This paper summarized the nursing care of a patient with hypertensive headache treated with a trilogy of auricular therapy. The trilogy of auricular therapy consisted of three steps of treatment: auricular acupressure, bloodletting at the ear tip and auricular pressure treatment. Auricular acupressure was carried out to dredge meridians of ear, improve the microcirculation and reduce the degree of headache. The ear-tip bloodletting therapy showed a sound effect of vasodilation and blood-pressure regulation. The auricular pressure treatment was effective to enhance the stimulation on auricular acupoints. Under the guidance of TCM theory, the treatment of hypertensive headache using the three steps of auricular acupuncture points was effective and improved the comfort and quality of life of the patient. To summarize the clinical treatment experience of 2 cases of ventricular premature contraction by auricular acupoint therapy. Based on the routine medication treatment, auricular acupoint therapy can effectively reduce the number of premature beats, improve palpitation, chest tightness and other symptoms, improve patient' compliance with treatment and nursing, and further improve the quality of life of patients. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient who received auricular acupressure combined with finger exercise in the treatment of pain after transradial coronary angiography. Nursing assessment was carried out before implementation of auricular acupressure and finger exercise, and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques were applied according to the standard procedure. Objective The aim of this study is to explore the clinical effect of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine prepared with different solvents to Shenque(RN8) acupoint for the treatment of constipation. Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation during their hospital stay between Mary 2020 and Mary 2021 were included and randomly assigned into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group and treatment group received the therapy of applying the TCM drugs prepared with warm water and rice wine respectively to Shenque(RN8) acupoint for 4 h once a day and there were two rounds of treatment, with each round lasting 7days. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 96. 67% and 73. 33% respectively and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Application of the TCM drugs prepared with rice wine to Shenque(RN8) acupoint for the treatment of patients with constipation during their hospital stay is clinically effective and safe and it can be promoted to use in clinical nursing. (目的 探讨不同溶剂调制药物贴敷神阙穴治疗便秘的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年5月—2021年5月北京中医药大学东方医院心内科住院期间合并便秘患者, 共选择病例60例, 按照随机对照法分为对照组和治疗组, 各30例。对照组给予温水调和中药剂贴敷治疗, 治疗组给予黄酒调和中药剂贴敷治疗, 分别给予神阙穴贴敷4 h, 1次/d, 7 d为1个疗程, 共治疗2个疗程。 根据症状改善情况评价干预效果。结果 治疗组总有效率为96. 67%(29/30), 对照组总有效率为73. 33%(22/30), 2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 采用黄酒调和中药剂贴敷神阙穴治疗住院期间便秘患者的临床疗效较好, 安全性良好, 可以在临床护理中推广使用。)

This paper summarized the practice and experience of shift rotation in the general ward, CCU and catheterization unit of cardiology. The practice of shift rotation included rotation background of rotation, setting up of a team of clinical teachers, establishing the teaching program, training before shift rotation and related assessment. Nurses were trained in professional skills, and implementation of shift rotation had relieved pressure on nursing human resources. BackgroundRespiratory distress syndrome (RDS) is a common disease that seriously endangers the life and safety of newborns, especially premature infants. Exogenous pulmonary surfactant (PS) is the specific agent for the treatment of neonatal RDS. Lung ultrasound (LUS) has been successfully used in the diagnosis of RDS, but its value in guiding the application of PS is still unclear. This paper explored whether the application of PS under LUS monitoring has some advantages, including (1) decreasing the misdiagnosis rate of RDS and decreasing probability of using PS, and (2) reducing the dose of PS without reducing the therapeutic effect.MethodsThis study included two parts. Part 1: To decide whether the LUS is good to differentiate RDS from other lung diseases in the premature infants. All patients who were diagnosed with RDS and required PS treatment based on conventional criteria were routinely examined by LUS. Then, according to LUS findings, we decided whether they needed to receive PS treatment. Part 2: To see the dose reduction of surfactant is applicable. In RDS patients diagnosed based on LUS presentation and treated with Curosurf (Chiesi Pharmaceutical, Parma, Italy), the dose of Curosurf was compared with that recommended by the European RDS management guidelines.Results(1) Since March 2017, 385 newborn infants admitted to our neonatal intensive care unit met the traditional diagnostic criteria of RDS. Of these, only 269 cases were diagnosed with RDS and needed PS treatment according to LUS manifestations. The other 116 infants who did not meet the criteria for ultrasound diagnosis of RDS did not receive PS supplementation but obtained good outcomes, that is LUS findings decreased a misdiagnosis rate of RDS by 30.1% and subsequently resulted in a 30.1% reduction in PS use. (2) Among the 269 RDS patients diagnosed based on LUS findings, 148 were treated with Curosurf (another 121 RDS infants who received domestic PS treatment were not included in the study group), and the average dose was 105.4 ± 24.3 mg/kg per time, which is significantly lower than the dose of 200 mg/kg per time recommended by the European RDS guidelines. (3) The mortality rate of RDS patients was 0%, and no patients had ventilator-associated pneumonia or bronchopulmonary dysplasia in this study.ConclusionLUS can decrease the misdiagnosis rate of RDS, thereby decreasing the probability of using PS and decreasing the dose of PS, and can help RDS infants to achieve better outcomes.

