Analyzing the effects of Internal Factors, Local Government Interventions, External Factors and Policies of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority on Profitability with External Factors as Moderating Variables at Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. Sample this research is a Regional Development Bank of 24 Banks with research data from 2010 to 2018. A total of 24 Regional Development Banks throughout Indonesia were sampled from 2010 to 2018, so the observation data in this study includes 216 research data and there are 80 outlier data so that the data processed in this study with 136 data processed in the study. Analysis of the data in this study used Structural Equation Modeling with Warp PLS Program and internal actors gave a significant influence on profitability, Intervenes local government gave insignificant influence on profitability, External actors gave a significant influence on profitability, policy Bank Indonesia and financial services authority gave insignificant influence on profitability, Policy Bank Indonesia and financial services authority gave a positive and insignificant influence on profitability with external factors as moderation at the Regional Development Bank in Indonesia.

Student worksheets are used as a learning resource that is concise and practical. The design of student worksheets that is concise and practical tends to be low in developing the stages of thinking processes. Physics learning that studies natural behavior always involves analytical thinking. The development of student worksheets based on analytical thinking design is the important goal in this study. Three stages are used to develop student worksheets with an analytical thinking design, that are differentiating, organizing, and attributing. Student worksheets design with the development of analytical thinking has been generated for momentum material. The differentiating stage includes identifying the quantity of moving object, defining the amount of momentum and estimating the velocity before and after the collision. The organizing stage includes the activities of analyzing and relating the momentum quantity to the collision phenomenon. While the attributing stage includes the activities of deducing the relation between momentum quantity and the collision phenomenon, also evaluating the law of conservation of linear momentum of a collision. The results of student worksheets validation obtained a percentage of 92.9%, so this learning resource is in a highly valid criteria. The design of student worksheets that develop analytical thinking skills can form the basis and support higher thinking skills.

This research analyzed media feasibility and effectiveness based on IoT with a problem-solving approach that provides real experience to improve students' HOTS on thermodynamics law material. The Borg Gall method's research development simplification had three stages: preliminary study, development, and field testing. The research subjects consisted of four lecturers as expert validators, two physics teachers, and three groups consisting of 108 in science XI grade students of Senior High School in Batang Regency, Central Java. Data collecting techniques were using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and written tests. The results of the validation of media experts and material experts were 3.84 and 3.75, respectively. The results of teacher responses and students' responses were 3.92 and 3.50 in the excellent category. The product's effective contribution to improving HOTS from the Multivariate Test analysis on GLM based on the partial eta squared value was 85.9%. The mean difference (MD) test results were -30.600 for the experimental group, while the control groups were -5.879 and -16.125, respectively. The more negative the Mean Difference (MD) score, the higher the students' HOTS. This shows that there is an experimental group giving improved scores better than the control group. IoT is an opportunity for teachers to see technology as part of education because technology is the current millennial generation's cultural artifact.

The main analysis in developing assessment instruments is reliability and validity. A validity test is carried out to determine the appropriateness instrument that will be developed, both construction validity and content validity. The reliability test is to determine the level of consistency of the instrument that has been developed. This research was conducted to develop the HOTS ability to test items for high school students. The grid test instruments are arranged based on competence and HOTS indicators, which are then used to arrange items. The test instrument consisted of ten question items relating to the HOTS Thermodynamic Law problem, which included: 1) analyzing the magnitude of engine efficiency, work, heat, and internal energy changes, 2) evaluating Carnot's efficiency, and 3) creating a heat engine. The assessment of the instrument HOTS test obtained Aiken's V score in the range of 0.83 to 0.94, which is in the valid criteria. The validated instrument was piloted in 141 science grade XI student in High School 2 Batang, at Batang Regency, Central Java. The level difficulty of the Polytomous data was analyzed using the QUEST program for classical analysis and PARSCALE 4 for modern analytical theory based on the Partial Credit Model (PCM). The results of data analysis of the experimental items show that of the ten-question items, all are compatible with PCM. The reliability of the test instrument is 0.84, and the item difficulty level is in the range of 0.83 to 1.22. Information functions and Standard Error Measurement (SEM) indicate that test questions developed reliably to measure HOTS students' ability with an average category in -1.9

This study aims to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of experiment media based on Internet of Things (IoT) to enhance the students' HOTS ability on thermodynamics law material. This Research and Development comprises of the following stages: (1) defining needs, (2) designing products, (3) developing products, and (4) disseminating products. Four expert lecturers and two physics teachers serve as the validator. The limited trial subjects consisted of six students of class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Pekalongan; the field test subjects consisted of 108 students who were randomly selected from all XI MIPA classes at SMAN 2 Batang, and the disseminating subjects were teachers of MGMP physics in Batang. The instruments used were expert validation questionnaires, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and written tests. The results of the validation of media experts were 3.81 (very good), and material experts were 3.54 (very good). Meanwhile, the results of teacher responses were 3.92 (very good), and the results of student responses were 3.50 (very good). The effective contribution of the IoT-based experimental media to improve the ability of HOTS can be seen from the results of the Multivariate Test analysis on GLM based on the partial eta squared value of 85.9%. This shows that experiment media based on IoT is feasible and effective to enhance the students’ HOTS ability.

