Актуальность исследования данной проблемы обусловлена вызовами предъявляемыми обучающимся сложившейся современной образовательной средой, где социальная ответственность является надпрофессиональной компетенцией, отвечающей за активную социальную жизнь студентов не только в период обучения в вузе, но и после его окончания. В данной статье рассматриваются различные подходы отечественных и зарубежных ученых к понятию «социальная ответственность», выделены основные движущие силы развития социальной ответственности среди студентов.

Modern society needs thoroughly developed individuals ready to enrich material and spiritual culture of community. Therefore, the creation of favorable conditions for maximal revealing and development of learner���s abilities, growth of one���s individuality and prospects for self-realization is increasingly becoming of great importance. It is memory that plays the leading role in this process. Memory is a very complex process that includes getting, keeping and repetitive using of information. Memory lies at the heart of human abilities and it preconditions learning, acquiring of knowledge, formation of skills and abilities. Development of visual memory is one of the most actual problems considering the fact that the students at school are given a great amount of new information and not much attention is paid to the development of ability to memorize information. Organizing purposeful work on memory development is a crucial task. The basic task of memory development is the development of school children���s visual memory. It considerably helps to increase education quality to fulfill the main tasks of education. In this regard there is a need to look for effective means for visual memory development. The purpose of this study is to reveal effectiveness of online simulators in the process of primary school children���s visual memory development. The problem of students' psychological and pedagogical orientation towards the development of discussion culture in digital education is caused by the challenges presented by digitalization of the educational system. Theoretical and methodological research features the problems of students' psychological and pedagogical orientation towards the discussion culture in digital education. They are reflected in features of applied methods such as modeling, questioning, testing, observation, psychological and pedagogical experiment, extrapolation, expert methods.The research is guided by the theoretical framework revealing the content of discussion culture, its concept, essence, structural and functional composition. Discussion culture is considered an integral characteristic of personal and professional qualities of students. Communicative competency is the basis for the development of discussion culture. The most important conditions of students' psychological and pedagogical orientation towards self-development of discussion culture in digital education are involvement of students in discussion situations, activation of 'self-processes' (self-knowledge, self-determination, self-improvement, self-realization, self-evaluation), active use of heuristics methods and prescriptions, application of equal criteria related to the discussion culture. Indicators of the discussion culture are communicative and discussion competencies, logic, heuristics, critical thinking, technological thinking, manifestation of positive ethical and aesthetic qualities during discussions and disputes, the desire for the development of personal and professional qualities.The study theoretically substantiates and integrates psychological and pedagogical conditions that focus on the development of the discussion culture among students in the context of digital education. The article defines the forms, methods and means of students' orientation towards the development of the discussion culture.

Ключевым поводом нашей статьи явился юбилей – 150 летие со дня рождения академика и востоковеда В. В. Бартольда, отмечаемый в России в 2019 г. В фондах Института рукописи Национальной библиотеки Украины имени В.И. Вернадского сохранилось 10 писем В.В. Бартольда (1869–1930), адресованных А.Е. Крымскому (1871–1942), а в фондах Санкт-Петербургского архива Российской академии наук – 7 ответных писем А.Е. Крымского. Дошедшая до нас переписка охватывает двадцатилетний период – с 1908 по 1928 г. Основное внимание уделено их эпистолярному наследию 1920 гг. Эпистолярное наследие А.Е. Крымского и В. В. Бартольда имеет огромное историко-научное и культурное значение в истории российского и украинского, а также европейского востоковедения.

The modern scientific, technical and social progress requires constant renewal and even creating a qualitatively new system of higher professional education. New forms of learning can be implemented through the provision of distance educational services through the modern technologies and the Internet. This is the way to raise the educational level of the population; to raise professional qualifications and to retrain specialists in various fields of knowledge. The paper presents the detailed analysis of researchers’ reviews and special organizations’ reports committed during 2000 – 2012 published in the United States, Europe and Asia. Research has shown that the experience of foreign distance education has a great application future in terms of the quality of modern vocational education in Russia development and improvement.

The article presents the main stages and directions of East education and science establishment and development in Kazan during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. They showed the role of the Kazan Gymnasium in the environment development for the training of experts in Eastern languages and their relevance in the academic environment of Russia during the 18th - 19th centuries. An important reason for the authority of the Kazan school on Oriental studies was the attention to the classical component and the priority of Oriental language practical study. The activities of the First Kazan Men's Gymnasium, opened in 1758, became the most important for the training of oriental personnel for the needs of the Ministry of Education, the Asian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other Russian educational and scientific centers of the empire. The origins of Russian oriental studies were represented by the educational programs of the First Kazan Gymnasium associated with the Eastern languages, which became the basis for the research and humanistic traditions of Russian Oriental studies., peer-reviewed

The relevance of the problem under study is conditioned by the coverage of Russian Mongolian studies, including Buddhism study phenomenon formation and development during the late 18th - early 19th centuries. The article is aimed at the study of Mongolian and Buddhism study origins at the St. Petersburg Academy and Kazan Imperial University, the fate of orientalists, the main stages in the formation and the development of educational and scientific disciplines and trends devoted to the history and culture of Mongolian-speaking peoples. The leading methods of this problem study are the basic principles of modern historical science - historicism, problem-chronological, structural-functional, retrospective, anthropological method, etc. The main results of the article include a variety of materials devoted to the historical and scientific study of Russian Mongolian study formation and development, the evaluation of the scientific heritage concerning the founders of Mongolian studies at the Academy, the University of Kazan and other educational centers of Russia. The main materials of the article can be useful for further study of Russian and European Mongolian study history, the development and the reading of university courses on the history of the East, the history of Oriental studies in Russia and Europe., peer-reviewed
