The study assessed the determinants of farmers’ participation in farmers training center based trainings and its outcome on maize, haricot bean and coffee productivity. Data were collected from randomly selected 194 households. Outcomes of the FTC based training on maize, haricot bean and coffee productivity was analyzed using t-test whereas binary logistic regression model was used to identify factors determining farmers’ participation in FTC based training. The result showed that education, land size, contact with development agent, access to road, wealth status and livestock holding of the household positively determine households’ decision to participate whereas distance from FTC negatively determines households’ decision to participate. There was positive outcome of the FTC basedtraining on maize, haricot bean and coffee productivity. The study recommends that governmental, public and private sectors should expand access to education, access to road and strength linkage between famers and agricultural development agents. O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar as inter-relacoes existentes entre a formacao continuada e a pratica docente do professor de Ciencias Naturais vinculado a rede municipal de ensino de Teresina-PI. No campo metodologico, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa descritiva. Os interlocutores e o contexto do estudo envolvem dez professores de Ciencias Naturais que atuam nos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental em cinco escolas publicas de Teresina-PI e que participaram das atividades de Formacao Continuada ofertadas pelo Centro de Formacao Odilon Nunes. Os dados da pesquisa foram coletados a partir de entrevista semiestruturada, visando obter informacoes acerca da formacao continuada em analise e suas inter-relacoes com a pratica docente no âmbito das Ciencias Naturais. A analise dos dados consistiu em descrever e interpretar o conteudo das entrevistas por meio da analise de conteudo. Os resultados obtidos, de modo geral, mostram que as atividades de formacao continuada propiciam aos professores de Ciencias o conhecimento sobre teorias e estrategias de ensino, facilitam discussoes e trocas de experiencias por meio do trabalho colaborativo e levam os professores a reflexao critica, possibilitando a analise e reorientacao da pratica docente em um movimento constante de acao-reflexao-acao. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to analyze the interrelationships between continuing education and the teaching practice of the teacher of Natural Sciences linked to the municipal teaching network of Teresina-PI. The interlocutors and the context of the study involve ten teachers of Natural Sciences who work in the final years of elementary school in five public schools in Teresina-PI and who participated in the Continuing Education activities offered by the Odilon Nunes Training Center. The research data were collected from semi-structured interviews, aiming to obtain information about the continuing education in analysis and its interrelationships with teaching practice in the scope of Natural Sciences. Data analysis consisted of describing and interpreting the content of the interviews through content analysis. The results obtained, in general, show that the continuing education activities provide Science teachers with knowledge about theories and teaching strategies, facilitate discussions and exchange of experiences through collaborative work and lead teachers to critical reflection, enabling the analysis and reorientation of teaching practice in a constant movement of action-reflection-action. Paslaugų kokybės vertinimas yra sudėtingas procesas, nes paslaugos yra heterogeninės, neatskiriamos ir naudojamos jų teikimo metu. Būtent dėl šių savybių nustatyti grožio terapijos paslaugų kokybę sudėtinga. Straipsnyje analizuojami grožio terapijos paslaugų sektoriniame praktinio mokymo centre kokybės vertinimo praktiniai aspektai, apibūdinama grožio terapijos paslaugos kokybė ir jos kriterijai, pristatomi grožio terapijos paslaugų kokybės tyrimo vartotojų požiūriu rezultatai. Tyrimo tikslas - įvertinti grožio terapijos paslaugų kokybę pasirinktame sektoriniame praktinio mokymo centre vartotojų požiūriu. Straipsnis parengtas, remiantis mokslinės ir normatyvinės literatūros analize, autorių atlikto kokybės tyrimo rezultatais, kurie grindžiami grožio terapijos paslaugų kokybės vertinimo modeliu. Tyrimui pasirinktas atsitiktinių respondentų elektroninės apklausos metodas. Apklausoje dalyvavo 195 respondentai. Nustatyta grožio terapijos paslaugos kokybė gali būti vertinama vadovaujantis tokiais kriterijais kaip apčiuopiamumas, patikimumas, jautrumas, tikrumas, empatiškumas. Išanalizavus anketinės apklausos rezultatus nustatyta, kad sektoriniame praktinio mokymo centre teikiamos paslaugos vartotojų požiūriu yra kokybiškos. Galima teigti, kad, respondentų nuomone, jie gavo patrauklias, priimtinas, profesionaliai ir kokybiškai atliktas paslaugas. Centro reputacija vertinama puikiai, beveik visi apklausos dalyviai jį rekomenduotų savo draugams ir pažįstamiems. The review of the quality of service is a complicated process because services are heterogeneous, inseparable and used when they are provided. Due to these features it is hard to assess the quality of beauty therapy service. The article analyses the practical aspects of the review of the beauty therapy services' quality in a sectoral practical training centre, describes the quality of the beauty therapy services and its criteria, presents the results of the research on the quality of the beauty therapy services concerning consumers. The aim of the research is to review the quality of the beauty therapy services concerning consumers in a chosen sectoral practical training centre. The article is based on a scientific and normative literature analysis and on the results of the quality review made by the authors, which are justified by the review model of the beauty therapy services' quality. The online survey method of random respondents was chosen for the research. 195 respondents participated in the survey in total. The determined quality of the beauty therapy services can be assessed according to criteria such as tangibility, reliability, sensitivity, certainty, empathy. After analysing the results of the survey it was determined that the provision of the services in the sectoral practical centre concerning consumers is high-quality. It can be stated that in the opinion of the respondents, they received inviting, acceptable, professional and quality services. The reputation of the centre got an excellent review, almost every participant of the survey would recommend it to their friends or acquaintances.

