Background Myelosuppression is one of the most common adverse effects of chemotherapy for lung cancer, in response to chemotherapy-related myelosuppression, modern medicine mostly adopts symptomatic treatment, but there are many limitations. Objective To investigate the effects of press-needle therapy on pevention of myelosuppression after chemotherapy of lung cancer patients based on the midnight-noon ebb-flow point selection theory. Methods A total of 142 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients during first chemotherapy hospitalized in the respiratory department of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=47) , press-needle group (n=48) and timing group (n=47) according to a prior computer-generated random number table and the developed allocation scheme. The control group received routine care measures, the press-needle group received press-needle therapy at acupoints such as Geshu acupoint, Pishu acupoint and Weishu acupoint on the basis of routine care measures, the timing group received press-needle therapy between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m on the day using midnight-noon ebb-flow method on the basis of routine care measures. The changes of blood routine indicators reflecting myelosuppression and the comfort scores before chemotherapy and 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st days of chemotherapy were observed in the three groups. Results The white blood cell count and neutrophil count in the press needle group and timing group were higher than the control group, and the white blood cell count and neutrophil count in the timing group were higher than the press needle group on the 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy (P< 0.05) ; the platelet count in the press needle group and timing group were higher than the control group on the 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy (P< 0.05) . The comfort scores in the press needle group and timing group were higher than the control group on the 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy (P< 0.05) , the comfort scores in the timing group were higher than the press needle group on the 14th day of chemotherapy (P< 0.05) . Conclusion The timing press-needle therapy based on the midnight-noon ebb-flow point selection theory can effectively prevent myelosuppression, improve blood routine indicators including white blood cell count, neutrophil count and platelet count, and promot comfort in NSCLC patients after chemotherapy.

The self-healing oxidized sodium alginate-glycol chitosan hydrogel (OSA-GC) based on dynamic imine bonds was synthesized. Oxidized sodium alginate (OSA) was synthesized by oxidizing sodium alginate with sodium periodate, and self-healing OSA-GC hydrogels with different cross-linking degrees were prepared by Schiff base reaction with glycol chitosan (GC). The effect of GC concentration on the microscopic morphology, viscoelasticity, swelling performance, self-repair performance, degradation rate and in vitro drug release performance of OSA-GC hydrogels were investigated. The results show that OSA-GC hydrogels have the characteristics of porous structure with a pore size ranging from 50 μm to 280 μm by controlling the mass ratio of OSA to GC. The OSA-GC hydrogels can reach the swelling equilibrium at 120 hours, and the swelling ratio reach 71.3-112.1. OSA-GC hydrogel can be degraded in PBS containing lysozyme (10 mg/mL), and the mass loss of OSA-GC hydrogel is 43.1%-51.9% after 12 days. At room temperature, OSA-GC hydrogels can achieve self-healing within 2 h in the absence of external stimuli. OSA-GC hydrogel loaded with gemcitabine shows a sustained release effect on the anti-cancer drug gemcitabine, and the release time can reach 48 hours in the drug release experiment, which shows promising application prospects in biomedical fields of drug carriers.

Molds and yeasts are common fungi that cause food contamination， and are also used as indicators to evaluate the quality of food hygiene. China has been conducting contamination surveillance of molds and yeasts in food since 1984， and has greatly promoted the quality of food hygiene nationwide. However， the key technical aspects of Chinese standard GB 4789.15—2016 “National food safety standards of food microbiological examination - molds and yeasts enumeration” and foreign standards from other countries or international organizations are rather different. Therefore，to adapt to the needs of international trade and better promote Chinese standards in line with foreign or international standards， this article reviews the comparative analysis of foreign or international standards such as BAM Chapter 18—2001 from the US， AS 5013.29—2009 from Australia， and ISO 21527—2008 from the International Organization for Standardization， with the Chinese standard （GB 4789.15—2016） on mold and yeast enumeration to provide a theoretical basis and reference method for the subsequent revision of the Chinese standard on mold and yeast enumeration in food.

Morphological and magnetic anisotropy can be combined in colloidal assembly to create unconventional secondary structures. We show here that magnetite nanorods interact along a critical angle, depending on their aspect ratios and assemble into body-centered tetragonal colloidal crystals. Under a magnetic field, size-dependent attractive and repulsive domains develop on the ends and center of the nanorods, respectively. Our joint experiment-computational multiscale study demonstrates the presence of a critical angle in the attractive domain, which defines the equilibrium bonding states of interacting rods and leads to the formation of non–close-packed yet hard-contact tetragonal crystals. Small-angle x-ray scattering measurement attributes the perfect tetragonal phase to the slow assembly kinetics. The crystals exhibit brilliant structural colors, which can be actively tuned by changing the magnetic field direction. These highly ordered frameworks and well-defined three-dimensional nanochannels may offer new opportunities for manipulating nanoscale chemical transformation, mass transportation, and wave propagation.

Lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries have emerged quite expeditiously as a fascinating energy storage system over the past decade due to their advantages of high energy density, low material cost and low environmental pollution. They have been considered as a promising secondary battery. In recent years, high-performance and long-life batteries urgently need to match well with high research requirements with the rapid development of electric vehicles.The advantages of lithium-sulfur batteries have shown a wide range of application prospects. However, how to improve the performance and life of batteries has attracted widespread attention. With the development of various types of efficient catalysts, lithium sulfur batteries show great development prospect. In this review, the latest advances in the application of heterostructure catalysts, single-atom catalysts and anode materials for high activity lithium-sulfur batteries were systematically stated and discussed. Among them, heterostructures can not only combine two materials with complementary or mutually reinforcing functions, but also have internal electric fields at the interface, which can effectively enhance the kinetics of polysulfides conversion reaction in Li-S batteries. Single-atom catalysts pave new strategies of solving these obstacles because of their decent applicability in the atomic-level identification of structureactivity relationships and reaction mechanism, as well as their structural tunability with atomic precision. Many efforts have proved that the designed anode materials can not only inhibit the shuttle of polysulfide, but also stabilize the surface of lithium metal.