One of the biggest issues impeding a country’s progress is the lack of power. To overcome this issue, hybrid renewable energy systems (HRES) play an important role. Due to rising consumption and diminishing resources globally, sustainability has recently attracted more attention. Bangladesh has access to renewable energy sources, including solar, micro-hydro, biomass, wind, and others. The objective of this research is to minimize the net present cost (NPC), cost of energy (COE), and CO2 emissions of the suggested electricity network using the Hybrid Optimization Model for Multiple Energy Resources (HOMER) Pro Software. This investigation explores the possible use of a hybridized energy system (i.e., solar, wind, and diesel) with battery storage in Bangladesh’s northern area. Utilizing HOMER Pro software, an optimal grid-connected system is chosen after evaluating the techno-economic viability of several configuration options. For the Rangpur metropolitan region, seven distinct grid-connected solutions with stationary renewable sources are simulated. The HRES is designed to meet demands for hospital, diagnostic, school, and operation theatre loads of 3250.00 kWh, 250.00 kW maximum requirement, and 570.00 kWh, 71.25 kW maximum electricity demand, respectively. Multivariate linear regression (MLR) is used to assess the suggested optimal combination in terms of system size, cost, technical performance, and environmental stability. The findings show that the metric real-time rate (annual) has emerged as the most advantageous option since economic criteria like total NPC and COE are preferred above others.

Entrepreneurship development based on creative industries for women congregation majelis taklim (MT) in Kepek village is carried out using the PAR (Participation Action Research) method which aims to encourage creative minds by pressing questions and participant-oriented guidance. Entrepreneurship development for MT female congregation in Kepek Gunung Kidul village can be achieved well. Among others are; There needs to be a follow-up in a series of mentoring and skills improvement, both for the main and supporting the business. The potential for good local wisdom can be converted into economic values. Massive development of marketing networks needs to be considered in order to have a bigger economic impact on the surrounding community. The government is advised to support deeper exploration of the local economic wisdom of the people of Gunung Kidul so that it can have a direct positive impact on its residents.

The aim of this research is to analys the influence of Domestic Direct Investment (DDI) to Economic Growth in Indonesia (GDP) with Capital Expenditures as moderating variable. We use panel data with 9 years of observation (2010-2018) and 30 provinces in Indonesia, based on purposive sampling, secondary data and analyzed by MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results indicates that, DDI actually gives negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia it was because of them is worth the investment in the country is still low when compared with foreign investment and investment out of the country, and greater fluctuations in value realization of these investments annually. Capital expenditure has proved to strengthen and change the direction of the relationship between the DDI to the GDP, due to the realization that capital spending is focused in the development of infrastructure.

Introduction: Patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) may experience various physical, psychological or spiritual issues. A holistic mind-body spiritual nursing care (MBS) model is needed to help patients' cope with the issues. This study aimed to develop an MBS nursing care model for CHD patients. Method: The study employed a crossectional design with 110 CHD patients participated in the study. Respondents were asked to fill out questionnaires to gather the required data. Criteria for respondent selection were Moslem, aged 40-75 year, medical diagnosis of CHD, and haemodynamically stable. The independent variables were focal, contextual and residual stimuli, while the dependent variables were coping and spirituality. Data were analyzed using partial least square. Results: The results show that the mind-body-spiritual nursing care formed focal stimuli. Spirituality is formed by focal, contextual, residual stimuli and coping style. Nursing care significantly affects spirituality, shown by T-statistics of 6.795. Spirituality can be explained by patience, endeavour toward wellness, and offer the results only to God by 72%, while the rest is explained by other factors. Conclusion: MBS nursing care model has a strong relationship with spirituality. This model needs to be applied in a further research to see its effectiveness in improving spirituality and expression of cardiovascular risk inflammatory markers.

This paper is motivated by the condition of Islamic Education as an important subject in forming the noble values of students. Islam as a system of belief and belief greatly influences actualization in the context of education. The formulation of the problem posed is "What is the role of Islamic Education in facing the paradigm shift of the Industrial Revolution 4.0?" The expected objectives of this study will be to obtain a description of the roles that Islamic Education must meet in facing the changing industrial era 4.0. The results of the study show that the role of Islamic Education is very crucial because in facing the changing times it is necessary to maintain the noble values of religion which become the life guidance for the generation in facing it. The conclusion is that every implementation and implementation of Islamic Education must be able to direct students to act based on morality as stated in the Qur'an and the Sunnah and the agreement of the ulamas so that in this case Islamic education is ready to respond to such rapid changes that have a tremendous impact on life.

Climate change causes changes rainfall, temperature, air humidity and wind direction so that affect the reproduction of vectors of diseases such as the mosquito Aedes, Malaria, etc. that it needs to be monitored the increase in many cases DB. free number of larvae (ABJ) is one of the larva density indicator, although ABJ has more than 90 percent but morbidity remains high. The condition of the ABJ not describes the density of larvae jentik, so that the need to study the density jentik indicator that more can describe as the larvae density index with SEM based Variance approach. The results of the study showed that the structural model nonparametric to larva density is the best model based on the criteria of R2 and Q2. The Ministry of Health and behavior, environment condition and breeding place/site effect on the larva density of 87.7%. The dominant indicator counseling on health services, knowledge on the behavior of the temperature of the water on the conditions in the environment and the material container on the breeding place/sites. While on the larva density each indicator provides value loading, larvae density index (0.864), House index (0.459), Container index (0.894), and Breateau index (0.925). Environmental conditions the dominant factor in affecting larva density decline of 32.4%, with each indicator larvae density index (28%), House index (15%), Container index (29%), and Breateau index (30%).

