Background: The innovativeness of founders and their heirs and family businesses (FBs) is a relatively unexplored field of research, and its understanding is incomplete and inconsistent.

Ovarian and fallopian tube cancer, i.e., adnexal tumours, and primary peritoneal cancer is the sixth most common female cancer and the deadliest gynecologic tumor in Croatia. Hystologically, these tumors are most commonly of epithelial origin, a serous subtype. Less common are various non-epithelial ovarian malignancies, as well as ovarian metastases. A special group consists of epithelial carcinomas of low malignant potential characterized by non-invasiveness, clinically indolent course, and good prognosis. Clinically, these cancers are generally asymptomatic in early stages, and therefore usually diagnosed in later, advanced stages. The diagnosis is confirmed by pathological examination, or exceptionally by cell block cytology finding after the completion of diagnostic procedures. Multidisciplinary team makes treatment and follow-up decisions, taking into account patients’ (age, general condition, and comorbidities) and tumor characteristics (stage of disease, histological type and grade, homologous recombination status or BRCA gene 1 and 2 status, as well as the response and toxicity to previous treatment in case of relapse). The treatment of primary ovarian, fallopian tube, and peritoneal cancer is based on surgical procedures, systemic administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and hormone therapy, as well as symptomatic-supportive measures throughout the whole treatment. Treatment approach differs in less frequent non-epithelial histological types of these tumors because they are commonly diagnosed in early stages of the disease, have a more indolent course, different disease biology and sensitivity to systemic treatment. The following text presents the updated and supplemented clinical guidelines in order to standardize procedures and criteria for diagnosis, management, treatment and monitoring of patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer in Croatia. The first edition of the guidelines for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients with ovarian cancer was published in 2013.1

Introduction: The study aimed to determine satisfaction level with the quality of education among dental students and dentists in Croatia based on the acquired knowledge and clinical and soft skills. Materials and Methods: An online cross‐sectional survey was conducted among 533 dentists and dental students. The questionnaire consisted of four sections with closed‐ended questions. The first section included personal and professional data, whereas the second to fourth sections assessed satisfaction with learned basic dental, professional technical or clinal and interpersonal social or soft skills on a 5‐point Likert scale. The data were analysed using the Mann–Whitney U‐test and linear regression analysis. The significance level was set at.05. Results: When comparing satisfaction scores between dentists and dental students in terms of basic dental knowledge and skills learned, students showed higher satisfaction scores for the categories of "Emergency Medical Situations" (p =.005) and "Ergonomic Principles of Work" (p =.004). Dentists, on the other hand, showed higher satisfaction for the categories "Selection and use of local anaesthetics and local antibiotics" (p =.005, p =.026; respectively). For the type of technical skills from the different areas of dentistry, dentists were most satisfied with "Oral Surgery" (4.26 ± 0.85), while students were most satisfied with "Oral Medicine" (4.29 ± 0.89). Finally, when comparing satisfaction scores with social skills, dentists had lower satisfaction scores in all categories studied (p ≤.05). Conclusion: Dental students showed higher overall satisfaction than dentists. The most significant satisfaction was expressed in technical skills learned, and the most considerable dissatisfaction was recorded in the unmeasurable skills category focused on "Career management". This article investigates the impact of the coronavirus pandemic COVID-19 on marketing within cultural institutions, specifically in the field of digital marketing. The aim is to examine how the pandemic has affected digital strategies, marketing communication, and the performance itself - the presentation of cultural programs. The primary research was conducted in Croatia, using the method of semi-structured in-depth interviews with managers in two cultural institutions in Zadar and Dubrovnik at the end of 2020. A qualitative descriptive analysis was performed to answer the question of how cultural institutions have adapted to the crisis, especially when it comes to the marketing and the performance of cultural programs. The results show a certain degree of flexibility in adapting to the new conditions, in a way that marketing communication after the crisis turned more strongly towards digital media and was followed by adjustments to the cultural programs and their performance, as well as the budget for cultural activities. The marketing digital communication played a key role in this, which proves that cultural management in the era of the pandemic adopted the so-called digital-first paradigm, modeled on the for-profit companies. The authors conclude that culture, as a social need and necessity, will continue its activity after the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, but that it will also function in new and creative ways.

