Although approved anti-angiogenic drugs have demonstrated clinical efficacy in treating gynecological cancers, the full potential of therapeutic strategies based on tumor blood vessels has not yet been realized. This review summarizes the latest angiogenesis mechanisms involved in the progression of gynecological cancers and discusses the current clinical practice of approved anti-angiogenic drugs and related clinical trials. Given the close relationship between gynecological cancers and blood vessels, we highlight more delicate strategies for regulating tumor vessels, including wise drug combinations and smart nano-delivery platforms to achieve highly efficient drug delivery and overall vessel microenvironment regulation. We also address current challenges and future opportunities in this field. 67. Polysaccharide Isolated from Agaricus blazeiMurill Alleviates Intestinal Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury through Regulating Gut Microbiota and Mitigating Inflammation in Mice

Abstract

Intestinal ischemia–reperfusion (I/R) injury is a serious disease in medical settings, and gut dysbiosis is a major contributor to its development. Polysaccharides from Agaricus blazeiMurill (ABM) showed a range of pharmacological activities, yet no studies assessed the potential of ABM polysaccharides for alleviating intestinal I/R injury. Here, we purified a major polysaccharide (ABP1) from an ABM fruit body and subsequently tested its potential to mitigate intestinal I/R injury in a mouse model of temporary superior mesenteric artery occlusion. The results reveal that ABP1 pretreatment enhances gut barrier function via upregulation of the expression of tight junction proteins such as ZO-1 and occludin. Additionally, ABP1 intervention reduces the recruitment of neutrophils and the polarization of M1 macrophages and limits inflammation by blocking the assembly of the NLRP3 inflammasome. Moreover, the role of ABP1 in regulating the gut microbiota was confirmed via antibiotic treatment. The omics data reveals that ABP1 reprograms gut microbiota compositions, characterized by a decrease of Proteobacteria and an increase of Lachnospiraceae and Lactobacillaceae, especially the SCFA-producing genera such as Ligilactobacillusand Blautia. Overall, this work highlights the therapeutic potential of ABP1 against intestinal I/R injury, which mainly exhibits its effects via regulating the gut microbiota and suppressing the overactivated inflammation response.

83. The Effects of Liver Function Damage after Thermal Ablation on the Prognosis of HCC Patients and Its Prediction

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the influence of liver function damage in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after microwave ablation (MWA) on the prognosis and to establish an algorithm to predict liver function damage.Methods: This is a retrospective study. A total of 745 patients were enrolled and classified into the modeling group and the validation group. The risk factors of liver function damage were analyzed by using logistic regression model. The β coefficients derived from a logistic analysis were used to calculate the risk score. Diagnostic accuracy based on risk score was assessed by the area under the curve (AUC).Results: 69 patients in the modeling group suffered from liver function damage. The 1-,3-,5- and 7-year progression free survival were 69.4%, 37.2%, 22.6% and 12.4% for patients without liver function damage and 69.5%, 33.0%, 14.4% and 0% for patients with liver function damage, respectively (P = 0.537). The 1-, 3-, 5- and 7-year overall survival were 94.3%, 75.9%, 61.5% and 54.5% for patients without liver function damage and 81.3%, 57.1%, 42.7% and 42.7% for those with liver function damage (P = 0.004), respectively. The AUC of the risk score for predicting liver function damage was 0.798 for the modeling group and 0.832 for the validation group. The sensitivity and specificity of the risk score to identify liver function damage was 65.2%, 84.4% in the modeling group and 60.6%, 88.3% in the validation group, respectively.Conclusion: Liver function damage after MWA is unfavorable the long-term prognosis. The prediction algorithm based on five risk factors is robust and can be used to predict possible liver function damage.

84. Near-infrared optoelectronic synapses based on a Te/α-In2Se3 heterojunction for neuromorphic computing.

Abstract

Neuromorphic computing based on artificial optoelectronic synapses has attracted considerable attention owing to its high time/power efficiency and parallel processing capability. However, existing devices are mainly suitable for only the visible range. Here, high-performance near-infrared optoelectronic memories and synapses were demonstrated using Te/α-In2Se3 heterostructures. Owing to the entangled ferroelectricity-semiconducting properties of α-In2Se3, whose ferroelectric polarizations can be switched by photocarriers that migrated from the Te near-infrared light absorber, the device could be set into a non-volatile high-resistance/low-resistance state through the application of positive gate voltages/near-infrared light pulses. Hence, the device could function as a high-performance photodetector, with a photoresponsive on/off ratio of 5.25 × 104/8.3 × 103 and a specific detectivity of 2.6 × 1011/7.5 × 1010 Jones at 1550/1940 nm. In addition, the device could function as a multi-state optoelectronic synapse with good stability and high linearity; moreover, using the device, we developed an optoelectronic artificial neural network with high recognition accuracies of 100% and 89.9% for a database composed of 64-pixel letters with 10% and 70% noise levels, respectively. 85. Ultrasensitive solar-blind ultraviolet detection and optoelectronic neuromorphic computing using α-In2Se3 phototransistors.