Hypertension is one of the disease is not contagious diseases which is a public health problem. Uncontrolled Hypertension can trigger a degenerative diseases such as congestive heart failure, renal failure and vascular disease. Hypertension is called the silent killer because his nature the condition is asymptomatic and can cause a fatal stroke. With the increasing prevalence of cases of degenerative diseases, one only hypertension, then the researchers want to predict the variables very big role as one of the risk factors of Genesis hypertension. With clearly know the risk factors that play against genesis hypertension is expected to be used as a reference for the prevention and control so that they can reduce the prevalence of hypertension and prevent deaths from degenerative diseases, especially hypertension. The results of the study showed that the results of the modeling the prevalence of hypertension in South Kalimantan Province using linier regression there is no factor that affect the genesis of hypertension. The prevalence of hypertension spread spatially because there are heterogenitas between the location of the observation that means that observations of a location depends on the observations in another location that the distance is near so do spatial regression modeling with Adaptive Gaussian kernel function, meghasilkan 5 groups. Group I consists of the districts Tanah Laut and Tanah Bumbu; group II, Kota Baru; Group III consists of Banjar, Kota Banjar Baru, Kota Banjarmasin; Group IV on the Barito Kuala Regency and the Group V consists of Tapin, H S Selatan, H S Tengah, H S Utara, Tabalong, Balangan.

ACUTE (RTI) is still an important health problem because the cause of the death of infants and children under five high enough, 1 from 4 death that happens. The purpose of this research examines the factors that affect the genesis ACUTE (RTI) using poisson regression approach with estimates of the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) and generalized method moment (GMM). This research done in the area of Health Clinic in South Kalimantan. The results of the study showed that the estimates of the GMM method on Poisson regression model gives better performance in terms of the significance of the parameters than the MLE method. The factors that affect an increasing number of the prevalence of ACUTE (RTI) a region namely persentase Breast Feeding non-exclusive (0.0279), the percentage of low birth weight (0.0569), the percentage of shelter density (0.028), the percentage of the existence of smoker family members in the house (0.0308), the percentage of immunization is not complete (0.0193). While the factors that affect a downturn in the number of the prevalence of ACUTE (RTI) in a region which is the percentage of the number of infants less than 2 (0.0364), the percentage of normal nutrition status (0.0224), the percentage of Mothers Education on high school (0.0339), and the percentage of social economy (UMP enough to top) (0.0194).

High employee performance can be achieved if all elements within the organization can be well integrated. Increased employee competence, application of organizational culture and employee motivation are part of the elements or variables that affect an employee performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance through motivation as a variable mediation. The population in this research is all Civil Servant of Directorat General of Fiscal Balance (DGFB) which amounted to 426 people. Sampling method is Simple Ramdom Sampling (SRS) with the number of respondents as much as 80 employees calculated based on Slovin Formula. Data collection techniques in this study are literature study and questionnaire. Data were analyzed by path analysis model by using SPSS. The first results of this researh showed that the competence and organizational culture simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on motivation. Furthermore, based on the results of partial tests, competence have a positive but not significant effect on motivation, while the influence of organizational culture on motivation is positive and significant.The second result shows that the competence, organizational culture, and motivation have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, based on the results of partial tests, competence and organizational culture show the same results that have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while motivation effects on employee performance although still positive but not significant.

Temperature and availability nutrients played an important role on growth and lipid production of microalgae. In this study, we examined the effect of increasing suhu and excessed and depleted NO3 on growth rate, biomass and free fatty acid concentration in the Spirulina sp and Skeletonema sp. Two microalgae were culture on Conway and Milne media for 21 days using continuous culture technique. There were four temperature treatments, such as 28oC, 30oC, 32oC and 34oC and three nutrient treatments, which were control nutrient treatment, without NO3 and two times NO3 concentrations from control treatments with three replicates for each treatments. Results found that increasing temperature significantly affected on biomass and concentration free fatty acid, meanwhile nutrient treatments affected on growth rate, biomass and concentration of organic Carbon. In general, increasing temperature was more affected on Spirulina sp in terms of increasing growth rate, biomass and free fatty acid concentration. However, Skeletonema sp was more responsive to availability of NO3 in the media culture for increasing free fatty acid, and percentage of free fatty acid per dry weight.

Introduction: Flow phase with high cardiac output and increased metabolic conditions. When metabolic conditions are not stable there will be a long duration of complications until death. One of the benefits of Nutrition Risk Screening (NRS-2002) is reliable inpatient care for critical patients. While the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST) shows speed in the classification of nutritional disorders. Methods: This study used the observational design method. The sampling technique in this study used Consecutive sampling in accordance with the criteria consisting of 31 respondents. This was to determine the specificity and sensitivity values of NRS 2002 and MUST using contingency table analysis and for the Area Under Curve (AUC) using Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Results: The sensitivity values in MUST was predicted for metabolic conditions which was higher than when using NRS 2002, but the specificity and value of AUC (Area Under Curve) was higher using NRS 2002 than using MUST when it came to predicting metabolic conditions. Conclusions: There were differences in effectiveness between use of Nutritional Risk Screening (NRS-2002) with the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST) in relation to changes in metabolic conditions of trauma patients. NRS-2002 is more effective than MUST. NRS 2002 has the ability to identify patients more precisely who are likely to have a negative outcome.

