The agribusiness textbook on “rearing giant prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) in environmentally friendly biofloc-aquaponics Ponds” was prepared as a result of research and has been published to help increase students’ understanding of agribusiness courses in the Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education and Information Technology (FPMIPATI), PGRI University Semarang. The research method used is R and D. The design of the textbook that was developed aims to attract students’ attention in learning, making it easier for lecturers to master the teaching and learning process. Therefore, valid teaching materials are needed. The results of the research show that validation by validators resulted in the validation of teaching material media of 97.5% and validation of teaching material of 96.67% so it was declared in the very good category and suitable for use in learning. This textbook can make it easier for students to understand Agribusiness material, especially about raising giant prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) in environmentally friendly biofloc-aquaponics ponds. Furthermore, the publication of this book is also hoped to motivate lecturers to continue writing according to their respective expertise to add to the scientific knowledge at PGRI University Semarang. Protein structure has a direct impact on thermostability. Deviations in the primary sequence can affect structural changes, leading to alterations in thermostability properties. However, the molecular basis of protein thermostability is unspecified; thus, elucidation of key factors that role particular protein thermostability is required when engineering proteins to be thermostable. To address this challenge, the amino acid composition, hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity ratio, cysteine bridges, and intrinsic features of two structurally homologous but different thermostability, poly(ethylene terephthalate) hydrolase (PETase) were compared. According to the findings, thermostable and thermolabile PETases have similar folds, compactness, and disulfide bridges. Interestingly, an abundance gap of aromaticity, hydrophobic cluster area, polar amino acid and hydrogen bond network compositions demonstrated dominant trends of variations for both PET hydrolases, indicating a pivotal role of these features in the thermostability of PET hydrolase. Furthermore, increased hydrophobic amino acid frequency in the inner surface of thermostable proteins contributed significantly to thermostability by forming more internal hydrophobic interactions and a less hydrophobic patch. There are no consistent trends in insertions and deletions between both PETases. Taken together, these observations demonstrate that hydrophobicity and hydrogen bond networks are essential factors in thermostability of thermostable PETase. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to determine the community structure changes and to determine the abundance of herbivorous fish and coralivorous fish in Krueng Raya waters during and after the occurrence of coral bleaching. This research was conducted in three stages: June 2016, October 2016, and February 2017. There are 3 locations for data collection, including Benteng Inong Balee, Ahmad Rhang Manyang, and Lhok Mee in Mesjid Raya Sub-District, Aceh Besar District. Reef fish abundance data were collected at a depth of 36 meters using the visual census technique (VCT) -belt transect method. The study results show that there were six families, 17 genera, and 47 species belonging to the herbivorous and coralivorous fish groups. The mostabundantfamilywasthe Chaetodontidae family,while the leastfishfamily wasthe Kyphosidae family. The highest abundance of corallivorous fish was found at station 2 in October 2016, with a value of 509 ind/ha. The lowest was found at station 3 in October 2016, with a value of 182 ind/ha. The highest abundance of herbivorous fish was found at station 3 in February 2017, with a value of 498 ind/ha. The lowest was found at station 3 in October 2016, with a value of 150 ind/ha.

This study aimed to determine the structure of invasive aquatic invertebrates through the approach, diversity, similarity, dominance, distribution, and comparison of invasive aquatic invertebrates with coral cover in coral reef ecosystems in PISISI KKPD. This research was conducted in September 2019 using the purposive sampling method to research points, collecting invasive aquatic data used the belt transect method and collecting coral reef data used the Point Intercept Transect (PIT) method. The results of the study found that the structure of invasive aquatic invertebrates in KKPD PISISI was in the good category indicated by the density invasive aquatic invertebrates of 39.67 individuals/m2, the biodiversity index was 1.50 with the medium category, the similarity index is 1.06 in the high category and the dominance index is 0.44 in the low category. The distribution of invasive aquatic invertebrates in the PISISI KKPD includes a cluster distribution. The highest value of invasive invertebrate water was 12.83 ind/m2 and the proportion of coral cover was 29.83% and the lowest was 3.67 ind/m2 and the proportion of coral cover was 54.67% showing the effect of invasive aquatic invertebrates on the proportion of coral cover.

Mangroves are plants that can live in tidal areas. The study aims to determine the condition of the mangrove ecosystem through a mangrove community structure approach in Lambadeuk Village, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar District. This research was conducted in November 2017 using the stratified sampling method. The results showed that there were only 2 types of mangrove species found in Lambadeuk Village, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar District, the first is Rhizophora apiculata as many as 36 individuals and the second one is Rhizophora mucronata as many as 116 individuals. The important value index (INP) tree and sapling of Rhizophora apiculata at station 1 and station 3 of 253.655% and station 2 of 183.789%. While seedling of Rhizophora apiculata at station 1 and station 3 of 250.04% and station 2 of 175.02%. The important value index (INP) tree and sapling of Rhizophora mucronata at station 1 and station 3 of 253.655%. While seedling of Rhizophora mucronata at station 1 and station 3 of 250.04%. The diversity (H') obtained is low where H' 2.0, dominance (C) is low where 0 < C 0.5 and evenness (E) is also low where 0 < E 0.5.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between factors in HRM management development and organizational strategy using the philosophical values approach of Islamic studies. The assessment of organizational performance characteristics with strategic management values and psychological techniques in human resource management is part of the study's state-of-the-art and distinctive characteristics. Design/Methodology/Approach: The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the selection of analysis using non-parametric Smart-PLS. We analyzed 256 samples of lecturers at several private universities within the LLDIKTI-IX, Sulawesi, Indonesia. Findings: 14 hypotheses are reviewed in this study. According to our findings, 13 hypotheses have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. The antecedents of Islamic management values, leadership style, religiosity and fairness can increase complex effects on organizational motivation, HRM engagement, performance and organizational sustainability. Conclusion: Our findings provide theoretical and managerial reinforcement of various longterm strategic considerations to support the effect of organizational sustainability by reviewing the HRM aspect as an intangible asset. Research Implications: This study contributes to broadening the theoretical understanding of strategic management studies developed with a psychological approach as well as Islamic value management. Practical Implications: Organisations must pay attention to various crucial variables to boost job satisfaction, motivation and employee engagement such as HR development components and work evaluations carried out and developed on a regular basis.
