The surround-view module is an indispensable component of a modern advanced driving assistance system. By calibrating the intrinsics and extrinsics of the surround-view cameras accurately, a top-down surround-view can be generated from raw fisheye images. However, poses of these cameras sometimes may change. At present, how to correct poses of cameras in a surround-view system online without re-calibration is still an open issue. To settle this problem, we introduce the sparse direct framework and propose a novel optimization scheme of a cascade structure. This scheme is actually composed of two levels of optimization and two corresponding photometric error based models are proposed. The model for the first-level optimization is called the ground model, as its photometric errors are measured on the ground plane. For the second level of the optimization, it’s based on the so-called ground-camera model, in which photometric errors are computed on the imaging planes. With these models, the pose correction task is formulated as a nonlinear least-squares problem to minimize photometric errors in overlapping regions of adjacent bird’s-eye-view images. With a cascade structure of these two levels of optimization, an appropriate balance between the speed and the accuracy can be achieved. Experiments show that our method can effectively eliminate the misalignment caused by cameras’ moderate pose changes in the surround-view system. Purpose This paper aims to propose a deployment optimization and efficient synchronous acquisition method for compressive stress sensors used by stress distribution law research based on the genetic algorithm and numerical simulations. The authors established a new method of collecting the mining compressive stress-strain distribution data to address the problem of the number of sensors and to optimize the sensor locations in physical similarity simulations to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data collection. Design/methodology/approach First, numerical simulations were used to obtain the compressive stress distribution curve under specific mining conditions. Second, by comparing the mean square error between a fitted curve and simulation data for different numbers of sensors, a genetic algorithm was used to optimize the three-dimensional (3D) spatial deployment of sensors. Third, the authors designed an efficient synchronous acquisition module to allow distributed sensors to achieve synchronous and efficient acquisition of hundreds of data points through a built-in on-board database and a synchronous sampling communication structure. Findings The sensor deployment scheme was established through the genetic algorithm, A synchronous and selective data acquisition method was established for reduced the amount of sensor data required under synchronous acquisition and improved the system acquisition efficiency. The authors obtained a 3D compressive stress distribution when the advancement was 200 m on a large-scale 3D physical similarity simulation platform. Originality/value The proposed method provides a new optimization method for sensor deployment in physical similarity simulations, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of system data acquisition, providing accurate acquisition data for experimental data analysis.

Purpose In this study, a physical similarity simulation plays a significant role in the study of crack evolution and the gas migration mechanism. A sensor is deployed inside a comparable artificial rock formation to assure the accuracy of the experiment results. During the building of the simulated rock formation, a huge volume of acidic gas is released, causing numerous sensor measurement mistakes. Additionally, the gas concentration estimation approach is subject to uncertainty because of the complex rock formation environment. As a result, the purpose of this study is to introduce an adaptive Kalman filter approach to reduce observation noise, increase the accuracy of the gas concentration estimation model and, finally, determine the gas migration law. Design/methodology/approach First, based on the process of gas floatation-diffusion and seepage, the gas migration model is established according to Fick’s second law, and a simplified modeling method using diffusion flux instead of gas concentration is presented. Second, an adaptive Kalman filter algorithm is introduced to establish a gas concentration estimation model, taking into account the model uncertainty and the unknown measurement noise. Finally, according to a large-scale physical similarity simulation platform, a thorough experiment about gas migration is carried out to extract gas concentration variation data with certain ventilation techniques and to create a gas chart of the time-changing trend. Findings This approach is used to determine the changing process of gas distribution for a certain ventilation mode. The results match the rock fissure distribution condition derived from the microseismic monitoring data, proving the effectiveness of the approach. Originality/value For the first time in large-scale three-dimensional physical similarity simulations, the adaptive Kalman filter data processing method based on the inverse Wishart probability density function is used to solve the problem of an inaccurate process and measurement noise, laying the groundwork for studying the gas migration law and determining the gas migration mechanism.