BackgroundThe epidemiology of acute febrile illness, a common cause of hospitalization in Indonesia, has not been systematically studied.Methodology/principal findingsThis prospective observational study enrolled febrile patients (temperature ≥38°C) aged ≥1 year from July 2013 until June 2016 at eight government referral teaching hospitals in seven provincial capitals in Indonesia. Patients were managed according to the hospital standard-of-care (SOC), and blood samples were drawn for molecular and serological assays. Clinical data, laboratory results, and specimens for additional tests were collected at enrollment, days 14-28, and at three months. Regular follow-up visits were then scheduled for every three months either until symptoms resolved or until one year. In total, this study included 1,486 adult and pediatric patients presenting with multi-organ (768, 51.7%), gastrointestinal (497, 33.0%), respiratory (114, 7.7%), constitutional (62, 4.2%), skin and soft-tissue (24, 1.6%), central nervous system (17, 1.1%), or genitourinary (4, 0.3%) manifestations. Microbiological diagnoses were found in 1,003/1,486 (67.5%) participants, of which 351/1,003 (35.0%) were not diagnosed during hospitalization using SOC diagnostic tests. Missed diagnoses included all cases caused by Rickettsia spp., chikungunya, influenza, and Seoul virus. The most common etiologic agents identified were dengue virus (467, 46.6%), Salmonella spp. (103, 10.3%), and Rickettsia spp. (103, 10.3%). The overall mortality was 89 (5.9%).Conclusions/significanceFebrile illness in Indonesia has various microbiologic etiologies and substantial overall mortality. Diagnostic limitations and lack of epidemiologic data resulted in potentially treatable, and at times fatal, diseases being missed.

Kayumas Village was a unique village to study. The uniqueness could be traced through an evidence on 19 April 1883 when the Dutch investor HHvan Kol and his colleague JCEgter van Wissekerke were interested in leasing 504 bau of vacant land in Kajoemaas plateau to the Dutch colonial government for 75 years to establish the company "Cultuur Maatschappij Kajoemaas", whereas the location of Kajoemaas region was isolated and difficult to reach. The land was apparently planted with Arabica coffee because of the geographical location of the area was more than 760-1550 meters above sea level, and succeeded in producing Arabica Coffee exported to Europe. When Indonesia gained its independence, the company was nationalized and changed its position by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII (PTPN XII) by changing the name to be "Kayumas Arabica Coffee Processing". This Arabica coffee processing factory later inspired the farmers of Kayumas Village to cultivate their lands. This study was dissected using a political economy theory as combined with the historical method. The theory of Political Economy was used to trace the emergence of the critical thinking of Kayumas Village farmers to grow and crop Arabica coffee as the same as the PTPN XII. Meanwhile, the historical method was used to track the strategies used by farmers to survive. This study has resulted and proven that the majority of farmers in Kayumas Village chose to plant Arabica coffee as a strategy to survive along with PTPN XII. It was also proven that the coffee farmers in Kayumas village were more prosperous than farmers in other villages.

This study examined the effect of ingredients mixing sequence to the vulcanization kinetics of natural rubber. The effects of mixing temperature, vulcanization temperature, and the carbon black type upon the kinetics were also studied by using rheography and an autocatalysis reaction model approach. The results showed that this model is good in providing information on vulcanization reaction kinetics of natural rubber. High vulcanization temperature resulted in high reaction rate constant. The more black carbon mixed at the beginning of the rubber mixing process, the higher reaction rate constant would be. The mixing of carbon black and rubber chemicals mixed into the rubber subsequently resulted in the higher reaction rate constant compared with that of simultaneously.

The purpose of this research is to understand the extent of the business of Minahasa Cultural House and how it can compete in international market, particularly in facing other competitors while maintaining its uniqueness and cultural value. The researchers used a qualitative approach, in addition to the case-study method. The data used in this research were both primary and secondary data. The data collection was achieved through observation technique, interview, and documentation. The data analysis implied three steps, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data display, (3) conclusions. The results of this research show the main factors that will help achieve the competitiveness of Minahasa Cultural House to other business competitors are: condition factor, demand factor, industrial-related factor, and the government’s role. The key factor highlighted in this research that influences the competitiveness is the condition factor, such as the quality of the product, price of the product, human resources, uniqueness, innovation, and the demand of the product itself.