Abstract

Detection of solar-blind ultraviolet (SB-UV) light is important in applications like confidential communication, flame detection, and missile warning system. However, the existing SB-UV photodetectors still show low sensitivities. In this work, we demonstrate the extraordinary SB-UV detection performance of α-In2Se3 phototransistors. Benefiting from the coupled semiconductor and ferroelectricity property, the phototransistor has an ultraweak detectable power of 17.85 fW, an ultrahigh gain of 1.2 × 106, a responsivity of 2.6 × 105 A/W, a detectivity of 1.3 × 1016 Jones and an ultralow noise-equivalent-power of 4.2 × 10−20 W/Hz1/2 for 275 nm light. Its performance exceeds most other UV detectors, even including commercial photomultiplier tubes and avalanche photodiodes. It can be also implemented as an optoelectronic synapse for neuromorphic computing. A 784×300×10 artificial neural network (ANN) based on this optoelectronic synapse is constructed and demonstrated with a high recognition accuracy and good noise-tolerance for the Fashion-MNIST dataset. Abstract

Background: Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) loss is considered a functional cure for chronic hepatitis B (CHB), however, several factors influence HBsAg loss. Methods: 29 CHB patients who had achieved HBsAg loss, were selected and 58 CHB patients with persistent HBsAg were matched, according to gender and age (+/- 3 years). Logistic regression and restricted cubic spline (RCS) modelling were performed. Results: Multivariate-adjusted logistic regression, based on stepwise selection, showed that baseline HBsAg levels negatively correlated with HBsAg loss (odds ratio [OR] = 0.99, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.98-0.99). Interferon treatment positively related with HBsAg loss (OR = 7.99, 95%CI = 1.62-44.88). After adjusting for age, HBsAg level, ALT level, HBeAg status and interferon treatment, MMP-1 (OR = 0.66, 95%CI = 0.44-0.97), CXCL9 (OR = 0.96, 95%CI = 0.93-0.99) and TNF-R1 (OR = 0.97, 95%CI = 0.94-0.99) baseline levels all negatively correlated with HBsAg loss. Our multivariate-adjusted RCS model showed that baseline CXCL10 was associated with HBsAg loss although the relationship was “U-shaped”. Conclusions: Cytokines such as MMP-1, CXCL9, CXCL10 and TNF-R1 are important factors which influence HBsAg loss. It may be possible to develop a nomogram which intercalates these factors; however, further research should consider immune processes involved in HBsAg loss.

Abstract

Rechargeable Li-CO2 battery represents a sustainable technology by virtue of CO2 recyclability and energy storage capability. Unfortunately, the sluggish mass transport and electron transfer in bulky high-crystalline discharge product of Li2CO3, severely hinder its practical capacity and rechargeability. Herein, a heterostructure of isolated metalloid Te atomic cluster anchored on N-doped carbon nanosheets is designed (TeAC@NCNS) as a metal-free cathode for Li-CO2 battery. X-ray absorption spectroscopy analysis demonstrates that the abundant and dispersed Te active centers can be stabilized by C atoms in form of the covalent bond. The fabricated battery shows an unprecedented full-discharge capacity of28.35 mAh cm-2 at 0.05 mA cm-2 and long-term cycle life of up to 1000 h even at a high cut-off capacity of 1 mAh cm-2. A series of ex situ characterizations combined with theoretical calculations demonstrate that the abundant Te atomic clusters acting as active centers can drive the electron redistribution of carbonate via forming Te-O bonds, giving rise to poor-crystalline Li2CO3 film during the discharge process. Moreover, the efficient electron transfer between the Te centers and intermediate species is energetically beneficial for nucleation and accelerates the decomposition of Li2CO3 on the TeAC@NCNS during the discharge/charge process. By selecting the suitable non-water port and the multimodal transport carrier to improve the efficiency of multimodal transport, the purpose of saving the time of logistics is achieved, thus reducing the logistics cost.It branch out through Shandongt, and it can reach the central region of China, can reach the Western remote area ,too. This paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the business process of container multimodal transport. The optimization of freight forwarding business process is analyzed. The multimodal transport model in Shandong was designed. Finally, the optimal approach of multimodal transport in Shandong is put forward.
