Rechargeable magnesium batteries (RMBs) have emerged as one of the promising energy storage devices, and polymer electrolytes with high safety, stability, and structural flexibility are the ideal choice for RMBs. Herein, a novel in situ crosslinked gel polymer electrolyte, PDTE is reported, via facile ring‐opening polymerization in RMBs. The electrolyte exhibits a remarkable room‐temperature ionic conductivity of 2.8 × 10−4 S cm−1 and highly reversible Mg plating/stripping behavior (98.9% Coulombic efficiency, 2000 cycles) with a low overpotential (<0.1 V). Mo6S8||PDTE||Mg coin cells demonstrate exceptional cycling stability and rate capability at a wide temperature range (−20 to 50 °C), characterizing an average discharge capacity of 81.6 mAh g−1 at 10 C for 7500 cycles at room temperature, and 97.4 and 111.7 mAh g−1 at 0.2 C for 400 and 50 cycles at −20 and 50 °C, respectively. The pouch cell exhibits a high energy density of 204 Wh kg−1 with a high retention of 90.6% at 0.2 C for 350 cycles, along with significantly improved safety and remarkable flexibility. Additionally, good compatibility with conversion‐type cathode Cu3Se2 validates the application versatility of PDTE. As the commercialisation of Intelligent Connected Vehicles (ICVs) accelerates, Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X)-based general testing and assessment systems have emerged at the forefront of the research. Current field testing schemes mostly follow the norms of traditional vehicle tests. In contrast, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) have increasingly focused on the potential influence of V2X communication performance on the application response characteristics. Our previous work resulted in a C-V2X (Cellular-V2X) large-scale testing system (LSTS) for communication performance testing. However, when addressing the need to combine application and communication, the system software faces confronts heightened technical challenges. This paper proposes a layered software architecture for the automated C-V2X LSTS, which is tailored to combined scenarios. This architecture integrates scenario encapsulation technology with a large-scale node array deployment strategy, enabling communication and application testing under diversified scenarios. The experimental results demonstrate the scalability of the system, and a case study of Forward Collision Warning (FCW) validates the effectiveness and reliability of the system. Dispersionless flat bands (FBs) in momentum space, given rise to electron destructive interference in frustrated lattices, offer opportunities to enhance electronic correlations and host exotic many‐body phenomena, such as Wigner crystal, fractional quantum hall state, and superconductivity. Despite successes in theory, great challenges remain in experimentally realizing FBs in frustrated lattices due to thermodynamically structural instability. Here, the observation of electronic FB in a potassium distorted colouring triangle (DCT) lattice is reported, which is supported on a blue phosphorene‐gold network. It is verified that the interaction between potassium and the underlayer dominates and stabilizes the frustrated structures. Two‐dimensional electron gas is modulated by the DCT lattice, and in turn results in a FB dispersion due to destructive quantum interferences. The FB exhibits suppressed bandwidth with high density of states, which is directly observed by scanning tunneling microscopy and confirmed by the first‐principles calculation. Infertility can be stressful for infertile couples. This study aims to examine the intra‐dyadic associations between stigma, communication patterns, and infertility‐related stress in couples undergoing artificial insemination by donor semen (AID). This cross‐sectional study was conducted from January to April 2021. Two hundred and three couples undergoing AID were recruited from a reproductive centre in China. All of the couples completed a two‐item stigma questionnaire, Communication Pattern Questionnaire, and Fertility Problem Inventory. The actor‐partner interdependence mediation analysis was performed using AMOS 23.0. The analysis demonstrated significant actor–actor effects for couples undergoing AID. More specifically, higher levels of stigma among wives and husbands were associated with more negative communication patterns, thereby increasing their own infertility‐related stress. Simultaneously, there was a significant partner–actor effect among infertile wives, demonstrating that the husband's stigma can affect his wife's infertility‐related stress by influencing her communication patterns. Couples undergoing AID experience increased infertility‐related stress when they have high levels of stigma and negative communication patterns, and husbands' stigma is correlated to wives' communication patterns. Therefore, dyadic interventions aiming to improving stigma and enhancing positive communication may be conducive to reducing infertility‐related stress. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Simple Summary: Traditional Chinese herbal resources are abundantly available in China and have garnered significant attention owing to their distinctive pharmacological attributes, such as their antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties, and their ability to regulate their host's health. Nevertheless, a considerable amount of residue remains after the extraction of these herbal medicines. Presently, limited research on the utilization of this residue has led to both resource wastage and environmental pollution. Numerous studies have indicated that the extracted residue of the Isatidis Root still contains various organic components, including amino acids, alkaloids, flavonoids, and other nutrients. Consequently, this study's objective was to explore the potential of Isatidis Root residue as an unconventional feed resource. Our findings revealed that Isatis Root residue positively impacted the diarrhea rate and intestinal health of weaned piglets. Weaning stress can trigger diarrhea, cause intestinal damage, and disrupt the intestinal flora of piglets, ultimately resulting in retarded growth or even the death of the animals. Traditional Chinese medicine residues encompass numerous bioactive compounds and essential nutrients; however, their efficient utilization remains a challenge. Consequently, our study sought to explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine residues, specifically Isatidis Root residue (IRR), on the growth performance, intestinal function, and occurrence of weaning diarrhea in newly weaned piglets. Forty healthy, castrated Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire males, weaned at 21 days old and exhibiting similar body conditions, were randomly allocated into five groups, with eight piglets in each group. The results indicated that the dietary inclusion of IRR at concentrations ranging from 0.5% to 4.0% notably decreased the incidence of diarrhea in weaned piglets compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Serum LDL-C and globulin (GLB) contents were reduced in response to dietary IRR concentrations (0.5% to 4.0%), while serum albumin (ALB) and albumin/globulin (A/G) contents were enhanced (p < 0.05). Dietary 0.5%, 1.0%, and 2.0% IRR resulted in significant increases in villus height (VH) and villus height/crypt depth (V/C) ratios in the jejunum, V/C ratios in the ileum, and the number of villi goblet cells both in the jejunum and ileum. IRR also led to a significant decrease in the crypt depth (CD) of the jejunum and ileum (p < 0.05). Furthermore, the expression of IL-6 in the jejunum was significantly increased in IRR-fed piglets (0.5% to 4.0%) (p < 0.05). IRR demonstrated inhibitory effects on harmful bacteria in the gastrointestinal microbiome, including Campylobacter, Actinobacillus minor, and Ralstonia pickettii, indicating its broad-spectrum bacteriostatic properties. Combinations of phosphorus with main group III, IV, and V elements are theoretically predicted to generate 2D binary phosphides with extraordinary properties and promising applications. However, experimental synthesis is significantly lacking. Here, a general approach for preparing 2D binary phosphides is reported using single crystalline surfaces containing the constituent element of target 2D materials as the substrate. To validate this, SnP3 and BiP, representing typical 2D binary phosphides, are successfully synthesized on Cu2Sn and bismuthene, respectively. Scanning tunneling microscopy imaging reveals a hexagonal pattern of SnP3 on Cu2Sn, while α‐BiP can be epitaxially grown on the α‐bismuthene domain on Cu2Sb. First‐principles calculations reveal that the formation of SnP3 on Cu2Sn is associated with strong interface bonding and significant charge transfer, while α‐BiP interacts weakly with α‐bismuthene so that its semiconducting property is preserved. Abstract Background At present, there is short of effective treatment for acute exacerbation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (AE-IPF). The treatment of IPF with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has some advantages. However, the evidence is unclear whether TCM can be recommended as an effective therapy to treat AE-IPF. The purpose of the study is to explore the efficacy and safety of TCM for patients with AE-IPF. Methods A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, exploratory clinical trial will be performed. A total of 80 patients diagnosed with AE-IPF will be randomized into the intervention or control group. In addition to conventional treatment, the intervention group will be treated with Kangxianhuanji granule, and the control group will be given a placebo granule. The administration frequency is 10 g each time and two times daily. After 4 weeks of treatment, the patients were followed up for 12 weeks. The primary outcomes are treatment failure rate and all-cause mortality. Secondary outcome measures will include the length of hospitalization, overall survival, acute exacerbation rate, intubation rate, Modified British Medical Research Council (mMRC) score, the St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (SGRQ-I) score, and arterial blood gas analysis. Discussion TCM may be beneficial in IPF. However, it has never been evaluated in patients with AE-IPF, who are incredibly prone to respiratory failure and have a high mortality rate. It is the first clinical trial to explore the efficacy and safety of TCM in the treatment of AE-IPF. This result will provide a basis for further study, which provides a high-quality evidence for the treatment of AE-IPF with TCM. Trial registration Chinese Clinical Trial Registry ChiCTR1900026289 .
