In the framework of the maritime potential development program, Dankormar issued a telegram Number ST/701/2020 dated April 9, 2020 regarding the Implementation of the Food Security Program through concrete steps. Brigif 4 Marines/BS is the implementing command unit for Kormar in Lampung. In its implementation, Brigif 4 Marines/BS needs to carry out communication and creativity for the Binpotmar program in synergy with the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center. By using SPSS version 25 method, it is known that the effect of communication and creativity is partially 16.2% and 28.3%. Then the effect of synergy or simultaneously between Brigif 4 Marines / BS and the Lampung Marine Cultivation Fisheries Center is 35.3%. According to the Guilford criteria, the correlation is quite significant, which is 0.594. So that there needs to be a more intensive and more well-established improvement between the Brigif 4 Marines/BS and the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center, which is expected to improve the welfare of the people of Lampung

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Inovasi Tehnologi dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Terhadap Kinerja Prajurit Batalyon Roket-1 Marinir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh antara variable independen yaitu Inovasi Tehnologi (X1) dan Manajemen Pengetahuan (X2) dengan variable dependen yaitu Kinerja Prajurit (Y). Bahan penelitian diambil dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang berjumlah 85 anggota dari jumlah populasi 565 anggota Batalyon Roket 1 Marinir dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi atau R-squared adalah 0,429 yang artinya bahwa Inovasi Teknologi dan Manajemen pengetahuan sebesar 42,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan atau tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini pada dasarnya menunjukkan adanya implikasi manajerial yang penting untuk memberikan perlakukan khusus pada kedua variabel ini yaitu Inovasi Teknologi dan Manajemen Pengetahuan. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS v.25.0 bahwa hasil Uji F-Test (Simultan) menunjukan didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,000. Karena nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka keputusannya H3 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Inovasi Tehnologi dan Manajemen Pengetahuan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja prajurit pada Batalyon Roket 1 Marinir Jakarta. Dengan demikian, Inovasi Tehnologi dan Manajemen Pengetahuan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja Prajurit Batalyon Roket-1 Marinir Jakarta.

Dental health is important in the life of every individual, including children. The 2018 Riskesdas stated that dental health problems in the 3-4 year old group were 36.4% with the highest distribution in children aged three. In children, the role of the mother is very important in maintaining dental and oral health. One effort to improve dental and oral health maintenance behavior is by developing a dental and oral health care model which in this study is in the form of a Ma'boy game. The purpose of this study was to produce a proper dental and oral health care model and to analyze its effectiveness in increasing changes in maternal behavior and improving toddler's teeth brushing skills. Types of R&D research, quasy experiment method pre and posttest design (non-equivalent control group). The population of toddlers in two Kindergartens assisted by the Paccerakang Health Center in Makassar city, the study sample was divided into 2 groups consisting of 17 treatment groups and 17 control groups based on inclusion criteria with the lameshow formula. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis (frequency distribution), bivariate analysis (paired samples test and independent sample test) and multivariate analysis (linear regression). The results showed that the development of the Ma'boy model had been applied to mothers effectively increasing knowledge with (p=0.001), an average increase of 2.28, attitudes (p=0.008), an average increase of 10.3 and action (p = 0.000), the average increase is 2.29. In toddlers, it is effective to improve teeth brushing skills with (p=0.000), an average increase of 5.81 and decrease the child's DI score with (p=0.000) an average decrease of 1.19. The conclusion is that the Ma'boy model of care is effective in increasing mothers' knowledge, attitudes and actions as well as teeth brushing skills and reducing DI scores in toddlers.

Efektifitas dan efisiensi pada perusahaan ditentukan oleh pengelolaan sumber daya yang dimiliki suatu organisasi, di antara berbagai sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh organisasi, sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan suatu hal yang sangat mempengaruhi efektifitas dan efisiensi di dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan office PT. Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk branch Kendari. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan office PT. Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk branch Kendari sebanyak 108 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan skala komitmen organisasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan office PT. Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk branch Kendari. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi r product moment dengan nilai korelasi pearson sebesar 0.265 dengan signifikansi korelasi (p) sebesar 0.006, dengan begitu maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.

