2G, 3G, 4G and WLAN (Wireless Local Area Networks) form the four network integration. The communication transmission rate and the related spectrum efficiency are limited in traditional mobile communication. Depending on key technology of four network integration, TD-LTE (Time Division Long Term), upward peak rate could be up to 50Mbps unit and descending peak rate reaches up to 100Mbps unit. But the relation between 2G, 3G, 4G and WLAN is complicated. The incorrect station location may increase the cost of network system, and even bring great difficulties to the network operation and maintenance. Because determining base station location appropriately is essential, we max the research between the genetic algorithm and the greedy algorithm to solve this issue. In this paper, relay wireless backhaul technology is assumed, and two types of base stations, RuralStar station and butterfly antenna station, are considered. In order to find out the best base station allocation to achieve the minimum cost and the maximum coverage, we make use of subpopulation initialization, fracture hybridization and mutation of genetic algorithm based on greedy algorithm.

The influence of ultrasonic technology on the sterilization effect and quality of Cucurbita pepo juice were studied in this paper. The sterilization rate under conditions of control 100W, 200W, 300W ultrasonic, color difference, total chlorophyll content, pH changes on juice Cucurbita pepo were determined. The results showed that the total color difference, browning index, whiteness index and total chlorophyll content of the juice had significant changes, while the pH had no significant changes. Ultrasonic has a certain influence on the sterilization effect of Cucurbita pepo, and ultrasonic treatment is helpful to maintain the quality of pumpkin juice in a certain range. In the future, it is hoped that ultrasonic technology will combine with other technologies to achieve commercial sterility while minimizing the loss of quality in Cucurbita pepo.

In this study, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to study the extraction effect of carotenoids from navel orange in southern Jiangxi Province assisted by ultrasonic technology. The experimental results showed that when hexane: ethanol=1:1 as the extraction agent, liquid to solid ratio of 1:30, extraction time of 8 min, ultrasonic power of 250 W, extraction temperature of 25°C, extraction times of 4 times, the best extraction effect of carotenoids from Gannan navel orange was obtained.

To investigate the role of dermal Vγ4 +γδ T cells in psoriasis-like skin inflammation induced by a re-challenge with imiquimod (IMQ), we compared the development of dermatitis induced by topical application of IMQ in primary challenged mice and re-challenged mice. We also compared the development of dermatitis induced by IMQ between re-challenged control mice and Vγ4 - depleted re-challenged mice that had been initially subjected to IMQ-induced dermatitis 30 prior. We found that the IMQ-induced dermatitis was exacerbated in the re-challenged group compared with the primary challenged group and the Vγ4 - depleted re-challenged group. In addition, the Vγ4 +γδ T cells increased in number and secreted more IL-17A, γ-IFN and IL-22 in the re-challenged control group compared with the primary challenged group. However, in the Vγ4 - depleted re-challenged group, the Vγ4 -γδ T cells increased in number and produced more IL-17A and IL-22 compared with re-challenged control mice. These findings suggest that dermal Vγ4 +γδ T cells enhance relapsing psoriasis-like skin inflammation induced by IMQ in C57BL/6 mice by secreting IL-17A and γ-IFN.

Based on the steel corridor of the first-stage construction for Panzhihua City Government Service Centre, this paper introduces the integral lifting scheme of multi-storey long-span beam grillage steel corridor. To ensure the safety and stability in the lifting process of steel corridor construction and to prevent sudden overload from affecting the later normal use, the finite element simulation of steel corridor before lifting and real-time monitoring during the lifting process were carried out. The results of finite element simulation were compared with the stress and deflection data monitored in real time. It shows that the numerical data obtained from the finite element methods (FEM) are slightly larger than those from the actual monitoring. It follows that the results obtained from FEM for the lifting is safer, the data obtained from FEM and monitoring agree with each other, and, accordingly, the study shows that the monitoring approach is applicable. The integral lifting scheme and monitoring approach presented here can be used as an interesting reference for similar projects.