Abstract Bacteria are an active and diverse component of pelagic communities. The identification of main factors governing microbial diversity and spatial distribution requires advanced mathematical analyses. Here, the bacterial community composition was analysed, along with a depth profile, in the open Adriatic Sea using amplicon sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA and the Neural gas algorithm. The performed analysis classified the sample into four best matching units representing heterogenic patterns of the bacterial community composition. The observed parameters were more differentiated by depth than by area, with temperature and identified salinity as important environmental variables. The highest diversity was observed at the deep chlorophyll maximum, while bacterial abundance and production peaked in the upper layers. The most of the identified genera belonged to Proteobacteria, with uncultured AEGEAN-169 and SAR116 lineages being dominant Alphaproteobacteria, and OM60 (NOR5) and SAR86 being dominant Gammaproteobacteria. Marine Synechococcus and Cyanobium-related species were predominant in the shallow layer, while Prochlorococcus MIT 9313 formed a higher portion below 50 m depth. Bacteroidota were represented mostly by uncultured lineages (NS4, NS5 and NS9 marine lineages). In contrast, Actinobacteriota were dominated by a candidatus genus Ca. Actinomarina. A large contribution of Nitrospinae was evident at the deepest investigated layer. Our results document that neural network analysis of environmental data may provide a novel insight into factors affecting picoplankton in the open sea environment.

Aim: To determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the overall practice of the histopathological and cytological laboratory at the University Hospital Centre Rijeka, and on the diagnosis of the most common cancers. Methods: The numbers of histopathological and cytological reports, newly diagnosed cancers of breast, lung, colon, endometrium, and prostate, molecular tests for EGFR mutations and HPV were extracted. Two periods, from March 1 to September 30 in 2019 and 2020 were analysed and compared, as the periods before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, which can be diagnosed early through screening, early detection and through education. When diagnosed early, it can be successfully treated. Treatment modalities include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrine therapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and supportive therapy applied depending on the stage of the disease, tumor and patient´s characteristics. Treatment should be defined by a multidisciplinary team. Due to the incidence of this disease, opportunity of early detection and possible significant influence of various treatment modalities on the course of the disease, it is important to define and implement a standardized approach for diagnosis , treatment and monitoring algorithm. The following text presents the clinical guidelines in order to standardize the procedures and criteria for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of breast cancer patients in the Republic of Croatia.

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the medical field has been forced to apply the basic knowledge of immunology with the most up-to-date SARS-CoV-2 findings and translate it to the population of the whole world in record time. Following the infection with the viral antigen, adaptive immune responses are activated mainly by viral particle encounters with the antigen-presenting cells or B cell receptors, which induce further biological interactions to defend the host against the virus. After the infection has been warded off, the immunological memory is developed. The SARS-CoV cellular immunity has been shown to persist even 17 years after the infection, despite the undetectable humoral component. Similar has been demonstrated for the SARS-CoV-2 T cell memory in a shorter period by assessing interferon-gamma levels when heparinized blood is stimulated with the virus-specific peptides. T cells also play an irreplaceable part in a humoral immune reaction as the backbone of a cellular immune response. They both provide the signals for B cell activation and the maturation, competence, and memory of the humoral response. B cell production of IgA was shown to be of significant influence in mediating mucosal immunity as the first part of the defense mechanism and in the development of nasal vaccines. Here, we interpret the recent SARS-CoV-2 available research, which encompasses the significance and the current understanding of adaptive immune activity, and compare it among naive, exposed, and vaccinated blood donors. Our recent data showed that those who recovered from COVID-19 and those who are vaccinated with EMA-approved vaccines had a long-lasting cellular immunity. Additionally, we analyze the humoral responses in immunocompromised patients and memory mediated by cellular immunity and the impact of clonality in the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic regarding breakthrough infections and variants of concern, both B.1.617.2 (Delta) and B.1.1.529 (Omicron) variants.

