Objective: Our present study utilizes case-control research to explore the relationship between specific CircRNA and pediatric obesity through literature review and bioinformatics, and predict its possible biological functions, providing ideas for epigenetic mechanisms study of pediatric obesity. Methods: CircRNAs related to pediatric obesity were preliminarily screened by literature review and qRT-PCR. CircRNAs expression in obesity children (n=75) and controls (n=75) were confirmed with qRT-PCR in case-control study, followed by bioinformatics analyses, such as GO analysis, KEGG pathway analysis, and CeRNA network construction. Multivariate logistic regression was utilized to analyze the effects of CirRNAs on obesity. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was further drawn to explore the clinical application value of CircRNAs in pediatric obesity. Results: hsa_circ_0046367 and hsa_circ_0000284 were separately validated to be statistically down-regulated and up-regulated in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of obesity children, and revealed as independent indicators of increased CHD risk [hsa_circ_0046367(OR=0.681, 95%CI: 0.480~0.967) and hsa_circ_0000284 (OR=1.218, 95%CI:1.041~1.424)]. The area under the ROC curve in the combined analysis of hsa_circ_0046367 and hsa_circ_0000284 was 0.706(95%CI:0.623~0.789). Enrichment analyses revealed that they were actively involved in Neural Plasticity mechanisms, Cell Secretion and Signal Regulation. Conclusion: The present research disclosed that low expression of hsa_circ_0046367 and high expression of hsa_circ_0000284 are risk factors for pediatric obesity, neural plasticity mechanisms was closely related to obesity.

Under the brand crisis triggered by the Xinjiang cotton incident, the study selected foreign brands MUJI and H&M, which have high brand awareness, and explored the mechanism of different brand crisis response strategies on Chinese consumers’ purchasing intentions, and explored in-depth the mediating effect of consumer emotions in this process, and constructed a structural equation model. The research result illustrates the correlation between emotions and corporate brand crisis response strategies and attitude towards China. It as well explains how consumer emotions play a mediating role between corporate brand crisis response strategies and purchase intentions. The study also found that consumers’ negative emotions have a deeper impact on their purchase intentions. The research has fully demonstrated the internal emotions and behavioral mechanisms of consumers, guiding companies to choose appropriate response measures, clarifying corporate political positions and attitudes, and implementing appropriate corporate brand crisis strategies.

Inhibiting the shuttle effect caused by soluble lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) is of importance for lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries. Here, a strategy was developed to construct protective layers by self-assembly networks to regulate the LiPSs. 2,5-Dichloropyridine (25DCP) holds two kinds of functional groups. Among them, the two C-Cl bonds were nucleophilic substituted by S in LiPSs to form long chains. The pyridine N interacted with Li in other LiPSs via Li bonds to form a short chain. As a result, the long chains were cross-linked by the short chain to form an insoluble network. The as-prepared network covered the sulfur electrode interface to suppress the shuttle effect of the subsequently generated LiPSs. Furthermore, 25DCP improved the redox dynamics by changing the energy level and electronic structure of the sulfur species. Therefore, the Li-S batteries with 25DCP exhibited good electrochemical performance. This work provides a feasible strategy for regulating the LiPSs.

This study was designed to investigate the prevalence of short sleep duration in adolescents from middle school in Fuzhou, China and explore the association between short sleep duration and overweight/obesity. Nano-encapsulated vitamin D3 can improve sleep deprivation, thus reducing the prevalence of overweight and obesity. A total of 13063 students (male: 6,500; female: 6,553) from 18 schools were investigated in the study. Questionnaires focusing on short sleep duration and overweight or obesity related factors were collected. The subjects reported their own sleep duration. The body weight and height of each subject were measured by the qualified personnel. Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the effects of short sleep duration on overweight/obesity in school students. The rates of overweight and obesity were 12.1% and 7.1%, respectively. The prevalence of short sleep duration among teenagers was 82.8%. The majority of high school students (92.5%) suffered from short sleep duration. Compared with male children with a sleep duration of 8-10 h per day, the odds ratios (95% Cl) of overweight/obesity for those with a sleep duration of less than 6 h or 6-8 h, were 1.63 (1.25-2.13) and 1.06 (0.88-1.27), respectively, after adjusting social and demographic status, mental health and lifestyle factors, while for female children, the odds ratios were 1.38 (0.99-1.93) and 1.04 (0.79-1.35), respectively. A large number of adolescents suffered from short sleep duration. Short sleep duration is associated with higher odds of overweight/obesity in male children.

