Nowadays, tourism is one of the sectors that have a significant influence on the development of a country in various fields, including in the economic area and also diplomatic relations among the nations. The tourism sector is the fourth largest foreign exchange earner for Indonesia in 2015. Indonesia, with all its natural wealth and cultural heritage, continually striving to develop the tourism sector through the Ministry of Tourism Indonesia. Indonesia Ministry of Tourism is conducting tourism diplomacy by holding promotions to various countries that have the potential to attract tourists to Indonesia, one of them is India. This article seeks to analyze how Indonesia’s diplomacy to attract peoples from India whereas as rapidly developed country in the world. This study used a literature review to analyze Indonesian tourism diplomacy to India. The findings show that through tourism diplomacy, we find that Indonesian attracted India by utilized cultural similarities, has been succeed in increasing tourists' visits from India.

This research is driven by the phenomenon of the poor quality of learning activities of new students in universities. This study tries to investigate the strength through the work of Model-Based Group Approach to enhance the quality of student learning activities. This research is a quasi-experimental research involved 206 students of Universitas Negeri Padang. The instrument used is IAKB (Activation Instrument Learning Activity) and analysis of research data using T-Test. The result from this research shows that there is an improvement of learning activity quality before and after application of the model that is 13.68 to 57.10. This shows a gain of 43.42%. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that the development of this model is useful to improve the quality of student learning activities.

Forest and land fires has become one of the most difficult natural disaster to handle, forest and land fires happened every year all around the world, and become one of the many cause of global warming and climate change and if it is not resolved immediately then it will harm all of the living beings on this earth. Forest and land fire in Indonesia happened nearly every year, the first biggest forest and land fires ever recorded in Indonesia happened in 1998-1999 which harm many parties, especially the ASEAN, since then, forest and land fires in Indonesia nearly happened every year whose impact neighboring countries like Singapore and Malaysia, In 2015 forest and land fires can be said quite large and once again affects neighboring countries, until Indonesia neighboring countries like Singapore want to try to help extinguish the forest and land fires in Indonesia.

Solar energy has become one of the most potential alternative energies in the world. To convert solar energy into electricity, a photovoltaic (PV) system can be utilized. However, the fluctuation of sunlight intensity throughout the day greatly affects the generated energy in the PV system. A battery may be beneficial to store the generated energy for later use. A DC–DC converter is commonly exploited to produce a constant output voltage during the battery charging process. A Zeta converter is a DC–DC converter which can be used to produce output values above or below the input voltage without changing the polarity. To deal with the inherent non-linearity and time-varying properties of the converter, in this paper the sliding mode control (SMC) is first analyzed and exploited before being integrated with a proportional-integral (PI) control to regulate the output voltage of the PV system. Disturbances are given in the form of changes in input voltage, reference voltage, and load. Voltage deviation and recovery time to reach a steady-state condition of the output voltage after disturbances are investigated and compared to the results using a proportional-integral-differential (PID) controller. The results show that the proposed control design performs faster than the compared PID control method.

