Doenças respiratórias representam uma das principais causas de morbidade e mortalidade a nível global. O acometimento patológico das vias aéreas aumenta os riscos de transtornos psiquiátricos, devido às inúmeras admissões hospitalares e à dependência de cuidados médicos e pessoais. O presente artigo pretendeu identificar a prevalência de sintomas de ansiedade e depressão em pacientes com doenças respiratórias em um hospital público de Salvador (BA), assim como avaliar os fatores possivelmente associados à sintomatologia ansiosa e depressiva nesses pacientes. Para isso, realizou-se estudo observacional, descritivo e de corte transversal, que ocorreu no Hospital Especializado Octávio Mangabeira (HEOM). Foi utilizada uma amostra de conveniência de 140 pacientes assistidos no período de outubro de 2018 a janeiro de 2019. Os participantes responderam aos seguintes instrumentos: questionário clínico, demográfico e socioeconômico; Escala Hospitalar de Ansiedade e Depressão (HADS); e o Teste de Dependência à Nicotina de Fagerstrom (FTND). Para a análise de dados, optou-se pelo Teste Exato de Fisher, concluindo-se que a prevalência de prováveis sintomas ansiosos e depressivos foi de 35,7% e 31,4% respectivamente. 1H-Isochromenes and 1,2-dihydroisoquinolines are synthesized by regioselective indium(III)-catalyzed intramolecular hydrofunctionalization of o-(alkynyl)benzyl derivatives. The reaction with o-(alkynyl)benzyl alcohols and amines proceeds using indium triiodide (5–10 mol%) in toluene at 80–100 °C via regioselective 6-endo-dig intramolecular alkyne hydroalkoxylation or hydroamination in good yields. Alternatively, the cycloisomerization reaction of o-(alkynyl)benzaldehydes and imine derivatives using InI3 (5 mol%) and the Hantzsch ester (120 mol%) takes place, under milder reaction conditions, to give a variety of functionalized 1H-isochromenes and 1,2-dihydroisoquinolines through a domino cycloisomerization/reduction approach.

O Oeiras Internet Challenge (OIC), é uma iniciativa organizada pela Rede de Bibliotecas Municipais de Oeiras (RBMO) em parceria com a Rede de Bibliotecas Escolares (RBE), e direcionada aos alunos do Ensino Secundário de estabelecimentos de ensino do subsistema público, do território continental e das regiões autónomas, que promove as competências digitais. Pretende-se dar a conhecer um projeto já com alguns anos, que passou por diferentes formatos e que, na sequência da situação pandémica, se converte num torneio para o formato online, continuando, todavia, a avaliar as competências de pesquisa em ambiente digital, com base em perguntas de cultura geral, mas neste caso para toda a comunidade escolar do ensino secundário a nível nacional. 12 Pág., Rosmarinus officinalis L. (synonym Salvia rosmarinus Schleid) grows in the Mediterranean basin and is known to be a source of natural bioactive compounds and one of the most important aromatic species in terms of the marketing of the essential oil. However, wild collection and the lack of selection lead to the absence of standardized material that ensures the homogeneity and quality of the essential oils over time. In the present work, thirteen wild Spanish populations of rosemary were cultivated in two experimental fields and their essential oil composition monitored during two years. The main compounds present in the essential oils were camphor (21.9%), α-pinene (14.8%), 1,8-cineole (11.6%), β-pinene + myrcene (11.3%) and camphene (8.3%), although their proportions differ greatly among populations. Other terpenes as limonene had a significant presence in some populations, up to 10.2%. The results showed that the variability in the composition of essential oil was mainly controlled by genetics and little affected by soil and climate conditions. Statistical processing allowed to group populations into three different groups based on the geographical origin of the populations. The novel indium-catalyzed synthesis of benzannulated spiroketals by a double intramolecular hydroalkoxylation reaction of o-(hydroxyalkynyl)benzyl alcohols is reported.

Anomaly detection in industrial control and cyber-physical systems has gained much attention over the past years due to the increasing modernisation and exposure of industrial environments. Current dangers to the connected industry include the theft of industrial intellectual property, denial of service, or the compromise of cloud components; all of which might result in a cyber-attack across the operational network. However, most scientific work employs device logs, which necessitate substantial understanding and preprocessing before they can be used in anomaly detection. In this paper, we propose a network intrusion detection system (NIDS) architecture based on a deep autoencoder trained on network flow data, which has the advantage of not requiring prior knowledge of the network topology or its underlying architecture. Experimental results show that the proposed model can detect anomalies, caused by distributed denial of service attacks, providing a high detection rate and low false alarms, outperforming the state-of-the-art and a baseline model in an unsupervised learning environment. Furthermore, the deep autoencoder model can detect abnormal behaviour in legitimate devices after an attack. We also demonstrate the suitability of the proposed NIDS in a real industrial plant from the alimentary sector, analysing the false positive rate and the viability of the data generation, filtering and preprocessing procedure for a near real time scenario. The suggested NIDS architecture is a low-cost solution that uses only fifteen network-based features, requires minimal processing, operates in unsupervised mode, and is straightforward to deploy in real-world scenarios. A versatile and efficient method to prepare borylated arenes furnished with alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, and heteroaryl functional groups is developed by merging Ir-catalyzed C-H borylations (CHB) with a chemoselective palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of triorganoindium reagents (Sarandeses-Sestelo coupling) with aryl halides bearing a boronic ester substituent. Using triorganoindium cross-coupling reactions to introduce unsaturated moieties enables the synthesis of borylated arenes that would be difficult to access through the direct application of the CHB methodology. The sequential double catalyzed procedure can be also performed in one vessel.

This protocol features short reaction times, low temperatures, minimum amount of solvent, scalability, versatility, and good yields of the products. These simple, efficient and sustainable conditions can be also applied to the synthesis of derivatives such as BOPHY, BOAHY and BOPAHY.