Nowadays, visual SLAM (Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) has become a hot research topic due to its low costs and wide application scopes. Traditional visual SLAM frameworks are usually designed for single-agent systems, completing both the localization and the mapping with sensors equipped on a single robot or a mobile device. However, the mobility and work capacity of the single agent are usually limited. In reality, robots or mobile devices sometimes may be deployed in the form of clusters, such as drone formations, wearable motion capture systems, and so on. As far as we know, existing SLAM systems designed for multi-agents are still sporadic, and most of them have non-negligible limitations in functions. Specifically, on one hand, most of the existing multi-agent SLAM systems can only extract some key features and build sparse maps. On the other hand, schemes that can reconstruct the environment densely cannot get rid of the dependence on depth sensors, such as RGBD cameras or LiDARs. Systems that can yield high-density maps just with monocular camera suites are temporarily lacking. As an attempt to fill in the research gap to some extent, we design a novel collaborative SLAM system, namely CVIDS (Collaborative Visual-Inertial Dense SLAM), which follows a centralized and loosely coupled framework and can be integrated with any existing Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO) to accomplish the co-localization and the dense reconstruction. Integrating our proposed robust loop closure detection module and two-stage pose-graph optimization pipeline, the co-localization module of CVIDS can estimate the poses of different agents in a unified coordinate system efficiently from the packed images and local poses sent by the client-ends of different agents. Besides, our motion-based dense mapping module can effectively recover the 3D structures of selected keyframes and then fuse their depth information to the global map for reconstruction. The superior performance of CVIDS is corroborated by both quantitative and qualitative experimental results. Hafnium-assisted sintering resistant noble metal clusters on zeolite supports.

The evaluation of the coal mine gas drainage effect is affected by many factors, such as flow rate, wind speed, drainage negative pressure, concentration, and temperature. This paper starts from actual coal mine production monitoring data and based on the lasso regression algorithm, features selection of multiple parameters of the preprocessed gas concentration time series to construct gas concentration feature selection based on the algorithm. The three-time smoothing index method is used to fill in the missing values. Aiming at the problem of different dimensions in the gas concentration time series, the MinMaxScaler method is used to normalize the data. The lasso regression algorithm is used to perform feature selection on the multivariable gas concentration time series, and the gas concentration time series selected by the lasso feature and the gas concentration time series without feature selection are input. The performance of the ANN algorithm for gas concentration prediction is compared and analyzed. The optimal α value and L1 norm are selected based on the grid search method to determine the strong explanatory gas concentration time series feature set of the working face, and an experimental comparison of the gas concentration prediction results before and after the lasso feature selection is performed. We verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

CO2 deep-hole presplit explosions are an important technology for enhancing gas drainage in low-permeability coal seams. In the process of a CO2 gas explosion, the initial burst crack generated by the shock wave expands the crack tip under the splitting action of high-pressure CO2 gas. To explore the effects of CO2 gas explosions on crack tips, we constructed an analytical model of gas pressure attenuation at different positions based on fluid motion equations, proposed equations for crack opening and growth rates, and inverted the energy field of the whole process of CO2 blasting. We used a test platform for the independent development of CO2 gas explosions under experimental conditions of 1 MPa axial pressure and 2 MPa CO2 gas pressure and a VIC-3D measurement system. We conducted the gas explosion experiments on prefabricated cracked samples with a crack length of 10 mm and width of 0.2 mm to analyze the dynamic response of the crack tip. The results showed that there were three stages in the propagation of a prefabricated crack under the action of a CO2 gas explosion. The first stage, from 0 to 290 ms, included energy storage at the crack tip and a maximum opening rate increment of 0.0043 m/s. The second stage, from 291 to 295 ms, was rapid crack propagation with maximum opening rate increment and propagation rates of 0.1865 and 5.35 m/s, respectively. In the third stage, from 296 to 309 ms, the crack tip propagated slowly, the maximum opening rate increment and growth rates were 0.0969 and 5.81 m/s, respectively, and the crack arrest coordinates were 4.57 and 35.28 mm. The experimental study verified the accuracy of the calculation model, proved that CO2 gas promotes the growth of crack tips, explained the spatiotemporal evolution mechanism of the CO2 explosion process, and provided experimental support for subsequent research related to explosions.

