- Abstract
To identify the effects of meditation practices and programs on the health of nursing professionals. Integrative review conducted in April 2020 through the search for publications in journals indexed in Scopus, MEDLINE / PubMed, OneFile, Sage Journals and PMC. The hospital environment was the setting for all research (n=10). The interventions applied were mostly (n=7) of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) type, with an average duration of four to eight weeks. Meditation programs had immediate effects on stress relief, burnout risk, increased satisfaction with compassion, personal power, improved quality of life, physical and psychological dimensions, and reduced anxiety and depression traits. The aspects to be considered for the implementation of these programs in hospitals include using traditional meditation techniques, validated, maintaining a continuous character, taught by a qualified professional and encouraging the organization of the professionals' time. LOCAL delivery services , *MOBILE apps , *RESEARCH methodology , *SOCIAL processes , *COLLECTIVE action - Abstract
This article analyzes, in a situated perspective, the antecedent norms that affect the work of platform drivers and food delivery couriers who work using on-demand apps, in order to discuss the implications of these current forms of control and algorithmic management of work. It also seeks to identify elements of collective action that refer to the mobilization and construction of reserves of alternatives. From the ergological perspective, the research method was based on Meetings about the Work, preceded by documentary analysis, questionnaires, and interviews. The results point to demands and challenges imposed by this management method, as well as to the renormatizations carried out in the construction of reserves of alternatives, and, among them, the establishment of sociability networks. It also discusses how the absence of state regulation, as well as the sophisticated and complex technology incorporated by the platform companies can contribute to deepening the process of social insecurity and exploitation of workers. Objective: to reflect on the implications of Home Office work in the covid-19 pandemic period on individuals' health, from the perspective of the Adaptation Theory developed by Callista Roy. Method: reflective study based on the application of the Adaptation Theory developed by Callista Roy related to changes in the work process imposed by the health crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic, with emphasis on the Home Office. Results: Callista Roy's Adaptation Theory has four adaptive modes: physiological, self-concept, role performance and interdependence. There is the interlocution of all these dimensions at Home Office work imposed by the pandemic context. Conclusion: Callista Roy's Theory supports discussions about the possibility of adaptation in this new context, either in a specific way or through transformations in the long-term work process, overcoming limitations of the individual and discovering ways to do and be in the work field. - Abstract
In adult life, we can cite the sexual division of labor as one of the ways of traditionally separating the male and female place. In organizational spaces, there is the normative attribution of productive work to men and reproductive work to women, the former being accompanied not only by greater social prestige, but also by higher remuneration. This phenomenon appears strongly in the literature as one of the possible justifications for the existence of work environments hostile to the female presence, using discrimination, moral and sexual harassment, as ways of demonstrating that they are not welcome in those spaces or that their value is estimated to be lower than that of men. Considering that sexual harassment is a psychosocial risk factor for workers' mental health and that it especially affects women, resulting in absence from work and, sometimes, their exit from the labor market, the objective of this study was to carry out a documentary research in the main Brazilian federal government agencies, in order to find and classify the official documents released under the theme "sexual harassment at work", between the years 2010 and 2021. based on the Content Analysis technique. It was found that, in most publications on the subject, the responsibilities of the employing organization, as well as the harasser, become secondary; Emphasis is given to victims who “did not do their part” by failing to report, which can contribute to their blame, stigmatization and illness., En la vida adulta, podemos citar la división sexual del trabajo como una de las formas de separar tradicionalmente el lugar masculino y el femenino.

- Abstract
Labor gymnastics (GL) consists of a set of physical exercises that are performed in the work environment, with the purpose of exercising the most overloaded body regions and preventing worker's neuromuscular wear and the consequent onset of work-related diseases (DORS) . This study aims to search the literature for evidence on the benefits of GL practice in hospital settings through an integrative review of the literature, based on online articles found under the key words Gymnastics, Worker's Health and Hospital. The results found in the final selection of six articles show the bio-psycho-social benefits of GL practice in all types of hospital sectors. It is concluded that GL interference is beneficial and contributes not only to the maintenance of the health of the professional as a whole, but also to greater profit of the company.
