The purpose of this study aims to determine what factors can affect the quality of financial reports at the Universitas Terbuka. A survey approach was carried out to obtain data from 17 Central Units and 39 Regional Units at the Universitas Terbuka. 102 data were obtained through purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study partially prove that BMN needs planning, BMN administration, HR competency and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the quality of financial reports and SIMAK BMN literacy moderates the influence between BMN needs planning, BMN administration, HR competence and organizational commitment on the quality of financial reports.

Bullying is an act that violates the norms of both religion and humanity. Therefore, bullying needs to be prevented while still in school. The need for prophetic social science in Islamic religious education so that students are able to control themselves to avoid bullying. This study aims to determine the relevance of Kuntowijoyo's prophetic social concept in Islamic religious education in preventing bullying. The method used is a qualitative method using library research. Data analysis in the study used Miles and Hubberman analysis in which data analysis went through three stages, namely the data reduction stage, data display and then conclusion drawing. The result is that the prophetic social idea put forward by Kuntowijoyo has three ideas, namely Humanism, Liberation, and Transcendence. This scheme is illustrated in the prophetic social concept as follows: Humanism: the creation of a conducive environment without having to differentiate from race, gender, ethnicity, and religion. Liberation: Education can foster self-confidence in their abilities and always think when doing something in accordance with religious norms. And Transcendence: Education makes the transcendental dimension the spirit in all processes in Islamic education so that students do things based on religion and piety to Allah. So that the prophetic social concept by Kuntowijoyo.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds for Regional Expenditures at BPKPD Kebumen Regency. This research method uses a descriptive reseach method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques for General Allocation Funds for Regional Expenditures, namely dividing General Allocation Funds with Regional Expenditures multiplied by 100% and Special Allocation Funds for Regional Expenditures, namely dividing Special Allocation Fund with Regional Expenditures multiplied by 100%. The result of this study indicate that General Allocation Fund for Regional Expenditures in 2019-2021 is included in good criteria, namely in 2019 45,35% with “good” criteria, in 2020 41,55% “good” criteria, and in 2021 40% criteria “currently”. Meanwhile, the Special Allocation Fund for Regional Expenditures fro 2019-2021 is included in the very lucking criteria, namely in 2019 it is 2,56% of the “very lucking” criteria, in 2020 2,30% of the “very lucking” criteria, and in 2021 it is 2,56% “very less”.

Purpose – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris kondisi intellectual capital serta ukuran perusahaan BUMN Tbk Sub Sektor Industri Konstruksi Bangunan dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Methodology/approach – Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh beberapa variable independent terhadap variable dependent dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan BUMN sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2021. Seluruh populasi menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini. Data yang diambil berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang telah dipublikasikan pada periode tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Findings – Secara umum keempat BUMN Tbk Sub Sektor Industri Konstruksi Bangunan mengalami penurunan kinerja profiabilitas. Pada tahun 2020-2021 PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. telah membukukan kerugian. PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. mencatatkan pencapaian Return on Asset (ROA) tertinggi pada peride 2017-2021. Keberadaan intellectual capital pada keseluruhan komponen yaitu value added capital employed (VACA), value added human capital (VAHU) dan structural capital value added (STVA), memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. VACA memiliki pengaruh terbesar kinerja BUMN Tbk Sub Sektor Industri Konstruksi Bangunan dibandingkan dengan variable lainnya. Novelty/value – Kajian empiris intellectual capital dan ukuran perusahaan pada sector perbankan sudah banyak dilakukan, namun penelitian ini berfokus pada perusahaan sub sektor industri konstruksi bangunan karena relatif sedikitnya penelitian pada sector tersebut. Obyek penelitian yang membatasi pada BUMN Tbk sub sector industry konstruksi bangunan, menjadi pembeda dari penelitian sebelumnya. This article used a biographical approach to follow the lives of former Muslim extremists in examining individual deradicalization from the actors' perspective. The results of the extremists' deradicalization were examined using theories of Salafi ideology and identity transformation. Deradicalization marks a period of transformation - a process of taking a new ideology and identity and initiating a new power. The doers adopt a new jihad ideology after being influenced by a colorful interpretation of jihad. The deradicalization also shifts from the Salafi jihadi/irhabi to the Salafi Purist, or from a violent to a less-violent jihad. They continue to support violent jihad but restrict how its principles are used. Few extremists decide to engage in moderate or non-violent jihad on their own initiative and without the influence of others. In conclusion, deradicalization does not ensure their eradication. It implies a certain amount of transformation into a new identity, which has profound short- and long-term effects. The first demonstrates that former Muslim extremists who still identify as jihadists, adhere to their ideology, and engage in a variety of jihad-related activities. The deradicalization of the extremists will be more challenging the more in-depth the knowledge and experience of violent jihad. On the other hand, the latter is dedicated to leaving the violent jihad group and ending recidivism.