The failure process of a coal body around a borehole has progressive characteristics. Image characteristics can visually characterize the stress and failure characteristics of the coal body around a borehole during progressive failure. To investigate the effect of the moisture content on the progressive failure of the coal body around the borehole, an image test system for the deformation and fracture of coal rock was used, and progressive failure tests of coal body specimens with different moisture content conditions around boreholes were performed. We acquired images of the deformation field during the entire process of specimen failure. Based on the grayscale image theory, the variation in the grayscale characteristic parameters of the progressive failure process was analyzed. The results show that throughout the progressive failure of coal bodies with different moisture contents around a borehole, the main specimen failure can be divided into six stages: compression density, elastic deformation, crack initiation and stable extension, crack nonstable extension, post-peak softening, and post-peak failure. With increasing moisture content, the σcd/σf values of the 20%- and 40%-moisture-content specimens were 5.1% and 11.3% lower than those of the dry specimens, respectively, and the maximum uniaxial compressive strength σf was 5.1% and 17.4% lower than those of the dry specimens, respectively. The number of cracks that developed decreased. The grayscale histogram had a reduced grayscale peak at each stage, and the surface distortion diminished. The declining grayscale mean curve indicates a lagging development of stress concentration zones. The declining grayscale entropy curve indicates that macroscopic cracks form. The rising grayscale standard deviation curve indicates the delayed development of strain localization zones and weakening of specimen damage. The study explains the deformation and failure characteristics of the coal body around the borehole and the variation in grayness.

Water infiltration in boreholes is a common problem in mine gas pre-extraction, where water infiltration can significantly reduce the efficiency of gas extraction and curtail the life cycle of the borehole. It is important to evaluate the effect of groundwater on the permeability of the coal body around a gas extraction borehole. In order to determine the seepage parameters of the fractured coal body system around the borehole, a water–gas two-phase seepage test was designed to determine the relative seepage parameters of the fractured coal media seepage system. The main conclusion is that the relative permeability of gas can be effectively increased by increasing the negative extraction pressure at the early stage of extraction to accelerate drainage to reduce the water saturation of the coal seam. Under the combined effect of porosity and seepage pressure, the relative permeability of gas and water in the fractured coal rock body shows three stages. The dependence of the total permeability on the effective stress is closely related to the stages in the evolution of the pore structure, and the total effective permeability decreases with the increase in the effective stress. A decrease in porosity can lead to a decrease in permeability and an increase in the non-Darcy factor. Through an in-depth analysis of the damage and permeability pattern of the coal body around the perimeter of the dipping borehole, the efficient and safe extraction of gas from dipping boreholes in water-rich mines is thus ensured.

The exploration of high-efficient catalysts based on hierarchical Ti-containing zeolites with optimized active titanium species distribution is of great value in enhancing the epoxidation of bulky olefins. Herein, hierarchical TS-1(MFI) zeolite with an extra-large external surface area(210 m2/g) and highly active octahedral-coordinated Ti species was prepared via organic base-assisted sequential post-treatment. Such a catalyst afforded a high turnover number value(TON, 114) in 1-octene epoxidation reaction, which was over twice than that(53) of the untreated conventional microporous TS-1 parent. According to the detailed characterization results, we revealed the hierarchical porosity construction effect of tetrapropylamonium hydroxide(TPAOH) treatment(first step) and the octahedral-coordinated Ti species fabrication effect of ethylamine(EA) treatment(second step) under hydrothermal condition. Such a facile post-treatment strategy reported in this work may provide guidance for the rational synthesis of TS-1 zeolite with enhanced catalytic activity.