The solvent-switched hydroxylation and oxygenation of α-difluoro(thio)methylated carbanions with molecular oxygen under mild conditions are reported. This strategy tames the redox reactions of the in situ generated hydroperoxy difluoromethylsulfides, in which solvent-bonding can alter their reactivity and switch the oxidation selectivities. These controllable three-component reactions of gem-difluoroalkenes, thiols and molecular oxygen afford various useful α-difluoro(thio)methylated alcohols and ketones in high yields. Significantly, this protocol has been applied in the synthesis different bioactive molecules. Mechanism studies enable the detection of the hydroperoxy difluoromethylsulfide intermediates and exclude the thiol-based radical pathway.

Objectives Globally, informal caregivers caring for cancer patients meet challenges within their caregiving role, which significantly influence their quality of life. This qualitative systematic review aimed to analyze how cancer caregiving influence the quality of life of informal caregivers and the management strategies of informal caregivers for their role as cancer caregivers. Methods Following the enhancing transparency in reporting the synthesis of qualitative research (ENTREQ) statement, Wanfang database, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), CINAHL, MEDLINE, PubMed, Cochrane Library, PsycARTICLES and PsycINFO, and grey literature in English and Chinese from 1 May 2009 to 31 December 2019 were searched. Quality of included studies was assessed by the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (2018) Qualitative Checklist and thematic synthesis was conducted. Results Of the 8,945 studies identified, 6 studies met the inclusion criteria. One analytical theme relating to the QoL of informal caregivers following cancer caregiving was identified: “challenges of caregiving”. In terms of the management strategies to the role of cancer caregivers, two analytical themes were identified: “self-adjustment” and “seeking for formal and informal support”. Conclusions Cancer caregiving influences informal caregivers’ QoL significantly and informal caregivers develop diverse coping strategies to deal with the difficulties occurred while balancing the relationship between their own lives and caregiving. However, professional and policy support remain inadequate for informal caregivers that require the need for improvement in terms of health care professionals and policymakers.

Objective To provide a robust estimate of the prevalence of excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) and its clinical correlates in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Method We searched the PubMed and Embase databases for studies investigating the prevalence and clinical correlates of EDS from inception to March 01, 2020. Quality assessment was performed using the Newcastle-Ottawa quality assessment scale. Random-effects models were set to pool the risk estimates. Sensitivity analyses were performed to evaluate the stability of the outcomes. Results After screening 1367 titles and abstracts, 59 studies involving 12,439 participants were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis. The pooled prevalence of EDS in PD was 35.1%, which was higher in South America, North America, Europe, and Australia than that in Asia. Compared to patients without EDS, patients with EDS had higher effect size on disease duration (0.76 years; 95% CI: 0.16–1.37, I2 = 68.8%), Hoehn and Yahr (HY) stage (0.23 grade; 95% CI: 0.11–0.34, I2 = 69.1%), Unified PD Rating Scale (UPDRS)-III (3.02 points; 95% CI: 1.53–4.51, I2: 61.2%), levodopa equivalent daily dose (LEDD) (141.46 mg; 95% CI: 64.17–218.77, I2 = 86.1%), depression symptoms (Hedges’ g = 0.35; 95% CI: 0.15–0.55, I2 = 72.0%) and male sex (OR = 1.50; 95% CI: 1.30–1.72, I2 = 0). Conclusion Our results showed that approximately one-third of patients with PD had EDS, which may be associated with the severity of the disease, depression, and male sex, or a combination of neurodegeneration and medication.

