Ukraine’s integration into the European Union (EU) is one of the most important areas of the State’s development, and therefore one of the conditions for rapprochement between Ukraine and the European Community, as well as a condition for accession to the EU, is the adaptation of Ukrainian domestic legislation to the EU acquis. The purpose of the study was to identify the peculiarities and problematic aspects of the implementation of EU law in national legislation. The research methods used were: historical, periodisation, formal legal and problem analysis methods. The study examined the peculiarities and problems of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU law. The study found that the legislation is being adapted on the basis of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, which includes the European Atomic Energy Community and its member states. The implementation process involves the transposition of EU norms into national legislation, while adaptation is the alignment of national law with EU legislation. The current legislation provides for three stages of adaptation of legislative norms, which aim to harmonize with EU law as much as possible. As implementation is a rule-making process, it involves a certain sequence of actions. In particular, it includes the establishment of the acquis communautaire, the creation of a list of legislative acts to be adopted and their preparation for adoption, monitoring of implementation and other sequential actions. In addition, the process of adaptation should be based on the principles of compliance with EU directives, the principle of voluntariness, clarity of terminology and completeness. This paper analyses the digitalization of museum marketing as an innovative tool for customer evaluation. The content analysis of digital tools created by the most visited museums in the world on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram were carried out. To obtain statistical information about the pages of museums in social networks, the social media analytics and management tool Fanpage Karma was used. According to the selected indicators, Fanpage Karma filters the rating of the networks' current strongest content. The correlation between the number of museum visits and indicators showing the interaction of the museum with visitors using social networks, such as the number of fans, the page performance index, the number of posts per day, the growth rate of followers, post interactions, and the number of total reactions and comments, was evaluated. The aim of this paper is to analyse the impact of museum marketing digitalization processes on museum visits by tourists and, as a result, the economic development of the museum business. To monitor the digitalization strategy of the museum's marketing activities, a mixed approach based on qualitative and quantitative analysis was used. Multivariate analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between museum attendance and the interaction between museums and subscribers in social networks. It has been proven that the introduction of digital technologies in museum marketing can attract visitors and put the institution at the new informational level. The number of museum visits and the number of fans, the number of posts per day, interactions, and the number of reactions and comments are the same across all social networks. The paper allows us to know the potential audience of the museum and its needs and requests and to predict the interests of certain categories of museum visitors. The scientific novelty and originality of the research consists of the use of digital marketing tools for evaluating their influence on client behaviour. The results of the study may be useful for the development of monitoring systems and strategic management of marketing when evaluating the behaviour of consumers on the content of social networks at enterprises in various industries.

Background. Treatment for malignant brain gliomas includes surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy with temozolomide. However, this complex treatment does not prevent tumor relapses and progression, which is caused by the activity of tumor cells and a high mutational burden. Researchers are experimenting with different intensity of focused ultrasound (FUS) in the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM). FUS has shown encouraging results in clinical studies.The aim of the study. This review presents brief information on the history of the development of the studied method, the results of its application in experiments and clinical trials, as well as the main possible directions for its implementation in neuro-oncology, in particular, for the treatment of glioblastomas, depending on parameters, including frequency, power, pulse duration and duty cycle.Methods. We carried out an analysis and interpretation of existing publications; for the search, we used the PubMed database and the keywords “focused ultrasound, glioma, HIFU, LIFU”, as well as Yandex and Google search engines and the same keywords in Russian.Results. Low-intensity FUS can be used to temporarily open the blood-brain barrier (BBB), which limits the diffusion of most macromolecules and therapeutic agents into the brain. High-intensity FUS can cause tumor ablation due to a hyperthermic effect, and also stimulate an immunological attack of tumor cells, activate sonosensitizers to exert a cytotoxic effect on tumor tissue, and can increase the sensitivity of tumors to radiation therapy. Histotripsy causes tumor ablation through acoustic cavitation.Conclusion. Focused ultrasound is a promising potential treatment for gliomas. Further study in the form of clinical trials should determine the optimal ultrasound parameters to achieve effective treatment for patients with malignant brain tumors.