The initiation process of the mine water inrush accident, the essence of this process is the sudden change of the seepage state of the broken coal medium under pressure and the instability of the skeleton. In order to study the re-crushing mechanism and seepage characteristics of the broken coal medium under load, a set of three-axis seepage system was designed independently. Using the steady-state infiltration method, multiple flow factors under different particle size combinations and different stress conditions of the broken coal medium were obtained. The results of the study indicate: in one hand, the reduction of the porosity of the broken coal medium will cause the flow channel to be rebuilt, and the sudden change of flow rate will directly lead to the non-Darcian flow behavior. The early stage of compaction mainly affects the permeability k value, and the later stage of compaction mainly affects the non-Darcian β value; On the other hand, the seepage throat in the broken coal medium may have a sharp increase in its flow rate, leading to a sudden change in the flow pattern. The critical Reynolds number is also used to determine whether non-Darcian flow is formed, and its value in the water inrush system is about 40–133; at the same time, the non-Darcian flow in the broken coal medium conforms to the Forchheimer-type flow law. By analyzing the dependence relationship between factors, a seepage factor representation algebraic relationship suitable for Forchheimer type non-Darcian flow of broken coal medium is given, which can be used as a calculation basis in the prevention and treatment of mine water inrush accidents.

It is nowadays essential to avoid electromagnetic interferes (EMI) not only in electronic equipment but also in human health with the rapid development of electronic technology. Damage or invalid in complex and harsh environments is still one of the major challenges facing the field of EMI shielding materials, but superhydrophobic surface have recently shown potential to enhance mechanical stability and chemical durability for this material. As one of the vital research directions of superwetting field, superamphiphobic surface have been often used to solve problems of other fields to improve their surface properties. Therefore, combining the superamphiphobic surface to overcome the problems of electromagnetic shielding materials is the main work of this paper. Here, a superamphiphobic surface was introduced through constructing micro-nano structure with low surface energy, which was mainly contributed from 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane, micro-ordered array polypyrrole, multi-walled carbon nanotubes and silica. Finally, the as-prepared materials after 5000 times of kneading-releasing cycles, 60 min of ultrasonic, 50 times of abrasion by using sandpaper, 24 h of ultraviolet irradiation, and 10 h of immersion in acid, alkali and different organic solvents, still has superamphiphobic performance which means it can be used extreme environment to endow a widely applications for EMI shielding materials.

Advances in DNA-sequencing technology have far outpaced Moore’s law, imposing significant challenges on the computationally intensive secondary analysis in the sequencing pipeline. An accelerator for seed extension, a critical and computationally intensive step in genome sequencing, is proposed. The accelerator, implementing a string-independent automata, consists of a triangular array of $25\times 2$ custom-designed processing elements. It performs 2.46 million reads per second (MRPS), achieving a $1581\times $ improvement in power efficiency and $165.5\times $ smaller silicon footprint compared to a system setting with dual-socket Xeon E5-2697 v3 server processors.

The wide prevalence of organic and inorganic pollutants in water from various industries is responsible for serious environmental problems and endangers human beings. Therefore, the search for effective methods to detect these pollutants has gained great importance. In this work, a new luminescent MOF, {[Zn(L)(bpe)0.5]·DMF}n (1) [H2L = 4,4'-((naphthalene-1,4-dicarbonyl)bis(azanediyl))dibenzoic acid, bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene], was solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. In this MOF, Zn-SBUs (SBUs = secondary building units) were connected by acylamide-containing dicarboxylate L2- and nitrogen-containing bpe molecules to yield a 3D porous framework with isolated DMF molecules in the pores. The activated solvent-free MOF sample (denoted as 1a) with good water-stability was obtained by the solvent-exchange and vacuum heat treatment techniques. The luminescence sensing experiments showed that 1a could sensitively, selectively and reversibly detect 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP), nitrofurazone (NZF) and Cr2O72- in aqueous media, and the corresponding luminescence quenching mechanism has also been discussed. In addition, MOF 1a could quantitatively detect TNP, NZF and Cr2O72- in tap water samples, indicating that MOF 1a has the potential to detect the aforesaid pollutants in various environmental water matrices.