May 24, 2021 marks the 85th anniversary of establishing Ulyanovsk Order of the Red Star Higher Military Engineering School of Communications named after G.K. Ordzhonikidze under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Within its walls, more than 25 thousand officers were trained, about 60 of them rose to the rank of generalship, 7 trainees of the school were awarded with the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union, and one of them was awarded with the title of the Hero of Russia. The article is devoted to the experience of training military signalmen in this military educational institution, which is still of interest for specialists. The author of the article considers this topic relevant due to the year of the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. Its purpose is to identify the features of establishing and functioning of the military signal troops school in Ulyanovsk on the eve and during the war against fascism. Ulyanovsk Military School of Communications was formed on the basis of a special equipment school created in 1936 in Ulyanovsk. Transformed into Ulyanovsk Military Technical School, and then – into the military School of communications of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army in 1937, it trained, in particular, signalmen for armored troops. This problem has not been sufficiently studied. The researcher pays special attention to the fact that he met with pre-war graduates of this educational institution, who passed training in the specialty «telemechanics» which was secret in those years. The author uses their memories in his work, which is new in the analysis of this topic. The work also traces the fate of the first head of the school, General T.P. Kargopolov. Summarizing, the author concludes that on the eve of the war, Ulyanovsk School was the first training center for unique military communications specialists in managing military facilities at a distance. After the beginning of the Second World War, Ulyanovsk School of Communications became a major center for training and educating qualified signal officers.

In developed countries, global-scale training centers are installed to reflect various regional factors, provide practical education and training, and present comprehensive homeland security management plans. Each local firefighting school, including the central firefighting school in Korea, has various training grounds where firefighters receive education and training. However, the recording and storing of information regarding the air respirator used by the crew during this training is not maintained, nor is information on the remaining air respiratory system at the command post checked. In this study, we developed a wireless communication system for respirators that provides user information and conducted an experiment to measure response time by distance according to spatial characteristics. As a result of the experiment, the response was approximately 5.09 s on average in open space, approximately 5.19 s in the location blocked by one sandwich panel, and approximately 5.79 s in the location blocked by two sandwich panels. Therefore, it was determined that the response speed was affected when the sandwich panel was 100 mm or more.

This article is an unfolding of the reflections presented in the round table “Movements, perceptions and practices”, during the VII Meeting of Anthropology of Science and Technology. I present how I've been articulating the three themes that gave the title to the table based on the research that I have developed since my doctorate on the perceptions of the world of blind people. In a second step, I make a more ethnographic approach to the theme based on field investigations that, since 2016, I have been carrying out at the Training Center for Trainers and Instructors of Guide Dogs of the Instituto Federal Catarinense (IFC-Camboriu, South Brazil). I end the article with considerations about the challenges that the investigation of the world experience of blind people poses to ethnographic method and writing.