Background This study aims to explore the possible ceRNA regulatory network of lncRNA ENST00000609755.1 in CHD patients based on the population; reveal the possible regulatory mechanism of lncRNA ENST00000609755.1. Method Microarray analysis were used to identify differentially expressed miRNA, and mRNA profiles between 5 CHD and 5 healthy controls. The lncRNA ENST00000609755.1-miRNA-mRNA ceRNA regulatory network was constructed with lncRNA ENST00000609755.1 as the core based on microarray data and related prediction software (RNAhybird, miRanda, miRWalk 2.0). Furthermore, qRT-PCR was used to verify the expression levels of miRNA and mRNA. t-test and pearson correlation analysis were used to compare the expression differences and correlations of lncRNA, miRNA and mRNA. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to determine the discriminative ability of lncRNA ENST00000609755.1 and its downstream targets. Results Totally 25 miRNAs and 953 mRNAs were differentially expressed between CHD and healthy control. The lncRNA ENST00000609755.1- miRNA- mRNA ceRNA regulatory network was constructed (5 miRNA and 58 mRNA). qRT-PCR results suggest that the expression of lncRNA ENST00000609755.1 and ELK1 were up-regulated in CHD group and positively correlated, the expression of miR-150 was down-regulated in CHD, which was negatively correlated with lncRNA ENST00000609755.1 and ELK1. The AUC was 0.777(95%CI, 0.659–0.895) when miRNA-150 and ELK1 was added, which was higher than that of lncRNA ENST00000609755.1 single indicator. Conclusion LncRNA ENST00000609755.1, miR-150 and ELK1 may have a potential ceRNA regulatory network relationship which could be considered to have a good combined diagnostic value for CHD. Also, preliminarily reveal the possible mechanism of lncRNA ENST00000609755.1 involved in CHD.

CircRNAs have been shown to be involved in the development of certain diseases, but their application in prehypertension and hypertension remains unclear. We aimed to explore the potential role of circ_0000284 in revealing the molecular regulatory mechanisms of prehypertension and hypertension. We enrolled a total of 100 patients with normal blood pressure, 100 patients with prehypertension and 100 patients with hypertension. The expression of circ_0000284 among the groups was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT‒PCR). Multivariate logistic models were constructed combining conventional risk factors with circ_0000284. A receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the diagnostic value of circRNAs in the clinical model. Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation of circ_0000284 and the biochemical characteristics of all subjects. The results showed that circ_0000284 was differentially expressed among the normal blood pressure group, prehypertensive group and hypertensive group and showed a significantly upregulated trend in the progression to hypertension (P 0.05). The ROC curve revealed a high diagnostic ability of circ_0000284 in hypertension in the clinical model (AUC = 0.812). Circ_0000284 also presented a certain ability for early diagnosis of prehypertension (AUC = 0.628). Spearman correlation showed that circ_0000284 was positively correlated with Na and CKMB. Our study suggested that upregulated expression of circ_0000284 was an independent risk factor for prehypertension and hypertension. Circ_0000284 was a potential fingerprint for the early diagnosis of hypertension and distinguished the intermediate stage of hypertension development. Moreover, our study provided new insight into the correlation between circ_0000284 and cardiac injury in the progression to hypertension.

BackgroundAn increasing number of acupuncture clinical trials are registered, but the reports of results and data transparency are unclear. We aim to analyze and evaluate the current state of registration and reports of acupuncture clinical trials.MethodsThis paper focused on the acupuncture clinical trials that met the criteria in relevant studies registered and published during the period between 1 Jan 2013 to 31 Dec 2021. We traced by email to leaders that the report could not be searched. Besides, questionnaire investigation was chosen to acupuncture clinicians around by WeChat.ResultsThe overall reporting rate of acupuncture clinical trial results from the two registration centers was 25%. Clinicaltrials.gov reporting rate was 12% and that from ChiCTR was 41%. Only a small proportion of trials were available on the registry website. Only the NIH clinical registry platform has records on the status of studies. We only received 3 replies that indicated the project was due to be ended but not completed. According to questionnaire, 157 clinicians have led clinical projects in Acupuncture. It shows that 84% projects were ended but not completed or not completed by the due date. About the reasons that caused the failure to find articles after the end of the project, 85% participants thought projects were ended but not completed or not completed by the due date. 15% participants thought projects were manuscript rejected, manuscript accepted but not in print, results protected, registration number unmarked, project delayed or negative results not submitted.ConclusionThe number of acupuncture clinical trial registrations is steadily increasing, but the reporting rate of trial results is relatively low and the transparency of data is not ideal. Therefore, first of all, researchers should put more attention on trials designed, trial reported and respect to science. Secondly, set up a research progress tracker on registration platforms accessible to the public users. At the same time, the journal is suggested that adjust the evaluation criteria for reporting the negative results. Researchers with negative results are encouraged to show. Most importantly, the funders are recommended to optimize the ended review.