Monometallic catalysts, in particular those containing noble metals, are frequently used in heterogeneous catalysis, but they are expensive, rare and the ability to tailor their structures and properties remains limited. Traditionally, alloy catalysts have been used instead that feature enhanced electronic and chemical properties at a reduced cost. Furthermore, the introduction of single metal atoms anchored onto supports provided another effective strategy to increase both the atomic efficiency and the chance of tailoring the properties. Most recently, single-atom alloy catalysts have been developed in which one metal is atomically dispersed throughout the catalyst via alloy bonding; such catalysts combine the traditional advantages of alloy catalysts with the new feature of tailoring properties achievable with single atom catalysts. This review will first outline the atomic scale structural analysis on single-atom alloys using microscopy and spectroscopy tools, such as high-angle annular dark field imaging-scanning transmission electron microscopy and extended X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy. Next, progress in research to understand the electronic properties of single-atom alloys using X-ray spectroscopy techniques and quantum calculations will be presented. The catalytic activities of single-atom alloys in a few representative reactions will be further discussed to demonstrate their structure-property relationships. Finally, future perspectives for single-atom alloy catalysts from the structural, electronic and reactivity aspects will be proposed.

Silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO) zeolites are well-known catalytic materials because of the mild acidity originating from the isolated SiO4 tetrahedra in their frameworks. Regulating the distribution of isolated SiO4 tetrahedra in SAPO zeolites is formidably challenging because SiO4 tetrahedra tend to agglomerate to form Si islands and the isolated SiO4 tetrahedra are difficult to determine using conventional characterization techniques. Here we synthesized Si-island-free SAPO-35 zeolites by using N-methylpiperidine as a new template, which exhibited excellent thermal stability compared to conventional SAPO-35 zeolites and a substantially improved methanol-to-olefins catalytic lifetime even comparable to that of commercial SAPO-34 zeolites. More strikingly, with the aid of high-throughput computations on 44 697 structure models combined with various state-of-the-art characterization techniques, for the first time, we reveal that the host–guest interactions between template molecules and SAPO frameworks determine the specific distributions of isolated SiO4 tetrahedra, which are responsible for the improvement in the chemical properties of zeolites. Our work provides an insight into the template-based regulation of isolated SiO4 tetrahedra in SAPO zeolites, which opens a new avenue in the discovery of promising zeolite catalysts with optimal SiO4 distribution.

Developing an effective strategy to synthesize perfect titanosilicate TS-1 zeolite crystals with desirable morphologies, enriched isolated framework Ti species, and thus enhanced catalytic oxidation properties is a pervasive challenge in zeolite crystal engineering. We here used an amino acid l-carnitine as a crystal growth modifier and ethanol as a cosolvent to regulate the morphologies and the Ti coordination states of TS-1 zeolites. During the hydrothermal crystallization process, the introduced l-carnitine can not only tailor the anisotropic growth rates of zeolite crystals but also induce the formation of uniformly distributed framework Ti species through building a suitable chemical interaction with the Ti precursor species. The karst collapse pillar (KCP) is a common geological structure in the coal mines of northern China. KCPs contain many fractured coal rocks, which can easily migrate under the action of high-pressure water. The destruction or instability of the cementation structure between the rocks can directly induce coalmine water-inrush accidents. To study the seepage stability of cemented and fractured coal rock under triaxial pressures, a self-designed triaxial seepage testing system was used and the permeability k and non-Darcy factor β of the cemented and fractured coal rock were tested. Furthermore, the 1D non-Darcy seepage equations were used to calculate the evolution criteria of the seepage loss stability. The results show the following: (1) The cemented structure in the KCP under the triaxial pressures can be easily destroyed. The damaged coal and rock body mainly exists in bulk form, and the permeability depends mainly on the effective stress of the particles. (2) The seepage process in the KCP structure is a combination of pore flow, fracture flow, and pipe flow, and the transition of the seepage state is closely related to the change in the magnitude of β. (3) Under the long-term effect of confined underground water, the migration of small fractured particles in the KCP will increase the structural porosity. If the parameter βk2 reaches the threshold value, the seepage system will evolve into a pipeline flow state, eventually causing a water-inrush accident.

