64. 山核桃油在贮藏期间的品质变化规律 及货架期预测Quality change law during storage and shelf life prediction of hickory oil

Abstract

为了对山核桃油产品流转过程中的品质控制提供理论基础，探究山核桃油在贮藏期间的品质变化规律及其货架期预测方法。对在5、20、35 ℃下贮藏的山核桃油进行感官评定，测定其酸值、过氧化值，并进行动力学分析，应用Arrhenius方程进行拟合，建立货架期预测模型。结果表明：山核桃油感官品质与酸值、过氧化值呈极强的相关性，随着贮藏时间的延长和温度的升高，山核桃油感官品质下降，酸值和过氧化值升高，且温度越高酸值和过氧化值的变化速率越快，过氧化值变化速率小于酸值；酸值和过氧化值的变化规律均符合一级反应动力学模型，建立的山核桃油货架期预测模型准确率在±10%以内。山核桃油在贮藏期间品质下降，通过酸值、过氧化值可较为准确地对5～35 ℃条件下贮藏的山核桃油货架期进行预测。In order to provide a theroretical basis for the quality control of hickory oil products in the flow process, the quality change law of hickory oil during storage and the prediction model of shelf life were explored, the sensory quality, acid value and peroxide value of hickory oil during storage at 5, 20 ℃ and 35 ℃ were measured, the kinetic analysis was conducted，the Arrhenius equation was used for fitting, and the shelf life prediction model was established. The results showed that the sensory quality of hickory oil had a strong correlation with acid value and peroxide value. With the prolonging of storage time and the increase of temperature, the sensory quality of hickory oil decreased, and the acid value and peroxide value increased. The higher the temperature, the faster the change rates of acid value and peroxide value, and the change rate of the acid value was greater than that of the peroxide value. The change law of acid value and peroxide value conformed to the first-order reaction kinetic model. The prediction accuracy of the shelf life of hickory oil established by this method was within ±10%. The quality of hickory oil decreased during storage. It has good accuracy in predicting the shelf life of hickory oil between 5-35 ℃ through acid value and peroxide value.

86. JPEG Steganography with Embedding Cost Learning and Side-Information Estimation

Abstract

A great challenge to steganography has arisen with the wide application of steganalysis methods based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs). To this end, embedding cost learning frameworks based on generative adversarial networks (GANs) have been proposed and achieved success for spatial steganography. However, the application of GAN to JPEG steganography is still in the prototype stage; its anti-detectability and training efficiency should be improved. In conventional steganography, research has shown that the side-information calculated from the precover can be used to enhance security. However, it is hard to calculate the side-information without the spatial domain image. In this work, an embedding cost learning framework for JPEG Steganography via a Generative Adversarial Network (JS-GAN) has been proposed, the learned embedding cost can be further adjusted asymmetrically according to the estimated side-information. Experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed method can automatically learn a content-adaptive embedding cost function, and use the estimated side-information properly can effectively improve the security performance. For example, under the attack of a classic steganalyzer GFR with quality factor 75 and 0.4 bpnzAC, the proposed JS-GAN can increase the detection error 2.58% over J-UNIWARD, and the estimated side-information aided version JS-GAN(ESI) can further increase the security performance by 11.25% over JS-GAN., Comment: 11 pages,5 figures

87. CMF: Cascaded Multi-model Fusion for Referring Image Segmentation

Abstract

In this work, we address the task of referring image segmentation (RIS), which aims at predicting a segmentation mask for the object described by a natural language expression. Most existing methods focus on establishing unidirectional or directional relationships between visual and linguistic features to associate two modalities together, while the multi-scale context is ignored or insufficiently modeled. Multi-scale context is crucial to localize and segment those objects that have large scale variations during the multi-modal fusion process. To solve this problem, we propose a simple yet effective Cascaded Multi-modal Fusion (CMF) module, which stacks multiple atrous convolutional layers in parallel and further introduces a cascaded branch to fuse visual and linguistic features. The cascaded branch can progressively integrate multi-scale contextual information and facilitate the alignment of two modalities during the multi-modal fusion process. Experimental results on four benchmark datasets demonstrate that our method outperforms most state-of-the-art methods. Abstract

It is claimed by a recent quantum Monte Carlo simulation that the linear-in-temperature DC resistivity observed in the high-$T_{c}$ cuprate superconductors can be reproduced in the pure two dimensional Hubbard model\cite{Huang}. Here we show perturbatively that such a translational invariant electronic model can not support a steady state current in the presence of a uniform electric field at any finite temperature. Instead, the Hubbard model is perfectly conducting in the linear response regime and will undergo Bloch oscillation at finite electric field for any finite temperature.
