As the world's main oil and gas resource, the deep carbonate reservoir has great exploration-development potential. However, it is difficult to make development and exploration due to its complex diagenesis processes. During the formation of carbonate reservoirs, the effect of meteoric water forms karst holes for oil and gas reservoirs, but the complex internal mechanism severely restricts the exploration and development of carbonate reservoirs. This paper takes the deep carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin as the research object, studies the diagenesis processes in deep carbonate reservoirs through geological survey, analyzes the effect of meteoric water on porosity and mineral changes in carbonate reservoirs at different diagenetic stages by using laboratory test, theoretical analysis, and numerical simulation research methods. The numerical simulation method is used to simulate the porosity changes and mineral evolution of reservoirs in different diagenetic stages, and the conclusion is drawn that meteoric water has an impact on reservoir minerals and porosity. The results show that the carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin have high porosity and good permeability, and the reservoirs have experienced deposition, compaction, dissolution, and hydrothermal stages, and have experienced meteoric water effects for a long time, resulting in rock dissolution, regenerative precipitation and chemical reaction; Quartz and feldspar minerals are the most in the sample through laboratory tests, the content of quartz decreased first, then increased and decreased, and the content of chlorite and mica changed little during the whole diagenesis processes. With the injection of organic acid, the porosity of the reservoir increases, with the continuous increase of temperature and pressure, the porosity decreases. After the second injection of organic acid, the porosity increases continuously, and finally, the porosity decreases. TOUGHREACT is used to simulate the static reaction of water and rock, simulating six diagenetic stages. With the injection of organic acid, the porosity increases continuously and then reaches equilibrium. The sudden increase in temperature and pressure leads to an increase in porosity, and the porosity of the reservoir changes little during the second injection of organic acid, and the porosity decreases in the final stage. [Objective] In this study, previously identified nce-miR-11248 in Nosema ceranae was expressed and verified, its target gene was projected and analyzed, and their expression patterns during the Nosema ceranae infection to Apis mellifera ligustica workers were assessed, aiming to provide references or further exploration of the mechanism underlying N. ceranae infection regulated by nce-miR-11248. [Method] Stem-loop RT-PCR and Sanger sequencing were used to prove the authenticity of nce-miR-1248. Related bioinformatic software were employed to predict its target gene and analyze molecular chaacteristics of the encoded protein. MEME and TBtools were utilized to predict conserved motifs and strutural domains in the encode protein. Multiple alignment of amino acid sequences was conducted by Mega 1.0 software, followed by construction of phylogenetic tree with the neighbor-joining method. The midgut issues of A.m. ligustica workers at 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 d post N. ceranae infestation were collected. RT-qPCR was used to determine expression profiles of nce-miR-11248 and the target gene. [Result] It was proved hat nce-miR-11248 was truly existed in N. ceranae spores, and the sequence length was 25 bp. The target gene of nce-miR-11248 was SGT1. The molecular formula of SGT1 was C765 H1213N195 O241 S4 with molecular weight of approximately 17.10 ku, its lipolysis coefficient, isoelectric point and hydrophilic coefficient were 82.67, 5.50 and -0.709, respectively. There was no classical signal peptide and transmembrane domain in SGT1, and it simultaneously located in nucleus, mitochondrion and peroxisome. Additionally, SGT1 proeins in N. ceranae, Nosema bombycis, Pancytospora, Encephalitozoon intestinalis and Encephalitozoon romaleae contained four conserved motifs of Motif 1, Motif 2, Motif 3 and Motif 4 and one structural domain of SGT1 superfamily. Furthermore, SGT1 proteins in N. ceranae, N. bombycis, E. intestinalis and E. romaleae were grouped into one cladcand N. ceranae SGT1 and N. bombycis SGT1 had the closest evolutionary distance. As compared to 1 day post N. ceranae inoculation, the expression level of nce-miR-11248 was significantly down-regulated at 2, 4, 6 and 8 days post inoculation (P<0.05), the expression level of SGT1 was down-regulated at 2, 4, 6 and 8 days post inoculation, and the differences in expression level at 4, 6 and 8 days post inoculation reached significant levels (P<0.05). [Conclusion] This study showed that nce-miR-11248 was truly existed in N. ceranae spores. N. ceranae SGT1 and N. bombycis SGT1 had the closest genetic distance. Both nce-miR-11248 and target gene SGT1 presented continuous decreases during the N. ceranae infection to A. m. ligustica workers, and nce-miR-11 248 and SGT1 were poential factors involved in modulation of the microsporidian infection process. This study examines the impact of graphicons (emoticons, emojis, and stickers) on the use of sentence-final particles (SFPs) in Chinese based on a 13-year longitudinal corpus of 941,020 comments posted on the popular Chinese social media platform Bilibili. Quantitative analysis shows that graphicon frequencies increase while SFP frequencies decrease over time, and that the correlation between these two trends is statistically significant. However, the more an SFP encodes a grammatical function or has a negative connotation, the less likely it is to be replaced by graphicons. Qualitative analysis suggests that the relationship between graphicons and SFPs is evolving from syntagmatic, where the two co-occur in the same sentence, to paradigmatic, where either can fulfill the function of expressing (positive) attitude or sentiment. Water electrolysis is recognized as a green hydrogen production technology, but the high voltage required for anodic oxygen evolution reaction restricts the practical application. In this work, a Fe(II)/Fe(III) redox mediated SO2 conversion is proposed to couple the cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction to achieve sulfur dioxide conversion and hydrogen production at low voltage. The onset potential of Fe(II) electrooxidation to Fe(III) is as low as 0.75 VRHE (vs reversible hydrogen electrode). Ex situ ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV) spectrum and ion chromatography indicate that SO2 in electrolyte can reduce Fe(III) to Fe(II), completing the Fe(II)/Fe(III) redox cycle as well as the conversion of SO2 to sulfuric acid. The assembled flow cell electrolyzer requires a low operating voltage of 0.97 V at 10 mA cm−2 and shows good performance under both acidic and neutral conditions. This study proposes an innovative energy saving and environment friendly strategy for simultaneous hydrogen production and sulfur dioxide capture based on low‐cost catalyst materials. This article discusses a case report of adverse reactions to noninsulated microneedle radiofrequency (MRF) treatment. MRF has been widely used for facial rejuvenation and is generally considered safe. However, three patients in this study developed delayed adverse reactions after MRF treatment, characterized by tiny red or skin-colored papules. These reactions occurred after the patients received laser therapy, suggesting that the laser treatment may have aggravated the inflammatory response and disrupted the wound healing process. This paper designed the index system for the evaluation of landscape health influence factors of Yanghu Wetland Park from tourists' perspective, applied the principal component method to extract 19 indexes of 5 public factors, i.e. policy system, ecological environment, functional management, landscape facility, tourists' behavior, to analyze the influence factors for the landscape health of national wetland parks. The results showed that tourists' evaluation varied greatly on the significance of 19 indexes and their satisfaction in the influence factor system of landscape health, then used IPA modified model to classify the factors influencing landscape health of Yanghu Wetland Park into 4 categories, defined the orientation of the 19 indexes in the 4 categories, and proposed the corresponding landscape health optimization strategies based on the analysis results of IPA modified model.