Esta investigación pretende analizar los recursos pedagógicos del instructor que ayudan a la motivación de los aprendices en tres centros de formación del SENA (Centros de formación de Comercio y Servicio Regional Atlántico, Regional Antioquia y Centro Agropecuario y de Biotecnología el Porvenir. Regional Córdoba). El estudio se enmarcó en la investigación cualitativa naturalista para lo cual se escogieron 3 aprendices, 3 instructores, 1 coordinador académico y 3 líderes de bienestar del aprendiz en cada centro de formación del SENA. The aim of the study was to report the perceptions of the coaches, authors of this report, about the implementation of the extension project of the Basketball Training Center (CFTB) in a school context. The project is a partnership between the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and the Santa Catarina Federation of Basketball (FCB). This is a qualitative and descriptive study configured as an experience report. The results show that the infrastructure of the school is sufficient to carry out the project; a positive relationship with young athletes has been developed; the approximation between theory and practice and the convenience of the location, since the school is close to the university. The difficulties found were: the rainy days that cause leaks on the court, the unsuitable size of the backboards for the under 12 category, and the academic overload of the coaches. Our results led to the conclusion that the participation of coaches, despite the difficulties pointed out, has contributed significantly to the professional development of training.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between visual acuity on discharge and at final follow-up in patients undergoing manual small incision cataract surgery (MSICS) through outreach services of a tertiary care training center. Methods: A prospective observational study was done to determine the correlation between visual acuity on postoperative day 1 and final follow-up (4–8 weeks) among various categories of surgeons and surgical complications in patients who underwent MSICS between January 2018 and March 2018. Proportions of patients benefitting from refractive correction were also analyzed. Results: Of the 924 patients who underwent MSICS through outreach services during the study period 841 were eligible for the study. Follow-up rate at 4–8 weeks was 91%. Mean age was 61.6 (SD 9.2) years, 63% were females and 55% were operated by trainees. There was a positive correlation between visual acuity at day one and final follow-up with a Spearman's correlation coefficient of 0.375 and 0.403 for uncorrected (UCVA) and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) respectively (P < 0.001). The correlation coefficient, while still positive, was lower for trainees (0.287), as compared to consultants (0.492). At least two lines of improvement in visual acuity on refractive correction were found in 77% of patients. Conclusion: Visual acuity on the day of discharge may be a useful quality indicator of visual outcome for monitoring cataract surgical programs. However, a follow-up at 4–8 weeks is recommended for individual patient benefit and monitoring surgical quality especially in training hospitals.

El estudio de la influencia de las emociones en el aprendizaje es una tendencia emergente en la investigación en didáctica de las ciencias. Varios trabajos han demostrado la función crítica que desempeñan las emociones en el proceso de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. Por tanto, es determinante que, tanto profesores como alumnos, dispongan de los conocimientos necesarios para poder controlarlas y gestionarlas. En este trabajo se presenta una actividad de aprendizaje por indagación en la que se analizaron las emociones mostradas por los estudiantes. La propuesta fue implementada con alumnos de la Facultad de Educación-CFP-UCM, divididos en grupos de observadores y observados. Los observadores realizaron un registro de las emociones que mostraban sus compañeros durante las diferentes fases de la indagación del contenido de una «caja negra». Para ello, utilizaron un formulario, disponible mediante enlace a docs.google.com. El análisis muestra que la frustración y la confusión son las emociones detectadas con la frecuencia más alta en este tipo de trabajo de indagación. Además, las manifestaciones de los distintos tipos de emociones muestran un flujo emocional relacionado con las fases de la indagación. Este trabajo confirma la importancia de las emociones activadoras -positivas y negativas- para la realización de tareas de aprendizaje; también, nos anima a promover la inclusión de la capacidad de gestión de las emociones en la formación docente.

The study examined the level of clinical thinking and perception of students when learning on Body Interact. A questionnaire was used for students in the direction of "general medicine", after the completion of the cycle and analysis of clinical scenarios. The results showed that more than 80% of students noted a positive impact on the development of clinical skills and contributes to the development of clinical thinking. Training Center according to the schedule of practical classes in the 2019–2020 academic year, took part in the survey. All students who completed a practical lesson with the use of a virtual patient were asked to complete an online questionnaire. Modern medical education offers a wide range of simulation technologies for the development of clinical skills, while virtual interactive systems are an innovative solution with limited opportunities for working with real patients.

The approach presented in the study contributes to meeting the social need to improve the efficiency of the driver training system. The features of the relationship of sensorimotor indicators of the visual analyzer with driving skills of students of the training center are considered. The pedagogical experiment was carried out at the educational and training center «Technopark» in Omsk. The studied sample consisted of 29 participants (18 male students and 11 female students). The age of the subjects ranged from 18 years to 21 years. The level of preparedness of the participants in the experiment and the training conditions were the same. The purpose of the study was to study the structure of the correlation of sensorimotor indicators with driving skills of trained drivers who are predisposed to display indicative or performing driving style. O Seminário de S. José de Macau, fundado pelos jesuítas em Macau, no ano de 1728, constituiu o principal centro de formação daqueles missionários que exerciam o seu mister no Extremo Oriente, nomeadamente na China. Como instituição de ensino superior, especializada na preparação de sacerdotes, o Seminário tinha como objetivo formar talentos multilingues proficientes na cultura sino-portuguesa. O seu bem organizado modelo de ensino permitiu a formação de um grande número de tradutores bilingues sino-portugueses, além de bastantes sinólogos macaenses. O presente texto pretende analisar o bem-sucedido modelo de formação de traduores do Seminário de S. José de Macau no século XIX, nomeadamente a sua organização das disciplinas diversificadas, os modelos de ensino e de aprendizagem, bem como o sistema de avaliação. Será importante sintetizar as suas realizações no que diz respeito à preparação e formação dos talentos de tradução, como fonte de inspiração para o nosso atual ensino de tradução.