Blindness is a physical disability that affects the eye organs, where a person cannot see the surroundings. The role or behavior of parents is very important to improve children's dental and oral hygiene. Behavior change can be done by providing training, education, simulations and demonstrations. Smart Toothbrush provides education to blind parents and children to improve their teeth brushing skills. Research Objectives: Producing a Smart Toothbrush as an educational medium in improving the teeth brushing skills of blind children guided by their parents.. Research Methods: This type of research is Mixed Method and Research and Development (R&D) research design. There are five research stages, namely: information gathering, model design, expert validation and revision, model testing using the Quasy Experiment Pre and Post Test with Control Group Design method. The sample was divided into 2 groups: 15 students in the intervention group and 15 students in the control group. Sampling using the Lemeshow formula. The data were tested using the Interclass Correlation Coefficient, Paired t-test, and Independent t-test. Result of Research: Smart Toothbrush is appropriate as an educational medium about brushing teeth (p=0.011). The implementation of this media was effective in increasing knowledge (p=0.015), attitude (p=0.009), and brushing skills of parents of blind students (p=0.021) compared to the control group. Conclusion: Smart Toothbrush is feasible and its application is effective as an educational medium in improving the teeth brushing skills of blind children.

The most commonly experienced dental health problems in elementary school students are related to caries and periodontal disease. This is due to the condition of dental and oral hygiene which is classified as poor which is influenced by dental and oral maintenance behavior that is still lacking. Children are basically easily saturated or bored, so the strategy to overcome this problem is that media that matches the child's character is needed, namely with "Dende Mission educational media based on Android" providing children's education with the game method can increase children's interest because it is considered interesting and fun. The purpose to produce alternative behavior change through the Dende Mission models of traditional Android-based games that are effective for improving the brushing behavior of elementary school students. The research methoad use Android-based games that are effective for improving the brushing behavior of elementary school students.  Results: The feasibility test of the Dende Mission model of a traditional Android-based game obtained an average score of 95% (very feasible). In the delta change test (Δ) of the knowledge of the intervention group 2,68 & control group 1,64(p=0,020), the attitude of the intervention group 7,64 & the control group 3,68(p=0,008), the intervention group action 2,92 & the control group 1,64(p=0,046), and the debris score of the intervention group index 0,61 & control group 0,35(p=0,035) which means that education using Dende Mission android-based traditional games is more effective than counseling with demonstration methods in improving behavior brushing the teeth of an elementary school child.

Introduction: According to WHO, periodontitis is a disease that affects about 20-50% of the world’s population. Periodontitis in pregnancy is often associated with poor pregnancy outcomes. Nowadays, periodontitis therapy is still giving antibiotics and mouth rinses (chlorhexidine) to reduce the dental plaque. However, these therapies have side effects in the form of antibiotic resistance, allergies and mouth irritation. Therefore, a non-conventional therapeutic that is more effective and safe is needed. Brown seaweed (Sargassum sp) is a promising alternative to its natural potential compounds as periodontitis therapy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Sargassum sp and the impact of periodontitis on pregnancy. Methods: This research is a systematic literature review by searching literature through various databases on; PubMed, Cochrane, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The literature was examined in the span of 2015 to 2020. The criteria and keywords were; Sargassum and Periodontitis; Periodontitis and Pregnancy; Periodontal Disease and Pregnancy. Results: The results of this review found 12 articles that showed that periodontitis is one of the risk factors in pregnancy such as; preeclampsia, LBW, and premature. Furthermore, 9 other articles discussed the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity contained in Sargassum sp, which can inhibit the development of P.gingivalis and its virulence factors. Conclusion: The conclusion is metabolites of Sargassum sp “alginate” were able overcomed periodontitis in pregnancy. Thus, further research is expected to be able to intervene directly and analyze more broadly about the effect of Sargassum sp on periodontitis in pregnancy.