Telah dilakukan penyisipan silika (SiO2) dan nikel (Ni) ke dalam MgH2 dengan menggunakan teknik preparasi mechanical alloying. Hasil observasi dengan XRD menunjukkan bahwa proses pemilingan selama 2 jam material MgH2 + Ni + SiO2 berhasil direduksi hingga skala nanokristal. Fasa yang muncul, dari hasil pengujian dengan XRD adalah fasa MgH2 sebagai fasa utama, sedangkan fasa Ni dan fasa SiO2 sebagai fasa minor. Hasil pengamatan dengan TGA pada sampel MgH2 + 5 %wt Ni + 3 %wt SiO2,hidrogen mengalami desorpsi pada temperatur 362,04oC sebesar 10,3 %wt selama 3,58 menit. Hasil pengamatan pada sampel MgH2 + 5 %wt Ni + 15 %wt SiO2, hidrogen mengalami desorpsi pada temperatur 351,4oC sebesar 10,3 %wt selama 3,77 menit. Silica (SiO2) and nickel (Ni) insertion into MgH2 has been carried out using mechanical alloying preparation techniques. The results of observations with XRD showed that the grinding process for 2 h of MgH2 + Ni + SiO2 material successfully reduced to the nanocrystal scale. The phase that emerges, from the test results using XRD is the MgH2 phase as the main phase, while the Ni and SiO2 phases are minor phases. Observations using TGA on MgH2 + 5% wt Ni + 3% wt SiO2 samples, the hydrogen undergoes desorption at 362.04oC of 10.3% wt for 3.58 min. And the results of observations on MgH2 + 5% wt Ni + 15% wt SiO2 samples, the hydrogen undergoes desorption at 351.4oC at 10.3% wt for 3.77 min. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan tingkat keparahan scabies (Sarcoptes scabiei) pada ternak kelinci di Desa Sajen, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokereto. Sarcoptes scabiei var. cuniculi merupakan tungau dengan predileksi di stratum korneum dari kulit dan penyebab scabies. Gejala klinis ditandai dengan alopecia and krusta pada kulit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksploratif labolatorik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelinci pada satu peternakan yang memiliki gejala klinis scabies dan hasil dari kerokan kulit pada pemeriksaan laboratoris secara natif. Kelinci yang positif scabies kemudian dilakukan skoring berdasarkan tingkat keparahan pada regio tubuh dan gejala klinisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 110 ekor kelinci dalam populasi, terdapat 19 ekor yang terinfeksi scabies dan terdapat 2 tingkat keparahan scabies pada kelinci yaitu tingkat keparahan ringan dan sedang yang terbagi atas 2 regio tubuh. Tingkat keparahan ringan menunjukkan gejala klinis alopecia dan krusta pada regio wajah sedangkan tingkat keparahan sedang pada regio wajah dan kaki. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah angka prevalensi scabies sebesar 17,27% dan tingkat keparahan ringan sebesar 26,32% serta tingkat keparahan sedang sebesar 73,68.

Emotional intelligence is the ability possessed by individuals to be able to recognize, understand, manage and manage emotions and understand the emotions of others. There are many problems that arise related to emotional intelligence, especially in the school environment. To be able to overcome this and increase the emotional intelligence of BK teacher students can carry out content mastery services that aim to help students develop and learn new aspects or competencies related to emotional intelligence. Implementation of content mastery services can also be done with a role playing approach by playing the role associated with increasing emotional intelligence.

Aggressive behavior is a negative action that is intentionally done by individuals who try to hurt others both physically and verbally. There are many factors that influence adolescent aggression, ridicule, conflict in the family, unfavorable school environment, audio-visual media that show scenes of violence and individual perceptions of the environment. This aggressive behavior will affect the lives of individuals themselves and others. Based on this, guidance and counseling is very important to reduce the aggressive behavior of students. One of the guidance and counseling services that can be given group guidance by asking for rational emotive behavior (REBT). With this service, students are expected to behave positively according to applicable norms and not harm others.

This research is begun based a purpose to increasing self-awareness of education personnel, so they can perform an excellent service for students in the university. This study aims to: (1) describe the module design to increase self-awareness of excellent service of education personnel (2) perform module validation tests and (3) perform module reliability tests. The study was descriptive involving four experts and 12 education staff at Padang State University as the subject of the trial. Instruments used to include (1) Validity Testing Instruments Module Contents (2) Ifdil & Taufik Self-Awareness Inventory and (3) Module Instruments. The results of this study reveal that the Self-Awareness Improvement Module for Excellent Services Education Personnel can be accepted and can be used for self-awareness programs for the staff in providing services.

Prokrastinasi akademik masih terjadi di dunia pendidikan, termasuk mahasiswa. Mahasiswa cenderung senang menunda-nunda dalam mengerjakan tugas kuliah dan lebih senang beraktivitas lainnya. Salah satu faktor dari prokrastinasi akademik adalah locus of control. Locus of control yang rendah menyebabkan mahasiswa melakukan penundaan dalam mengerjakan tugas sehingga kalaupun selesai tugas tidak optimal karena dikerjakan pada waktu deadline. Locus of control dapat ditingkatkan dengan memvisualisasikan kemajuan, mengoptimalkan potensi, tentukan deadline tugas, beraktivitas sebelum feeling in the mood, hindari rasionalisasi berlebihan, lawan hambatan, fleksibel terhadap tujuan, kurangi perfeksionis, dan berikan reward pada sesuatu yang dicapai. Hal demikian tidak akan lepas dari dosen, orang tua dan mahasiswa itu sendiri.