The study describes recent decadal changes (2008–2017) in the landing biomass, fishing effort and CPUE (kg/day) data of European lobster Homarus gammarus in the eastern Adriatic Sea region, and relates these changes to increases of sea bottom temperatures detected at long-term in situ stations and modelled by an ocean numerical model (ROMS, Regional Ocean Modelling System). Modelling results were further used to quantify spatial and temporal differences of bottom temperature changes over different fishing zones. Trends of sea bottom temperature were positive and statistically significant between stations. Temporal trends of landing, effort and CPUE were also positive and significant for the northern Adriatic. Correlation analysis was used to test the relationship between winter and spring sea bottom temperatures and CPUE data of H. gammarus, separately for the northern and central Adriatic Sea, resulting in statistically significant correlations for both areas. Whether the increased CPUE in the northern Adriatic is due to increased abundance or catchability is discussed. The observed temperature changes likely reflect climate system changes recognised at the regional level and as such, lobster management measures will need to be revised and updated in the future.

People with metastatic breast cancer face many challenges and disparities in obtaining optimal cancer care. These challenges are accentuated in underserved patient populations across Europe, who are less likely to receive quality healthcare for reasons including socioeconomic inequalities, educational or cultural status, or geographic location. While there are many local and national initiatives targeted to address these challenges, there remains a need to reduce disparities and improve access to healthcare to improve outcomes, with a focus on multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement.In October 2019, a range of experts in metastatic breast cancer, including healthcare professionals, patient representatives, policymakers and politicians, met to discuss and prioritize the critical needs of underserved patient populations with metastatic breast cancer in Europe. Six key challenges faced by these communities were identified: the need for amplification of the metastatic breast cancer patient voice, better and wider implementation of high-quality guidelines for metastatic breast cancer, more collaboration between stakeholders, tailored support for patients from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, improved data sharing, and work-related issues. The Expert Panel then conceived and discussed potential actionable goals to address each key challenge. Their conclusions present a set of interrelated approaches to address the different challenges and could serve as the basis for concerted improvement of the lives of patients with metastatic breast cancer in Europe.