Chiral sulfones, especially those compounds whose sulfone groups are directly connected to the chiral centers, are privileged building blocks in many natural products and bioactive compounds. Thus, the development of novel and efficient methods for the synthesis of these chiral sulfones becomes more important. This review focuses on the recent development of the strategies for the asymmetric synthesis of these compounds, including (1) nucleophilic substitution, (2) hydrosulfonation, (3) cross-coupling reaction, (4) dynamic kinetic resolution, (5) hydrogenation, (6) β-elimination, (7) [3 + 2] cycloaddition, (8) conjugate addition, (9) oxidation of chiral thioethers, and (10) other reactions. The typical reactions, the substrate scope, the reaction mechanism, and their applications in the synthesis of bioactive compounds will be discussed. Given the rapidly increasing interest in this topic, we believe that this review will present a timely and comprehensive understanding of the recent progress in the synthesis of chiral sulfones with sulfone moieties directly connected to the stereocenters.

Reversible addition–fragmentation chain-transfer (RAFT) polymerization is a powerful tool for the precise formation of macromolecular building blocks that can be used for the construction of well-defined nanocomposites. Especially when combining RAFT polymers with uniform inorganic/metallic nanoparticles, a vast variety of complex nanocomposites become available that may find applications especially in the field of life sciences, e.g., bio-imaging, drug delivery or cancer-therapy, but also in areas such as energy conversion or catalysis. RAFT polymerization not only provides the possibility to control the size and the macromolecular architecture of the polymer building blocks, but inherently delivers highly functional end-groups that can often directly be employed as linker-sites for installing the polymeric components into the final nanocomposites. This review describes recent advances in this vivid field and concentrates on innovations in the fabrication method and design strategies for polymer/inorganic nanohybrids. The methodology of synthesizing RAFT polymer with the aim of surface functionalization and the design options for anchoring RAFT polymer on surfaces are covered. A series of core–shell nanostructures with the focus on novel functionalities brought by RAFT polymer brushes will be reviewed with focus on the detailed macromolecular design for each specific application's scenario. Examples of ordered nano-assemblies using RAFT polymer linkers will be reviewed in order to demonstrate the advantages of RAFT polymer for introducing different morphologies, interactions and chirality to the final functional nanostructures.

Existing text sentiment analysis methods mostly rely on a large number of language knowledge and sentiment resources. This paper proposes the Multi-channel convolution and bidirectional GRU multi-head attention capsule (AT-MC-BiGRU-Capsule), which uses vector neurons to replace scalar neurons to model text emotions, and uses capsules to characterize text emotions. In addition, traditional methods cannot extract the multi-level features of text sequence well. Multi-head attention can encode the dependencies between words, capture sentiment words in text, and using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Bidirectional gated recurrent unit network (Bi-GRU) to extract local features and global semantic features of text respectively, the global average pooling layer is introduced to obtain the multi-level feature representation of the text sequence more comprehensively. This paper selects three English datasets and one Chinese dataset in the general corpus of sentiment classification to conduct experiments, and achieves better results than other baseline models.

A novel strategy enabled cleavage of two C(sp3)-F bonds in a CF3 group is reported. Triggered by ipso-defluorinative amination, this 1,3-diamination of (trifluoromethyl)alkenes with indoles, carbazoles, pyrroles, and sulfonamides gave acyclic 1,3-diamine products bearing a monofluoroalkene moiety in high yields with good to excellent Z/E selectivities. Preliminary mechanistic studies enable the isolation of the reaction intermediate and indicate that a unique sequential ipso-/γ-selective defluorinative amination pathway is involved in this transformation.

The worldwide severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) outbreak has led to the rapid spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The quantitative real time PCR (qPCR) is widely used as the gold standard for clinical detection of SARS-CoV-2. However, more and more infected patients are relapsing after discharge, which suggests qPCR may fail to detect the virus in some cases. In this study, we selected 74 clinical samples from 43 recovering inpatients for qPCR and Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) synchronous blind detection, and established a cutoff value for ddPCR diagnosis of COVID-19. The results showed that at a cutoff value of 0.04 copies/µL, the ddPCR sensitivity and specificity are 97.6% and 100%, respectively. In addition, we also analyzed 18 retained samples from 9 discharged patients who relapsed. Although qPCR showed all 18 samples to be negative, ddPCR showed 12 to be positive, and there was only one patient with two negative samples; the other eight patients had at least one positive sample. These results indicate that ddPCR could significantly improve the accuracy of COVID-19 diagnosis, especially for discharged patients with a low viral load, and help to reduce misdiagnosis during recovery.