This research was based on the teaching and learning process now in the education and training field which most of it still tends to be done conventionally. Learning through E-learning can overcome the constraints of space and time. Widyaiswara (Instructor) and training participants can make the learning process both synchronous (direct), and asynchronous (indirectly) through the virtual world. This study is intended to describe the influence of LMS Schoology in improving the learning outcomes of English Training participants in Religious Education and Training Center (BDK) Surabaya. Formulation of the problem “Is there a significant and positive influence on the use of LMS Schoology on Improving Learning Outcomes of English Teacher Training Participants?” The research method used is pre-experimental one group pretest-postets with regression analysis. Regression analysis is used to find out how much influence the independent variable has on the increase in the dependent variable. The results showed that after teaching and learning process was carried out with the LMS Schoology application media there is a significant and positive influence on the use of LMS Schoology to increase the learning outcomes of English Teacher Training participants and the amount of the influence of the LMS Schoology usage variable on the increase participant learning outcomes is 77.4%. A flutuação populacional do percevejo-do-grão, Oebalus spp. (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae), em lavouras de arroz irrigado em Santa Catarina não é conhecida. Isto dificulta o planejamento e a adoção de estratégias para o manejo de pragas, como também a racionalização da aplicação de inseticidas para controle. Desta forma, objetivou-se monitorar a atividade de vôo de Oebalus spp. para conhecer a flutuação populacional e determinar as épocas de maior ocorrência das espécies e morfologias nas lavouras. Armadilhas luminosas foram instaladas em áreas de cultivo de arroz irrigado na Estação Experimental da Epagri em Itajaí, SC e no Centro de Treinamento da Epagri em Araranguá, SC. A partir de setembro de 2008 a abril de 2020, as armadilhas foram ligadas das 16:00 às 9:00h, uma vez por semana, exceto de maio a agosto de cada ano, quando permaneceram desligadas. A flutuação populacional do percevejo-do-grão em arroz irrigado caracteriza-se por dois momentos de maior incidência de indivíduos, em novembro/dezembro e em fevereiro, correspondendo aos períodos de ocorrência de percevejos hibernados e dos enxames de verão, respectivamente. A espécie Oebalus poecilus (Dallas) prevalece sobre Oebalus ypsilongriseus (DeGeer) e as populações com morfologias hibernal ou estival ocorrem alternadamente ao longo do ano, se sobrepondo apenas a partir de meados de fevereiro.

El propósito de esta investigación es compartir las experiencias obtenidas al aplicar la metodología Design Thinking para generar proyectos de emprendimiento con estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Administración de la Facultad de Contabilidad y Administración Colima, en donde el común denominador fue el aprovechamiento de la tecnología. Dicha metodología fue trabajada durante 7 días con una duración de 5 horas diarias, la cual consistió en 5 fases: empatizar, definir, idear, prototipar y evaluar. Al final, se generaron 4 prototipos: Impulse Colima (prototipo de página web para acercar productores regionales con consumidores y potenciar el consumo de productos locales), Zona Bus (prototipo para maximizar el tiempo de los usuarios del transporte urbano mediante una aplicación que informa en tiempo real sobre las rutas de la ciudad y la duración de las mismas, Super Organic (tienda de bajo costo tipo hardiscount que ofrece productos alimenticios y de uso diario amigables con el medio ambiente y Buscador de Estatus (que es un canal y estudio de grabación donde se ofrecen soluciones digitales para empresarios que deseen manejar los medios y redes sociales, así como centro de formación para jóvenes que deseen ser Youtubers). The purpose of this research is to share the experiences obtained by applying the Design Thinking methodology to generate entrepreneurship projects with students of the Bachelor of Administration from the Colima School of Accounting and Administration, where the common denominator was the use of technology. This methodology was worked for 7 days with a duration of 5 hours a day, which consisted of 5 phases: empathize, define, devise, prototype and evaluate. In the end, 4 prototypes were generated: Impulse Colima (prototype of a website to bring regional producers closer to consumers and boost the consumption of local products), Zona Bus (prototype to maximize the time of urban transport users through an application that reports on real time on the routes of the city and the duration of the same, Super Organic (low cost store type hardiscount that offers food and daily use products that are environmentally friendly and Status Finder (which is a channel and recording studio where digital solutions are offered for entrepreneurs who want to manage the media and social networks, as well as a training center for young people who want to be Youtubers).