We have studied residual mechanical stresses of SiNx films deposited on silicon substrates from a SiH4-NH3-He gaseous mixture in an inductively coupled plasma reactor at a deposition temperature of 150 °C. By varying the flow rate ratio of the reacting gases, the power of the plasma source and the pressure in the reaction chamber, it is possible to obtain SiNx films with tensile or compressive residual stresses. The stress drift was estimated within four weeks after film deposition. It has been shown that for nitride films with residual stresses initially close to zero, an increase in the level of compressive stresses to (–300) MPa is observed during storage.

Enterprises develop and interact with the global environment. Their activities are influenced by various factors, and timely identification of the degree of their influence allows forecasting business development and reasonably choosing development strategies. The work is based on the hypothesis that in the global environment, under the influence of internal and external factors, tools can be developed for enterprise assessment and business strategy formation. The puprose of the paper is to develop a toolkit for evaluating an enterprise in a global environment for choosing a development strategy. In the article, the authors conduct a study of the influence of factors of the global environment on the development of the enterprise, propose a model with the help of which it is expedient to forecast the metastate of the enterprise and put forward proposals for choosing an effective development strategy. A structural and logical model for ensuring the stable development of business systems has been proposed. In the process of research, the authors developed a system of indicators that form an integral index that characterizes the effectiveness of the development of business systems. The basis of the integral indicator of the metastate of the development of business systems is a set of indicators for assessing the development and changes in the state of business systems in a dynamic global environment. The economic and mathematical model of estimating the metastate of business systems is considered as a reflection and formalization of the main, essential parameters of business systems development (production, technological and property, personnel, social, financial, material and supply, marketing, foreign trade. The integral metastate index of business systems systematically reflects the effectiveness of the Kharkiv machine-building business systems and allows determining strategies for their development. The selected machine-building enterprises have been grouped by the following types of development strategies: a rapid growth strategy aimed at ensuring the development of enterprises, offensive positions; a strategy of moderate growth and stabilization, characterized by stable parameters of business systems development, adequacy of resources for development, aimed at saving resources and costs, market expansion and development, product upgrades, innovative development; a strategy of curtailment, reduction, which is characterized by negative development trends due to lower profits, reduced assets, reorientation of consumers to other products or markets. As a result of the research, a methodological approach to the assessment of trends in the development of business systems has been developed, which will allow obtaining additional advantages in the global environment. Determination of benefits becomes a basic characteristic for monitoring information provision regarding the organization of enterprise activities in a global environment. The paper makes a contribution to the research of the methodology for assessing the development of enterprises that can be applied to other enterprises, not only to the Kharkiv area. In the event of a change in the influence of global environmental factors, the degree of influence should be specified. The work offers an opportunity to develop further research from the point of view of strategic management, the concept of six sigma, and production optimization.

The two-dimensional (2D) Ruddlesden−Popper phase all-inorganic halide perovskite Cs2PbI2Cl2 has attracted tremendous attention because of its high carrier mobility, strong light-absorbing ability, and excellent environmental stability, possessing enormous potential for use as a high-performance optoelectronic device. Here, we present two transistor devices based on monolayer (ML) Cs2PbI2Cl2 and reveal their performance and current transport mechanisms through ab initio quantum transport calculations. The n-type 10 nm metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor shows a high on-state current Ion of 3160 μA/μm, and excellent performance regarding subthreshold swing, intrinsic delay time (τ), and power consumption, which completely match the International Roadmap for Device and Systems (2021 version) targets for high-performance devices and low-power devices in 2028. Moreover, phototransistors based on monolayer Cs2PbI2Cl2 also display a strong response to UV light, with a light-to-dark current ratio reaching a maximum of 104. Meanwhile, a high specific detectivity of 2.45 × 1011 Jones is obtained. The results of our study suggest that ML Cs2PbI2Cl2 is a promising candidate for high-performance transistors. This article examines the author's method for teaching professional art education through the utilization of polygonal and geometric shapes. It delves into the fundamental principles, tools, and techniques involved in working with such forms. Academic Drawing, a cornerstone discipline in painting education, is explored within the context of this method. Specifically, the article discusses the Method of Anatomical Polygonal-Pyramidal Structured Analysis and Geometrical-Plastic Modeling of Form, implemented within the professional art education curriculum at the Lugansk State Academy of Culture and Arts, Russia, under the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Department of Easel Painting. To assess the method's effectiveness, a study employing the stratometric modeling method was conducted with five student study groups, comprising female students aged 18-25, all pursuing training in Stationary Painting. The study spanned various periods, revealing the method's capacity to expedite professional development and yield significant student achievements. The article concludes by underscoring the method's importance in nurturing spatial-artistic thinking, rooted in the identification of anatomical nodes influencing overall figure structure and internal plasticity. By connecting these nodes into a cohesive system, the method facilitates the expression of artistic constructive form. Through the transformation of triangles into volumetric geometric forms and their layered application, the method enables the creation of tonal gradations and overall figure volume. Moreover, it cultivates anatomical constructive thinking, enhances understanding of human structure, and fosters proficiency in applying mathematical principles to creative problem-solving.

