Rice husk ash is a kind of biomass material. Its main component is silicon dioxide, with a content of up to 80%. It has high pozzolanic activity and can react with hydroxide in cement. When treating rice husks, rice husk ash with high volcanic ash activity and a good microaggregate filling effect can be obtained by selecting a suitable incineration environment. These advantages make rice husk ash an ideal concrete admixture, replacing the traditional admixture such as fly ash and slag in concrete. This paper summarizes the preparation methods and physical and chemical properties of rice husk ash, as well as the physical and chemical properties of rice husk ash concrete, such as mechanical properties, temperature resistance, freezing resistance, permeability resistance and chemical erosion resistance. The results show that using 20% rice husk ash as a substitute material for cement improves the resistance strength, compressive strength, flexural strength, and permeability of concrete. In short, the incorporation of rice husk ash can effectively improve the performance of cement-based materials, which will be conducive to the green development of the building material industry and the implementation of the two-carbon strategy. This paper summarized the nursing management of pressure ulcers in a patient with diabetes and Alzheimer‘s disease. In addition to routine care for pressure ulcers, efforts were made to enhance the skin hygiene and wound care. The patient was asked to take exercise under the guidance, and health education was carried out to improve knowledge and awareness of preventing pressure ulcers. Comprehensive interventions including regular exercise, shortening bedridden time and enhancing the skin management are effective to improve the wound healing of the patient with diabetes and Alzheimer‘s disease. This paper summarized the treatment effect of warm acupuncture combined with scraping therapy in relief of symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and related nursing measures. A special scraping device was used to wipe smoothly along the meridians such as Liver Channel of Foot Jueyin, Kidney Channel of Foot Shaoyin, Spleen Channel of Foot Taiyang and Stomach Channel of Foot Yangming. The warm acupuncture was carried out on Zusanli, Diji, Sanyinjiao and Yongquan acupoints after scraping therapy. The cold and numbness symptoms of lower extremity and foot were relieved after implementation of warm acupuncture combined with scraping therapy. Thyroid nodules, also known as goiter in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is a common disease affecting the endocrine system. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with benign thyroid nodules of Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type. Related nursing measures were summarized form the perspectives of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine prescription, key acupoints and routine nursing intervention. Based on the TCM theory, acupoint application is effective and safe in clinical symptoms relief of the patient with benign thyroid nodules of Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type. This paper summarized the nursing experience of cupping therapy along meridian in treating one case of stiff neck. The cupping therapy was carried out along meridian and acupoint which reflects the painful area according the syndrome differentiation. Nurses had enhanced the observation on patient reactions during the cupping treatment. The cupping therapy is an easy-to-operate technique and effective to relieve the stiff neck-assoicated symptoms. Background: Numerous investigations have suggested links between circulating inflammatory proteins (CIPs) and spinal degenerative diseases (SDDs), but causality has not been proven. This study used Mendelian randomization (MR) to investigate the causal associations between 91 CIPs and cervical spondylosis (CS), prolapsed disc/slipped disc (PD/SD), spinal canal stenosis (SCS), and spondylolisthesis/spondylolysis. Methods: Genetic variants data for CIPs and SDDs were obtained from the genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) database. We used inverse variance weighted (IVW) as the primary method, analyzing the validity and robustness of the results through pleiotropy and heterogeneity tests and performing reverse MR analysis to test for reverse causality. Results: The IVW results with Bonferroni correction indicated that beta‐nerve growth factor (β‐NGF), C‐X‐C motif chemokine 6 (CXCL6), and interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) can increase the risk of CS. Fibroblast growth factor 19 (FGF19), sulfotransferase 1A1 (SULT1A1), and tumor necrosis factor‐beta (TNF‐β) can increase PD/SD risk, whereas urokinase‐type plasminogen activator (u‐PA) can decrease the risk of PD/SD. FGF19 and TNF can increase SCS risk. STAM binding protein (STAMBP) and T‐cell surface glycoprotein CD6 isoform (CD6 isoform) can increase the risk of spondylolisthesis/spondylolysis, whereas monocyte chemoattractant protein 2 (MCP2) and latency‐associated peptide transforming growth factor beta 1 (LAP‐TGF‐β1) can decrease spondylolisthesis/spondylolysis risk. Conclusions: MR analysis indicated the causal associations between multiple genetically predicted CIPs and the risk of four SDDs (CS, PD/SD, SCS, and spondylolisthesis/spondylolysis). This study provides reliable genetic evidence for in‐depth exploration of the involvement of CIPs in the pathogenic mechanism of SDDs and provides novel potential targets for SDDs.