Prokrastinasi akademik rentan terjadi di dunia pendidikan. Prokrastinasi akademik ini banyak dilakukan oleh Siswa di sekolah. Siswa cenderung senang menunda-nunda dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah dan lebih banyak melakukan kegiatan lainnya. Beberapa faktor dari prokrastinasi akademik seperti kecanduan dalam bermain game online, kemudian karena adanya keyakinan tidak rasional yang dimiliki oleh Siswa, Keyakinan tidak rasional tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh kesalahan dalam mempersepsikan tugas sekolah. Kesalahan persepsi ini seperti menganggap tugas sekolah sulit untuk dikerjakan atau akan mendapatkan nilai yang cukup asalkan mengumpulkan tugas. Prokrastinasi akademik ini menyebabkan Siswa melakukan penundaan dalam mengerjakan tugas sehingga jika tugas bisa selesai, maka hasil dari tugas tersebut tidak maksimal atau tidak memuaskan. Prokrastinasi akademik dapat dikurangi melalui Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Guru BK dapat memberikan berbagai jenis layanan salah satunya layanan penguasaan konten. Melalui layanan penguasaan konten ini Siswa diberikan materi keterampilan dalam mengatur waktu terutama mengatur waktu dalam belajar, sehingga diharapkan Siswa dapat mengerjakan tugas-tugas sekolah dengan baik, maksimal dan juga dapat dikumpulkan pada waktu yang tepat. Namun, Hal demikian tidak akan lepas dari Siswa itu sendiri yang ingin berubah secara pribadi ke arah yang lebih baik.

The purpose of this study was to describe the peace education applied in three multiethnic schools. This study is a qualitative research and takes place in Surakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. Ten teachers from pluralistic schools in Surakarta participated in this research. The results show: firstly that the concept of peace education is integrated in curriculum. There are certain steps to integrate peace values into curriculum, namely: understanding history background social conflict in Surakarta, identifying conflict potentials among ethnic groups, implementing need assessment, deciding the objectives, preparing action plan, running program, monitoring program, and giving evaluation. Secondly, the schools should organize special activities to promote mutual understanding between Javanese and Chinese students, including: making multi-ethnic study groups, wearing the traditional clothe for students on certain days, exchanging gifts---where Javanese students give a special give toward Chinese students, and vice versa. Thirdly, the school system (principal, vice principal, teachers, and staff) has a significant role to support peace education, like making policy regarding to vision and mission of a pluralistic school, coordinating class teachers to make integrated curriculum and to make some supporting programs. Supposed educators can provide excellent service to consumers, in the academic community of Universitas Negeri Padang. Universitas Negeri Padang comes in at the 61st (sixty-one) out of the 100 (one hundred) best universities in Indonesia. Being one of the best universities in Indonesia’s educators should have excellent service to consumers who in this case are students. However, in fact, many educators still do not have self-awareness (self-awareness) awareness) in providing excellent service to consumers. This is evidenced by the identification of self-awareness conditions of respondents in the high category is still low compared to the medium category. The following report will describe the condition of self-awareness of educators.

This research aims to reveal the emotional intelligence of adolescents from divorced families in terms of self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills, and spiritual intelligence seen from the aspects of critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, trancendental awareness, and conscious state expansion. This research is descriptive, with research subjects being adolescents from divorced families in the Padang City, amounting to 30 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using percentage techniques. The research findings regarding emotional intelligence show that most adolescents from divorced families in Padang City have moderate emotional intelligence. Based on the aspects of emotional intelligence it was found that most of them had moderate self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills. The research findings regarding spiritual intelligence show that most adolescents from divorced families in Padang City have moderate spiritual intelligence. Based on the aspect of spiritual intelligence it was found that most of them had moderate critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental awareness, and conscious state expansion.