Kepulauan Mentawai merupakan bagian dari Pulau Sumatera yang terdapat dua lempeng tektonik yang aktif. Kedua lempeng tektonik tersebut yaitu lempeng Indo-Australi menunjam ke arah lempeng Eurasia dan menimbulkan zona subduksi Sumatera yang banyak menimbulkan kejadian gempabumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sesar gempa ditinjau dari besarnya magnitudo dengan menggunakan metode focal mechanism studi kasus gempa pada Kepulauan Mentawai periode tahun 2010-2016. Metode focal mechanism merupakan metode untuk menentukan bidang sesar yang dihasilkan oleh kejadian gempa dengan memanfaatkan gerak awal gelombang P. Gerak awal gelombang P berupa gaya kompresi ataupun dilatasi. Selain dengan metode focal mechanism, dalam penelitian ini juga dibuat cross section gempa dengan luasan daerah tertentu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikasi gempa yang terjadi merupakan gempa pada daerah lempeng tektonik. Hasil solusi focal mechanism untuk data gempa bermagnitudo ≥ 6.0 Mw rata-rata gempa menghasilkan sesar naik (thrust/reverse) dengan beberapa nilai kemiringan (dip) tertentu. Sedangkan hasil dari cross section gempa menunjukkan sebaran hiposenter gempa yang cenderung menunjam. Kejadian ini adalah indikasi bahwa lokasi gempa-gempa tersebut merupakan tempat lempeng yang menunjam dan ketika dihubungkan dengan hasil focal mechanism juga menunjukkan kecenderungan sesarnya adalah sesar naik dengan beberapa nilai kemiringan (dip) tertentu

Background: Range of Motion (ROM) exercise has been identified in the literature that it has an effect in improving muscle strength, especially in patients with stroke. However, little is known about the effect of ROM exercise combined with hypnosis therapy. Objective: To determine the effect of combination of hypnosis therapy and ROM exercise on upper extremity muscle strength in patients with non-hemorrhagic. Methods: This study employed a quasy experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. Thirty-two samples were selected using simple random sampling, which 16 randomly assigned in the experiment and control group. Muscle strength was measured using Muscle Strength Scale. Hypnosis Deepening test was used to measure the level of hypnosis depth. Paired t-test and Independent t-test were used for data analysis. Results: The mean value of muscle strength in the experiment group was 3.50 and the mean value in the control group was 2.62. Independent sample t-test obtained p-value = 0.012, indicated that there was a statistically significant difference in the mean of muscle strength of upper extremity in the experiment and control group. Paired t-test obtained p-value = 0.000, which indicated that there was significant difference between the average of muscle strength value before and after treatment Conclusion: The combination of hypnosis therapy and ROM exercise has a significant effect in increasing muscle strength of upper extremity in patients with stroke non-haemorrhagic.

Islamic banking has a huge role in accelerating the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Entrerprises (MSME)s in Indonesia. The largest Muslim population in Indonesia is one factor for the development of MSMEs. This paper explains how the Problems and Challenges of MSMEs in Indonesia; Development of MSMEs in Indonesia; Relationship Between Islamic Bank and MSMEs in Indonesia; The Role of Islamic Bank for Development MSMEs; and The Challanges of Islamic Bank for Accelerating the Growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. The end of this paper, the authors offer solutions to Islamic banking challenges in accelerating the growth of MSMEs such as: First, to improve mudhorobah and musyarakah financing schemes to accelerate and develop MSMEs in Indonesia; Secondly, to reduce the dependence on the use of Murabahah contract products that are consumptive and targeted middle and upper only, Third, improve the financing scheme Qordhul Hasan contract by cooperating against Islamic social institutions, such as BAZNAS, BAZDA, LAZ, BWI, and Mosque, etc by maximizing the utilization of zakat funds, infaq, alms, waqf which has been only consumptive. Fourth, the cooperation of linkage program to BPRS and BMT so that the funds channeled can be directed to remote areas and on target. Fifth, coaching, mentoring, and mentoring to BPRS, BMT, MSMEs business practitioners, and Islamic social institutions in order to develop funds that are stored productively. Sixth, allocate Hajj and umroh investment funds to MSMEs business practitioners.

Tujuan penelitian yaitu membuat formula pakan sumber protein terproteksi dengan metode Coating urea sebagai sumber nitrogen untuk mengoptimalkan sintesis mikrobia rume guma meningkatkan kecernaan pakan. Mengetahui pengaruh proteksi protein terhadap parameter kinetika rumen dan aktivitas biokimia mikrobia rumen sehingga bioekologi dan biofermentasi rumen masih pada kisaran yang normal baik secara in vivo. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara in vivo, yang berlokasi di kandang percobaan Jatikuwung, Jurusan Peternakan, UNS. Ransum dicobakan pada ternak dengan materi penelitian domba ekor tipis sebanyak 16 ekor dengan lama pemeliharaan selama 4 bulan. Ransum yang diberikan adalah hijauan berupa rumput dan konsentrat yang mengandung sumber protein terproteksi dengan lemak, yaitu urea, sumber lemak yaitu minyak sawit, dengan perlakukan ure:minyak adalah 1:1, 2:1 dan 3:1. Rerata konsumsi pakan (BK) domba lokal jantan yang diberi perlakuan P0, P1, P2, dan P3 adalah 798,70, 673,44, 684,07 dan 641,71 gr/ekor/hr, pertambahan bobot badan sebesar 53,57, 31,75, 45,09, 32,44 gr. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi coating-urea ke dalam ransum basal belum memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap konsumsi, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi pakan.

