The current study evaluated the effects of vacuum drying on the whole polyphenol profile of loquat fruit, including extractive and nonextractive polyphenols. Absorbance analysis determined that total polyphenol content and antioxidant levels were higher in loquat fruit vacuum dried at 140 °C than in loquat fruit vacuum dried at 70 °C. The results of ultra‐HPLC–triple quadruple mass spectrum analysis showed that 15 phenolic acids and 17 flavonoids were found in dried loquat fruit. Multivariate integrative (MINT) sparse partial least square‐discriminant analysis showed that vacuum drying affects the polyphenol profile of loquat fruit. Co‐analysis of principal component analysis, partial least square‐discriminant analysis, and orthometric partial least square‐discriminant analysis revealed that vacuum drying mainly changed the content of chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, protocatechuic acid, phloretin, and hesperidin in loquat fruit. Chlorogenic acid (12.020 to 39.153 µg/g d.b. [dried base weight]), the main polyphenol in dried loquat fruit, was degraded to caffeic acid (0.028 to 2.365 µg/g d.b.) and protocatechuic acid (0.014 to 18.285 µg/g d.b.) during vacuum drying. Moreover, vacuum drying also induced the isomerization of chlorogenic acid into cryptochlorogenic acid (1.628 to 12.737 µg/g d.b.). These results might be used to develop dried loquat fruit with high levels of polyphenols and antioxidant activity. Practical Application: Interests in polyphenols of loquat fruit had increased greatly because of their possible role in health benefits. This work provided a holistic insight in the effects of vacuum drying on polyphenols profile of loquat fruit. Current results have contributed to the development of vacuum‐drying method, which produced loquat fruit rich in polyphenols. Greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions in China have aroused much interest, and not least in recent evidence of their reduction. Our intent is to place that reduction in a larger context, that of the process of industrialization. A lengthy time perspective is combined with a cross-sectional approach-China plus five other countries-and addressed through two general models. The findings are salutary. First, they suggest that a diversified economic structure is consistent with diminished intensity in energy use. Secondly, and the obverse of the first, they imply that a diversified energy structure promotes reductions in CO2 emissions. Finally, one is led inevitably to the conclusion that, together, the findings point to a path for countries to transform their economies while at the same time undertaking to drastically moderate their energy use, switching from a pattern of heavy carbon emissions to one in which lighter carbon emissions prevail. Background: Protein-polyphenol-polysaccharide ternary complex particles have better emulsion interfacial stability compared to protein-polysaccharide binary complexes. However, knowledge is scarce when it comes to the fabrication of protein-polyphenol-polysaccharide ternary complexes as interfacial stabilizers and the interactions between the three substances. In the present work, ternary complexes were prepared using gelatin, high methoxyl pectin, and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) as raw materials. The effect of different influencing factors on the formation process of ternary complexes was investigated by varying different parameters. physicochemical stability, emulsifying properties, and structural characteristics were analyzed., Results: The ternary complex had a smaller particle size (275 nm) and polydispersity index (0.112) when the mass concentration ratio of gelatin to high methoxyl pectin was 9:1, addition of EGCG was 0.05%, pH value was 3.0, and ionic strength was 10 mmol L -1 . Meanwhile, the complex had the highest emulsifying stability index (691.75 min) and emulsifying activity index (22.96 m 2  g -1 ). Scanning electron microscopical observation demonstrated that the addition of EGCG promoted the dispersion of ternary complex more uniformly, and effectively reduced the agglomeration phenomenon. The discrepancy in fluorescence intensity suggested that interactions between EGCG and gelatin occurred, which altered the protein spatial conformation of gelatin. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic analysis elucidated that hydrogen bond interaction was the primary non-covalent interaction between EGCG and gelatin-high methoxyl pectin binary complex., Conclusion: The aforementioned results purposed to provide some theoretical reference and basis for the rational design of stable protein-polyphenol-polysaccharide ternary complexes. © 2022 Society of Chemical Industry., (© 2022 Society of Chemical Industry.)

When facing new development opportunities at this time of policy innovation, "Speed Dial Management" model summarized through the practice of "MAH Policy", together with the core elements of "three parties, three regulations and three flows" extracted from it, form a standardized, implementable and reproducible management mechanism. The experience has strong reference significance for the promotion and implementation of "MAH Policy" among medical device industry.