Strategi G-20 dalam mengatasi krisis keuangan telah dinyatakan pada kesepakatan KTT G-20 2008-2009 dengan adanya tiga pertemuan selama periode tersebut berlangsung (Washington, London dan Pittsburgh). Bersama dengan beberapa lembaga termasuk IMF, WB, FSB, OECD dan MDB, G-20 mampu menangani krisis tersebut baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Pada saat yang bersamaan G-20 pun mampu mempertahankan koordinasi berdasarkan lima prinsip yang disepakati dalam KTT 2008 di Washington. Tulisan ini berfokus pada kontribusi G-20 sebagai alat koordinasi sekaligus aktor langsung dalam manajemen krisis, serta menyoroti peran negara-negara anggotanya. Deskripsi masalah ini akan dibagi menjadi empat bagian. Pertama, pandangan singkat tentang tujuan pembentukan G-20 dan penyebab krisis sebagai latar belakang tulisan ini; Kedua, kontribusi G-20 untuk penyelesaian krisis keuangan global; Ketiga, deskripsi hasil dari tiga kesepakatan G-20 (komunike) pada tahun 2008-2009 sebagai dasar dari strategi penanganan krisis keuangan global untuk G-20 dan lembaga internasional terkait; dan Keempat merupakan bagian analisis strategi G-20 yang kemudian menghasilkan prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen krisis pada masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini.The G-20 strategy in overcoming the financial crisis has been declared on the agreement of 2008-2009 G-20 Summit with three meetings over that period (Washington, London and Pittsburgh). In handling the crisis, the G-20 was in collaboration with several institutions including the IMF, WB, FSB, OECD and MDB. G-20 was able to make good efforts both nationally and internationally while maintaining coordination based on five principles agreed in 2008 Summit in Washington. This paper focuses on the contribution of the G-20, both as a coordinating tool, as a direct actor on crisis management, as well as the role of member countries. The description of these issues will be divided into four sections, First, a brief look at the purpose of the G-20's establishment and the causes of the crisis as the background of this paper; Second, the G-20's contribution to the settlement of the global financial crisis; Third, a description of three outcomes of the G-20 (communiqués) agreement in 2008-2009 as the foundation of the global financial crisis handling strategy for both G-20 and related international institutions; and Fourth, the analytical part of the G-20 strategy which then produced the basic principles of crisis management on the problems in this study.

The purpose of this research was to know whether traditional accounting i.e. return on asset and economic value added mediated the relationship between corporate governance and firm value of Indonesian state-owned enterprises at Indonesian stock exchange from 2012 - 2016. The population of this research was 19 of Indonesian state-owned enterprises during 2012-2016. Based on the census of sampling method applied, 19 firms were selected as sample. Path Analysis was conducted to shows its direct and indirect effects of each path. The result showed that both traditional accounting i.e. return on asset and economic value added did not mediate the relationship between corporate governance and firm value of Indonesian state-owned enterprises at Indonesian stock exchange during 2012-2016. In other words, corporate governance did not effect indirectly on firm value through both traditional accounting i.e. return on asset and economic value added. Another interesting finding was that although economic value added was not as a mediation but it influenced firm value while traditional accounting i.e. return on asset had no effect on firm value. This research only focused on Indonesian state-owned enterprises. For further research, it is recommended to include all firms listing at Indonesian stock exchange. The findings have implication for management of Indonesian state-owned enterprises to strengthen corporate governance with respect to transparency accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness to be an influential factors of traditional accounting i.e. return on asset and economic value added. The result of this research is important for investors by highlighting the significant relationship between corporate governance on firm value and insignificant relationship between corporate governance to traditional accounting i.e. return on asset and economic value added. This paper presents a case study of determining vehicles’ routes. The case is taken from a pharmaceutical products distribution problem faced by a distribution company located in the city of Padang, Indonesia. The objective of this paper is to reduce the total distribution time required by the salesmen of the company. Since the company uses more than one salesman, then the problem is modeled as a multi traveling salesman problem (m-TSP). The problem is solved by employing genetic algorithm (GA) and a Matlab® based computer program is developed to run the algorithm. It is found that, by employing two salesmen only, the routes produced by GA results in a 30% savings in total distribution time compared to the current routes used by the company (currently the company employs three salesmen). This paper determines distances based on the latitude and longitude of the locations visited by the salesmen. Therefore, the distances calculated in this paper are approximations. It is suggested that actual distances are used for future research.