The impact felt during the spread of the corona virus was very large, especially on the country's economy, one of the most vulnerable sectors is MSMEs which are the driving force of the country's economy. Consumers began to limit their consumption due to deteriorating financial conditions. Moreover, consumers really want satisfaction when choosing MSMEs that are considered able to provide prices that are in accordance with financial conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic, are able to provide good service, and are able to maintain the company's existence by creating a positive image, so that consumers feel satisfied. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on the MSME business, how people are consistent in using Indonesian MSME products because they are familiar with their image and quality, so that MSMEs can still maintain their existence in the face of crises in that era. The level of technological readiness in research This is at the basic research stage with the output target is to obtain data from a questionnaire about how great the existence of Indonesian local MSMEs is able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic until a new era is normal. The sample used in the study used a random sampling technique to randomly select consumers of Indonesian local MSME products throughout Indonesia, with data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result is that company image is able to mediate service quality on customer satisfaction, but is not proven to mediate customer satisfaction prices. This opens the door for future research.

Dental and oral health problems in mentally retarded children are higher than normal children. The problem experienced by mentally retarded children is the difficulty in carrying out independent activities in the behavior of maintaining dental and oral health. To overcome this problem, media aids are used to improve tooth brushing behavior in mentally retarded children, namely TR'S dental media pop-up is a form in which there are procedures for brushing teeth that are good and right. Purpose: Producing TRS Dental Pop-up media as a learning media to improve teeth brushing behavior of mentally retarded children. Method: Research and development (R&D) and product/model trials (Study true experiment test with cintrol group design). The subjects of this study were 15 intervention groups with the application of the TR'S Dental Pop-up educational model and 15 control groups with the application of the 3D boo pop-up educational model without audio. Sampling using the Lemeshow formula. Data were tested using the Paired test and independent sample test. Results: TR'S Dental Pop-up is appropriate as a learning media about brushing teeth. The implementation of this media is effective in increasing teacher knowledge (Δ) intervention 2.67 control 1.66, teacher attitude (Δ) intervention 3 control 1.67, teacher action (Δ) intervention 4 control 3, children's actions (Δ) intervention 5.8 control 3.8, intervention debris (Δ) 0.97 control 0.86. Conclusion: 3D pop-up book audio educational model is effective as a learning medium to improve teeth brushing behavior in mentally retarded children.

Augmented reality is a relatively new technology. The concept of content in this research is to combine AR and children's illustration books. This content can later be scanned/scanned by the AR application and display the shape of a 3D model. The content presented is in the form of book illustrations and 3D models that can display parts of the oral cavity. This type of research is a mix method with an R&D research design. The population in this study were students of TK Pelangi and TK Al-Manar Cirebon City. The sample used was 40 children who were divided into two groups, namely Pelangi TK students as the intervention group as many as 20 children and AL-Manar Kindergarten students as a control group as many as 20 children who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as 4 teachers and parents who attended number of children. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results showed that the augmented reality book model as an educational medium was effective in increasing knowledge, attitudes and actions to maintain dental and oral health in pre-school age children and was effective in reducing plaque scores in children compared to the control group. Proven pvalue of knowledge (0.001), attitude (0.002), action (0.001), plaque score (0.001). Augmented reality book model as an effective educational media in increasing knowledge, attitudes and actions to maintain oral health in mothers compared to the control group. Proven pvalue of knowledge (0.001), attitude (0.002), action (0.001). Dunia teknologi komunikasi berkembang pesat dan bermanfaat bagi kemajuan manusia. Dulu komunikasi itu rumit, sekarang sudah didukung oleh mesin otomatis, salah satunya adalah smartphone. Penggunaan smartphone dapat menyebabkan orang hanya fokus pada smartphone. Melihat dampak negatif dari penggunaan smartphone yang berlebihan. Kontrol diri adalah kemampuan mengontrol penggunaan smartphone sesuai kebutuhannya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengendalian diri dengan kecenderungan smartphone pada siswa SMPN 9 Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMPN 9 Kendari yang berjumlah 1.193 siswa dan jumlah sampel 99 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Data penelitian ini diukur menggunakan skala pengendalian diri dan skala kecenderungan kecanduan smartphone serta menggunakan uji hipotesis Product Moment Pearson dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.00. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara pengendalian diri dengan kecenderungan kecanduan smartphone pada siswa SMPN 9 Kendari. Hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan pengaruh pada siswa sehingga dapat mengontrol diri dan membatasi diri dalam menggunakan smartphone