Introduction: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that requires long-term treatment. Supportive educative model facilitates self care agency improvement through self regulation and self effi cacy. This study was aimed the impact of supportive educative model on the improvement of self care regulation and self effi cacy on an increased of self care agency as well as HbA1c. Method: The research method used was quasy experimental with pre-post control group design. This study was conducted with a sample size of 76 patients with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 who were selected through consecutive sampling, they were divided into treatment group of 38 subjects and control of group 38 subjects. Data were collected by questionnaire and HbA1c test. Analysis of the data used paired t-test, independent t test and Partial Least Square (PLS). This study utilized self-efficacy variables, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and responsiveness. The purpose of this research is to determine the structural model of each variable as an endogenous variable and exogenous variable. Data used in this research is primary data collected by explanatory survey method and sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling up to 150 respondents. The respondents are a patient family of Metro City Blood Transfusion Unit (Unit Transfusi Darah Kota Metro). Measurements were made using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Instrument testing includes validity test and reliability test, while test requirement analysis used Lilifores normality test, homogeneity, linearity, and regression significance. The tool used as a measurement of Structural Equation Modeling using Linear Structural Relationship program. Based on the research findings it was found that self-efficacy has a direct positive effect on emotional intelligence, organizational culture has a positive direct effect on emotional intelligence, self-efficacy has no effect on responsiveness, organizational culture has a positive direct effect on responsiveness, and emotional intelligence has a direct positive effect on responsiveness.

This research uses product image, company image, trust, and saving decision variables. Data used in this research is primary data collected using explanatory survey method with the total population of 14,175 customers. The sample is 150 customer respondents. The instrument used in this research is a Likert scale at the Office of People's Credit Bank Eka Bumi Artha Metro. Testing of requirements instrument includes validity and reliability testing. Meanwhile, normality, homogeneity, linearity, and significance of regression testing are used in order to test the requirements analysis. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research result found that the product image has a positive effect on trust, the company image does not have direct postifive effect on the trust, product image has direct postifive effect on saving decision, the company image does not have direct postifive effect on the saving decision and the trust has direct postifive effect on the saving decision.

The objective of this study is to analyze implementation of SQ4R learning method, students ' active participation and students ' achievement in the subject " Public Administration of Public Relations and Protocol " for students of class XI ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE 1 at SMK PGRI Turen. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation, test, and field note. The result of the research shows that (1) the implementation of learning goes well, proved by the increase of students ' active participation and students ' achievement, (2) the students ' active participation increased from the percentage of 61% in the circle 1 to 82% in circle 2, (3) Students ' achievement from the cognitive aspect increased from the average of 6.7 in circle 1 to 88.7 on circle 2.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan hasil dan (2) Aktivitas belajar IPS siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 2 Kawunganten Cilacap. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas empat pertemuan dalam dua siklus, menggunakan desain Kemmis & Taggart. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 2 Kawunganten Cilacap. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes hasil belajar, angket, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Melalui model pembelajaran Problem-based learning berbantuan media dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. (2) Ada peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar ranah kognitif. Pada siklus I ketuntasan belajar siswa 60,00%, dan siklus II menjadi 85,71%. (3) Ada peningkatan nilai sikap siswa (hasil belajar ranah afektif). Rata-rata nilai sikap siswa 62,20 pada siklus I menjadi 67,97 pada siklus II atau meningkat 5,77 poin. (4) Ada peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa; siklus I rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa 3,01 menjadi 3,37 pada siklus II, atau meningkat 0,36 poin. IMPROVING LEARNING OUTCOME AND ACTIVITIES IN SOCIAL STUDIES OF THE MEDIA-AIDED PROBLEM- BASED LEARNING INSTRUCTIONAL MODEL SMPN 2 KAWUNGANTEN Abstract This study aims to: (1) improve the learning outcome and (2) activities of class VIII C, SMP Negeri 2 Kawunganten Cilacap. This study is classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, each of which consisted of two meetings, using Kemmis & Taggart design. The subject is 35 students of class VIII C, SMP Negeri 2 Kawunganten Cilacap. The data collection techniques used were observation, achievement test, questionnaire, documentation, and field note. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis. The results are as follows (1) The through of media-aided Problem-Based Learning instructional model in social studies teaching can enchance learning outcomes. (2) There is an increasing mastery of cognitive learning outcome. In the first cycle, it became 60,00%, and in the second cycle, it became 85.71%. (3) There is an increase in students’ attitude (affective domain of learning outcome). The average of students’ attitude score was 62.20 in cycle I and it became 67.97 in cycle II, or an increase of 5.57 point. (4) There is an increase in students’ learning activities; in the first cycle, the average score of students’ activities was 3.01 and it became 3.37 in cycle II, or an increase of 0.36 point.

This research is aimed to improve the knowledge and behavior of teenagers against smoking by using interactive discussion with audiovisual. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with control design with a sample of 94 students that are divided into 2 groups. The experimental group consists of 54 students and 40 students belong to control group. The result shows that the treatment group or the control group increased knowledge and attitudes against smoking. In the treatment group, the change of the frequency of respondents who quit smoking is higher than in the control group. There is an increase in knowledge and attitudes of respondents to smoking behavior after an interactive discussion, so that it can be used as an alternative method to improve the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in students.