Limestone mining activities at PT. Semen Baturaja Persero, Tbk use blasting activity that produces ground vibrations. Based on the measurement result on vibration level, the maximum value for vibration is 4.66 mm/s. The results of the data show that the level of emission has exceeded the standard limits for second class buildings (3 mm/s) based on (SNI) 7571: 2010 while the blasting activity is only 175-300 m from the nearest settlement. Fault Tree Analysis is used to analyze undesired events in a system or work set. Reconstruction of Fault Tree Analysis with Boolean algebra yields 5 event combinations that have the highest chance of generating ground vibrations. The event with the highest failure rate is X11 (the number of bursting holes simultaneously) with failure rate of 0.813 and X12 (fast timing delay) with failure rate (0.750). The USBM formulation obtained 3 mm/s vibration results when the number of bursting holes was reduced from 5 holes to 2 holes/delays with a quantity of 43 kg/delay. Based on Shotplus simulation, the company is advised to replace the blasting delay system from electricity to electronics to produce minimal explosion of ground vibration so as not to damage the environment.

Technological developments in the health sector for the safety of neonates are essential. Such efforts are needed to curb the increase in premature infant mortality cases caused by bacteria, asphyxia, infections, and poor management of facility equipment. Furthermore, preterm and other at-risk babies have low ability to regulate temperature and produce body heat as characterized by their dry skin conditions; hence, the need for baby incubators. For their operation, these baby incubators provide strict regulated energy change that is influenced by heat transfer caused by the surrounding atmospheric temperature and humidity. This paper presents the design, construction, and performance study of a proposed Fuzzy-PID hybrid control system for regulating temperature and humidity in a baby incubator. To accomplish its goal, the proposed controller must be able to distribute heat and maintain humidity in the incubator under fluctuating atmospheric conditions to keep the baby’s body warm. Performance tests of the proposed hybrid controller were conducted by comparing temperature and humidity outputs in the baby incubator against predetermined expected values. Results show that the proposed controller is able to successfully achieve and maintain the temperature and humidity set points. Further examination also suggests that the proposed Fuzzy-PID hybrid control offers an improved overall system response performance compared to the PID controller.

Self- consept is one of the factors that affect student learning in school discipline. Positive self-concept, is essential for students to direct their behavior in accordance with the discipline learned in school. This study is a comparative descriptive study aims to identify and discipline konsepdiri students learn discipline and lack of discipline of learning, and to identify the concept of self-discipline and less disciplined students learn. results showed that the concept of self-discipline and less disciplined students are in good enough category and discipline students learn discipline and lack of discipline in the category quite well and there are significant differences between students learn discipline and lack of discipline. disperlukan potimalisasi role of all the schools umtuk improve self-concept and discipline of student learning.

Abstrak— Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga (RSUA) merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang dikelola di bawah naungan Universitas Airlangga. Seiring berjalannya proses bisnis, jumlah pasien RSUA yang semakin bertambah menyebabkan data kunjungan pasien rawat jalan yang harus dikelola oleh bagian rekam medis semakin banyak. Data tersebut dikelola untuk digunakan dalam pembuatan laporan. Informasi dalam laporan dihasilkan melalui perhitungan secara manual atau menggunakan formula Microsoft Excel menjadi kendala dalam pembuatan laporan selain adanya kebutuhan laporan dengan format beragam dan analisis multidimensional. Data warehouse berbasis Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) dapat diterapkan untuk menangani masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun data warehouse berbasis OLAP agar dapat digunakan oleh bagian rekam medis RSUA dalam pembuatan laporan. Data warehouse dibangun melalui tujuh tahap yaitu analisis, desain, proses ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading), penerapan OLAP, uji coba, eksplorasi untuk hasil laporan dan analisis, serta evalusi. Perancangan data warehouse menggunakan Nine Step Methodology dengan pemodelan berupa fact constellation schema. Hasil implementasi data warehouse adalah aplikasi OLAP yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu kinerja bagian rekam medis RSUA dalam pembuatan laporan, baik berupa tabel pivot maupun grafik. Penilaian pengguna terhadap sistem data warehouse menunjukkan kategori baik dengan hasil penilaian sebesar 73.61 persen. Increasing number of patients in RSUA caused more outpatients’ visits data must be managed by the medical record unit. The data was used to report making. The information in the reports generated through manual calculation or used function of Microsoft Excel became a problem of report making in addition to their reporting needs with diverse formats and multidimensional analysis. Data warehouse based on Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) could implemented to solved the problem. The goal of this research were to designing and implementing the data warehouse based on OLAP so it could be used by medical record unit to making report. Data warehouse was implemented in seven process : analysis, design, ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading), implementing OLAP, trial, explore the report and analysis, and evaluation. Design of data warehouse were using Nine Step Methodology and fact constellation schema model.The outcome of this research was an OLAP application that can used to help the task of RSUA medical record unit to making report using pivot table or chart. The Brushless Doubly-Fed Reluctance Generator (BDFRG) is a potential alternative to the Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) in wind power applications owing to its reasonable cost, competitive performance, and high reliability. In comparison with the Brushless Doubly-Fed Induction Generator (BDFIG), the BDFRG is more efficient and easier to control owing to the cage-less rotor. One of the most preferable advantages of BDFRG over DFIG is the inherently better performance under unbalanced grid conditions. The study conducted in this paper showed that conventional vector control of the BDFRG results in excessive oscillations of the primary active/reactive power, electromagnetic torque, and primary/secondary currents in this case. In order to address such limitations, this paper presented a new control strategy for the unbalanced operation of BDFRG-based wind generation systems. A modified vector control scheme was proposed with the capability to control the positive and the negative sequences of the secondary currents independently, thus greatly reducing the adverse implications of the unbalanced supply. The controller performance has been validated by simulations using a 1.5 MW BDFRG dynamical model built upon the positive and negative sequence equations. The main benefits of the new control strategy are quantified in comparison with conventional PI current control design.