This study aims to analyze: the procedure for developing online-based training learning with a blended learning method with a flipped classroom approach in increasing the understanding of educators and education staff to ISO 21001: 2018 at Kreativa School in the pandemic era. The problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) What is the procedure for developing training learning in increasing the understanding of educators and education staff towards ISO 21001: 2018 in Kreativa Schools in the pandemic era?; (2) How is the feasibility of training in training to increase the understanding of educators and education staff towards ISO 21001: 2018 in Kreativa Schools in the pandemic era? ; (3) How is the effectiveness of training in training to increase the understanding of educators and education staff towards ISO 21001: 2018 in Kreativa Schools in the pandemic era? This research method is development research or also called Research and Development (RD). By using the Dick and Carey development model integrated with the PEDATI development model. The results shown in this study through the results of feasibility tests by experts, including: material experts obtained a score of 79.8 (feasible). The feasibility assessment by the media expert obtained a score of 85.8 (feasible) and the feasibility assessment by the learning design expert obtained a score of 81 (feasible). Based on the feasibility assessment of experts, it is concluded that the training learning development model is categorized as good while the results of the model effectiveness test with one to one tests with an average score of 85.75. In the small group trial, it showed an average value of 85.48 which was categorized as Good. The results of the review of the performance of the trainees obtained an N-Gain value of 85.48 which is in the range of 76 with a good category so that it can be concluded that the development of online-based training procedures for the blended learning method of the flipped classroom approach in the ISO 21001: 2018 understanding training course is able to effectively improve the learning outcomes of trainees effectively.

Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes/vape) are currently millennials' most popular tobacco or nicotine product. One of the liquid content in e-cigarettes, such as nicotine, is known to stimulate the secretion of catecholamines which can cause an increase in lipolysis in the liver. As a result, free fatty acids in the liver increase, triggering an increase in hepatic triglyceride secretion into the blood vessels. This study aimed to determine the difference in triglyceride levels in millennial vapers and non-smokers. This study uses a descriptive-analytical method with a cross-sectional approach which aims to describe or describe a situation objectively, then described. The results show that the average triglyceride level in millennial vapers is 136.5 mg/dL. While in non-smokers, 91.9 mg/dL. The Mann-Whitney test results obtained a significance value of 0.042 (p < 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of the triglyceride level examination in millennial vapers and non-smokers.

Kurangnya bahan ajar guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran online yang terkesan pemberian tugas dan pengumpulan tugas memberikan efek terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelejaran IPS di SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangakan bahan ajar berbasis TPACK yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran IPS dan didesain untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak berdasarkan validitas isi oleh para ahli dimana setiap indikator dinilai sangat baik. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil di dapatkan hasil setiap indikator yang diujikan berkategori Sangat Baik. Pada uji coba implementasi yang bertujuan untuk melihat keefektifan produk terhadap motivasi belajar Peserta didik hasil yang diperoleh terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test dimana rata-rata pre-test sebesar 66% dengan kategori Cukup Baik. dan post-test 85% dalam kategori Sangat Baik.

The goal of this study is to describe how students at MTS Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi understand the concept of a two-variable linear equation system (SPLDV) by using linktree as an online learning multimedia. This is a qualitative study with a case study approach, with data collected through observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. Researchers select informants in grades VIII A, B, C, and D, namely each class of two students, totalling eight informants for data collection. The process of systematically searching for and organizing observed observations, interviews, field records, and other materials understood by researchers is known as data analysis. The findings of the study, which were observed by researchers show that the analysis of the use of linktree as an online learning multimedia in understanding the concept of a two-variable linear equation system (SPLDV) has a positive impact and aids in problem solving.

