In order to study the hydrothermal behavior of cotton fiber, the carbonization process and structural evolution of discarded cotton fiber (WCF) under hydrothermal conditions were discussed use microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) and glucose as model compounds. The results showed that high temperature was beneficial to the hydrolysis of discarded cotton fiber, and the yield of the sugar was 4.5% which was lower than that of MCC 6.51%. WFC and MCC are carbonized in 240~260 ℃ and 220~240 ℃ respectively, while the carbonation temperature of glucose is lower than 220 ℃. The quality ratio of C/O in WCF and glucose hydrothermal products is 5.79 and 5.85 respectively; three kinds of hydrothermal carbonization products have similar crystal structure and oxygen-containing functional groups, and the WCF carbonization products contain a lot of irregular particles while the main products of glucose carbonization are 0.5 μm carbon microspheres (CMCC). The results show that glucose is an important intermediate product of WCF hydrolysis carbonation, and there are two main paths of cotton fiber hydrothermal carbonization: some cotton fibers are completely hydrolyzed into glucose and the nucleation is formed, and then the carbon microspheres are grown; for the other part, the glucose ring of the polysaccharide oligosaccharide formed by the incomplete hydrolysis of cotton fiber in the hydrothermal environment of high temperature and pressure breaks, then forms the particulate matters.

For the constrained generalized Hamiltonian system with dissipation, by introducing Lagrange multiplier and using projection technique, the Lie group integration method was presented, which can preserve the inherent structure of dynamic system and the constraintinvariant. Firstly, the constrained generalized Hamiltonian system with dissipative was converted to the non-constraint generalized Hamiltonian system, then Lie group integration algorithm for the non-constraint generalized Hamiltonian system was discussed, finally the projection method for generalized Hamiltonian system with constraint was given. It is found that the constraint invariant is ensured by projection technique, and after introducing Lagrange multiplier the Lie group character of the dynamic system can’t be destroyed while projecting to the constraint manifold. The discussion is restricted to the case of holonomic constraint. A presented numerical example shows the effectiveness of the method.

In the present paper, we present a new method for integrating the ordinary differential equation, especially for the ordinary differential equation derived from explicitly time-dependent generalized Hamiltonian dynamic system, which is based on taking a factorization of the evolution operator as an infinite product of the exponentials of Lie operators. The above process is a Lie group (algebraic) method that retains the structural intrinsic properties of the exact solution when truncated and is used to analyze the main features of the so-called Fer’s expansion. The numerical examples are presented at the end of this paper.

In the present paper, based on the precise integration method established in linear dynamic system, an improved precise integration method is presented for nonlinear dynamic system. Firstly, the nonlinear dynamic system is converted into an augmented Lie type dynamic system. Then the precise integration method is improved for solving the above augmented equation and preserving its group structure in the meantime. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system is characterized by its fast, automatic control and so on. Based on the actual value and reference value of the motor control system, this article analysis the effect of the stator resistance variation on the performance of the system.A method to track stator resistance variation is proposed according to the effect of stator resistance deviation on stator flux and current vector.Based on the optimal reference value of the stator current vector, the stator resistance value is estimated on-line by using the angle between the electromagnetic torque and the stator flux; and the simulation studies results using Matlab/Simulink shows that the control method is very effective to improve the low-speed performance of the system, reduced torque ripple and improve system robustness.

The microdefects in Te-rich PbTe coating material grown by Bridgman technique have been studied via transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that the major microdefects in Te-rich PbTe crystal are plate-like defects lying on {100} plane and homogeneously distributed in the matrix with density about 1.7×1016/cm3. They are originated from the precipitation of native point defects in Te-rich PbTe which occured in the cooling and annealing process and presented in the form of plates consisting of Te anti-site atoms or interstitial te atoms.