Kemiskinan telah menjadi persoalan serius yang dihadapi masyarakat kontemporer. Problem ini seringkali menempatkan kaum perempuan pada posisi yang tidak menguntungkan. Pada satu sisi, perempuan dituntut untuk berperan di semua sektor, namun di lain sisi muncul tuntutan agar perempuan tidak melupakan ”kodratnya” sebagai perempuan. Artikel ini mencoba mengulas peran agama dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan dan ketertindasan perempuan. Mengingat agama memiliki seperangkat nilai dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam menggerakkan spirit perubahan sekaligus pemberdayaan bagi kaum perempuan.

This research is aimed at identifying the level of resilience of high school student’s post-disaster in West Sumatera. This research is descriptive quantitative, with the total sample of 1143 students by using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used is TIRI. The data are analyzed descriptively with the analysis of the level of resilience in percentage, using SPSS version 20.00. The Result of the research reveals that the condition of the students’ resilience is high. The result showed that in general male students are at high category and female students are also at high category of resilience, still there are significant differences of the students’ resilience based on gender. The research suggests more efforts are needed to improve the condition of the students’ resilience on certain aspects to be more optimal.

Perkawinan bertujuan membangun keluarga yang harmonis, namun kenyataannya tidak demikian, sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya perceraian. oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap kondisi kehidupan rumah tangga pasangan sebelum berceerai dan faktor-faktor penyebab perceraiannya.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) 65,71% kondisi usia pasangan baik, (2) 45,71% kondisi fisiologis pasangan cukup baik, (3) 71,43% kondisi psikologis pasangan kurang baik, (4) kondisi spiritual pasangan kurang baik, (5)65,71% kondisi komunikasi kurang baik, dan (6) 89% kondisi kehidupan seksual pasangan kurang baik. Adapun faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya perceraian adalah: (1) 94,28% pasangan bersifat egois, (2) 85,71% pasangan tidak menghargai, (3) 82,85% pasangan tidak berada dekat saat pasangan membutuhkan, (4) sebanyak 80% pasangan tidak bisa diajak untuk saling berbagi, (5) 71,42 pasangan suka mengatur, dan tidak meluangkan waktu, dan 54,28% s/d 68,57% perceraian disebabkan oleh faktor lainnya.