Severe pneumonia has a high incidence, fatality rate and poor prognosis in the elderly patients, which posing a great threat to the life safety of elderly patients. This article summarized the application experience of care bundles in an elderly patient with severe pneumonia. Through the development of clustered airway care measures, including effective sputum discharge, posture management, safe nasal feeding, oral care, and hand hygiene, in order to improve the patient’s prognosis. Future networks demand ubiquitous and interconnected information services in a full-dimensional space. However, the infrastructure and the deriving technology system of the existing satellite Internet still face unprecedented challenges in terms of heterogeneous collaboration, resource efficiency, precision on demand, stability, and reliability. In this article, we analyze the development demand for satellite Internet in China and discuss the development status and trend of satellite Internet worldwide. Subsequently, we elaborate on a typical space–ground cooperative networking architecture and full-dimension definable network nodes. Ultimately, we propose the key intelligent-slicing technologies for a space–ground cooperative network in terms of network intelligent slicing, data analysis and forwarding, and the resource coordination and control mechanism. Furthermore, a development route is proposed for the intelligent slicing technology. Breakthroughs should be made on key technologies such as the businesson-demand intelligent slicing, data analysis and forwarding with full-dimension definability, and the global source coordination and control technologies; these breakthroughs should rely on the space–ground cooperative network architecture and supported by technologies such as network resource management and control, network intelligence, and full-dimension definability of the network architecture. This will ultimately provide continuous impetus for the innovation of the global dynamic optimization technology of the space–ground cooperative network resources.

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of amiodarone hydrochloride treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains. The patient was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains, and interventions on exercise and mental health were carried out to improve the rehabilitation. Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains, characterized by easy-to-operate, safe, wide scope of application, comfort and high rate of acceptance among patients, is effective in treating phlebitis caused by amiodarone hydrochloride injection. Although the functions of programmed death-1 (PD-1) on αβ T cells have been extensively reported, a role for PD-1 in regulating γδT cell function is only beginning to emerge. Here, we investigated the phenotypic and functional characteristics of PD-1-expressing γδT cells, and the molecular mechanism was also explored in the Plasmodium yoelii nigeriensis (P. yoelii NSM)-infected mice. Flow cytometry and single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) were performed. An inverse agonist of RORα, SR3335, was used to investigate the role of RORα in regulating PD-1+ γδT cells. The results indicated that γδT cells continuously upregulated PD-1 expression during the infection period. Higher levels of CD94, IL-10, CX3CR1, and CD107a; and lower levels of CD25, CD69, and CD127 were found in PD-1+ γδT cells from infected mice than in PD-1− γδT cells. Furthermore, GO enrichment analysis revealed that the marker genes in PD-1+ γδT cells were involved in autophagy and processes utilizing autophagic mechanisms. ScRNA-seq results showed that RORα was increased significantly in PD-1+ γδT cells. GSEA identified that RORα was mainly involved in the regulation of I-kappaB kinase/NF-κB signaling and the positive regulation of cytokine production. Consistent with this, PD-1-expressing γδT cells upregulated RORα following Plasmodium yoelii infection. Additionally, in vitro studies revealed that higher levels of p-p65 were found in PD-1+ γδT cells after treatment with a RORα selective synthetic inhibitor. Collectively, these data suggest that RORα-mediated attenuation of NF-κB signaling may be fundamental for PD-1-expressing γδT cells to modulate host immune responses in the spleen of Plasmodium yoelii nigeriensis–infected C57BL/6 mice, and it requires further investigation. Transition metal selenides have high theoretical capacities, making them attractive candidates for energy storage applications. Here, using the microwave-absorbing properties of the materials, we designed a simple and efficient microwave-assisted synthesis method to produce a composite made of nanospheres Ni0.5Co0.5Se2 (NCSe) and highly conductive, stable Ti3C2Tx MXene. The Ni0.5Co0.5Se2/Ti3C2Tx composites are characterized via scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The findings indicate that 3D Ni0.5Co0.5Se2 bimetallic selenide nanospheres were uniformly loaded within the few-layer Ti3C2Tx MXene wrapper in a short period. The optimal NCSe/Ti3C2Tx−2 electrode can demonstrate a specific capacitance of 752.4 F g–1 at 1 A g–1. Furthermore, the asymmetric supercapacitor combined with activated carbon maintains a capacitance retention of 110% even after 5000 cycles. The method of directly growing active substances on few-layer Ti3C2Tx MXene will provide inspiration for the manufacture of high-pseudocapacitance supercapacitors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The development of efficient catalysts with visible light response for the removal of pollutants in an aqueous environment has been a hotspot in the field of photocatalysis research. A Zn0.5Cd0.5S (ZCS) nanoparticle/Bi4O5Br2 ultra-thin nanosheet heterojunction was constructed by ultrasound-assisted solvothermal method. The morphology, structure, and optoelectronic properties of the composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra. Under simulated visible light illumination, the photocatalytic performance was evaluated through degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride. Results show that the degradation effect by the optimum ZCS/Bi4O5Br2 catalyst is superior to pure materials with the kinetic constant that is 1.7 and 9.6 times higher than those of Bi4O5Br2 and ZCS, and also has better stability and reusability. Trapping experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance tests find that free radicals in the photocatalytic system are superoxide radicals and holes.