Abstract: This study focuses on identifying internal and external factors from Crystal Guava Production and Service Unit of SMK 2 Batu. Therefore, strategies for the development of Production Units as edupreneurship can be obtained, namely vehicles for practicing work and entrepreneurship for students by doing creative and innovative efforts, the use of technology at the time of the guava crystal production process and its marketing implementation. Based on the internal factor analysis of the UPJ in SMK 2 Batu at 1.19 and the external factor analysis of 1.15 which is then analyzed using the SWOT matrix at the coordinate point (1.19:1.15) which means the quadrant I (SO) namely having to develop their internal power be`1cause the opportunity to develop UPJ in SMK N 2 batu is widely opened. The SO strategy that has been developed based on the SWOT matrix is (1) making Guidelines for production activities of Production Units that propose Curriculum, (2) product development and the use of the latest technology in organic crystal cultivation, (3) expanding market share with promotional media on social media, (4) increasing student involvement in cultivation and marketing (sales services, promotion in social media), (5) increasing collaboration with industrial parties to transfer knowledge and technology of crystal guava cultivation and maintain continuity of guava products. Climate change and global warming cause massive damage to the environment. One of the major events that are threatening the marine ecosystem is coral bleaching. Coral bleaching occurs when corals are exposed to above or below normal temperatures. The aims of this study are to compare the resistance of Isopora palifera and Acropora hyacinthus from Karanrang Island to temperature stress. Four treatment temperatures (28ºC, 30ºC, 32ºC, and 34ºC) were tested to assess the role of temperature stress and bleaching to Isopora palifera and Acropora hyacinthus for 48-hours. The abundance of zooxanthellae counted as the temperature stress variable. The results showed that there was a difference of coral response tothe treatment based on the time of experiment, after 48-hours experimentexposed at temperature treatment of 34°C the abundance of zooxanthellae from Isopora paliferawas 0,06 x105 cm-2 and the abundance of zooxanthellae from Acropora hyacinthus is 0,18 x105cm-2. In comparison between species, Isoporapalifera taken from Karanrang Island was more resistant to temperature stress thanAcroporahyacinthus.

The advancement of the company in the batik industry is entirely dependent on the company's ability to create and grow competitiveness that can adapt quickly to changes that occur. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurship orientation to competitive advantage through business innovation. The research was conducted in Batik Trusmi Cirebon, West Java Province, Indonesia. The number of respondent as many as 168 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analysis tool was done using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) version 22. The results show that market orientation and entrepreneurship orientation have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage through business innovation. Simultaneous usage of cationic and anionic thermosensitive hydrogels was shown to positively contribute to adsorption of heavy metal ions. The potential capacity for recovering heavy metal ions from an aqueous solution was enhanced by incorporating relatively hydrophobic moiety to the hydrogels, which was ascribed to the increase in the desorption on elevating the temperature over the lower critical swelling temperature (LCST). N-tert-butylacrilamide was added into the hydrogels to increase its desorption potential. The addition of N-tert-butylacrylamide does not significantly affect hydrogels’ adsorption ability. Moreover, the adsorption-desorption cycle was not diminished by repeating the temperature swing above the critical temperature at which the volume phase transition was induced.

Introduction: Acute complications are common in patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM). To improve the behavior prevention of complications and control blood sugar levels, patients need to be equipped with knowledge about the disease process to built a positive attitude and good behavior. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of patient empowerment based on experiential learning behavior on the prevention of complications and blood sugar levels. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with pre-post test approach using control groups. Samples were 46 diabetic patients who take control in poly RS Mardi Waluyo Blitar taken by consecutive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and checklist recall. Data were analyzed using paired t test, wilcoxon signed rank test and mann whitney. Results: The patient empowerment-based experiential learning have a significant impact on the behavior of prevention of complications. Discussion: Methods of experiential learning can be applied to improve the self-care of patients, especially those who have experienced an acute complications, so the patient is easier to implement behavioral prevention of complications and control blood sugar levels. Eksploitasi sumberdaya hutan yang berlangsung secara cepat perlu diimbangi dengan pengelolaan yang cukup baik agar sumberdaya yang tersedia tidak punah. Pengelolaan sumberdaya yang dilakukan secara konvensional akan menyita waktu, biaya dan tenaga disamping sulit diperoleh keseragaman data. Dengan dikembangkannya teknologi sistem informasi geografi (GIS/SIG) diharapkan dapat membantu pengelolaan sumberdaya hutan yang ada yang akhirnya akan mempermudah pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang tersedia secara optimal.

This research analyzes many factors that influence the behavior so that can prevent HIV/AIDS by using condom consistently in group of truck driver who usually stay for awhile in the truck stop area. Descriptive co relational used in this research, with the cross sectional approach. Total technique sampling is used to recruit 50 samples. Data has been collected using a questioner and been analyzed using a chi square test. The result of this study reveals there is a relationship between a knowledge (p = 0,001), perception (p=0,001), condom availability (p=0,001) and role of health services (p=0,001) with the behavior of preventing HIV/AIDS. Based on logistic regression test, the most influence factor in using condom consistently is knowledge.