The goal of this study is to gain an overview of the implementation of graphic design learning to print multimedia expertise competencies in SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City from context, input, process, and product perspectives. This is an evaluative study that employs qualitative methods. This method was chosen by the researchers based on their understanding of the evaluation of learning implementation using the CIPP model in graphic design subjects printing multimedia expertise competencies. This study used 8 people as data sources: 5 students and 3 teachers. Data collection techniques such as observation and interviews are used, and data is analyzed using descriptive methods. The findings of the study, which are based on context, input, process, and product aspects, improve students' ability to design printing graphics and are useful in the development of 21st century learning skills and the achievement of multimedia expertise competencies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa relevansi fraud hexagon theory terhadap fraudulent financial statement. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 28 perusahaan dan 100 unit analisis yang diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang relevan dalam mendeteksi terejadinya fraud pada laporan keuangan terdiri dari financial stability, managerial ownership, dan state owned entreprise. Sedangkan faktor lainnya yang terdiri dari external pressure, nature of industry, ineffective monitoring, TATA, dan Pendidikan CEO tidak relevan dalam mendeteksi kemungkinan terjadinya fraud pada laporan keuangan perbankan.

STEM approach in a research-based learning method that combines innovative research and learning. This research develop a research-based learning method based on STEM approach to improve students' metacognition skills in utilizing cascara fermentation with a magnetic field to produce health herbal teas. This research and development was employed the ADDIE research and development model that consisted of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, interviews and observations were carried out based on the guidelines to identify the problems. The design of the product was then determined to be developed in the development stage, followed by the expert validation in the assessment stage to measure content validity and face validity. The implementation and evaluation stages produce the final product that was tried out to gain data of students’metacognition skills. The product developed in this research is regarded valid, effective and practical. Besides easy use, the product can serve as essential lecture material. Gula aren adalah salah satu ukm yang masih aktif dalam melakukan produksi bahkan banyak yang melakukan produksi gula aren tersebut. Maka dari itu kami mahasiswa dari PKPM IBI Darmajaya membantu masyarakat Desa Karang Raja dalam mengelola dan memasarkan UMKM gula aren. Pengelolaan yang dilakukan mulai dari efektifitas dalam proses produksi , pembuatan desain merek, pengemasan pada produk, penambahan inovasi kemasan untuk lebih menarik di pasarkan lewat median sosial. Begitu banyaknya masyarakat yang masih berminat untuk mengkonsumsi gula aren ini. Namun, dalam proses pelaksanaanya terdapat suatu hambatan yaitu mengalami kesulitan dalam segi pemasaran. Kurangnya pemasaran untuk UMKM gula aren mempunyai beberapa kendala belum adanya tugas pemasaran dari daerah pendistribusian yang masih terbatas. Tempat yang menjadi target pemasaran adalah warung, pasar, dan pedagang kaki lima , hal ini mengakibatkan belum maksimalnya jarak jangkauan pemasaran. PKPM IIB Darmajaya agar dalam pelaksanaan PKPM tahun mendatang lebih maksimal untuk mengawasi atau membimbing mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PKPM karena di PKPM 2022 ini banyak hal yang baru yang belum kami pahami dan itu sangat menghambat kami dalam melaksanakan kegiatan. Kepada aparatur desa agar lebih mudah lagi dalam bekerja sama dengan mahasiswa yang sedang melakukan PKPM agar mempermudah dalam memberikan izin untuk memilih UMKM yang ada. Kepada pemilik UMKM agar lebih sabar lagi dalam membimbing mahasiswa dalam kegiatan PKPM ini dan juga lebih maksimal lagi dalam pengelolaan administrasi dan apa yang sudah kami berikan mungkin bisa di jalankan dan dimanfaatkan lagi

