To understand the malaria epidemiological characteristics of Shandong Province in 2017, so as to provide the evidences for formulating targeted prevention and control strategy and measures.The data of malaria cases of Shandong Province in 2017 were collected from the Information Management System for Infectious Diseases Report and Information Management System for Parasitic Diseases Control and Prevention. The epidemiological characteristics of malaria situation and the diagnosis and treatment of malaria cases were analyzed.There were 209 malaria cases reported in 2017, all of them were imported cases, and 205 cases (98.09%) were imported from African countries. Among them, 155 cases (74.16%) were falciparum malaria cases. Totally 16 cities had cases reported in 2017, and 154 cases (73.68%) were reported in 6 cities (Yantai, Jining, Weihai, Dezhou, Qingdao, and Tai'an). The malaria cases distributed in 17 cities, and there were 110 cases distributed in 4 cities, namely Yantai, Tai'an, Weihai, and Qingdao, which accounted for 56.41% of the total cases in Shandong Province. Both the median time from onset to seeing a doctor and the median time from seeing a doctor to being diagnosed were one day. Totally 12.92% of the cases went to visit a doctor 7 days later after they had symptoms and 10.53% of the cases were diagnosed 7 days later after the first visit to a doctor.At present, the prevention and control of the imported malaria is the focus of malaria control in Shandong Province. According to the central tendency of the malaria situation, the health education and propaganda among the high risk groups and the training on the diagnosis and treatment among medical workers should be strengthened, so as to prevent the risk of reappearance of local cases in the past malaria endemic regions, and to ensure the goal of malaria elimination been achieved on schedule.[

To explore the association between malaria epidemic situation and some natural and social factors in high-incidence areas of Shandong Province, so as to provide evidences for malaria elimination in these areas.Twenty towns of 10 counties (cities, districts,) in the high incidence areas of malaria in Shandong Province were selected as the study sites, and the residents in the study sites were investigated by questionnaires with one household as a unit, so as to understand the related natural and social factors. In addition, the malaria epidemic data in the study sites from 2006 to 2010 were collected, and the correlation between these factors and the epidemic situation of malaria was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation and multiple stepwise regression.The square root of malaria incidence rate (Malaria incidence is obviously associated with some natural and social factors. The measures such as clearing the breeding place of mosquito, protecting the exposure population at nightfall, as well as using door-window screen and repellents correctly, can effectively control malaria.

A novel anti-windup model predictive control (MPC) method is proposed to deal with the controller output saturation for the nonlinear permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed control system. The nonlinear PMSM speed control system is transformed into the time-varying linear system and the thresholds of system variables are converted to system constraints, furthermore, the linear MPC controller is designed to achieve anti-windup control with the system. At the same time, the oval invariant set is introduced to ensure the stability of the finite horizon MPC control system. With contrast to Anti-Windup PI, The simulation results verify that the MPC has excellent static and dynamic performance and strong robustness.

The article has analyzed the domestic and international present research status and development trend of the electric and hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). Considering actual scientific research, according to the characteristic and environment requirement of all-terrain vehicle (ATV), the principle of elected and designed component parts for powertrain coupling system of ATV, and the demands of performance parameter of power, torque and speed of moving ATV, this article studies on the performance parameter and control strategy of powertrain coupling system of engine, electric motor and the storage battery. The optimization matching, the modeling simulation and the experiment have been carried out. The article proposes a new multipurpose design and development plan on the powertrain coupling system in electric and HEV for ATVs. It introduces a new transmission system based on few- tooth - deference planetary gear powertrain coupling system with biased bent shaft (FPS), which have been applied in powertrain coupling system of the multipurpose light electric and HEV for ATV. The research results show that the proposed FPS meets the performance requirement for entire vehicle (ATV), especially in regard infinitely variable speed. The method and the obtained result provide the basis design theory for the low-speed vehicles (that is, agricultural vehicles) and multipurpose light electric and HEVs. The technology has been applied to ATVs in Ningbo Saiting Electric Bicycle Science & Technology CO., LTD, and is applying for nation invention patent.

In the paper, a full-vehicle steering model is built based on the active suspension dynamics in steering system. In order to improve riding comfort and driving stability, the optimal full vehicle control technology is studied both in time-and frequency-domain. Considering the yaw, roll, pitch, vertical vibration of vehicle body and the deflection of suspension, a norm evaluation index Hinfin is defined. According to the human sensitivity frequency ranges for vibration, a proper frequency-domain weighted function is introduced. The Hinfin optimal controller is designed and realized by TMS320F206 DSP. The simulation and experimental results show that this method can effectively reduce the vibrations of the vehicle body caused by steering and the road roughness. In the human sensitive frequency ranges, the amplitudes of vertical and rotational vibrations are considerably decreased. Also, the suspension deflections are restrained.
