With the massive data generated by the Human Microbiome Project, how to transform such data into useful information and knowledge remains challenging. Here, with currently available sequencing information (reference genomes and metagenomes), we have developed a comprehensive microarray, HuMiChip2, for strain-level identification and functional characterization of human microbiomes. HuMiChip2 was composed of 29,467 strain-specific probes targeting 2063 microbial strains/species and 133,924 sequence- and group-specific probes targeting 157 key functional gene families involved in various metabolic pathways and host-microbiome interaction processes. Computational evaluation of strain-specific probes suggested that they were not only specific to mock communities of sequenced microorganisms and metagenomes from different human body sites but also to non-sequenced microbial strains. Backgrounds Methods Results Conclusion Liver resection plus lymphadenectomy is essential to ensure precise staging in patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). This study aimed to investigate the influence of the clinical status of lymph nodes on the survival outcomes in ICC patients.Between January 2015 and December 2020, consecutive patients diagnosed with ICC who underwent liver resection plus lymphadenectomy were enrolled. Clinical assessment of lymph node status included positron emission tomography/computed tomography examination by radiologists pre‐operatively, alongside intraoperative abdominal examination by the surgical team. Retrospective collection and analysis of clinical information alongside survival data were performed to assess outcomes.The study included a total of 359 patients, with 291 (81.0%) and 151 (42.1%) displaying clinically and pathologically positive lymph nodes, respectively. The clinical assessment method had a sensitivity of 81.2% and a specificity of 54.3%. Following a median follow‐up period of 32 months, the overall survival (OS) rates at 1, 3, and 5 years were 69.1%, 50.6%, and 41.2%, respectively, while the disease‐free survival (DFS) rates were 60.7%, 42.8%, and 40.1%, respectively, across the cohort. Patients who had clinically positive but pathologically negative lymph nodes recorded the highest median OS (52 months) and median DFS (32 months). Conversely, those who were clinically negative but pathologically positive experienced the lowest median OS (16 months) and median DFS (8 months).The current approach to clinically assessing lymph node status in ICC has a significant rate of false positives. Pine wilt disease, caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, is a major quarantine forest disease that has resulted in massive economic losses as well as ecological disaster. Therefore, it is imperative to study the defence response mechanism of host pine trees to infection by B. xylophilus to understand further the internal causes of pine tree death and to find control strategies. For many years, systematic research has been carried out on the pathophysiological response of pine trees to pine wilt disease. However, due to the complexity of the occurrence and development of pine wilt disease, the specific response mechanisms of different tree species have remained unclear. This paper attempts to provide an overview of the resistance mechanism of host pine trees against B. xylophilus infection through the perspectives of histopathological characteristics, physiological and biochemical responses, and molecular response mechanisms, which provide a theoretical reference for further investigating the disease resistance mechanism of pine trees to pine wilt disease and lay the foundation for the prevention and quarantine of pine wilt disease. Electric braking technology is an important development trend of aircraft braking system, which is one of a key function subsystems to ensure safety of aircraft during taking-off and landing, and is also an important component of more electric aircraft. Comparing with traditional hydraulic braking system, the electric braking system has obvious advantages of simpler system structure, higher reliability, lower cost, etc. The development status of aircraft electric braking system is collected and investigated, and the differences among the various international electric braking technologies at home and abroad are found out through contrastive analysis. According to the test conditions of prototype workpiece, the key technologies of electric braking system are analyzed, which can provide the relevant references to the research and development of our domestic electric braking.

Simple, rapid and sensitive and synchronous fluorescence spectrometry (SFS) were developed for determination the fluoroquinolones of ciprofloxacin (CIP), norfloxacin (NOR) and enrofloxacin (ENR) separately in water solutions and in medicinal preparations. The optimized wavelength intervals between the emission and excitation wavelengths were 170 nm, 160 nm and 170 nm for CIP, NOR and ENR, respectively. The different experimental parameters affecting the synchronous fluorescence intensities of the three fluoroquinolones were carefully studied. Under the optimal conditions, good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.01 to 1.20 mg/L, 0.005 to 0.45 mg/L and 0.005 to 0.60 mg/L for the CIP, NOR and ENR, and with good relative standard deviations below 1.9% (n=9). In addition, the detection limits for CIP, NOR and ENR were 0.17 μg/L, 0.013 μg/L and 0.055 μg/L, respectively. What is more, compared with the conventional fluorescence spectrometry, the SFS could detect lower concentrations of each fluoroquinolone. Moreover, the proposed SFS were validated and successfully applied for the quantitative assay of each fluoroquinolone in medicinal preparations.
