This study aims to find out and analyze the regulation of cooperation agreement letters in the civil code (hyperdata). As well as knowing and analyzing the Principles and Determining Factors in Making a Draft Contract (Cooperation Agreement). This research belongs to the normative type of research. So it can be known that agreements are specifically regulated in the Civil Code, Book III, Chapter II on "Agreements Born of Contracts or Agreements" and Chapter V to Chapter XVIII which regulates the principles of legal principles and legal norms of treaties in general, as well as legal norms of treaties that have special characteristics better known as named agreements. In addition, basically, the contract that the parties conclude applies as a law to those who make it. The factors that must be considered by the parties are the legal authority of the parties, taxation, over legal rights, agricultural issues, choice of law, dispute resolution, termination of contracts, and the form of standard agreements agreed upon.

Background: The law governing the National Criminal Procedure Law must be based on the views/philosophies of national life and the basis of the state, therefore the provisions of articles or paragraphs contained in the National Criminal Procedure Law describe the protection of human rights and the obligations of citizens. Objectives: This study aims to find out and analyze things that can be considered aggravating circumstances and mitigating circumstances in criminal convictions. As well as knowing and analyzing the effect of consideration of burdensome circumstances and mitigating circumstances in criminal convictions Methods: This research belongs to the normative type of research. So that it can be known that the matters that can be considered as aggravating circumstances and mitigating circumstances in the judgment of conviction must be by the characteristics. Result: The most important consideration of aggravating and mitigating circumstances affects the proportionality of criminal convictions, both the proportionality between the criminal act imposed and the degree of guilt committed by the defendant, the proportionality related to the disparity of the verdict, and the proportionality between the conviction and the profits obtained from the criminal act. Conclusion: The form is in the form of the nature, subject, atmosphere, or situation that prevails, relating to the criminal act. The formulation is found outside of the criminal act itself outside the elements of the criminal act and describes the seriousness of the crime or the degree of danger of the perpetrator, which affects the size of the severity of the crime to be imposed.

Many actors report, anecdotally, a phenomenon known as a “showmance,” whereby actors develop romantic and/or sexual feelings for acting partners, often in the process of portraying romance onstage together. Because acting partners spend so much time together and may be engaging in several activities that facilitate emotional and physical closeness, it is possible that performing intimacy may influence feelings of actual intimacy. In this study, we aimed to understand the association between the type of onstage relationship that an actor portrays with their acting partner and the degree of intimacy—specifically nurturance and eroticism—that they feel toward this partner. We surveyed actors (amateur and professional) about their past theatrical experiences performing with a romantic acting partner ( romantic/intimate), a non-romantic but still intimate partner ( non-romantic/intimate; e.g., friendship, parent-child), and a non-romantic and non-intimate partner ( non-romantic/non-intimate; e.g., strangers, colleagues). We found that actors reported significantly higher levels of nurturance when recalling romantic and non-romantic/intimate onstage roles, compared to non-romantic/non-intimate roles. We also found that actors reported significantly higher levels of eroticism when recalling romantic onstage roles compared to other roles. Finally, we found that actors reported having experienced a significantly greater proportion of romantic/sexual feelings across their acting careers toward romantic acting partners, compared to other acting partners. The findings of this study provide a better understanding of the bidirectional relationship between behaviour and affect, as well as the predictors of intimacy, through a theatrical lens.

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) adalah penyakit autoimun dengan peradangan kronis pada sendi yang menyebabkan kerusakan sendi dan deformitas. Pengobatan RA melibatkan penggunaan obat-obatan seperti metotreksat (MTX), yang memiliki efek anti-inflamasi dan anti-proliferatif. Namun, penggunaan MTX dapat menyebabkan toksisitas dan efek samping yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur tentang toksisitas MTX sebagai pengobatan RA. Pencarian studi literatur dilakukan menggunakan Google Scholar melalui software Publish or Perish versi 8 dengan kata kunci "toksisitas metotreksat," "rheumatoid arthritis," dan "antirheumatoid arthritis." Studi literatur yang relevan dipilih berdasarkan judul dan metode yang digunakan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi pada jenis studi literatur, tahun terbit dan bidangnya. Studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan MTX dalam pengobatan RA dapat menghasilkan efek terapeutik yang signifikan, tetapi juga dapat menyebabkan toksisitas. Toksisitas yang dapat terjadi termasuk supresi sumsum tulang, toksisitas paru, toksisitas ginjal, toksisitas hematologis, dan meningkatkan risiko infeksi. Hepatotoksisitas juga merupakan efek samping umum yang terkait dengan penggunaan MTX. Penggunaan MTX sebagai pengobatan RA efektif dalam mengurangi gejala dan mencegah kerusakan sendi. Namun, toksisitas dan efek sampingnya harus dipantau dengan baik. Pengetahuan tentang toksisitas MTX membantu dalam pemantauan dan manajemen yang tepat selama pengobatan RA

One form of offline learning transformations to the online is the conversion of the printing materials to web-based teaching materials. The hope is to facilitate and support the management of online learning. In general, the study aims to know the degree of worth and effectiveness of the teaching material in economic educationists can improve students' learning. It uses addie models. The study was done on student students of class a v-semester who took the economics course at prodi economic education in 2021/2022. For a small test sample taken 30 students. The effectiveness of test results concludes that students' learning after the use of economic etrica is higher than those of pretest students. This is significant if the teacher-based website on the resulting econometrical courses proves to be effective in improving student studies.