Production process of power pole involves connected production process flow between machines. Thus, the company must ensure the machine availability during production runs. PT Kunango Jantan as a company that produces pole power also considers machine availability. The level of machine availability can be seen from the high level of machine reliability. However, the company is still not been able to guarantee the availability of the machine so it is necessary to study the reliability of the system to help to take the right policy in handling pipe production machinery maintenance. The first step is to determine the distribution of machine damage. Minitab 16 software was used determine the type of distribution and distribution parameters of each machine damage. In addition, mean time between failure (MTBF) was calculated to the pipe manufacturing machine. The machine reliability was obtained based on a formula and parameters. The determination of the system reliability was derived from the block diagram in accordance with the condition of machines in the field. The analysis was performed using fishbone diagram to propose an attempt to increase the machine reliability. The results of this study indicate that the machine reliability in good level since the reliability value is between 0.901 to 1.000. The machine reliability in a series circuit is smaller than the machine reliability in a parallel circuit. Rs and R values of the system were 0.980 and 0.998. R system shows that the system has a good performance with a chance of machine damage during production

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan kondisi self disclosure mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling berdasarkan dimensi keluasan dan kedalaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Inventori Pengukuran Self Disclosure Mahasiswa (IPSDM), dengan Sampel sebanyak 85 orang mahasiswa menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa, 1) Sebanyak 55,29% mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling memiliki kondisi keluasan self disclosure pada kategori tidak luas dan dilihat pada target person menunjukkan bahwa ibu merupakan target person pertama dan paling banyak dipilih responden penelitian (72,16%), 2) Sebanyak 38,82% mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling memiliki kondisi kedalaman self disclosure pada kategori sedang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling, agar dapat memperluas dan memperdalam kemampuan melakukan self disclosure dan perlu pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk memperluas dan memperdalam kemampuan dalam melakukan self disclosure.

The Implementation of a good role and planned by the counseling/counselor’s teacher in schools (counseling teacher) and teachers generally can increase learning motivation of students who have a low learning result. This is based on the real phenomenon that shows students with low learning result tend to have a low learning motivation. This study aims to describe the role that is made by a teacher/counselor in improving learning motivation of students with low learning result. In its implementation, the role of the counselor teacher was affected through the services, including through information services and individual counseling services, and the role of the teacher were carried out through the guidance activities in the classroom and outside of the classroom. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive, the population in this study ,all teachers and counselor in SMAN 30 Padang, counselor teacher sample are 30 and teachers of subjects are 80, this study uses the instrument in the form of the now. The research of this study reveal: the role of subjects teacher and counselor teacher in improving the learning motivation of students with low learning result.