Advance in the visualization of the bathymetric and geological data from charted to digital maps and models opened the possibility to analyse data within Geographic Information System (GIS) functionalities. In this paper, bathymetric and geological properties of the Adriatic Sea were analysed using the General Bathymetric Chart of the Ocean (GEBCO) 2020 digital bathymetric model (DBM) and data from the European Marine Observation and Data Network (EMODnet). The bathymetric analysis includes depth statistics, area and volume calculation, hypsometry, and analysis of the heterogeneity of bathymetric data from the GEBCO 2020 DBM within the limits of the Adriatic defined by the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) and 3 sub-basins delineated according to the bathymetry. The geological analysis includes seabed substrate map from EMODnet data and kilometre-scale seabed variability in the Adriatic. The GEBCO 2020 DBM shows that the Adriatic Sea is a shallow sea with a mean depth of -253 metres and over 50% of area shallower than 100 metres. The area of the Adriatic Sea is 138 516 km2 with a total volume of 35 521 km3. Patterns describing morphological variability coincide with the heterogeneity of the underlying source data of the GEBCO 2020 digital bathymetry model and major structures in the Adriatic Sea.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an aggressive blood cancer. With low survival rates, new drug targets are needed to improve treatment regimens and patient outcomes. Pseudolaric acid B (PAB) is a plant-derived bioactive compound predicted to interact with cluster of differentiation 147 (CD147/BSG). CD147 is a transmembrane glycoprotein overexpressed in various malignancies with suggested roles in regulating cancer cell survival, proliferation, invasion, and apoptosis. However, the detailed function of PAB in AML remains unknown. In this study, AML cell lines and patient-derived cells were used to show that PAB selectively targeted AML (IC50: 1.59 ± 0.47 µM). Moreover, proliferation assays, flow cytometry, and immunoblotting confirmed that PAB targeting of CD147 resulted in AML cell apoptosis. Indeed, the genetic silencing of CD147 significantly suppressed AML cell growth and attenuated PAB activity. Overall, PAB imparts anti-AML activity through transmembrane glycoprotein CD147. Background/Objectives: The interplay between thyroid function and kidney graft function following kidney transplantation remains incompletely understood. Thyroid disorders are more prevalent in kidney transplant recipients than in the general population and are associated with poorer outcomes. Methods: This prospective, single-center study was designed to estimate thyroid function (thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), triiodothyronine (T3), free triiodothyronine (FT3), thyroxine (T4), free thyroxine (FT4), as well as anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody (anti-TPO), anti-thyroglobulin antibody (anti-Tg), and thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulin (TSI)) and its influence on kidney graft function among a cohort of 23 kidney transplant recipients during a follow-up period of 12 months. Results: Significantly increased levels of T4 and T3 were observed 12 months post-transplantation, with FT3 levels increasing significantly after 6 months. The prevalence of immeasurably low anti-Tg antibodies rose during follow-up. Initially, 8% of patients showed positive TSI, which turned negative for all after 6 months. A statistically significant correlation was found between the initial TSH and the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) value 6 months after transplantation (p = 0.023). The graft function was stable. Proteinuria was statistically significantly lower 12 months after transplantation. Conclusions: Identifying additional risk factors, understanding their impact on kidney graft function, and recognizing cardiovascular comorbidities could enhance patient care. Notably, this study marks the first prospective investigation into thyroid function after kidney transplantation in Croatia, contributing valuable insights to the global understanding of this complex interplay. Background: To investigate association between optic disc parameters analyzed by optical coherence tomography (OCT) and occurrence of peripheral retinal tears in patients with symptomatic posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). Methods: This cross-sectional study enrolled 75 patients with symptoms of acute PVD, who were allocated into two groups based on whether a peripheral retinal tear occurred or not. Results: When comparing the average retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness (μm) between retinal tear and control groups, it was shown that patients with a retinal tear have a significantly higher (87.18 [95% confidence interval (CI), 84.47 to 89.9] vs 81.14 [95% CI, 77.81 to 84.46], P = 0.005) average RNFL thickness. Furthermore, we observed a significant difference (0.13, 0.06 to 0.22 vs 0.07, 0.04 to 0.1, P = 0.036, Mann–Whitney U-test) in the size of cup volume (mm3) between the tear and control groups, respectively. Linear regression showed a significant decrease (P = 0.029) in average RNFL thickness with increasing age, but without a significant difference between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference between the tear and control groups in terms of rim area, disc area, and average cup-to-disc ratio. Conclusion: Patients with a higher average RNFL thickness and larger cup volume measured by OCT were more prone to develop a peripheral retinal tear. Increased peripapillary average RNFL thickness due to trauma and subsequent inflammation, possibly related to the more adherent posterior hyaloid membrane to the retina, may also indicate strengthened adhesions in the areas of the peripheral retina where retinal tears occur. OCT analysis of the optic nerve head may be used in everyday clinical practice as a predictor of the development of peripheral retinal tears in patients with symptomatic PVD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Recent evidence brought by novel anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) antibody-drug conjugates is leading to significant changes in HER2-negative breast cancer (BC) best practices. A new targetable category termed 'HER2-low' has been identified in tumors previously classified as 'HER2-negative'. Daily practice in pathology and medical oncology is expected to align to current recommendations, but patient access to novel anticancer drugs across geographies might be impeded due to local challenges. An expert meeting involving ten regional pathology and oncology opinion leaders experienced in BC management in four Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia) was held. Herein we summarized the current situation of HER2-low metastatic BC (mBC), local challenges, and action plans to prevent delays in patient access to testing and treatment based on expert opinion. Gaps and differences at multiple levels were identified across the four countries. These included variability in the local HER2-low epidemiology data, certification of pathology laboratories and quality control, and reimbursement conditions of testing and anticancer drugs for HER2-negative mBC. While clinical decisions were aligned to international guidelines in use, optimal access to testing and innovative treatment was restricted due to significant