Minimizing the effects of chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear (CBRN) incidents requires the simultaneous efforts of different specialists not only within one state, so recently international projects have been chosen for the purpose of developing and implementing not only national measures to minimize CBRN threats, but also coordination at the international level. The Aim of the Research. Substantiation of the relevance of a permanent international training center organization for the training of specialists in the field of CBRN security (direction — chemical security) for the needs of the power and special structures of Ukraine. Methods. Results of the instruction and trainings conducted within the framework of the project on the establishment of a network of training centers for minimizing the risks related to the CBRN threats in the countries of the region of Southeast and Eastern Europe, held on the basis of State Enterprise “Research Centre of Preventive Toxicology, Food and Chemical Safety named after L. I. Medved”, Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine” (Science Center) in July 2019. Results and Discussion. Project 57: Strengthening the crime scene forensics capabilities in investigating CBRN incidents in the South East and Eastern Europe Centers of Excellence Region (Ref: Europe Aid / IFS / 2016/374993) came into action in 2019. The objective of Project 57 is to introduce a system of trainings on the investigation of CBRN incidents and the gradual formation of relationships between forensic experts and organizations with experience in the field of CBRN materials at the national level. Successful fulfillment of the tasks of investigating CBRN incidents requires constant professional improvement of specialists in various fields and development of the system of communication and interaction at the interdisciplinary level. Project 57 from Ukraine involved Ukrainian experts instructed and trained in EU countries as national forensic trainers in crime scene investigations. These candidates, after conducting the relevant exercises, were involved in conducting trainings on raising the level of knowledge of law enforcement officers of Ukraine. In July 2019, a team-based training (July 5) and national exercises (July 22–25) were held under Project 57 at the Science Center. Law enforcement experts from Ukraine and Moldova participated in the team and staff training. Exercises were performed in groups, and the results of the work were demonstrated and discussed via Skype conference mode. National exercises were conducted in the form of practical exercises in a specially prepared territory of the Science Center. The participants of the training worked with imitation material evidence in protective suits using technical means in real-time situations. In addition to the acquisition of practical skills, there was an exchange of knowledge and experience between the various agencies involved in the field of chemical threat. The participants gained experience that will help to improve management skills and improve coordination and communication between the actors involved in the response to the CBRN incidents. Conclusions. The conducted trainings proved the necessity of introducing a system of continuous professional instruction and advanced training of the staff of special and security structures of Ukraine involved in the investigation of CBRN incidents. The article handles from the standpoint of the situational-environmental approach to the design of educational systems, the substantive and procedural aspects of organizing the activities of educational situational centers, intended for the formation and development of the competencies of management personnel. The educational situational center is interpreted as an educational environment saturated with modern software and hardware, interacting with which the student acquires or improves the experience of making managerial decisions in non-standard and difficult situations, thereby increasing the level of his professional competence. Significant factors of the educational environment of the educational situational center include: conditions that stimulate the development of the reflective and creative experience of managerial specialists; conditions that provide opportunities for students to manifest subjective activity and independence; meaningful conditions that provide a meaning-generating, socio-cultural context of professional activity; conditions for comprehensive (physical, psychological, informational and cultural) safety of students. Each of these groups is assigned the risks of maladjustment of students in the educational environment, which are subject to pedagogical adjustment or dosage, depending on the level of formation of professional and personal experience of management specialists. On the basis of the presented results, conclusions were made regarding the didactic and methodological specifics of teaching in educational situational centers, the peculiarities of the implementation of educational and pedagogical activities in them.

The research aimed to identify the most important biomechanical characteristics of the Salto Forward Tucked skill as a start on the balance beam event in women's gymnastics, and for this purpose the researcher used the descriptive and experimental approaches to an intentional sample represented by the best player in the Egyptian national team for young women who perform the best performance at the level of the Republic for the skill of studying on the balance beam, where imaging was done using a digital video camera (8 ml) with a frequency of (25) images per second to shoot three attempts to perform the study skill in the Olympic training center of the national women team in Maadi, then the biomechanical analysis of the study variables was made using the WINANALYZE kinematic analysis program. The researcher concluded that the time period for the performance of the landing and balance on the balance beam represents almost twice the time of performing the Salto Forward Tucked, which must represent the largest share in the teaching and training process for this skill, and the distance between the springboard and the moment of single leap on the ground represents (1.3 of the player's height) While the distance between the feet on the balance beam at the moment of landing represents (17%) of the player's height, and the exit angles for the center of gravity are large for both the ground and the springboard while the entry angles are small on the springboard, as a gradual decrease in the speed from the moment the ground is left until the stand on the balance beam.

