hemorrhoids. Recent theory suggests that both the orienting response and arousal inhibition play roles in the effect of the concealed information test (CIT). However, the neural signatures associated with these two processes remain unclear. To address this issue, participants were motivated to either conceal or reveal crime-related stimulus during CIT while EEG was recorded. By using a temporal principal component analysis, we found that crime-related stimuli produced a larger early P3 than crime-irrelevant stimuli in both the conceal condition and reveal condition. This result suggests that this early P3 reflects an orienting response. In addition, we found that crime-related stimuli elicited a larger frontal negative slow wave than crime-irrelevant stimuli in the conceal condition but not the reveal condition, which suggests that the frontal negative slow wave reflects the arousal inhibition process. Modern artificial intelligence (AI) is heavily reliant on deep learning (DL), an emerging class of algorithms that can automatically detect non-trivial patterns from petabytes of rapidly evolving "Big Data." Although the information systems (IS) discipline has embraced DL, questions remain about DL's interface with a domain and theory and DL contribution types. In this paper, we present a DL information systems research (DL-ISR) schematic that reviews DL while considering the role of the application environment and knowledge base, summarizes extant DL research in IS, a knowledge contribution framework (KCF) to position DL contributions, and ten guidelines to help IS scholars design, execute, and present DL for computational, behavioral, or economic IS research. We illustrate a research contribution to DL for cybersecurity. This article's contribution to theory resides in the conceptual DL-ISR schematic and KCF, while its contributions to practice are based on its practical guidelines for executing DL-based projects. Electronic devices play an increasingly vital role in modern society, and heat accumulation is a major concern during device development, which causes strong market demand for thermal conductivity materials and components. In this paper, a novel thermal conductive material consisting of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and a binary filler system of h-BN platelets and Al2O3 nanoparticles was successfully fabricated using direct ink writing (DIW) 3D printing technology. The addictive manufacturing process not only endows the DIW-printed composites with various geometries but also promotes the construction of a 3D structural thermal conductive network through the shearing force during the printing process. Moreover, the integrity of the thermal conductive network can be optimized by filling the gaps between the BN platelets with Al2O3 particles. Resultingly, the configuration of the binary fillers is arranged by the shearing force during the DIW process, fabricating the thermal conductive network of oriented fillers. The DIW-printed BN/Al2O3/PDMS with 45 wt% thermal conductive binary filler can reach a thermal conductivity of 0.98 W/(m·K), higher than the 0.62 W/(m·K) of the control sample. In this study, a novel strategy for the thermal conductive performance improvement of composites based on DIW technology is successfully verified, paving a new way for thermal management.
