El enfoque de este estudio consiste en analizar y evaluar el comportamiento de edificios industriales bajo cargas, viento y nieve, considerando los efectos de agujeros y huecos en la estructura. Comprender las respuestas estructurales a diferentes condiciones ambientales y configuraciones de edificios es fundamental para garantizar la seguridad y la eficiencia operativa en áreas como la logística, la fabricación y el almacenamiento. Este proyecto se encarga de evaluar el impacto de dichos huecos en las fachadas de naves industriales y, en función de su ubicación, forma y tamaño, estudiar su integridad estructural y su resistencia a las cargas aplicadas. La herramienta de Robot Structural Analysis aplica una metodología rigurosa que incluye el proceso de modelación de naves industriales, la aplicación de cargas estáticas y dinámicas y la simulación de cargas de viento y nieve. Los resultados obtenidos brindan una visión integral del comportamiento de los edificios industriales y resaltan la importancia de considerar las lagunas en su diseño y construcción. Estos conocimientos contribuirán al desarrollo de mejores prácticas y directrices para optimizar la seguridad, la eficiencia y la adaptabilidad de los edificios industriales a diferentes condiciones climáticas y requisitos funcionales. En resumen, este estudio tiene como objetivo comprender los efectos de los vacíos en los edificios industriales y proporcionar información valiosa para la toma de decisiones y la optimización del diseño en ingeniería industrial., The focus of this study is to analyze and evaluate the behavior of industrial buildings under loads, wind and snow, considering the effects of holes and voids in the structure. Understanding structural responses to different environmental conditions and building configurations is critical to ensure safety and operational efficiency in areas such as logistics, manufacturing and warehousing. This project is tasked with assessing the impact of such voids on the facades of industrial buildings and, based on their location, shape and size, studying their structural integrity and resistance to applied loads. The program Robot Structural Analysis from Autodesk tool applies a rigorous methodology that includes the modeling process of industrial buildings, the application of static and dynamic loads and the simulation of wind and snow loads. The results obtained provide a comprehensive view of the behavior of industrial buildings and highlight the importance of considering gaps in their design and construction. This knowledge will contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines to optimize the safety, efficiency and adaptability of industrial buildings to different climatic conditions and functional requirements. The direct synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) on bifunctional catalysts is highly attractive for valorizing CO2 and syngas derived from biomass gasification and is a key process to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. DME economy (conventionally based on its use as fuel) arouses growing interest, in parallel with the development of different routes for its conversion into hydrocarbons (fuels and chemicals) and H-2 production. This review, after analyzing different routes and catalytic processes for the valorization of CO2, focuses on studies regarding the thermodynamics of the direct synthesis of DME and the advances in the development of new catalysts. Compared to the synthesis of methanol and the synthesis of DME in two stages, carrying out the reactions of methanol synthesis and its dehydration to DME in the same reactor favors the formation of DME from CO2 and from CO2 co-fed with syngas. Starting from the experience for syngas feedstocks, numerous catalysts have been studied. The first catalysts were physical mixtures or composites prepared by extrusion of methanol synthesis catalysts (CuO-ZnO with different carriers and promoters) and dehydration catalysts (mainly gamma-Al2O3 and HZSM-5 zeolite). The performance of the catalysts has been progressively improved with different modifications of the composition and properties of the components to upturn the activity (lower for the hydrogenation of CO2 than for CO) and selectivity, and to minimize the deactivation by coke and by sintering of the metallic function. The core-shell configuration of the bifunctional catalyst allows physically separating the environments of the reactions of methanol synthesis and its conversion into DME. The confinement facilitates the extent of both reactions and improves the stability of the catalyst, since the synergies of the deactivation mechanisms are eliminated.

We aim to describe the incidence and source of contagion of COVID-19 in patients with IBD, as well as the risk factors for a severe course and long-term sequelae. This is a prospective observational study of IBD and COVID-19 included in the ENEIDA registry (53,682 from 73 centres) between March-July 2020 followed-up for 12 months. Results were compared with data of the general population (National Centre of Epidemiology and Catalonia). A total of 482 patients with COVID-19 were identified. Twenty-eight percent were infected in the work environment, and 48% were infected by intrafamilial transmission, despite having good adherence to lockdown. Thirty-five percent required hospitalization, 7.9% had severe COVID-19 and 3.7% died. Similar data were reported in the general population (hospitalisation 19.5%, ICU 2.1% and mortality 4.6%). Factors related to death and severe COVID-19 were being aged ≥ 60 years (OR 7.1, 95% CI: 1.8-27 and 4.5, 95% CI: 1.3-15.9), while having ≥2 comorbidities increased mortality (OR 3.9, 95% CI: 1.3-11.6). None of the drugs for IBD were related to severe COVID-19. Immunosuppression was definitively stopped in 1% of patients at 12 months. The prognosis of COVID-19 in IBD, even in immunosuppressed patients, is similar to that in the general population. Thus, there is no need for more strict protection measures in IBD.

RÉSUMÉ: L'objectif de ce projet a été de développer une méthode de détection des anomalies dans les séries temporelles, applicable à la surveillance des véhicules routiers. La détection de comportements anormaux dans la conduite des véhicules permet d'anticiper les problèmes mécaniques, les mauvaises pratiques et d'améliorer les performances des véhicules. Pour le présent projet, nous avons collaboré avec une entreprise montréalaise visant l'électrification partielle des camions. Les séries temporelles associées aux véhicules proviennent de la surveillance effectuée par leurs capteurs tout au long du processus de conduite. Ces informations sont stockées sous la forme de séries chronologiques multivariées. La détection d'anomalies dans ces véhicules se heurte notamment à la présence de séries chronologiques multivariées, à la subjectivité de la définition de l'anomalie et au manque d'ensembles de données étiquetées. Les techniques étudiées dans la littérature ont été classées en méthodes probabilistes, basées sur la distance, basées sur un modèle, basées sur la fréquence et basées sur la théorie de l'information. À partir de ces approches, une méthodologie itérative a été développée. Elle se compose de cinq étapes, brièvement décrites ci-dessous : La première étape est appelée prétraitement. Ici, il faut s'assurer que les données d'entrée sont dans un format approprié. Certaines opérations de filtrage ou de normalisation sont effectuées à ce stade. La deuxième étape vise à extraire des sous-séquences de la série temporelle. Ces sous-séquences sont obtenues en recherchant les changements dans la dynamique de la série multivariée. Dans la troisième étape, un score d'anomalie est calculé pour chaque sous-séquence et un seuil d'anomalie est défini. À l'issue de la troisième étape, un lot de sous-séquences extraites de la série originale est défini comme des anomalies candidates.
