As a generalization of the class of inverse semigroups, the class of Ehresmann semigroups is introduced by Lawson and investigated by many authors extensively in the literature. In particular, Gomes and Gould construct a fundamental Ehresmann semigroup CE from a semilattice E which plays for Ehresmann semigroups the role that TE plays for inverse semigroups, where TE is the Munn semigroup of a semilattice E. From a varietal perspective, Ehresmann semigroups are derived from reduction of inverse semigroups. In this paper, from varietal perspective Ehresmann semigroups are extended to generalized Ehresmann semigroups derived instead from normal orthodox semigroups (i.e. regular semigroups whose idempotents form normal bands) with an inverse transversal. We present here a semigroup C(I,Λ,E∘) from an admissible triple (I, Λ, E∘) that plays for generalized Ehresmann semigroups the role that CE from a semilattice E plays for Ehresmann semigroups. More precisely, we show that a semigroup is a fundamental generalized Ehresmann semigroup whose admissible triple is isomorphic to (I, Λ, E∘) if and only if it is (2,1,1,1)-isomorphic to a quasi-full (2,1,1,1)-subalgebra of C(I,Λ,E∘). Our results generalize and enrich some results of Fountain, Gomes and Gould on weakly E-hedges semigroups and Ehresmann semigroups.

Blood samples are easily obtained from sheep. Therefore, blood analysis can be a convenient method for evaluating reproductive traits in sheep by detecting genetic and metabolic changes in the ovary. By combining 167 RNA sequencing data and 60 untargeted metabolomics data, this study analyzed the relationship between genes and metabolites in the ovary and blood. The conjoint KEGG enrichment analysis enriched glutathione (GSH) metabolic pathways both in the ovary and blood. This finding provides an explanation for possible GSH metabolic processes in the ovary with metabolite exchange in the blood. The metabolite–gene–disease interaction network revealed a correlation between the expression of certain Bardet–Biedl syndrome (BBS) family genes in the ovary and blood. This indicates that BBS family genes, such as BBS10 in sheep blood, could be a potential biomarker for BBS. We investigated the relationship between BBS10 gene expression in the ovary and lambing numbers using whole-genome sequencing data from 450 ewes. Our findings suggest that g.112314188C>G may lead to decreased litter size in ewes carrying the FecB gene. A silver‐catalyzed Minisci‐type reaction is reported here. Alkylation of electron‐deficient N‐heterocycles is achieved in aqueous solution through decarboxylative cross‐coupling of aliphatic acids and N‐heteroarenes in open air without external Brønsted acid. Selectfluor is used as a mild oxidant. Different substituents on heterocycles and acids are tolerated. Primary and secondary alkyl could be introduced efficiently into the heteroarenes. An enhanced customer-user-account (eCUA) model was proposed. Based on the traditional three-household (customer, user, account) model in telecom industry, an enhanced customer-user-account model and its information framework was constructed by means of virtual digital human and decentralized identity technology, combined with the service demand of task-based computing power. With the globally unique identity, eCUA enables the traditional three-household model to have distributed and decentralized sharing capability. eCUA can solve the problem of information inconsistency in multi-account management, multi-source data synchronization, and multi-channel display of same-origin data. It can effectively support the closed-loop management of the whole process of computing power network business, such as computing power subscription, experience, ordering, and transaction operation.