Penelitian ini diadakan dengan latar belakang adanya kesenjangan antara tujuan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dengan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Dimana tujuan SMK adalah untuk memberikan bekal kemampuan siap kerja kepada siswa sebagai tenaga kerja tingkat menengah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang dianut oleh dunia industri dan dunia kerja, namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak siswa SMK belum mengusai kompetensi yang seharusnya dimiliki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan dan bentuk E-modul Interraktif Pembelajaran Gambar Teknik untuk Kompetensi Keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan serta mengetahui kelayakan dari e-modul yang dikembangkan. Penelitian pengembangan e-modul ini termasuk jenis Research and Development atau R&D yang akan menghasilkan sebuah produk. Penelitian pengembangan e-modul ini menggunakan model ADDIE dimana terdapat beberapa proses kegiatan dan tahapan pengembangan, diantaranya adalah Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. E-modul ini melalui proses validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli desain pembelajaran dengan hasil kevalidan yang diperoleh adalah dengan kriteria “Sangat valid”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan SMK Negeri 3 Tebo yang terdiri dari ujicoba perorangan, ujicoba kelompok kecil, dan ujicoba kelompok besar dengan hasil yang dapat disimpulkan dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan ujicoba yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-modul Interaktif Pembelajaran Gambar Teknik Berbasis Keterampilan Kreatif untuk Siswa SMK yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pegaruh langsung: 1) Sikap Berwirausaha terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha, 2) Bootstraps terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha, 3) Sikap Berwirausaha terhadap Niat Berwirausaha, 4) Bootraps terhadap Niat Berwirausaha, 5) Keterampilan berwirausaha terhadap Niat Berwirausaha , 6) Pengaruh tidak langsung Sikap Berwirausaha terhadap Niat Berwirausaha melalui Keterampilan Berwirausaha, 7) Pengaruh tidak langsung Bootstraps terhadap Niat Berwirausah melalui Keterampilan Berwirausaha. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analisys), subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Santriwan/wati Pondok Pesantren Jauharul Falah Muaro Jambi. Populasi berjumlah 400 dan disampel sebanyak 200. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung: 1) Sikap Berwirausaha terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha 0,385, 2) Bootstraps terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha 0,688, 3) Sikap Berwirausaha terhadap Niat Berwirausaha 0,458, 4) Bootstraps terhadap Niat Berwirausaha 0,887, 5) Keterampilan Berwirausaha terhadap Niat Berwirausaha 0,732, 6) Pengaruh tidak langsung Sikap Berwirausaha terhadap Niat Berwirausaha melalui Keterampilan Berwirausaha 0,281, 7) Pengaruh tidak langsung Bootstraps terhadap Niat Berwirausah melalui Keterampilan Berwirausaha 0,503. Implikasinya Peneliti Berharap kedepanya Pondok Pesantren Jauharul Falah agar lebih banyak memberikan informasi tentang kepelatihan berwirausaha sekaligus membukakan suatu wadah bagi santriwan/wati unuk memulai atau belajar berwirausaha.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan media Konstruksi dan Utilitas Gedung berbantuan SketchUp 3D untuk kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan SMK serta mendeskripsikan kelayakan media yang dikembangkan. Penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) ini menggunakan model Lee & Owens terdiri dari 5 tahap pengembangan, yaitu: assessment and analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil pengembangan berupa produk media pembelajaran Gambar Konstruksi dan Utilitas Gedung yang dibuat di aplikasi SketchUp 3D yang terdiri dari gambar denah pondasi, sloof, kolom, balok, pelat beton, kusen pintu dan jendela, rangka atap, dan plafon. Produk ini melalui proses validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi serta uji coba produk kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, maka disimpulkan media pembelajaran sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di SMK.

Keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan penguasaan konsep biologi siswa di Indonesia masih rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran aktif berbantuan LKPD Problem Solving terhadap keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan penguasaan konsep biologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Control Group Pretest Posttest. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Metode analisis data keterampilan pemecahan masalah yaitu dengan uji normalitas One Sampel Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan dilanjutkan uji Mann Whitney U. Sedangkan metode analisis data penguasaan konsep biologi dengan Uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan aplikasi SPSS 22 for windows. This study was conducted to compare the accuracy of two algorithm methods, namely the C4.5 algorithm and Naïve Bayes algorithm on a number of datasets. The sources of datasets used are student data of the Informatics Engineering Study Program (STMIK Palangkaraya) where each dataset has a different amount of data (instances) and number of attributes. Based on the results of the comparison study of the C4.5 and Naïve Bayes Algorithm for Predicting the On-time Graduation of STMIK Palangkaraya Students, the results obtained from the accuracy of the two algorithms show that the accuracy of the C4.5 Algorithm is 90% better than the Naïve Bayes algorithm, which is only 85%. The C4.5 algorithm also gives values on recall and precision of 92% and 94% better than the Naïve Bayes algorithm with values of 86% and 93%, respectively.

The local hammer onion plant is one of the sources of i ncome for the people of the central Sulawesi who work in the agricultural sector and is also a source of local revenue, the local hammer onion plane plant has become and important commodity in central Sulawesi because it is an exsport commoditi for the central Sulawesi region. In general, an increase in the production of a farm cant be an indicator of the success of the farm in question, however the high production of a commoditi obtained by land area unity does not guarantee the high in come of shallot farming which is influencet by the price received by the farmer and the cost of using farm inputs. This study aims to the termine how mucth in come of shallot farming. Respondents were the terminate using simple random sampling method. The numbers of respondents who were a ssigned as samples in this study where 31 people from a total population off 108 people. The results showed that the average in come of shallot farming in the village of Guntarano was Rp. 19.076.532,26/ 0,74 ha/MT or Rp. 25.779.097,66/ha/MT.