Propane dehydrogenation (PDH) has great potential to meet the increasing global demand for propylene, but the widely used Pt-based catalysts usually suffer from short-term stability and unsatisfactory propylene selectivity. Herein, we develop a ligand-protected direct hydrogen reduction method for encapsulating subnanometer bimetallic Pt-Zn clusters inside silicalite-1 (S-1) zeolite. The introduction of Zn species significantly improved the stability of the Pt clusters and gave a superhigh propylene selectivity of 99.3 % with a weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) of 3.6-54 h-1 and specific activity of propylene formation of 65.5 mol C 3 H 6 gPt -1 h-1 (WHSV=108 h-1 ) at 550 °C. Moreover, no obvious deactivation was observed over PtZn4@S-1-H catalyst even after 13000 min on stream (WHSV=3.6 h-1 ), affording an extremely low deactivation constant of 0.001 h-1 , which is 200 times lower than that of the PtZn4/Al2 O3 counterpart under the same conditions. We also show that the introduction of Cs+ ions into the zeolite can improve the regeneration stability of catalysts, and the catalytic activity kept unchanged after four continuous cycles.

The modulation and determination of the coordination environments of Ti active sites in titanosilicate zeolites are key challenges in the rational design of high-performance heterogeneous catalysts. Up to now, the highly catalytic active Ti species, while not yet unambiguously determined, is mainly constructed by the complex post-treatment method, in which it is difficult to precisely control the distribution of the created Ti species. Herein, we showcase a facile strategy for the one-step rapid synthesis of TS-1 (MFI framework type) zeolites with highly catalytically active Ti species via active seed-assisted microwave irradiation. The coordination environment and local structure of the Ti species in TS-1 zeolites were investigated via UV-vis, UV-Raman, and X-ray absorption spectroscopies. Significantly, according to the elaborate characterizations based on the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS), these highly catalytically active Ti species were clearly identified as novel mononuclear TiO6 species. Experimental studies revealed that the active seeds can provide plenty of high-coordinated Ti precursors, which play a critical role in creating mononuclear TiO6 in the zeolite framework coupled with microwave irradiation. Moreover, such mononuclear TiO6 species remain stable upon calcination. The obtained catalyst affords a high turnover number value (272) in the 1-hexene epoxidation reaction, which is almost 70% higher than that of the conventional TS-1 zeolite (161). This study may open new perspectives for the designed synthesis and applications of titanosilicate zeolite catalysts in various important selective oxidation reactions.

In order to explore the effective support method for deep broken roadway, based on the in situ stress test results, the analytical and numerical solutions of the stress and the range of plastic failure zone (PFZ) in a circular roadway subjected to non-uniform loads were obtained using analytical and finite difference numerical methods based on the elastoplastic theory, respectively. Their comparison results show that the analytical and numerical methods are correct and reasonable. Furthermore, the high geostress causes the stress and range of PFZ in roadway roof and floor to increase sharply while those in roadway ribs decrease. Moreover, the greater the difference of horizontal geostress in different horizontal directions is, the larger the range of PFZ in roadway roof and floor is. The shape of PFZ in roadway varies with the ratio of horizontal lateral pressure coefficient in x-direction and y-direction. Finally, according to the distribution characteristics of PFZ and range of PFZ under the non-uniformly high geostress, this paper has proposed a combined support scheme, and refined and optimized supporting parameters. The field monitoring results prove that the roadway deformation and fracture have been effectively controlled. The research results of this paper can provide theoretical foundation as well as technical reference for the stability control of deep broken roadway under non-uniformly high geostress.