The title compound was synthesized from perfluoro-1-ethyltetralin and 1,2,3,4-tetrafluorobenzene under the action of antimony pentafluoride as a mixture of cis- and trans-isomers in a 71% isolated yield. The structure and cis-/trans-configuration of the isomers were determined by NMR (19F, 13C), 19F–19F COSY, and 19F–19F NOESY 2D NMR spectroscopy.

The article is devoted to the generalization of information on the use of potential-sensitive probes (PSP) to assess the viability and functional state of an entire cell. Usage of membrane PSP is of great importance for assessing both the viability and functional integrity of the cells and their structural components (mitochondria, nuclei, cytoplasmic membranes, ion channels). Potential advantage of this approach includes studies of native viable cells in order to assess functional state of donor hematopoietic cells before transplantation as well as upon their storage and cultivation. These staining tools allow to assess the state of cellular bioenergetics, i.e., the balance between production and consumption of energy in living cells. The production of energy in mitochondrial structures ensures the cell viability, whereas its impairment leads to the development of different disorders and aging. In clinical medicine, this method can be used to assess the condition of donor cells before their transplantation, primarily in oncohematology, the treatment of patients with severe ischemic myocardial lesions.The purpose of the work: to study the results of the research of the use of PSP to assess the energy potential and viability of cells.

The notion “grant project” is elaborated on, with investigating the types of state support to grant activities in Ukraine. It is argued that the number of grant programs in Ukraine has been constantly increasing. This type of targeted financing can be received as part of national initiatives and from private companies or international organizations. It is substantiated that the importance of grants in the war and postwar time will be rising, which is quite logical given the increasing scopes and complexity of problems in economic and social sphere. Grants offer a good way of facing these problems: the competitive approach allows for selecting the best, the most promising and productive entrepreneurs capable to achieve the goals in an efficient manner. The number of potential donors and funds allocated for them continue growing. It should be noted that grants are a conventional and widespread practice of funding in EU. It means that businesses have to carefully consider this potential channel of funding. The following programs for support of Ukrainian business were implemented in IV quarter 2023: micro-grants for creating one’s own business; grants to operate a processing factory; funds to operate a greenhouse facility; grants for a startup; grants for veterans and their family members. The peculiarity of each of the above programs are analyzed. The program eRobota (eWork) launched 1 July, 2022 and aimed at stimulation of entrepreneurial activities and job creation proved to be a most ambitious one: its total funding in 2023 amounted to 1,800,000,000 UAH. The principal requirements to grant recipients are highlighted: absence of business activities on the temporarily occupied territories and in the Russian Federation, not being a sanctioned entity, absence of bankruptcy procedures and debts to the state. The overwhelming majority of recipients got micro-grants that were invested in acquisitions of equipment required for business operation. The most demanded sectors where grant recipients operate are wholesale and retail trade, repair of automobile vehicles, temporary accommodation and meals, manufacturing industry, medical and social aid.