Most locally cultivated rice varieties in Ethiopia have low physical (low head rice yield, high broken rice yield, and high percentage of chalkiness) and cooking qualities (low water uptake ratio and swelling ratio). Parboiling, a process which involves soaking, steaming, and drying, has been identified as a key technique to improve cooking and milling quality of rice. The current study is aimed at elucidating the effect of parboiling on physical and cooking qualities of three rice varieties (Gumara, Edget, and Narica4) collected from Fogera National Rice Research and Training Center, Amhara region, Ethiopia. Each rice variety was subjected to different soaking temperatures (40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, and 80°C) and steaming time (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 minutes). The treatment effect results indicated that parboiling has a significant effect (P<0.05) on head rice yield and percentage of broken rice with increased soaking temperature and steaming time as compared to the control. For instance, percent head rice yield increased as soaking temperature (from 40 to 80°C) and steaming time (from 10 to 50 min) increased: for Gumara, from 4.07 to 93.6%, for Edget, 9.47 to 96.53, and from 3.20 to 91.67 for Narica4. Percentage chalkiness had decreased as soaking temperature and steaming time increased: 97.33% to 0.00% for Gumara, 97.80% to 0.00% for Edget, and 100.00% to 0.13% for Narica4 as compared to 100% for control of all varieties. The minimum cooking time was identified as 16-23 min for Gumara, 16-23 min for Edget, and 15-20 min for Narica4 rice varieties. The result of the present study clearly showed that parboiling with high soaking temperature and steaming time increased the head rice yield, water uptake ratio, decreased percentage chalkiness, and enhanced the overall quality of the rice varieties.

Kerinci Regency which was established on November 10, 1957 from the results of the division of 3 provinces, namely West Sumatra Province, Riau Province, Jambi Province. The district which is nicknamed the City of Sakti Alam Kerinci has a population of 253,258 people with an area of ​​3,808 km and consists of 16 sub-districts. So that training, technology, and improving Maunisa Resources are needed in various aspects of Kerinci society. Determine the level of accuracy of the Monte Carlo method simulation between the simulation results and the real data. In this study, the main data used were data for 2017, 2018 and 2019. The variable used in this study was the frequency of student scores in participating in learning. The value data will be processed using the Monte Carlo method assisted by Microsoft Excel for manual search. Student grade data for 2017 is used as trial data to predict in 2018, data for 2018 is used as trial data to predict the number of 2019, and data for 2019 will be used to predict the number in 2020 later. Where the highest prediction result is 96% where there are several competencies that have the same value. So that the average resulting from the predicted accuracy is 95% of the 7 competencies. The test results have clearly formed the boundaries. With an accuracy rate of 95%, it can be recommended to help the UPTD Kerinci District Work Training Center in predicting the level of understanding of students.

A EA dissemina conhecimentos acerca da conservação e sustentabilidade ambiental, apresentando-se como alternativa apta a mitigar seus efeitos. O presente estudo, intentou analisar a ambientalização curricular dos cursos de licenciatura do CFP/ UFCG, através dos seus respectivos PPCs, ou seja, a inclusão de valores sociais/éticos/estéticos/ambientais, visando diligenciar a interdisciplinaridade e a EA nas diversas áreas do conhecimento. Considerando a bagagem acadêmica ofertada aos docentes em formação, sobretudo, na proposta da EA e seu desafio de requerer uma práxis cuidadosamente planejada. O diagnostico, como esperado, revelou uma AC nos cursos vinculados a UACEN e UNAGEO, cursos afins da área ambiental e ausência da AC nos demais cursos, apesar de seus PPCs estarem em concordância com os princípios estabelecidos pela PNEA. Curricular environmentalization: critical analysis of pedagogical projects in diferent teacher training courses Abstract The environmental crisis arises as a result of human actions and has it owns characteristics and peculiarities. An alternative able to decrease these effects is the environmental education (EE) which is used to diffuse knowledge concerning of conservation and sustainability. This paper aimed to analyze the curricular structure of educational degree courses offered by the Federal University of Campina Grande on their Teacher Training Center campus through their respective pedagogic project (PP). In this analysis was considered the inclusion of social, ethical, aesthetic and environmental values, focusing on the existence of EE's curricular of the different knowledge area interdisciplinarity. Thus we considered the academic knowledge which is offered to teachers in training, especially in the EE outline and the challenge of requiring carefully planned praxis. On this research we observed an EE vision integrated on curricular project of courses associated with the environmental area linked to UACEN and UNAGEO. Meanwhile, as expected, despite the PP in agreement with the principles of PNEA, the other degree courses do not have this EE prediction. Keywords: Environmental crisis. Sustainability. Employees are an integral part of training organizations. They play key roles in planning, implementing, and monitoring and evaluation of training programs. However, employees’ perceptions of training programs have not been fully studied. Building on professional learning community theory, this study sought to assess training center employees’ perceptions of village animal health worker (VAHW) training in Nepal. Twenty-seven employees took part in a group-administered survey conducted in June-July 2012. Respondents appreciated trainees’ participation in class discussions, availability of class handouts to trainees, and instructors’ facilitation skills. They indicated problems in participant selection, inadequacy of educational materials, and no or limited monitoring and follow-up of training programs. The findings suggest to keep human resources at training centers competent and inclusive, improve the training environments, and pursue programs to sustain VAHW training and associated services.