Kidney disease is the loss of kidney function. This results in salt retention, nitrogen wastewater, and a decrease in urine volume. Kidney disorders are characterized by structural or functional abnormalities of the kidneys that last more than three months. Indicators to see the ability of renal glomerular filtration can be done by checking creatinine clearance. Creatinine clearance is the number of millimeters of plasma cleared of creatinine by the kidneys in one minute. This study aimed to determine the level of creatinine clearance in patients with kidney disease in RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus City of Palangka Raya. This research was conducted by quantitative descriptive method, with the number of research samples as many as 15 outpatient kidney disease patients who had not performed hemodialysis at the Clinical Pathology Laboratory of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya, with a sampling technique in the form of Accidental Sampling. The examination method used is the measurement of creatinine clearance as a marker of the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) using the Cockroft-Gault formula. The results showed that based on the value of normal creatinine clearance, as much as 7%, and the decreased value of creatinine clearance, as much as 93%.

This study aims to develop a problem-based story learning model with ICT using the Kahoot interactive quiz that could increase students' metacognition awareness and science process skills which were determined by the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the learning model. This research was a research development (R&D) 4D Thiagarajan through four stages such as define, design, develop, disseminate. The effectiveness of data collection was done by giving pre-test and post-test questions on metacognition awareness using MAI (Metacognition Awareness Inventory) and questions on students' science process skills by looking at the increase in the average score of normalized gain. The results showed that the learning model was effective for increasing awareness of metacognition, this was based on the average N-Gain in the small group test, large group test, and the dissemination test with an average of 0.62 in the medium category, and on the students' science process skills with an average N-Gain value of 0.61 in the medium category. This model was also declared “valid” by the expert validators and users which was supported by empirical validation results. The practicality of implementing the PBS model had also been tested by observing the teacher's ability in classroom learning, learning responses to the ease with which teachers used the model, and student responses to the learning model applied by the teacher. The final result showed that the problem-based storytelling model developed had met the valid, effective, and practical criteria.

Salah satu kemampuan yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Siswa sudah mampu mengerjakan soal matematika tetapi belum cukup baik dalam menganalisis dan berpikir dengan maksimal. Sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Hal ini juga di sebabkan karena adanya perbedaan gaya kognitif pada masing masing siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah barisan dan deret pada gaya kognitif reflektif dan gaya kognitif impulsif berdasarkan asimilasi dan alomodasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Muaro Jambi. Pada penelitian ini siswa di berikan soal tes MFFT, untuk mendapatkan subjek gaya kognitif reflektif dan gaya kognitif impulsif. Siswa yang tepilih menjadi subjek penelitiaan diberikan soal kemampuan pemecahan masalah barisan dan deret. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan gaya kognitif reflektif lebih cenderung mengalami asimilasi pada setiap tahapan pada proses pemecahan masalah, hal ini disebabkan siswa dengan gaya kognitif reflektif lebih detail dalam menganalisis soal. Sedangkan siswa dengan gaya kognitif impulsif lebih cenderung mengalami akomodasi pada setiap tahapan pemecahan masalah hal ini disebabkan siswa dengan gaya kognitif impulsif terlalu cepat dalam merespon dan tidak menganalisis soal dengan teliti.

This article discusses how high school students' creative learning in Biology learning to improve Communication Skills. Creative learning is learning that puts the teacher forward in facilitating learning activities, so that the learning atmosphere is conducive. Communication Skills is the extent of the use of the mind in solving problems by using its thinking skills at a higher cognitive level. This type of research is development research (Research and Development), which is used as concrete evidence in increasing Communication Skills with creative learning involving 10 schools, both public and private schools, and 10 Biology subject teachers as a needs analysis. Retrieval of need assessment data using a questionnaire technique through Google Form given to high school biology teachers. The results of the need assessment show that teachers who always improve students' creative learning by 70%, implementation of the Problem Solving learning model by 30%. Teachers still have difficulties in implementing Problem Solving learning to improve creative learning by 80%. Conclusion SCICR learning can be used to increase Communication Skills and creative thinking in students.