delays in reimbursement or limitative reimbursement conditions. Preventing delays in HER2-low mBC patient access to diagnosis and novel treatments is crucial to optimize outcomes. Multidisciplinary joint efforts and pro-active discussions between clinicians and decision makers are needed to improve care of HER2-low mBC patients in CEE countries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introduction: Preparing host-society children for contact with refugees coming into their classes poses a new and important challenge for countries with little prior experience in integration. Imagined contact is a prejudice-reduction intervention that can be particularly useful in this context. However, its longterm effects and potential age-related variations in its efficacy among primary school children remain understudied. Methods: This study investigated the short-term and long-term effects of an imagined contact school intervention on the change in attitudes and contact intentions of 1,544 children aged 7–15. Of these, 827 participated in a foursession-long intervention delivered by their teachers within their regular classes, while 717 served as a comparison group. Short-term effects were assessed approximately one week after the last intervention session, with long-term effects evaluated around two and a half months later. Results: Our findings indicate that the imagined contact intervention instigates positive changes in intergroup attitudes and contact intentions in both the short term and long term, but only for the children in the lower grades of primary school. Discussion: While the durability of these effects among younger participants holds promise for future use of imagined contact in schools, we also scrutinize potential developmental and methodological explanations of the absence of expected intervention effects among older children. Theories of positive youth development look at young people through their strengths and potentials. They state that these potentials will be maximally utilized if there is a supportive and stimulating environment. Given that young people spend a large part of their time in schools, the school environment is important for positive development. The aim of this research was to effect of school climate and academic buoyancy on the well-being and school success of high school students. The research was conducted on 3102 second-grade high school students from eight Croatian cities. The following instruments were used in the research: Croatian School Climate Questionnaire for Students (HUŠK-U), Academic Buoyancy Scale (ABS), Warwick-Edinburgh mental well-being scale (WEMWBS), and assessment of school success at the end of the last school year. The questionnaires were administered in an online version via the SurveyMonkey platform. Path analysis was used in data processing. First, the fit of the data to the proposed model was checked, and it was confirmed that the data fit the model. The results showed that the school climate has a significant positive effect on: academic buoyancy, wellbeing, and school success. Academic buoyancy has a significant positive effect on well-being, and a significant (although quite low) negative effect on school success. Academic buoyancy proved to be a significant mediator in the relationship between school climate and well-being and school climate and school success. The results indicate the importance of the school and the school environment in achieving positive outcomes for high school students. Also, it is important for the well-being of adolescents that they are not under a lot of stress due to tests and grades. What is problematic (although it is a small effect) is the finding that those who are under more stress about tests and grades achieve better school success. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Breath-hold diving is explained as an activity that requires enduring muscle asphyxia and acidosis, high anaerobic capacity, and the tactic of the dive. Therefore, this study aimed to construct and validate tests that will mimic anaerobic processes in the specific media of freedivers. The sample of participants included 34 Croatian freedivers (average age: 26.85 ± 4.0 years, competitive age: 3.82 ± 1.92 years, their body height: 180.14 ± 8.93 cm, and their body mass: 76.82 ± 12.41 kg). The sample of variables consists of anthropometric indices, competitive efficiency (maximal length of a dive (DYN)), and specific anaerobic capacities (100 m and 2 min tests). Newly developed tests included the swimming anaerobic sprint test (SAST) and diving anaerobic sprint test (DAST). DAST and SAST variables included the total time of the test (DAST/SAST) and the fastest interval (DASTmax/SASTmax). The results showed good reliability of the tests with high Cronbach alpha coefficients (DAST: 0.98, DASTmax: 0.97, SAST: 0.99, SASTmax: 0.91). Furthermore, pragmatic validity shows a high correlation among all variables and DAST (DYN: −0.70, 100 m: 0.66, 2 min: −0.68). High relation is also found between 100 m (0.96), 2 min (−0.94), and a moderate result for DYN (−0.43) and the SAST test. A factor analysis extracted one significant factor. The factor analysis involved DAST, SAST, DYN, 100 m, and 2 min tests regarding factor 1. After the examination of all variables, the total time of the DAST test showed the best predictive values for the performance of divers. However, both tests could be used for diagnostics and the evaluation of specific condition abilities in freediving. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study tested generality in the settlement and recruitment patterns of juvenile fish in the coastal Mediterranean as driven by interannual environmental differences. A multivariate analysis of juvenile fish community data, sampled over three consecutive years, was conducted to elucidate the interannual changes of new settlers’ occurrence and abundance in different nurseries along the eastern Adriatic coast. Sites were assigned to four groups of nurseries based on water type (marine or transitional) and geographical position (north or south). Statistically significant interannual differences were found in temperature but not in salinity. In general, species occurrence significantly fluctuated between years and seasons. The highest total abundance of juveniles was observed in the significantly warmer year 2018 within all study groups. Defined groups expressed significant annual differences in species richness and abundance related to variations in water temperature and salinity as environmental factors for the same consecutive years. Nurseries within transitional waters in the north are more prone to interannual water temperature changes. The associated community composition differed most from those recorded in southern marine waters, where groups were mostly defined by salinity influence and were least sensitive to interannual temperature fluctuations. The cold and rainy spring in 2019 caused late settlement and longer retention of specific economically and ecologically important fish species in the nurseries. The results suggested that settlers’ delay or retention due to negative temperature deviation in the spawning period were linked to the nurseries located in the northern transitional waters that are under a stronger coastal influence. These delays can have ecological consequences on population dynamics and on inter- and intraspecific relationships within specific nursery communities.