Hospitalization in children is a crisis condition when children are sick and they need to be treated at hospital. Mostly, children who are hospitalized will experience anxiety. The services providd by nurses, doctor and laboratory personal affect the level of anxiety in children. The method used in this reseach is survey with the use of quationnaire as a data collection tool. This research involve some children who are hospitalized in dr R Soetijono and Permata Hospital in Blora as the samples of this research which were taken with a total sampling method. Data analyzed with the Sperman Rho method. The result of the research study in dr R Soetijono Blora hospital shows is connection between the performance nurses (p=0,006) and the performance doctor (p=0,008). There is no connection beetween the level of anxiety and the performance of laboratory personnel (p=0,431). The study in Permata Hospital Blora shows that there is connection between performance nurses (0,391) and performance doctor (0,019). Moreovere, there is no connection beetween the level of anxiety and the performance of laboratory personnel (p=0,258).

The purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of meanings in the A.T. Mahmud’s song lyrics. This research used the approach of music compositions and the language approach in semantics to find out the meanings of the lyrics. This research used content analysis techniques. The analysis includes two aspects; they are: (1) the analysis of the meanings of the song lyrics based on the language aspects; and (2) the analysis based on the aspects of the music compositions. The songs to be analyzed are Bintang Kejora, Pelangi, and Cicak. The lyrics of these songs indicate that in the process of creation, Mahmud focused on the beauty of the language, such as the diction, figure of speech, rhyme, and repetition. The songs use children words that correspond to the child's development, so that children understand and memorize easily. The songs created by A.T. Mahmud are mostly about daily life; the suitable themes for children’s characteristics and world. Based on the analysis in the music compositions, most of the songs form two parts and each part of the song consists of two phrases or sentences.

Teknologi penginderaan jauh telab berkembang dengan pesat di Indonesia semenjak awal 1970-an. Berbagai jenis aplikasi telah diterapkan baik oleh instansi pemerintah maupun swasta. Pada awal penggunaannya teknologi interpretasi yang dominan dipergunakan oleh para pemakai adalah interpretasi secara visual. Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer, analisa citra berkembang pula ke arah digital. Makalah ini mencoba mengenalkan teknologi interpretasi secara digital yang memungkinkan data tersebut diintegrasi dengan sistem informasi geografi yang terus berkembang di Indonesia.

Pada dekade mendatang, teknologi sistem informasi geografik terus berkembang dengan cepat. Perkembangan akan semakin nampak pada kecepatan, kapasitas penyimpanan dan sistem komputasi. Peranan sistem informasi yang berorientasi pada referensi di permukaan bumi atau spasial akan semakin dominan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk perencanaan dan operasionalisasi pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan berwawasan lingkungan. Banyak tantangan dan harapan yang perlu dihadapi dalam perkembangan informasi spasial yang diperlukan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Makalah ini mencoba mengulas beberapa harapan dan kendala atau tantangan dalam perkembangan sistem informasi geografik di Indonesia.

Steel is an important material that is widely used and its development has occurred in conjunction with the history of mankind over the last two centuries. In general, the steelmaking process has been done through a combination of a direct reduction process and an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) or an indirect reduction process and a Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF). The combination of the steelmaking processes can be adapted to the specific conditions of Indonesian local iron ore. In Indonesia, the raw material reserves of iron and steel making are quite large, but spread over several islands. UPT BPML LIPI in cooperation with the Department of Metallurgical Engineering UNTIRTA conducted research to improve the economic value of the local iron ore in South Lampung Regency. The total amount of primary iron ore resources in South Lampung is estimated to be in the region of 11 million tons. South Lampung Regency iron ore is primary iron ore with a content of pure magnetite and magnetite-containing impurity silica levels ranging from 40-65% Fe in total. South Lampung Regency low-grade iron ore has the potential to be reduced by using a rotary kiln. A rotary kiln is a tool used to reduce low-grade iron ore and produce sponge iron with a high metallization. This process is in accordance with the Indonesian government policies that regulate the minimum value of percentage of sponge iron metallization for export, i.e. 85%. In this research, sponge iron is made of a mixture of Lampung iron ore pellets with coconut shell charcoal as a reduction agent. The composition of coconut shell charcoal is about 20%, which will determine the optimum amount of South Lampung iron ore pellets in the mixture. In addition, during the reduction process, the residence time of pellets in the rotary kiln is observed in order to obtain the optimal percentage of metallization. The method used in this research was the direct reduction process using a pilot-scale rotary kiln with the variables related to residence time (1, 2 and 3 hours) for the pellets and to the diameter of the pellets (-12+8mm and -20+12mm). Meanwhile, the reduction temperature was fixed, i.e. 1100oC. The maximum metallization of sponge iron achieved at a residence time of 3 hours was 99.50% for the average pellet diameter of (-12+8mm).

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara di dunia yang kaya akan sumber daya mineral logam. Pegunungan Selatan Jawa Timur sampai Jawa Barat merupakan daerah yang berpotensi sebagai tempat pembentukan bahan galian mineral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk identifikasi mineral mangan di Desa Pucung Kecamatan Eromoko Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode polarisasi terinduksi. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan alat Syscal dengan konfigurasi dipole-dipole. Pengukuran dilakukan pada 2 lintasan dengan panjang lintasan 150 meter dan spasi eletroda 10 meter. Struktur bawah permukaan di daerah penelitian berdasarkan nilai resistivitas diindikasikan dari batulanau, batupasir tufan, batugamping napalan-tufan, dan batugamping. Mineral mangan diduga berasosiasi dengan batugamping mempunyai nilai resistivitas >10 Ωm dan nilai chargeabilitas >20 msec.