Background The present study aims to investigate the complete long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and messenger RNA (mRNA) expression profiles in Intracranial aneurysm (IA) patients and controls by RNA sequencing, which reveals the lncRNA with predictive value for IA risk. Methods The comprehensive lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles were detected by RNA-Seq in human IA walls and superficial temporal arteries (STAs), followed by bioinformatics analyses, such as GO analysis, KEGG pathway analysis, and CNC network construction. Subsequently, qRT-PCR was used to profile the expression levels of selected lncRNA (lncRNA ENST000000576153, lncRNA ENST00000607042, lncRNA ENST00000471220, lncRNA ENST00000478738, lncRNA MALAT1, lncRNA ENST00000508090 and lncRNA ENST00000579688) in 30 (small) or 130 (large) peripheral blood leukocytes, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression was utilized to analyze the effects of lncRNA on IA. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was further drawn to explore the value of lncRNA in predicting IA. Results Totally 900 up-regulated and 293 down-regulated lncRNAs, as well as 1297 up-regulated and 831 down-regulated mRNAs were discovered in sequencing. Enrichment analyses revealed that they were actively involved in immune/inflammatory response and cell adhesion/extracellular matrix. Co-expression analysis and further enrichment analyses showed that five candidate lncRNAs might participate in IA’s inflammatory response. Besides, after controlling other conventional risk factors, multivariate logistic regression analysis disclosed that low expression of lncRNA ENST00000607042, lncRNA ENST00000471220, lncRNA ENST00000478738, lncRNA MALAT1 in peripheral blood leukocytes were independent risk factors for IA. LncRNA ENST00000607042 has superior diagnostic value for IA. Conclusions This study reveals the complete lncRNAs expression profiles in IA. The inflammatory response was closely related to IA. Besides, lncRNA ENST00000607042 might be a novel biomarker for IA risk.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES To systematically identify, appraise and synthesise existing qualitative studies exploring nurses' lived experiences of workplace violence by patients, families and hospital visitors, identifying their support needs following workplace violence. BACKGROUND Workplace violence against nurses is a significant concern globally, as it leads to serious negative consequences for nurses, patients and organisations as a whole. Having adequate support is considered significant. While numerous studies have been conducted on workplace violence, few qualitative reviews have focused on identifying nurses' support needs following episodes of workplace violence. METHODS Four databases (MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsychINFO and Scopus) were systematically searched. Additionally, hand searching of prominent journals, grey literature and reference lists of included studies was also performed to identify additional research. The Critical Appraisal Skills Programme checklist for qualitative studies was used to assess all included articles. Thomas and Harden's three-stage approach to thematic analysis was followed, using the ENTREQ statement for reporting. RESULTS Ten studies published in English, conducted across eight countries, met the inclusion criteria. Four analytical themes relating to nurses' experiences were identified: "inevitable and unpredictable trauma in the career" "higher tolerance and understanding of unintentional violence," "positive learning or passive adjustment" and "struggle with the role and behaviour conflict." In terms of nurses' support needs, the analysis yielded two themes: "informal support needs" and "formal support needs." CONCLUSION Nurses experience significant and lasting psychological trauma due to workplace violence; however, the support for nurses remains seriously inadequate. Establishing an effective and robust support system based on nurses' needs must be viewed as a priority for organisations, as well as researchers. RELEVANCE TO CLINICAL PRACTICE Institutions and managers have a duty to maintain an awareness of nurses' experiences and support needs regarding workplace violence. There is a need for further policymaking and research, based on clinical practice, in order to develop effective preventive and interventive strategies regarding workplace violence.

The degradation rate of lignocellulose and methane (CH4) content must be improved through anaerobic fermentation process engineering in order to promote the proper operation of anaerobic organic waste removal without secondary pollution and low cost. The present study investigates mesophilic anaerobic fermentation of dairy manure (DM) under weak magnetic and low operation voltage (0.3–0.8 V). The results showed that the effect of electric and magnetic fields (EMF) can significantly enhance the fermentation, and improve the CH4 content of biogas and accelerate the degradation rate of lignocellulose. Fe-C microelectrolysis intensified the anaerobic fermentation of DM, the highest CH4 content was 87%, the cellulose degradation rate was 36%, increased by 125%, and the lignin degradation rate was 23%, increased by 203%, under loading 0.5 V voltage and weak magnetic field. Metagenome sequence results showed that EMF and Fe-C microelectrolysis can not only promote the microbial diversity, but also increase the abundance of functional microorganisms at various stages. This finding provides theoretical support and foundation for the extraordinary efficiency degradation of lignocellulose and the electric and magnetic regulation of anaerobic fermentation microorganism system.