Silicon-carbon films are of great interest as diamond-like materials combining unique properties, e.g. high hardness, adhesion to a wide range of materials, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, low friction coefficient and biocompatibility. The presence of silicon in the films significantly reduces their inner mechanical stress as compared to diamond films. Currently, the films are used in industry, primarily, as solid lubricants and protective coatings. There are a large number of silicon-carbon film synthesis methods the most widely used of which are various options of chemical vapor deposition. A new silicon-carbon film synthesis technique has been suggested and tested. The technique is based on the use of high-frequency induction for obtaining plasma of silicon and carbon vapors supplied to the reaction chamber from an external source. Impurity-free silicon-carbon films containing 63–65 % carbon atoms with sp3 orbital hybridization have been synthesized on Sitall substrates. The composition, surface roughness and friction coefficient of the impurity-free silicon-carbon films synthesized using the suggested technology have been studied. The possibility of implementing resistive switching in thin silicon-carbon films in cross-bar structures with metallic electrodes has been analyzed.

The subject of the article is the problem of ensuring the welfare of the population in the context of achieving the goals of sustainable development. The authors define the concepts of "sustainable development", "hromadas" (territorial communities), "welfare", and systematise the prerequisites for the formation of welfare at the local level. The paper aims at developing approaches to determining the priority tasks of territorial development in the system of sustainable development goals. It is noted that sustainable development is impossible without achieving a certain level of welfare. To achieve the research goal, the authors analyses and assesses the level of welfare of hromadas, and also considers a set of indicators for assessing welfare based on a combination of "hard" (objective) and "soft" (subjective) factors. The methodology for assessing the welfare of territories (on the example of Ukraine) and studying its impact on the level of sustainable development of the country is applied. The methodology is based on the construction of a non-linear regression model, which demonstrates the high significance of the factors "number of educational institutions" and "number of cultural and sports institutions". The publication also identifies the main reasons that, according to the respondents, impede the development of hromadas in the region under study: poor quality of education; insufficient public initiative and activity of residents; lack of opportunities for self-realisation and meaningful leisure; poor quality (lack of) road surfaces; unemployment; spread of crime, alcoholism, corruption; environmental pollution; drinking water pollution; deterioration of engineering networks; population ageing; lack of investment; lack of entrepreneurship of hromada residents; lack of hromada awareness; unfavourable conditions for business development. The conclusion of the research is that local and regional plans should provide a systematic vision of territorial development and define strategies based on an integrated and multidimensional approach to inclusive and sustainable development. They should be defined, implemented and monitored with the involvement of key territorial stakeholders in the governance process. Based on the analysis, recommendations will be made to identify territorial development priorities in the system of sustainable development goals at local and global levels. In particular, to establish local priorities, existing local and regional programmes should be reviewed to identify the main needs, priorities, gaps and cross-sectoral linkages of the territory and their relationship with the SDGs and national priorities.

Magnetoelectric (ME) composites have a wide range of possible applications, especially as room-temperature sensors of weak magnetic fields in magnetocardiography and magnetoencephalography medical diagnostic equipment. In most works on ME composites, structures are tested in uniform magnetic fields; however, for practical application, detailed knowledge of their behaviour in inhomogeneous magnetic fields (IMFs) is necessary. In this work, we measured IMFs with radial symmetry produced by alternate currents (AC) passing through an individual thin wire upon different placements of an ME sensor. An ME self-biased b-LN/Ni/Metglas structure with a sensitivity to the magnetic field of 120 V/T was created for IMF detection. The necessity of an external biasing magnetic field was avoided by the inclusion of a nickel layer having remanent magnetization. The ME composite shows a non-zero ME coefficient of 0.24 V/(cm · Oe) in the absence of an external DC magnetic field. It is shown that the output voltage amplitude from the ME composite, which is located in an AC IMF, is dependent on the relative position of the investigated sample and magnetic field lines. Maximum ME signal is obtained when the long side of the ME sample is perpendicular to the wire, and the symmetry plane which divides the long side into two similar pieces contains the wire axis. In the frequency range from 400 Hz to 1000 Hz in the absence of vibrational and other noises, the detection limit amounts to (2 ± 0.4) nT/Hz1/2.