Introduction. Performing flights on modern types of aircraft is accompanied by an increase in the role of process automation, changes in the structure of the pilot’s information field, an increase in the number of controlled indicators throughout the flight time and, as a result, an increase in sensory loads that contribute to the development of chronic depletion of functional reserves of the body and fatigue of the pilot, which can cause accidents and plane crashes.The aim of the study is to assess the sensory loads of members of flight crews of civil aviation aircraft when they perform regular operating procedures in a Training center on fully functional complex simulators for training cadets, flight, dispatcher and technical personnel of civil aviation.Materials and methods. A hygienic study was conducted to assess the sensory loads of pilots in the framework of performing simulation flights on full-featured complex simulators in strict step-by-step accordance with the manual for flight operation of the aircraft (33 flights were performed with the participation of 66 pilots aged 30–55 years).Results. The data obtained indicate high levels of sensory loads in pilots, which are 9.5 times higher than the maximum values set by the Management of R 2.2.2006–05 and MI NTP. INT–17.01–2018. For 4 of the 6 evaluated indicators, sensory loads corresponded to class 3.2.Conclusions. The general assessment of the labor intensity class for members of flight crews of civil aviation aircraft on the set of sensory loads corresponds to harmful strenuous work of the 3rd degree (4 indicators of sensory loads with class 3.2). The results of the study are the basis for the approval of new hygienic criteria for establishing a class of working conditions for certain indicators of sensory loads for members of flight crews of the aircraft of the civil aviation (CA) with the addition of their class 3.3. A real assessment of the pilot’s labor intensity should be obtained only on the basis of time-based measurements performed as part of a step-by-step analysis of the aircraft’s flight operation manual.

[THE APPLICATION OF DISCOVERY LEARNING IN OBTAINING EFFECTIVE LEARNING (STUDY OF TRAINING FOR ISLAMIC JURISPRUDENCE TEACHER OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS IN RELIGIOUS TRAINING CENTER OF PADANG)] This research aimed to analyze whether the application of the Discovery Learning model can realize effective learning in the training of Ushul Fikih MAK teacher at the Religious Training Center of Padang in 2019. The research method used was descriptive qualitative using a survey and interview of 30 trainees. The results show that the application of discovery learning models makes learning more effective because it adopts scientific steps in building knowledge and encourages trainees to have creative thinking skills to find problems, formulate hypotheses, collect data with various techniques, analyze, draw conclusions, and communicating what was found. This is under Ushul Fikih's mindset, which is to encourage and train trainees to investigate (al-iktisyaf) to find something themselves and in turn, produce knowledge that is truly meaningful. The application of discovery learning models in the training activities of the subjects of Usul Fikih MAK in 2019 at the Padang Education and Training Center turned out to be able to change the passive learning conditions to become effective, active and creative, changing learning from the teacher oriented / al-murtakiz 'style of al-mudarrib to student oriented / al-murtakiz 'ala al-musyarikin, and also change the mode of expositor trainees who always receive full information from widyaiswara into a discovery that is searching and finding information on their own