Introduction: Delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) involves the recruitment of T cells into tissues and the activation by antigen-presenting cells to produce cytokines, which further activates local endothelial cells and recruits macrophages, resulting in tissue erythema, swelling and inflammation. DTH models in mice are classical in-vivo T cell-mediated immunity screening models for atopic dermatitis, asthma and autoimmune diseases. Different antigens and haptens have been used to establish DTH models with different Th1/Th2 profiles. More immunity characterization of the most widely used DTH models need to be revealed. Results: We established DNFB, Oxazolone induced DTH models in both BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice with ear thickness as the readout. At the termination, we measured Th1 (ie, IFN-γ)/Th2 (ie, IL-4) profile, pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL-13, TNF, and IL-17 as well as myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity from mice ears as indices to score the degree of inflammation. Oxazolone in BALB/c exhibited more repeatable and robust window in Th1/Th2 balance and cytokines profiles. The comparison of two DTH models were further validated by the pathological analysis for cell infiltration in mouse ears and immune-phenotyping in spleen by FACS. Conclusion: The comparison of DNFB and Oxazolone induced DTH models characterized the disease progression and established a more comprehensive preclinical DTH model with well-defined Th1/Th2 profile for the drug efficacy evaluation in the T cell-mediated immune response. Background: Residential surrounding greenness may be protective of dyslipidemia are often theorized but remain poorly quantified. In particular, the underlying biological mechanisms of blood lipid changes with green spaces remain unclear. Methods: Our observational epidemiology study included a residentially stable sample of 1035 coronary heart disease patients, and proteomics study included 16 participants. Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) was used to evaluate residential greenness exposures. Proteomics technology was used to identify plasma greenness-related proteome disturbance, and the pathway analysis was employed to evaluate the potential biological mechanisms of greenness decreasing dyslipidemia risk. Result: Higher residential surrounding greenness in the 500-m area was associated with lower risks of dyslipidemia (odds ratio (OR) = 0.871, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.763, 0.994 for per one-quartile NDVI increase). Lymphocytes mediated 18.7% of the association between greenness and dyslipidemia. Greenness related proteins (including PLXDC1, IGFBP2 and LY6D) may regulate the biological functions of lipid metabolism and transport-related proteins (including ADIPOQ and CES1) through a series of biological processes. Conclusion: People in greener surroundings have a lower risk of dyslipidemia, which may be due to their lower inflammation, stronger lipid transporter activity, and normal cholesterol metabolism.

Knowledge-graph-aware recommendation often overlooks the importance of unstructured information, such as text information and picture information. In order to address the problem, we propose KGMR (Knowledge Graph for Movie Recommendation) algorithm which uses a large amount of heterogeneous information provided by the multi-modal knowledge graph to design the semantic types and semantic relations in the movie field. Constructed a knowledge graph in the film domain, and visualized it with Neo4j graph database. The text information and picture information are respectively represented by Doc2Vec and Convolutional Auto-Encode (CAE) algorithms, combined with Bayesian Personalized Ranking (BPR) to construct a recommendation system. Using the MovieLens-latest-small data set for testing, the results show that KGMR has a good improvement in the evaluation value, which proves that the knowledge graph of movies is integrated into the recommendation algorithm, and movies can be accurately recommended to target users.

At present, cognitive diagnosis has become one of the important research issues of current intelligent education. Existing cognitive diagnosis models generally use a manually designed function to mine the students' practice process. These functions are usually liner and not enough to capture the complex relationship between students and exercises. In this paper, based on the Neural Cognitive Diagnosis (NeuralCD) framework, we propose an importance of knowledge point-based neural cognitive diagnosis model (IK-NeuralCD). It introduces the importance factor of knowledge point and uses the frequency of knowledge points examined to express the importance of knowledge point, which improves the degree of fitting of the complex relationship between students and exercises, thereby improving the diagnosis and prediction effect. Based on comparison between IK-NeuralCD and the existing typical model on the real dataset, this paper proves the effectiveness of the IK-NeuralCD model.
