Abstract

Taking the Dongfeng Q/ZEZPSCZ02—2018 type peripheral disc brake as the research object, explores the thermal-stress coupling of this new type of brakes, and analyzes its safety performance. Based on the three-dimensional model established by SolidWorks and with the help of the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench, the thermal-stress coupling of the peripheral disc brake is established, the continuous braking and turbulent road braking of the car are set as working conditions, the equivalent elastic strain, stress and temperature rise are analyzed and the mapping relationship between the above is explored. The temperature cloud diagram, stress cloud diagram, and equivalent elastic strain cloud diagram are obtained through model simulation. The analysis shows that the temperature rising trend is firstly rapid and then slow, and the maximum stress and equivalent elastic strain are located at the double cams of the inner hoof; after comparing with the experimental data of the bench, it is found that the result is within the allowable range of the error, which provides a larger reference basis for subsequent engineering design, heat dissipation mechanism research, inspection and maintenance.

Abstract

Spatial distributions of other cell interference (OCIF) and interference to own-cell power ratio (IOPR) with reference to the distance between a mobile and its serving base station (BS) are modeled for the down-link reception of cellular systems based on the best-cell configuration instead of the nearest-cell configuration. This enables a more realistic evaluation of two competing objectives in network dimensioning: coverage and rate capacity. More outcomes useful for dynamic network dimensioning are also derived, including maximum BS transmission power per cell size and the cell density required for an adequate coverage of a given traffic density., Comment: 7 pages; 10 figures; submitted to Globecom2017
