To understand the epidemiological situation of human parasitic diseases in Jinhu County, so as to provide the evidence for formulating further control strategy.The investigated local residents were sampled by the random cluster sampling method in 1989, 1999 and 2015. The infections of intestinal helminthes were detected by Kato-Katz technique, the eggs ofThe total rates of parasitic infections were 62.57%, 9.32% and 0.49% in 1989, 1999 and 2015, respectively. Compared to those in 1989 and in 1999, the infection rate in 2015 was decreased by 99.22% and 94.74%, respectively. The numbers of detected parasite species were 14, 10 and 4 in 1989, 1999 and 2015, respectively. The intensities of infections were mainly mild in three investigations, and the intensities of all the infections in 2015 were mild. The species of infected parasites were mainly single, however, multiple infections were observed in 1989, including 4 parasite species (0.72%) and 3 parasite species (7.02%). Only in 1989, the difference between sexes was significant and the infection rate of the female was higher than that of the male (The infection rates of human parasites are decreased gradually and stabilized at the low level in Jinhu County. However, the surveillance work still should be strengthened to consolidate the achievement.

A RP-high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for quality control of Chinese propolis by simultaneous analysis of 12 flavonoids and 8 phenolic acids. The results showed that vanillic acid, rutin, myricetin, and luteolin were not detected in all of the analyzed propolis and poplar tree gum samples. The caffeic acid, ferulic acid and p-coumaric acid were not detected in poplar tree gum but were detected in propolis, which suggest that they are practical indexes of distinguishing propolis from poplar tree gum. The flavonoid profiles of poplar tree gum were found to be similar to those of propolis, which are dominated by pinobanksin, pinocembrin, 3-O-acetylpinobanksin, chrysin, and galangin. Therefore, the proposed method could be applied to exclude poplar tree gum from propolis with cafferic acid, ferulic acid, and p-coumaric acid as qualitative markers, and distinguish poplar source resin from other illegal substances, and evaluate the quality grading of poplar-type propolis with pinobanksin, pinocembrin, 3-O-acetylpinobanksin, chrysin, and galangin as qualitative and quantitative markers.

Aims Our main purposes were to determine the effects of Vigna radiata, a nitrogen fixing plant, on growth, water balance and gas exchange of the intercropping Juglans regia seedlings and to investigate the hydraulic mechanism involved in photosynthesis and growth. Methods We measured growth, hydraulic characteristics, and rate of gas exchange in J. regia seedlings, and analyzed the effects of the intercropping nitrogen fixing V. radiata on xylem anatomic structure, water balance and photosynthetic characteristics of J. regia seedlings under conditions of nitrogen deprivation and enrichment. Important findings Under conditions of nitrogen deficiency, the nitrogen fixing V. radiata facilitated the growth of the intercropping J. regia seedlings by improving xylem development, water transport and hydraulic characteristics in high transpiration demand. However, with nitrogen addition, the occurrence of V. radiata inhibited the growth of J. regia seedlings, likely by competing for water and other elements.

Aims Our main purposes were to explore effects of phosphorus deficiency and soil acidification on growth, water balance and phosphorus nutrition in Juglans regia seedlings and to investigate the hydraulic mechanism involved in reduced photosynthesis and growth. Methods We measured growth, hydraulic characteristics, and gas exchanges in J. regia seedlings. The effects of phosphorus deficiency and soil acidification on xylem anatomic structure, water balance and photosynthetic characteristics were also analyzed. Important findings Soil acidification inhibited the phosphorous uptake and utilization efficiency in J. regia seedlings. A combination of soil acidification and phosphorous deficiency interrupted water balance, and reduced photosynthesis and growth of J. regia seedlings. Under soil acidification and phosphorus deficiency, non-stomatal factors also played a role in inhibiting photosynthesis.

基于熔融Si浸渗法制备出较致密的SiC/TiB 2 复合材料, 并研究了坯体成形压力对SiC/TiB 2 复合材料致密度、相组成、显微组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明, 复合材料由TiB 2 、SiC和Si相组成。SiC/TiB 2 复合材料的显微组织特征为: TiB 2 相和SiC相均匀分布, 游离Si填充在TiB 2 相和SiC相的空隙处, 且形成了连续相。随成形压力的增大, 复合材料中游离Si含量降低, TiB 2 颗粒尺寸减小, 复合材料的力学性能先增加后降低。坯体最佳成形压力为200 MPa, 对应SiC/TiB 2 复合材料的体积密度、开口气孔率、抗弯强度、断裂韧性和维氏硬度分别为3.63 g/cm 3 、0.90%、(354±16) MPa、(6.8±0.2) MPa·m 1/2 和(21.0±1.1) GPa。

A series of fruitful results were achieved in the course of our study on the fabrication of superconductor YBCO single domain by Powder Melting Process (PMP). First, by the high temperature Faraday Balance, we revealed the dynamic phase transition in the growth of YBCO single domain in PMP process, which is an original research work in this field. The clear phase transition results build a fundamental understanding for fabricating YBCO single domain by the PMP process. Second, we studied the growth dynamics of PMP-YBCO single domain. The effect of oxygen diffusion is underlined on the growth rate of YBCO single domain. From the relationship of growth rate and the undercooling study, we deduce that the YBCO crystal growth depends on two types of diffusion. One relates to the yttrium, barium and copper ions transport to the 123 growth interface through the melt liquid by solution diffusion and interfacial diffusion as in melt-solid system. The other one concerns the oxygen diffusion which relies on interfacial diffusion from air as in vapor-solid system. Finally, we were first to successfully fabricate the Ф30mm×15mm YBCO single domain in batch with PMP process. A large trapped magnetic field value of Btr=739mT was obtained in a Φ15mm hole YBCO single domain. A record magnetic critical current density Jcm~1.2×105A/cm² (77K) was achieved. The obtained results give us confidence to fabricate high quality YBCO single domain samples, Une série de résultats fructueux ont été obtenus au cours de notre étude sur la fabrication de supraconducteur YBCO monodomaine à partir d'un procédé par fusion de poudre (PMP). Primo, grâce à une balance de Faraday à haute température, nous avons révélé les transitions de phase dynamiques pendant la croissance de monodomaine YBCO par le procédé PMP, ce qui est un travail de recherche original dans ce domaine. Ces résultats sur les transitions de phase ont contribué à une meilleure compréhension de la fabrication des monodomaine PMP-YBCO. Secundo, nous avons étudié la dynamique de croissance des monodomaines PMP-YBCO. L'effet de la diffusion de l'oxygène sur le taux de croissance des monodomaines YBCO est démontré. De la relation entre les taux de croissance et l'étude de la surfusion, nous déduisons que la croissance de cristaux d'YBCO dépend de deux types de diffusion. L'une a trait au transport des ions yttrium, baryum et cuivre vers l'interface de croissance de la phase 123 à travers la phase liquide fondue par diffusion en solution et interfaciale comme dans un système liquide fondu-solide. L'autre concerne la diffusion de l'oxygène qui repose sur la diffusion interfaciale à partir de l'air comme dans un système vapeur-solide. Enfin, nous avons été les premiers à fabriquer par lot avec succès des monodomaines YBCO par procédé PMP de taille Ф30mm × 15mm. Un champ magnétique important de 739 mT a été piégé par un monodomaine YBCO à parois minces de Φ15mm. Une mesure magnétique record de la densité de courant critique Jcm ~ 1,2 × 105A/cm² (77K) a été atteinte. Les résultats obtenus nous donnent confiance pour fabriquer des échantillons YBCO monodomaine de haute qualité.