Abstrak—Bank sampah adalah tempat pemilahan dan pengumpulan sampah yang dapat didaur ulang dan digunakan ulang yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Bank sampah memiliki potensi sampah yang bermanfaat, terdiri dari potensi sampah plastik, kertas, kaca dan besi. Potensi sampah tersebut dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang menggunakan bahan baku dari barang bekas pakai untuk di daur ulang menjadi produk yang memiliki harga di pasaran. Permasalahan bank sampah di Surabaya dapat dibagi menjadi dua masalah utama, yaitu pemantauan kegiatan bank sampah dan pencarian letak bank sampah beserta potensi yang dimiliki. Kedua permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan visualisasi data menggunakan sistem informasi geografis untuk potensi bank sampah di Surabaya. Sistem ini dibangun dengan langkah langkah sebagai berikut, yaitu pertama melakukan pengumpulan kebutuhan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembangunan prototype, evaluasi dengan pengguna, pengembangan skala besar dan evaluasi sistem. Hasil evaluasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa 100% sistem berjalan dengan baik dan benar, 42.3% user sangat setuju, 51% user setuju, 6% user tidak setuju, dan 0.7 % user sangat tidak setuju bahwa visualisasi data menggunakan sistem informasi geografis untuk potensi bank sampah di Surabaya mempermudah pemantauan kegiatan penimbangan bank sampah dan mempermudah pencarian letak bank sampah beserta potensi yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci—bank sampah, visualisasi data, Sistem Informasi Geografis. Abstract—Trash bank was the place for sorting and collecting garbage that could be recycled and reused and had economic value. Trash bank had potential benefits, such as potential plastic, paper, glass and iron waste. This potential waste was needed by companies that use raw materials from used goods to be recycled into products that had market potential. Problems of trash bank in Surabaya could be divided into two main issues, first was the monitoring of the trash bank's activities, second was the search of trash bank location and its potential. Both of these problems could be solved by the data visualization using geographical information system for potential trash bank in Surabaya. This system was built with the following steps: requirements collection, requirements analysis, system design, prototype development, user evaluation, development of large-scale systems and evaluation. Results of the evaluation of the system showed that 100% of the system ran properly, 42.3% of users strongly agree, 51% of users agree, 6% of users did not agree, and 0.7% of users strongly did not agree that visualization of data using geographic information system for potential trash bank in Surabaya succeeded to facilitate the monitoring process of the of trash weighing activities in trash banks and helped the search of trash bank with its potential much easier. Hydropower is one of the power plants that supplies electrical energy. It has several machines and equipment that have a time limit of use. To anticipate the limitation of the use, maintenance of machinery and equipment are needed in order to return its original state and can perform its function as usual. Therefore some indicators required to determine maintenance work performance level to provide the optimal results. The Traditional measurement methods have some limitations that make it difficult to implement in industrial environments. This requires a performance measurement method that can provide a balanced perspective on the overall system performance. One of them is implementing the Maintenance Scorecard and Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to assess the performance of hydropower maintenance. Objective research in this assessment is to integrate Maintenance Scorecard and Objective Matrix (OMAX) approach in Maninjau Hydropower. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are defined by 6 perspectives: productivity perspective, cost effectiveness perspective, a safety perspective, an environmental perspective, quality perspective and learning perspective. The priorities are determined by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). We then measure the performance of maintenance by using Objective Matrix (OMAX) until we get the level of achievement of the performance in the current situation.The results obtained in the process of designing the scorecard maintenance on the Maninjau hydropower that produces overall 20 KPI consists of 9 KPI for productivity perspective, 4 KPI for quality perspective, 2 KPI for safety perspective, 2 KPI for environmental perspective and 3 KPIs for learning perspective. There are 5 KPIs for corporate level, 8 KPIs for strategic level and 7 KPIs functional level. The operation results show the number of KWH that produced, Capacity Factor and Equivalent Outage Force Factor are in the yellow zone. It means the attentions and improvements are needed to improve performance in the next period. Keywords: Maintenance Scorecard, Analitycal Hierarchy Process, Objective Matrix Abstract Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) merupakan salah satu jenis pembangkit listrik. Pembangkit tersebut memiliki serangkaian mesin dan peralatan yang memiliki umur pemakaian tertentu. Sebagai langkah antisipasi terhadap habisnya umur pakai tersebut, diperlukan kegiatan perawatan untuk mengembalikan kondisi mesin dan peralatan sehingga bisa menjalankan fungsinya dengan lancar. Beberapa indikator dibutuhkan untuk menentukan tingkat kinerja aktivitas perawatan agar kegiatan perawatan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal. Metode pengukuran tradisional memiliki keterbatasan yang menjadikannya sulit diimplementasikan dalam lingkungan industri. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode pengukuran performansi yang dapat melakukan penilaian dari berbagai perspektif secara seimbang terhadap kinerja sistem secara keseluruhan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menerapkan metode Maintenance Scorecard dan Objective Matrix (OMAX) untuk menilai kinerja perawatan PLTA. Tujuan penelitian dalam penilaian ini adalah untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan Maintenance Scorecard dan OMAX pada PLTA Maninjau. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) didefinisikan dari 6 perspektif: perspektif produktivitas, perspektif efektifitas biaya, perspektif keselamatan kerja, perspektif lingkungan, perspektif kualitas dan perspektif pembelajaran. Prioritas ditentukan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Kinerja perawatan kemudian diukur menggunakan OMAX sampai diperoleh tingkat kinerja pada kondisi nyata. Hasil yang diperoleh kemudian digunakan untuk merancang maintenance scorecard bagi PLTA Maninjau, menghasilkan 20 KPI yang terdiri atas 9 KPI untuk perspektif produktivitas, 4 KPI untuk perspektif kualitas, 2 KPI untuk perspektif keselamatan kerja, 2 KPI untuk perspektif lingkungan dan 3 KPI untuk perspektif pembelajaran. Terdapat 5 KPI untuk level korporat, 8 KPI untuk level strategis dan 7 KPI untuk level fungsional. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah KWH yang diproduksi, Faktor kapasitas dan Equivalent Outage Force Factor berada pada zona kuning. Hal ini berarti bahwa dibutuhkan perhatian dan peningkatan untuk periode selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: Maintenance Scorecard, Analitycal Hierarchy Process, Objective Matrix