Perkembangan media sosial memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi penggunanya. Namun kemudahan tersebut dapat memicu terjadinya kecenderungan adiksi media sosial jika digunakan secara berlebihan. Terjadinya kecenderungan adiksi media sosial dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, di antaranya adalah kontrol diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan kecenderungan adiksi media sosial pada mahasiswa Program Studi Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Ilmu Budaya UHO. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 225 orang mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel 69 orang mahasiswa angkatan 2019, 2020, 2021 dan diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Kontrol Diri dan Skala Kecenderungan Adiksi Media Sosial. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan nilai (r) sebesar - 0,323 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007 (p< 0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara kontrol diri dengan kecenderungan adiksi media sosial pada mahasiswa Program Studi Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Ilmu Budaya UHO.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa angkatan 2018 Fakultas Ilmu dan Teknik Kebumian Univeritas Halu Oleo Kendari. Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan jenis penundaan yang dilakukan pada tugas-tugas formal yang berhubungan dengan jenis tugas akademik atau kinerja akademik. Kuatnya pengaruh teman kelompok merupakan bentuk dari konformitas dan merupakan salah satu faktor yang diduga menyebabkan mahasiswa melakukan prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 52 orang dari 109 populasi mahasiswa angkatan 2018 Jurusan Pertambangan Fakultas Ilmu dan Teknologi kebumian Universitas Halu Oleo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konformitas dan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode korelasi Pearson’s Product Moment. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa angkatan 2018 Jurusan Pertambangan Fakultas Ilmu dan Teknologi kebumian Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari.

The covid-19 pandemic initiates the emergence of the social distancing concept and the implementation of health protocols. This also happens in worship places, which are public places and are at risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus. For such reason, strict health protocols need to be carried out when washing hands with hand sanitizer. The use of hand sanitizers is believed to be able to kill viruses well, but manual spraying can increase the spread of the virus. This program aims to make automatic hand sanitizer spraying devices placed in front of the Attawwaabiin Mosque entrance, Pisang Candi Village, Malang City. The implementation method consisted of program observation and the manufacture of an automatic hand sanitizer spraying device, including the preparation of tools and components, the assembly stage, the trial and repair stage, and the stage of providing tools to partners. The result of this program is a tool that is specially assembled so that the spraying of hand sanitizer can be done automatically without touching other media so that it can help reduce the spread of the virus so that the congregation of the mosque can carry out their worship with a sense of security and comfort.

Kinerja perekonomian di suatu daerah tidak hanya dapat dilihat melalui kontribusi suatu sektor terhadap total perekonomian di daerah tersebut, namun juga dapat dilihat berdasarkan keterkaitan sektor tersebut terhadap sektor lainnya. Artinya, bagaimana suatu sektor mampu mempengaruhi dan memberikan efek terhadap aktivitas sektor-sektor ekonomi lainnya di daerah tersebut. Kontribusi suatu sektor terhadap total perekonomian, serta keterkaitan yang terjadi antar sektor akan memberikan gambaran menyeluruh terkait integrasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi di suatu daerah. Salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan adalah Tabel Input-Output Regional (Tabel I-O Regional). Tabel I-O Regional disusun untuk menyajikan gambaran hubungan timbal-balik dan saling keterkaitan antar sektor dalam perekonomian di suatu daerah selama periode tertentu (biasanya satu tahun). Selain itu, untuk memperlihatkan peranan dari masing-masing daerah dan adanya saling ketergantungan antar daerah tersebut, juga digunakan Inter-Regional Input-Output (Tabel IRIO). Pada tulisan ini, daerah yang menjadi fokus analisis adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dengan menggunakan Tabel I-O Sumatera Barat berukuran 17x17 lapangan usaha serta Tabel IRIO 17 lapangan usaha x 34 provinsi yang diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 4 lapangan usaha yang teridentifikasi sebagai nasional key sectors, dimana 3 lapangan usaha pertama juga merupakan local key sectors, yaitu: lapangan usaha Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas (D), Transportasi dan Pergudangan (H), Informasi dan Komunikasi (J) , serta Industri Pengolahan (C). Selain itu, jika terjadi perubahan permintaan akhir di Provinsi Sumatera Barat, maka provinsi yang akan menerima dampak limpahan (spillover output dan NTB) terbesar adalah ke provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Jawa dan Pulau Sumatera, terutama provinsi DKI Jakarta. Di sisi lain, Provinsi Sumatera Barat akan memperoleh dampak limpahan (spillover output dan NTB) terbesar jika terjadi perubahan permintaan akhir di provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Sumatera, terutama Provinsi Jambi.

