This study aimed to identify gastric cancer (GC)-specific exosomal lncRNA and investigate the potential diagnostic value of plasma exosomal lncRNA in GC.Patients and Methods: Exosomes from the culture media (CM) of four GC cells (GCCs) and human gastric epithelial cells were isolated. Exosomal RNA was extracted, and lncRNA microarray assay was performed to identify GC-specific exosomal lncRNAs. The expression levels of the candidate exosomal lncRNAs were validated in 120 subjects via quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR). The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and area under curve were used to estimate thediagnostic capacity. We investigated the potential relationship between plasma exosomal lncRNA expression and the clinicopathological parameters of GC.Results: A total of 199 exosomal lncRNAs were expressed at considerable higher levels in GCCs than those in normal controls, among which the top 10 upregulated lncRNAs were selected for further validation in cell, CM, and plasma. qRT-PCR revealed that lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 was remarkably upregulated in exosomes derived from patients with GC and GCCs. The area under the ROC curve was 0.776, which was higher than the diagnostic accuracies of CEA, CA 19– 9, and CA72– 4. The expression level of exosomal lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 was also significantly correlated with tumor size, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, and degree of differentiation. The postoperative expression levels of exosomal lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 were lower compared with those of preoperative levels.Conclusion: Our study suggested that exosomal lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 may be a potential noninvasive biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis monitoring of GC. Based on the path encoding pulse compression teleology, a novel method for obtaining high-power microwave (HPM) pulse with ultrahigh repetition frequency is proposed in this paper. The mechanism of the path encoding pulse compression teleology is first introduced. And then, the obtained HPM pulse is analyzed. Theoretical analysis shows that the peak power of MW level and the repetition frequency of MHz level for the generated HPM pulse can be easily reached. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this method for obtaining HPM pulse with ultrahigh repetition frequency characteristic, a HPM-obtaining experiment was carried out based on an S-band microwave source. The HPM pulses with the width of 1 ns, 2 ns, and 3 ns are studied, respectively. The measured results show that the HPM pulse with the power higher than 100 kW and the repetition frequency of 250 kHz at the frequency of 2.856 GHz is easily obtained. The repetition frequency of the generated HPM pulse can be easily changed. Because the pulse with the power higher than 100 kW and the repetition frequency of several hundreds of kHz is obtained for the first time, this type of pulse will have a broad prospect of application in the communication, radar, and electronic countermeasure fields. In addition, the effect experiment of interfering communication and control links was carried out by utilizing the ultrahigh repetition frequency characteristic of the generated HPM pulse. Also, the experiment results show the feasibility of this pulse for interfering the communication and control links.

In Helicopter satellite communication system (HSCS), the rotor shield will result in the deteriorative performance of the system. So how to carry out high-quality anti-rotor occlusion communication is an urgent problem to be solved. After analyzing helicopter satellite communication system and the characteristics of its channel, the structure of Turbo code is modified. Combining the design idea of punctured Turbo codes' puncturing matrix and the better S-random interleaver, two improved methods of external interleaver are proposed. The simulation results show that compared with the external interleaver based on the design of the punctured Turbo code puncturing matrix, the improved ones are applicable to the occlusion channel with a larger occlusion ratio, and make system's BER performance obtain more amelioration. When the bit error rate is at the level of 10-6, the error performance is improved by 0.4 dB.

The code-aided synchronization technology can realize the estimation of carrier synchronization parameters with low signal to noise ratio when using the soft information output during decoding. However, the computational complexity based on the Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm is very high. It proposes a new algorithm that divides the frequency offset search interval, adopts the coarse search and the fine search together, and uses different step sizes to reduce the complexity of the algorithm in the two searches. The simulation results show that compared with the original EM algorithm, the algorithm can reduce the computational complexity of the original EM algorithm without losing performance.

Purpose Exosome-shuttled bioactive long non-coding RNA, as novel non-invasive biomarkers for cancer diagnosis, has received increasing attention. Here, we aimed to investigate the expression of serum exosomal long non-coding RNA pcsk2-2:1 (Exo-Lnc RNApcsk2-2:1) in patients of gastric cancer and evaluate its diagnostic value as a marker. Patients and methods Exosomes were isolated from serum sample of gastric cancer using HiPure Exosomekits and identified via transmission electron microscopy, Western blotting, and nanoparticle tracking analysis. The total exosomal RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed to cDNA. The expression of Exo-Lnc RNA PCSK2-2:1 was detected in serum exosomes of 29 healthy people and 63 gastric cancer patients by real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR), and the relationship between the expression level of Exo-Lnc RNA PCSK2-2:1 and clinicopathological parameters of patients was analyzed. Finally, a receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the clinical value of Exo-Lnc RNA PCSK2-2:1 as an auxiliary diagnostic marker for gastric cancer. Results Transmission electron microscopy, nanoparticle size analysis, and Western blotting showed successful separation of serum exosomes. qRT-PCR results revealed that compared with the healthy control, Lnc RNA PCSK2-2:1 expression level in serum exosomes of gastric cancer patients was significantly downregulated (p=0.006). Moreover, the expression level of Exo-Lnc RNA PCSK2-2:1 was correlated with tumor size (p=0.0441), tumor stage (p=0.0061), and venous invasion (p=0.0367). The area under the curve of Exo-Lnc RNA PCSK2-2:1 was 0.896. At the optimal cut-off value, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 84% and 86.5%, respectively. Conclusion Our data indicate that Exo-Lnc RNA PCSK2-2:1 may perform a vital role in the progression of gastric cancer and can be used as a potential marker for the diagnosis of gastric cancer., Video abstract Point your SmartPhone at the code above. The large-scale application of electric vehicles has led to an increase in the number of charging piles. Charging piles are gradually emerging as charging towers containing new energy sources. The charging load of electric vehicles has brought great uncertainty to the distribution network, and has brought impact to the operation of the distribution network. Considering the uncertainties of charging load of EV, a scene-based multi-period robust reconfiguration model is established in this paper. By defining new variables, the dual transformation process of conventional robust optimization is simplified, and the model is solved by CPLEX solver in GAMS platform. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an IEEE-33 node example.

Faster-than-Nyquist Signaling (FTNS) can improve the communication system's effectiveness without reducing its reliability. However, since FTNS introduces severe intersymbol interference (ISI), it is necessary to equalize the signal at the receiver by complex equalization methods. Soft-output truncated modified Viterbi algorithm(SOTMVA) based on the Ungerboeck observation model is an effective equalization method with the bit error rate close to the Nyquist signal. In this paper, another observation model, the orthogonal basis model (OBM), is used to filter and sample the FTN signal, and the sampled discrete signal is equalized by SOVA. The simulation results show that when the acceleration is 20% and 11.1%, the performance of the system is better than that of the SOTMVA algorithm with the same complexity.

Faster-than-Nyquist (FTN) technology improves the transmission efficiency and spectrum efficiency of the system. However, the infinite length of intersymbol interference (ISI) introduced by FTN technology not only challenges the equalization of FTN signaling (FTNS), but also makes it difficult to synchronize the FTNS. Traditional carrier frequency offset (CFO) estimation methods will deteriorate in terms of threshold and accuracy. In order to overcome this difficulty, we propose an adaptive Kalman filter to further estimate the CFO of the FTNS after blind estimation using the traditional algorithm. Compared with the estimation without Kalman filter, the estimation after Kalman filter is more stable and accurate. And the adaptive Kalman filter has better performance in both anti-outliers and dynamic performance of the system, compared with Kalman filter.