Particle loss is the root cause for the occurrence of Karst Collapse Pillars (KCP) sudden water events. The pore adjustment of KCP filler will further induce seepage destabilization, and it is also a process that sudden water catastrophe must go through. In order to investigate the direct relationship between stress conditions, water pressure conditions, and gradation structure on the pore structure of rock samples, the steady-state percolation method was used to investigate the percolation test system of variable-mass crushed rock masses. The results show that: 1) the structural characteristics of rock grains under the same stress environment are closely related to their extrusion fragmentation process and the softening and scouring effect of water. Rubbing, rotating, fracturing, grinding and plugging are the main forms of action of their intergranular action. 2) The filling particles before and after the loss meet the fractal law and have fractal characteristics. 3) The percentage of fine particles in the whole process of infiltration loss is as high as 34.4%. The adjustment of pore structure is related to the particle size gradation, and the reciprocal action of water flow will form a stable water-conducting channel. 4) The sudden water process of the specimen under particle loss can be divided into three stages: initial seepage, catastrophic destabilization and pipe flow surge.

The clock synchronization of mine distributed acquisition system is the key to its normal operation, and the realization of a unified time benchmark is the premise of subsequent data processing. To capture a more accurate gas migration process, in the physical similarity simulation experiment of coal and natural gas, a synchronous data acquisition system based on SQL database and distributed clock is developed to obtain synchronous real-time data. SQL database is used to establish a data collection center to solve the data exchange problem between the three units of storage, collection, and display in the system. The three units are connected in parallel, which simplifies the data flow structure in the system and improves the communication efficiency. In addition, the security and reliability of data storage are greatly improved. Based on the distributed clock, the communication structure of the data acquisition unit is constructed. In a distributed way, the data are aggregated according to the object and finally uploaded to the data acquisition center through TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol). It meets the requirements of synchronous communication between acquisition boards and provides a reliable data acquisition scheme for the physical simulation system of simultaneous exploitation of coal and natural gas. The physical similarity simulation experiment takes a mine in Shanxi Province as the simulation object. On the basis of this system, the physical similarity simulation experiments of gas emission under different mining conditions are carried out. In this process, the distribution maps of mining stress changes in overlying strata and gas concentration changes in different mining areas are obtained. The results of data acquisition are verified by numerical simulation. The results show that the system can effectively maintain the data acquisition of various areas in the mine.

In view of the problem that it is difficult to measure the gas extraction of each coal seam alone by traditional device in the process of coal seam group gas combined extraction (CSGGCE), the calculation model of the mixing gas ratio is established and solved by using mathematical method, based on the definition of isotope value in gas isotope geochemistry and the ideal gas state equation. At the same time, the field test is selected in the Fengchun Coal Mine in Songzao Mining Area of China. The spatial distribution characteristics and differences of coal seam group are obtained, and the law of the CSGGCE mixing ratio is revealed with the variation of the extraction time, according to the discrete data of the separate and combined extraction gas components and isotope values. The results show that the coal seam gas has a thermal origin and a significant mantle-derived contribution. Compared with the traditional method, the CSGGCE mixing ratio obtained based on the isotope principle is dynamic. The mixing ratio is mainly controlled by the geochemical characteristics of the gas isotope in the initial stage of extraction and affected by gas deposit difference and physical space limitation as the extraction time increases, which is more in line with the actual situation of the CSGGCE in coal mines.

Accurate determination of the permeability of crushed coal medium is the basis for the study of their permeability characteristics. To investigate the permeability characteristics of this special porous medium composed of crushed coal particles, the permeability parameters of crushed coal specimens of different initial porosities were measured by designing a lateral-limit compression seepage test system. Parameters were determined separately for specimens of different initial porosities. (1) the Reynolds number distribution region characterising the seepage state was determined and obtained. Specimens with initial porosity distribution between 0.02 and 0.08, and seepage Reynolds number distribution in the low-permeability zone, under Darcy flow; (2) the intrinsic permeability of the crushed coal medium was obtained by using the Ergun equation. The complex inverse proportional relationship between the drag coefficient and Reynolds number was derived; (3) Through the determination of the permeability of the crushed coal medium, the mean value of βK value was obtained to be about 45.7, and the analysis of the permeability of porous medium can determine its critical permeability. The relationship between the Forchheimer number Fo and critical Reynolds number was measured. The results indicate that it conforms to a linear distribution. In-depth analysis of these two parameters can be used to explore the flow transition process between laminar, transition, and turbulent flow. This study provides insight into the permeability characteristics of the media in fractured coal bodies.
