The ship compartment partition and arrangement is the constantly repetitive work with a broad range of knowledge. Most of the previous ways are using man-machine interaction provided by software, complete the ship compartments partition by repeated design and stepwise refinement, or build equipment graphics library based on menu management through secondary development of some aided softwares, and finish the ship compartment partition by calling the graphics. Computer aid design/made (CAD/CAM) application has improved the design accuracy and contributed to improve the ship design and construction efficiency, but still these are try design methods. With the intelligent technology, expert system on ship compartment partition and arrangement design is established. Cabin intelligent design expert system based on parallel design method is a combined design process and evaluation process, and it unifies the knowledge engineering and computer aided software which is mainly based on the knowledge of the expert system, and the use of computer aided software realizes the intelligent ship design. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the solution of the main design parameters, laid a theoretical and technical foundation for seeking a new way of ship compartment arrangement design. Due to too much repetitive work, wide range of knowledge, and rules and regulations in design process being often ignored by designer, this paper puts forward an intelligent design method of fishing vessel cabin compartments, explores the cabin intelligent design method based on expert system applied in the design of the fishing vessel, provides a design method for a ship compartment design. In this paper, the overview of the development and its application in shipbuilding is analyzed, and domestic and international situation and development trend of intelligent design technology system as well as the basic theory and key technology of intelligent design such as composition, acquisition, representation and usage of knowledge are studied. According to the design features of ship compartment partition and arrangement, using expert system to solve such problems is proposed. And the theory and application genetic algorithm is introduced. Knowledge base and reasoning systems on ship compartment partition and arrangement is built. And compartments channel design is optimized using genetic algorithm. CATIA V5 software is secondary development in this system of knowledge engineering module. The overall structure and basic process framework of intelligent design is built according to compartment design features, and knowledge-based intelligent design system of ship compartments partition is developed using VB (visual basic), which is then applied to a 49.5 m tuna fishing vessel design and its accuracy and practicability of the procedures is verified. The development of the program realizes that the less data is needed to input to promote the rapid modeling ability, make the compartment in the fishing rules satisfy the specification at the same time, and at least can shorten the whole ship design cycle by 5-10 working days. Hydrocinnamaldehyde (HCAL) is a crucial intermediate in the manufacture of perfumes and pharmaceuticals, but highly selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde (CALD) to hydrocinnamaldehyde with a good conversion rate is a challenging. We report that the incorporation of Ag into Pd-based catalysts promotes their catalytic activity and HCAL selectivity (HCAL selectivity of 98.6% with >99.9% CALD conversion for Pd-0.3Ag/MCM-41) for CALD hydrogenation compared to those of catalysts with no Ag, e.g., HCAL selectivity of 84.5% for Pd/MCM-41and 77.3% for Pd/AC (activated carbon). The Pd-0.3Ag/MCM-41 catalyst shows an outstanding stability during five cycles of use. The excellent performance of the Pd-0.3Ag/MCM-41 catalyst in CALD hydrogenation is due to the ultra-small size of the Pd nanoparticles (Pd-Ag alloy, a geometric and electronic modification of Pd). The radical 1,3-hydro-di/monofluoromethylation of N,N' -cyclic azomethine imines with HCF 2 SO 2 Na/H 2 CFSO 2 Na via photoredox catalysis is described. This reaction exhibits broad functional group compatibility, providing the desired products in good yields. However, CF 3 SO 2 Na failed to produce the trifluoromethyl product. DFT calculations revealed that the transition state activation energy for radical trifluoromethylation was significantly higher and the isotropic charge repulsion makes it difficult for the CF 3 radical to transfer electrons.

Objective: To assess the value of chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for the prenatal diagnosis of chromosomal mosaicisms., Methods: A total of 775 pregnant women who had visited the Prenatal Diagnosis Center of Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as study subjects. Chromosome karyotyping analysis and CMA were carried out for all women, and FISH was used to validate the suspected mosaicism cases., Results: Among the 775 amniotic fluid samples, karyotyping has identified 13 mosaicism cases, which yielded a detection rate of 1.55%. Respectively, there were 4, 3, 4 and 2 cases for sex chromosome number mosaicisms, abnormal sex chromosome structure mosaicisms, abnormal autosomal number mosaicisms and abnormal autosomal structure mosaicisms. CMA has only detected only 6 of the 13 cases. Among 3 cases verified by FISH, 2 cases were consistent with the karyotyping and CMA results, and clearly showed low proportion mosaicism, and 1 case was consistent with the result of karyotyping but with a normal result by CMA. Eight pregnant women had chosen to terminate the pregnancy (5 with sex chromosome mosaicisms and 3 with autosomal mosaicisms)., Conclusion: For fetuses suspected for chromosomal mosaicisms, CMA, FISH and G-banding karyotyping should be combined to determine the type and proportion of mosaicisms more precisely in order to provide more information for genetic counseling.

Based on repeated experiments as well as continuous researching and improving, an efficient scheme to measure velocity and displacement of the coxa and knee movements based on video image processing technique is presented in this paper. The scheme performed precise and real-time quantitative measurements of 2D velocity or displacement of the coxa and knee using a video camera mounted on one side of the healing and training beds. The beds were based on simplified pinhole projection model. In addition, we used a special-designed auxiliary calibration target, composed by 24 circle points uniformly located on two concentric circles and two straight rods which can rotate freely along the concentric center within the vertical plane, to do the measurements. Experiments carried out in our laboratory showed that the proposed scheme could basically satisfy the requirements about precision and processing speed of such kind of system, and would be very suitable to be applied to smart evaluation/training and healing system for muscles/balance function disability as an advanced and intuitional helping method.

Integrating medical instruments with medical information systems becomes more and more important in healthcare industry. To make medical instruments without standard communication interface possess the capability of interoperating and sharing information with medical information systems, we developed a medical instrument integration gateway based on Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise Patient Care Device (IHE PCD) integration profiles in this research. The core component is an integration engine which is implemented according to integration profiles and Health Level Seven (HL7) messages defined in IHE PCD. Working with instrument specific Javascripts, the engine transforms medical instrument data into HL7 ORU message. This research enables medical instruments to interoperate and exchange medical data with information systems in a standardized way, and is valuable for medical instrument integration, especially for traditional instruments.