Acute bleeding is a life-threatening condition that can be effectively treated minimally invasively by interventional radiologists using transcatheter vessel occlusion (TCVO). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the availability of TCVO performed by interventional radiologists in Germany based on the DeGIR registry. TCVO interventions from the years 2016 and 2017 were included (DeGIR module B). The number of interventions was assessed by state and region. TCVO interventions were reported by 242 clinics in Germany. 16 763 module B interventions were reported in 2016 and 16 399 in 2017. DeGIR requirements for certification as a training center were fulfilled by 160 facilities in 2016 and by 162 facilities in 2017. Normalized to one million citizens, an average of 211 TCVO interventions were performed in 2016 and 200 in 2017 (standard deviation was 101 and 109); the median was 202 and 222, respectively. In all regions TCVO interventions were reported. Only a minimal number of small regions showed a lower number of clinics offering TCVO interventions. The results from the DeGIR registry indicate comprehensive nationwide availability of TCVO performed by interventional radiologists with the necessary experience in Germany on the state level for the treatment of acute bleeding. Furthermore, the distribution of facilities fulfilling the requirements of training centers allows for good educational possibilities for young interventional radiologists in Germany. Only the distribution of clinics offering TCVO in a few small regions might lead to increased transfer times in the case of acute bleeding.· As a treatment for life-threatening acute bleeding in Germany, transcatheter vessel occlusion led by interventional radiologists is readily available on the state level.. · Furthermore, the distribution of facilities fulfilling the requirements of training centers allows for good educational possibilities for young interventional radiologists in Germany.. · Due to the good training conditions in Germany, it might be possible to further improve the situation in smaller regions by training more interventional radiologists and employing them in regions with less coverage..· Nadjiri J, Schachtner B, Bücker A et al. Die DeGIR-Voraussetzung zur Ausbildungszentren-Zertifizierung für das Modul B erfüllten im Jahr 2016 160 Einrichtungen und im Jahr 2017 162. Normiert auf 1 Million Einwohner fanden deutschlandweit 2016 im Durchschnitt 211 und 2017 200 Eingriffe statt (Standardabweichung 101 bzw. 109). Der Median lag bei 202 bzw. 222 Eingriffen pro 1 Million Einwohner. In allen Regionen wurden Eintragungen registriert. Einzelne kleinere Regionen verfügen allerdings über eine geringe Anzahl an Krankenhäusern, in denen die interventionell radiologische Therapie einer akuten Blutung angeboten werden kann. Aus den Registerdaten lässt sich auf Bundeslandebene auf eine gegebene deutschlandweite flächendeckende Versorgung mit interventionell-radiologisch geführten Therapien bei akuten Blutungen mit entsprechender Erfahrung schließen. Zudem zeigt die Verteilung der zertifizierungsfähigen bzw. zertifizierten Ausbildungszentren auch eine gute Ausbildungssituation für jüngere interventionelle Radiologen in Deutschland an. The purpose of this study was to measure the training participants' perceptions of the usefulness and ease of use of Class123 for attitude assessment. This research is a descriptive research with survey method. This research was conducted at the Semarang Religious Education and Training Center, especially in the Learning Assessment Functional Technical Training. The number of training participants was 35 teachers who described their perceptions about the use of the Class123 application to assess attitudes. The results showed the training participants' perceptions of the ease of use of Class123 where in the range of 51.43% - 62.86% of the respondents stated strongly agree on the questionnaire items 1 and 3. The training participants' perception of the benefits of the Class123 Application shows the results of the respondents stated strongly agree as much as 60% -91.43% of respondents in the item questionnaire of the 4th statement and the 1st statement. This study aims at creating, implementing dan examining a training design innovation, whether or not it can improve the ability of the trainees. The study was carried out using descriptive-quantitative approach. This study has successfully created a training design called the Reverse Thinking (RT) method. That training design was then applied to the Article Writing Training at the Education and Training Center of the Central Statistics Bureau, attended by widyaiswara and statisticians with a total of 95 participants divided into two batches. The RT method has proven to be very effective in improving the ability of trainees to write scientific articles, both in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric (practical) aspects. Some indicators were that almost 100% of the trainees successfully submitted their papers to scientific journals on the last day of the training, evenmore 28 articles finally being published. The cognitive abilities of the participants also improved, indicated by the increase of the post-test scores. In the affective aspect, all participants have stated that their motivation in writing articles increased, as shown by the concentrated value between 7 and 10, from the 1 – 10 Likert Scale. Those results proved that the RT method could effectively improve competence of the training participants, both teoritically and practically.

Este artículo se centra en la participación de jóvenes, como dimensión crucial de su ciudadanía, en el contexto educativo, después de casi veinte años del reconocimiento de la juventud como grupo social distinto de los niños, en la Unión Europea. Las y los jóvenes son ahora reconocidos por sus especificidades y derechos como ciudadanas y ciudadanos europeos, con un papel crucial en la construcción de Europa. Argumentamos a favor del ejercicio de la ciudadanía educativa por las y los jóvenes. Con estos supuestos, ellas e ellos son consultados sobre las razones de su participación en una medida educativa de intervención, en la escuela, y una medida de compensación en un centro de formación/ entrenamiento, en la lucha contra el abandono escolar prematuro. Estas medidas se produjeron en conjunción con las preocupaciones europeas sobre la educación. La investigación se llevó a cabo en el marco del proyecto internacional RESL.eu, en cuatro instituciones muy distintas. La escuela de educación regular científica humanista pertenece a un grupo escolar, desde el jardín de infancia hasta el 12º grado, en un área de intervención prioritaria educativa cubierta por el programa nacional TEIP; y el centro de formación/ entrenamiento es en el campo de la madera y los muebles. Ambas las instituciones están ubicadas en el Norte de Portugal, la primera en una zona urbana y la segunda en una zona industrial. This article explores the participation of young citizens in educational contexts when almost twenty years have passed since the European Union recognized them as a social group different from children. Young people are now considered to have specificities and rights as European citizens, with a crucial role in the building of Europe. This article argues in favor of the exertion of educational citizenship by young people. Within this framework, young men and women were enquired on the reasons for their participation in an educational intervention measure, in a school, and a compensation measure in a training center, with a view to addressing early school leaving. Biographical interviews were conducted in two distinct longitudinal phases. The measures were designed along the educational lines defined by Europe. The research was carried out within the framework of the international RESL.eu project, in four very different institutions. The school which took part in the research included teaching from kindergarten through to Grade 12, in an area of priority educational intervention covered by the national TEIP program. The training center had to do with the field of wood and furniture. Both institutions are located in the North of Portugal, in an urban and an industrial area, respectively.