The mechanisms responsible for the development of various structural and functional features of the microbial food web (MFW) and their dynamics at spatial and temporal scales, which are important for predicting their responses to future environmental changes, are largely unknown. More than 3000 datasets of environmental and microbial variables collected over a decade on a seasonal and large spatial scale in the Adriatic Sea were analyzed. The sets of environmental variables were classified into four clusters (representing different environmental states) using Neural Gas analysis and the differences in MFW structure between the clusters were analyzed. Different variants of MFW evolve in the different clusters in terms of the abundance of MFW components, their ratios, growth and grazing rates, predator preference in prey selection, the strength of predator-prey interaction, and the relative importance of top-down and bottom-up control. However, these clusters are neither spatially nor temporally fixed; rather, the area studied represents a mosaic of different environmental conditions that alternate from one state to another on a time scale. In each of the environmental states, a distinct structure of MFW develops that shows consistent and repeatable changes that strictly follow the switching in environmental conditions from one state to another.

Depression is a major public health issue and the literature has consistently showed that the rates of depression increase dramatically during youth transition to adulthood, and gender differences merge in this period. Positive youth development (PYD) framework is focused on strengths that make young people more resistant to negative outcomes, like depression, and more capable to choose a positive life direction. The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between the 5Cs of PYD and depression in Croatia and Spain, as well as to analyze gender differences. This research was conducted within the PYD Cross-National Project. High school and university students from Eastern Croatia and Southern Spain participated in the study (Mage = 19.37, SD = 2.11; 62.3% female). There were 584 students from Croatia and 768 students from Spain, who filled in self-reports of PYD and depression (i.e., PYD-SF and PHQ-9, respectively). Results showed that male participants presented more Competence and Confidence, while female participants reported more Connection, Caring, Character, overall PYD, but also more depressive symptoms. Furthermore, Confidence and Connection were negative correlates of depressive symptoms, with neither Spain nor Croatia showing remarkable gender differences. These results may have some implications concerning the promotion of the 5Cs of PYD as a recommendable approach to promote youth mental health in Croatia and Spain from a gender perspective. Youth mental health services and initiatives that engage the partnership of youth contexts, such as the family, schools and neighborhoods, should not only address risk factors for mental health problems, but also protecting factors as the 5Cs, thus providing a more inclusive and sustainable support for youth well-being.

Este artículo analiza el impacto que tienen el endeudamiento externo y las crisis económicas, en la vida de las mujeres en Argentina; evaluando cómo estas situaciones se despliegan en contextos de desigualdades múltiples. Se estudia la evolución del concepto de igualdad de género en el contexto internacional, la inclusión de dicha variable en la órbita del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), y las recomendaciones de género incluidas en el acuerdo con Argentina; haciendo hincapié en las carencias que presenta dicho acuerdo. Finalmente se plantea la necesidad de generar investigaciones feministas e interseccionales en el ámbito de la economía en Argentina, concluyendo que es necesaria la presencia de políticas públicas con una perspectiva de género que evite análisis homogeneizantes, propicie nuevos modelos de desarrollo económicos y ayude a desarmar de base las desigualdades y brechas de género.