Sumatera Utara memiliki pengaruh terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, karena provinsi ini termasuk kedalam lima kontributor terbesar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui industri-industri yang mampu menjadi leading sector dan industri unggulan untuk meningkatkan potensi perekonomian Sumatera Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antar industri, menentukan industri unggulan, dan dampak perekonomian Sumatera Utara terhadap provinsi lain di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui provinsi unggulan di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tabel I-O Sumatera Utara Tahun 2016 dan Tabel IRIO Indonesia Tahun 2016. Data diperoleh dari BPS. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis angka pengganda, indeks daya penyebaran dan indeks daya kepekaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Industri Makanan dan Minuman merupakan leading sector dan merupakan salah satu industri unggulan di Sumatera Utara. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan salah satu Provinsi unggulan di Indonesia dan memiliki dampak terbesar terhadap output Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Kasus karies gigi banyak ditemukan pada usia tumbuh kembang yaitu anak-anak prasekolah dan usia sekolah. Anak prasekolah dan sekolah sering mengkonsumsi jajanan makanan kariogenik yang menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya karies. Makanan kariogenik adalah makanan yang banyak mengandung glukosa dan bersifat lengket di gigi geligi. Anak-anak sangat suka dengan jajanan berupa biskuit yang manis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui uji analisa kandungan glukosa dan uji organoleptik pada biskuit nonkariogenik berbahan dasar shorgum terkandung gula xilitol.Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan 3 kelompok perlakuan dan 1 kelompok kontrol. Pengujian analisis meliputi uji organoleptik dan uji Luff scrool. Pengujian menggunakan metode hedonic scale test dengan analisa secara deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil kandungan glukosa pada Biskuit xilitol 50% adalah yang paling rendah 2,38%. Namun anak-anak paling tidak menyukai biskuit sorgum. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah biskuit xilitol 100% disukai oleh anak-anak. Uji organoleptik menunjukkan anak-anak menyukai biskuit xilitol 100% karena faktor rasa, aroma, mudah dikunyah, mudah digigit dan mudah ditelan dibandingkan dengan biskuit sorgum dan biskuit xilitol 50%.

Walking is an essential component of daily life and studies have shown the growing number of clinicians performing walking tests in their daily practice. This study is aimed to assess the validity and reliability of the Four-Meter Gait Speed (4MGS) test for healthy Indonesian adults (Mongoloid race). Data collection were conducted at the Rehabilitation Department of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital during the period of August 2016 to March 2017. Two observers and two trials were involved in measuring the gait speed in the 4MGS test with a 6 meter track. All accumulated data were analyzed for validity using the Bland-Altman test, while test re-test reliability was done using Cronbach's alpha for internal consistency. Sixty-one subjects were involved in this study. There were no significant differences in inter-trial comparison from both observers (P=0.262 and P=0.954). Similarly, intra-observer walking speed comparison in both trials were also not significantly different (P=0.117 and P=0.869). The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) value between the first and second tests from observer I was 0.839 (Cronbach Alpha,0.911) while the value for observer II was 0.902 (Cronbach Alpha, 0.948). The ICC value between observer I and II in the first trial was 0.906 (Cronbach Alpha, 0.950); whereas the second trial demonstrated a value of 0.890 (Cronbach Alpha, 0.941). Thus, the 6 meter track 4MGS has a good validity and reliability for healthy Indonesian adults. It is expected that the walking speed from this study can be used for Mongoloid race living in other countries and the 4MGS can become an alternative speed-based walk test, especially during COVID-19 pandemic, due to its practicality in measuring functional capacity in a shorter duration.
