A novel Zn(II)-based metal–organic framework {[Zn(L)](DMF)3}n (1) was prepared by using Zn(II) ions and bifunctional imidazole carboxylate ligands (5-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)isophthalic acid, H2L). Complex 1 is a fluorescent Zn-MOF sensor with high selectivity and sensitivity for the detection of nitrobenzene. KSV can reach 2.875 × 103 M−1. The protective effect of compound 1 on the hypertension was further explored. Firstly, the RT-PCR was performed to explore the influence of compound on vdr expression in vascular endothelial cells. Then, the ELISA assay was conducted to measure the renin and angiotensin II level in vivo after compound treatment. The results obtained from molecular docking and pose scoring software exhibited a possible binding mode of the compound binding to vitamin D receptor, which might provide potential regulation mechanisms for the compound. Radix Scutellariae (RS) is a herbal medicine with various pharmacological activities to treat inflammation, respiratory and gastrointestinal infections, etc. In this study, a rapid, sensitive and selective UPLC-ESI-MS/MS method was developed for simultaneous determination of 10 flavonoids - scutellarin, scutellarein, chrysin, wogonin, baicalein, apigenin, wogonoside, oroxylin A-7- O-glucuronide, oroxylin A and baicalin - from RS aqueous extracts in rat plasma with propyl paraben as internal standard (IS). Chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column using gradient elution with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and water (containing 0.1% formic acid) at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The detection was performed in multiple reaction monitoring mode using electrospray ionization in negative mode. The validated method showed good linearity over a wide concentration range ( r >0.9935). The intra- and interday assay variabilities were <9.5% and <12.4% for all analytes, respectively. The extraction recovery ranged from 71.2 to 89.7% for each analyte and IS. This method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic comparision after oral administration of crude and wine-processed RS aqueous extracts. There were significant differences in some pharmacokinetic parameters of most analytes between crude and wine-processed RS. In this article, a study of simultaneous absorption kinetics of NOx and SO2 in oxidant-enhanced limestone slurry using sodium chlorite as additives is presented. The laboratory-scale experiments were performed in a double-stirred tank reactor, and the effect of inorganic ions and operating parameters on absorption rates was investigated. The results indicate that NOx absorption rate shows a positive order with respect to NO (0.573), SO2 (0.278), and NaClO2 (0.194), whereas SO2 absorption rate shows a first order with respect to SO2 and zero order for both NO and NaClO2 under a typical limestone wet flue gas desulfurization operating condition. Higher pH leads to a decrease of NOx absorption rate but has no significant influence on SO2 absorption. The SO2 absorption rate decreases with the increase of temperature, whereas the NOx absorption rate remains nearly constant. S(IV) in the slurry reduces the NOx absorption rate dramatically and suppresses the SO2 absorption, whereas the presence of nitrate ions can increase the absorption rate of both SO2 and NOx. High concentration of Cl− has a positive effect on the SO2 absorption, whereas it has a negative effect on NOx absorption rate. The authors discuss the application of a two-stage data conflict resolution based on Markov Logic Networks for the enhancement of results accuracy in data integration. They state that accuracy improvement has been determined through experimental results from a large number of real-world collected data. The authors note that quality discrepancy of data sources has been lessened by integration in information storage and retrieval systems.

Objective To observe and explore the effects of high-flux hemodialysis (HFHD) on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) . Methods Eighty-six patients with MHD in our hospital from August 2012 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 43 cases in the observation group were treated with HFHD, while 43 patients in the control group were treated with low-flux hemodialysis (LFHD). All patients accepted hemodialysis for 6 months. Calcium, phosphorus, parathyroid hormone ( iPTH) and calcium-phosphorus product were measured and compared in the two groups before and after hemodialysis. Results The differences of calcium, phosphorus, iPTH and calcium-phosphorus product between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant (P > 0.05) . After hemodialysis, calcium, phosphorus, iPTH and calcium-phosphorus product were (3.2 ± 0.3) mmol/L, (1.8 ± 0.2) mmol/L, (156.5 ± 32.8) pg/mL and (32.5 ± 3.6) mg2/dL2 in the observation group, and were (2.1 ± 0.4) mmol/L, (2.1 ±0.2) mmol/L, (387.2 ± 74.5) pg/mL and (47.1 ± 4.3) mg²/dL² in the control group, respectively. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05) . Conclusion HFHD can significantly eliminate phosphorus and iPTH, as well as improve serum calcium level in patients with MHD, thereby improving patient's calcium and phosphorus metabolism. The medical use of molecular hydrogen, including hydrogen-rich water and hydrogen gas, has been extensively explored since 2007. This article aimed to demonstrate the trend in medical research on molecular hydrogen. A total of 1126 publications on hydrogen therapy were retrieved from the PubMed database until July 30, 2021. From 2007 to 2020, the number of publications in this field had been on an upward trend. Medical Gas Research, Scientific Report and Shock have contributed the largest number of publications on this topic. Researchers by the name of Xue-Jun Sun, Ke-Liang Xie and Yong-Hao Yu published the most studies in the field. Analysis of the co-occurrence of key words indicated that the key words "molecular hydrogen," "hydrogen-rich water," "oxidative stress," "hydrogen gas," and "inflammation" occurred most frequently in these articles. "Gut microbiota," "pyroptosis," and "COVID-19" occurred the most recently among the keywords. In summary, the therapeutic application of molecular hydrogen had attracted much attention in these years. The advance in this field could be caught up by subscribing to relevant journals or following experienced scholars. With the improvement of living standards and changes in working style, the prevalence of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in humans is increasing in modern society. Clinically, the related indicators are often improved by changing the lifestyle and/or taking hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering drugs, but there are no therapeutic drugs for disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism at present. Hepatitis C virus core protein binding protein 6(HCBP6) is a newly discovered target that can regulate triglyceride and cholesterol content according to level oscillations in the body, thereby regulating abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism. Relevant studies have shown that ginsenoside Rh&#95;2 can significantly up-regulate the expression of HCBP6, but there are few studies on the effect of Chinese herbal medicines on HCBP6. Moreover, the three-dimensional structural information of HCBP6 has not been determined and the discovery of potential active components acting on HCBP6 is not rapidly advanced. Therefore, the total saponins of eight Chinese herbal medicines commonly used to regulate abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism were selected as the research objects to observe their effect on the expression of HCBP6. Then, the three-dimensional structure of HCBP6 was predicted, followed by molecular docking with saponins in eight Chinese herbal medicines to quickly find potential active components. The results showed that all total saponins tended to up-regulate HCBP6 mRNA and protein expression, where gypenosides showed the optimum effect on up-regulating HCBP6 mRNA and ginsenosides showed the optimum effect on up-regulating HCBP6 protein expression. Reliable protein structures were obtained after the prediction of protein structures using the Robetta website and the evaluation of the predicted structures by SAVES. The saponins from the website and literature were also collected and docked with the predicted protein, and the saponin components were found to have good binding activity to the HCBP6 protein. The results of the study are expected to provide ideas and methods for the discovery of new drugs from Chinese herbal medicines to regulate glucose and lipid metabolism.
